Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment at PC Dental Care today and I am so so happy I chose them to be my provider! I’ve had bad experiences with dentists in the past (both locally and out of state) and Casey put me at ease instantly when she took the time to listen and understand my concerns and fears. I had a pain free cleaning and check up and they gave me fabulous options for a dental plan with what I believe to be extremely fair and reasonable costs. Dr. Mohler was so kind and smart, and she gave me honest insight to what she thought was the best path forward for me. I am so thankful and excited to begin my journey with them on the path to a great smile!! Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this dental office for many years now. I’ve had a LOT of work done. I’ve always been more than impressed with everyone here. From the front desk, (especially Angela i believe is her name) to dental assistants, to Dr. Ruano, my old dentist and now I’ve seen Dr. Murphy for years and she is incredible. Absolutely incredible. I always recommend this dentist office to anyone. 10/10.

Negative experience: I don't like this practice anymore. Foremost, they are taking on more patients than they can handle. You used to be able to get your routine cleanings and exams every six months with X-rays once yearly. That's the recommendation. Well now, you're looking at waiting 10 months in between all appointments even for established patients! There is a high turnover with their hygienists. I never get to see the same ones I used to trust anymore. One of their hygienists I saw back in December couldn't have been more shady and disorganized. She was really heavy-handed with me and left my mouth in pain after a very shoddy "cleaning." I had a negative experience with Dr. Mohler who blew me off when I said I had pain/sensitivity in my right maxillary quadrant. I now need to have an emergency procedure done. That could have been avoided had they done some simple X-rays months ago when I brought up the problem. Instead, she insulted my intelligence by questioning how bad it was and giving me basic advice that any idiot would already know... It's just negligent and lazy really. Their front desk staff leave a lot to be desired as well. They pressured me into signing some consent about sharing my information and acted very snotty when I didn't want to sign it. Excuse me, it's my information and I have the right to protect it and ask questions.

Dr. Lauryn Mohler, Ms. Kathy (the dental assistant), and Michelle (the tech) were all amazing. They explained everything to me step by step, kept me calm, and showed such patience and understanding. I suffer from a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental visits, but they truly helped me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the process. I deeply appreciate the professionalism, compassion, and kindness I experienced from Dr. Mohler and the entire staff. I would highly recommend Palm Coast Dental to anyone looking for a dental office that truly cares about their patients.

Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience during my visit. I arrived just two minutes late due to traffic and the start of the school year, but the front desk staff was noticeably rude and dismissive, acting as if I was a major inconvenience. I had already completed the requested information through their electronic system, which confirmed everything was received with a thank-you message. Despite that, I was treated poorly upon arrival. Within five minutes, I decided I didn’t want to proceed with my appointment—it simply wasn’t worth being made to feel unwelcome. It’s unfortunate, especially since I was recommended by my husband, who had a very different, more positive experience. Maybe that says something in itself.

Fantastic experience: So glad I found Palm Coast Dental. We recently moved to Palm Coast and looked for a dentist and the reviews were great as I found them to be. Negative experience: I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at this dental office. I was told that I had a cavity under my dental bridge and pressured to replace the entire bridge, a costly and irreversible procedure. After seeking a second opinion, another dentist found no cavity and confirmed the bridge was in excellent condition. This raised concerns about the integrity of the recommendations at this office. I expect honesty and professionalism from my dentist, not fear tactics to push unnecessary treatments. As a result, I will not return and recommend others to seek a second opinion before agreeing to any treatments here.

Positive experience: Normally I would rate Palm Coast Dental Care a Five star. Unfortunately my appointment card said my appointment time was 10:40. After waiting 20 minutes I questioned the receptionist if the hygienist knew I was there and was told my appointment was for 11:00. Not sure why there was a discrepancy in the time but I had the appointment card that was given to me at last year's appointment. Not happy because there was consideration for my time.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Murphy and the staff at Palm Coast Dental Care are top notch! I had a dental emergency with a holiday weekend coming up. They got me in quickly, determined that I would need a root canal procedure, and made the referral that day. I had the root canal procedure done the very next day (less than 24 hours). Palm Coast Dental Care scheduled me the following day to place my crown. All this completed in 3 days and before the holiday! I couldn't ask for a more professional staff, considerate care, and concern for me as a patient. Thank you Dr. Murphy and Staff!

Not only that, but on the morning of my appointment they called and stated they were ahead of schedule if I wanted to come in early. I requested Dr. Murphy and she was absolutely awesome! The girls at the front desk were incredibly friendly. Amy did my cleaning after my procedure and she was great as well. They have a beautiful and clean office (front and back). Positive experience: Room for Improvement: I recently visited this dental practice and appreciated the friendly staff—especially the dental tech. She was friendly, professional and thorough. However, there are areas for improvement. The candy bars in the waiting room contradict a focus on dental health; healthier snacks would be better. I also noticed cleanliness issues, and hiring new cleaning staff or increasing cleaning frequency would help. While the staff was friendly, some interactions felt robotic. More authentic communication would enhance the experience. Since I only had x-rays, I can’t comment on the dental care, but I won’t be returning for these reasons. I will be going to a privately owned practices for a more personalized experience. By addressing these issues, the practice could improve significantly.

Fantastic experience: Palm Coast Dental doctors and employees run a very organized and flawless operation. They use the most up to date technology with their 3D life like renderings of your teeth and gums which has a 360 degrees rotation for viewing. I received an email of the before and after simulation of my personal Invisalign braces result. All of the employees from the office, hygienists to the doctors not only were professional and knowledgeable but have great rapport with each other and especially with patients.The walkie talkies, for inner office communications, made for ease and very efficient flow of their operations. Their cancer screening is a great tool! This was the first time I ever had a cancer screening in a dentist office. Needless to say my experience was a pleasure and impressive!

Negative experience: I paid $106 for 5 minutes with the dentist. Just to tell me what my problem will cost me 10,000. If you don't have Insurance, stay away. I found another dentist that will do it for half of the price.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. "I am extremely disappointed with the service of this dental office. My 19-year-old son, got a bill for $108. I called to make the payment and I was inform that they send the bill to collections. The due date was 02/27/25 and I called to make the payment on 03/12/2025 (two weeks late). The office person was condescending and instead of being understanding or offering solutions, they immediately sent his account to collections. My son has not yet established credit, and this reckless action is unfairly damaging his financial future. When I called the office to make the payment, the representative was unhelpful, simply stating that since he is an adult, he is responsible for his payments. This lack of empathy and professionalism is unacceptable. I would not recommend their services to anyone who values fair and humane treatment."

Fantastic experience: All of the folks at Palm Coast Dental Care were so kind and patient, despite my rather large fears and anxiety around dentistry (due to prior poor experiences in other places). They were gentle physically, helped ensure I understood my treatment plan and what my insurance would and wouldn’t cover without being condescending as so many offices can be. I can’t recommend them enough - the only thing I would improve if I could is simply if they took kiddos under the age of 12 because I’d love to bring my whole family there for all future dentistry needs.
