Fantastic experience: I recently visited Suwannee Family Dentistry for regular check up and was warmly welcomed. Hygienist Jenny and Dr. King are so professional, knowledgeable and made me comfortable during the visit. I would highly recommend Suwannee family dentistry for anyone looking for a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Suwanee Family Dentistry for years, my hygienist Deb has been a crucial part of my oral health, she always give me pointers and ideas to improve my daily care, and it's all worked, very thankful for her. Dr Herrington is incredible and very goid at what she does, she only does work on your mouth if its needed never too soon, where in the past I've had dentist office tell my family they had lots of cavities but they really didnt. I trust them and they are great.

Fantastic experience: I have always enjoyed going to SFD, my last visit with my new Dentist was amazing. Her energy was breathtaking. She was friendly and attentive. I’m so glad one of the girls told me I can get another provider after I complained to her about my last experience. I’m not saying any names, but I hope I never come across this dentist again. She has no bedside manners. After my visit with her, I was really considering switching.

Fantastic experience: very nice office. they take lots of x rays, but they were very sweet and explained the whole process. my cleaning went fast, with some friendly chat. the dentist came in quickly, when over a few things and let quickly, she was very nice and friendly overall very friendly and welcoming office which will provide you sunglasses to wear and a blanket to use. I chose to use the blanket and it just changed the experience.

Fantastic experience: A friend recommended Suwanee Family Dentistry when I encountered a frustrating issue with my former dental practice. Jenny is a great hygienist and all of the dentists who see me when she's done with my cleanings are warm, personable, and patient with my questions about things we're watching and so forth. And the front-desk staff are personable and professional. I remain very happy that I switched.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Suwanee Family Dentistry. I have been a client now for 2 years. I have no negatives to share. The staff is wonderful, friendly, inviting, caring and sympathetic to dental concerns. They go out of their way to help and to make you feel a part of their "dental family." Dr. King went above and beyond to navigate my complicated issues with two of my teeth. It took some investigating and patience to finally figure out what was causing my pain, but at last, I am finally pain free after many years of frustration. I appreciated her overall kindness while seeing things through to the end over several months. In addition, while all the staff has been great, I want to give a shout out to several who have seen me "a lot" during this process: Nyssa (front desk), Heather (treatment coordinator), Mark (Dr. King's assistant) and Dani (my dental hygienist). Fantastic experience: I had been going to the same dentist for about 35 years, but during the covid he decided to retire. He sold his practice and my wife and I tried it and just was not pleased. We had a friend that was working for another dentist in our area so we decided to start going there. We were very pleased with at this dentist, but after going there for about a year something happened and they were not able to take our insurance. This put us on the look again for another new dentist. We had been looking around for over a year and a friend of ours just mention that she was using Suwanee Family Dentistry which is within walking distance of where we live. I decided to give them a try since they were so close. I am very glad that I did. Suwanee Family Dentistry is well organized and every one there has been very helpful. The whole staff seems to be very dedicated to giving excellent care and Dr. King was very caring and understanding. I would highly recommend Suwanee Family Dentistry. You will not be disappointed.

Negative experience: Called up to ask how much a deep cleaning is. Heather told me they don't give treatment quotes without seeing a patient first. She couldn't even give me a range. I asked why and her reasoning is we just don't. This is how dentists overcharge you. I would not recommend coming here.

Fantastic experience: This was one of the best experiences I’ve had a dentist, and I’ve had a lot of dental work done. They are friendly, smiling, and informative. They don’t try to sell you on things and are straight forward. Also, they make their crowns in house so no more having to come back later to get the permanent crown on. I was called back 10 minutes BEFORE my apt time and didn’t have much of a wait for anything. Thanks to their team for such a great experience!

Fantastic experience: I went in because I had a filling that had come out. They were able to rough it up and fill it first visit. Happy with the work. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My insurance covered most of it. Always check to make sure you are going to a provider in your own insurance network. I will be going back for a cleaning soon and I would imagine I will stay with this dentist from now on.

Negative experience: Don’t come here for crown work if you value eating food without tooth pain. Dr. Anisha installed a crown on my rear tooth and told me it would be painless eating food afterwards since it was a minor cavity. Fast forward a couple months later and I still have pain in that area when eating nuts, chips and sensitivity when drinking water! I went in for a checkup and she did a brief checkup and rushed out saying it was the wisdom tooth next to it causing it. This is not possible since I had no pain prior to the crown install. There insurance practice is also shady and disclosed that insurance would cover 80% of it when they only ended up covering 20% so I footed a huge bill there as well. Thanks Dr. Anisha

Patricia is the absolute BEST hygienist I have ever had. I’m not a fan of the dentist…at all..but she is so gentle , caring and efficient. Almost fell asleep today during my cleaning..it was like a tooth massage! Lol..and that’s saying a lot from me!! Definitely recommend them!!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been going to the same dentist in Atlanta for nearly 20 years. We recently moved to the Suwanee area and wanted to find a dentist nearby. We put it off for several years because we didn’t want to let go of where we were accustomed to. Also, in the past when we tried new dentists, we were told we needed expensive dental work which we didn’t feel was true based on our history. So, that scared us off and we continued to go to the same dentist that we trusted even though the location is now 30 miles away and she was out of our dental network. Today, however, we visited Suwanee Family Dentistry which is only five mins from our home, and it truly felt like home. My hygienist, Kia was nothing short of amazing. She was funny, thorough, patient and transparent. She let me know what was going on with my exam every step of the way. She made me feel comfortable and provided things I could do at home to keep my pearly whites in top notch shape. Dr. Nathu was friendly and patient. I didn’t feel like she was rushing to get to the next patient. My experience was a 10 out of 10. My husband was equally pleased with the visit and commented on how pleasant and patient Dr. Nathu was as well. In addition, he really enjoyed his experience with his hygienist, Dani who he found to be friendly, welcoming and very thorough. We’ve already scheduled our six-month appt., and are looking forward to our new, “Family” Dentistry in Suwanee.

From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed by the kindest staff who make you feel at ease right away. The office is spotless and has such a calm, welcoming vibe. Dr. King is truly exceptional — she's so kind, gentle, and attentive. Even during procedures, she’s constantly checking in to make sure I’m comfortable, and that care means everything. Something else that really stood out to me: the respectful, positive communication between the team members. You can just feel that everyone enjoys working there, and it shows in how they treat patients. Negative experience: I'm giving a review of this facility for a first time visit for my son. In all his 26 years of going to the dentist he has Never had an astronomical bill for what was supposed to be basic service (x-rays and a cleaning) He has gone to the dentist at least once, sometimes twice every year since he was a little boy, so there is no way from last year's visit at Expressions that he would need extensive services that was given. This facility clearly took advantage of him and his insurance and charged him ($641.00) first visit. I know businesses are struggling because of the economy. But this is theft!! and his last visit.

Fantastic experience: First time visit. I was searching for a dentist that accepted my insurance. Very nice office and people. I was impressed mostly because every time I get a new dentist, every single time, they find thousands of dollars of "needed" work. This group noted some issues, that I was aware of, but indicated these areas needed monitoring and not immediate work. I was very pleased. The hygienist and doctor very nice and good at their jobs. I highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have beens patients at Suwanee Family Dentistry since 2004. During that time, I have seen three dentists, three hygienists, and several dental assistants. All of our experiences have been very positive. The doctors and their staff have been very compassionate and skilled in their care, thoroughly explaining treatment plans so that we have felt comfortable and confident. Once when I fell and my four front teeth were knocked, they got me in for an emergency visit to stabilize the teeth so that I didn’t lose them. Even when I had to be referred to a specialist, they communicated my need for a special type anesthetic. If you are looking for top-notch dental care, visit Suwanee Family Dentistry.

Negative experience: AVOID !!! My father was in for a routine cleaning when he was sprayed in the mouth with undeluded chlorine. He had to rush to urgent care after the visit. The office is refusing to take our phone calls. His throat and esophagus is severely burned. The office manager has refused to return any phone calls regarding this matter, so we have had to retain an attorney. AVOID AT ALL COST ! On a separate note, this facility consistently tries to up charge you and perform x-rays and procedures that you do not need for a quick cash grab.

Fantastic experience: I have been going here since I was 5 years old and I am 22 now. The staff are always super nice and Dr. King is always the sweetest!!! Dentist visits are rarely something to get excited about, but the staff are very good at making you feel comfortable. The front desk staff are very helpful and always nice when you come in. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Suwanee Family Dentistry for as long as I can remember!! As a kid, the hygienists did a great job making going to the dentist a stress free environment. I even remember being excited to go because I got to use the espresso machine! They are always polite and remember things you talk about, each visit following up about your new job or family. Even though I moved from Suwanee to Dacula and now mid-town Atlanta, I still keep coming back to SFD! If you are looking for a new dentist, I cannot recommend them enough!

I have been a patient ever since Dr Timothy Hall died from Covid complications a few years ago and most of his patients were picked up by Suwanee Family dentistry. First I have to say we loved Dr Tim, and he was an awesome friend and brother in Christ as well as our family dentist. I was treated yesterday by Jenny and Dr Herrington - WOW are they something. They take dentistry to a whole new level. I normally get treated by Christina and Dr Soni who are also five plus Stars. I guess my summary is this. Both dental teams far exceed my expectations. If you need a dentist, you really need to give these folks a try. Your won't regret it.

Everyone was so nice and friendly, and the office manager was also very helpful and friendly. The office was very clean, and the Denist was very friendly and took time to explain what I needed to do moving forward. Fantastic experience: When I just started to come here for dental work, I had an issue with billing, which was later fully resolved. Never had problem after that. When it comes to doctors and the clinical staff, they are the best! I left them for a year due to insurance change, and then took more expensive insurance just so I could come back to Suwanee Family Dentistry. Thank you!
