Fantastic experience: I had broken a piece of enamel off the back of my tooth. They got me in in two day and fixed it the day I went into the office. I was very pleased and they did a wonderful job.

Fantastic experience: First time in 20 years I had a bad experience, it was the assistant, right off bat said didn’t know if they had time to take care of my issue, I HAD A APPOINTMENT, then she said Dr. will ck me and she said she would try and work me in I drove hour and 15min. To get there that is how much we love Dr. Dawson he came took care of me and I was on my way happy with him as usual. Assistant was not very professional and rude.

After a few negative dentist experiences my wife and I were super nervous to get work we needed badly done so we decided to try a new place and have now both had fillings done here and had amazing experiences. Super glad we found this place! I always have issues getting numb and they got it right first try. Both of our feeling feel great and didn’t change our bite at all.

I had a tooth extraction from Dr Dawson who was gentle and caring during my procedure as well as his assistant who took pictures and measured my teeth for a parcial. I have an appointment for a cleaning and will look forward to returning to Dawson Family Dentistry in the future.

Fantastic experience: Another step on a journey. More repairs. They take poultry in trade. 348 chickens. They fixed an emergency broken front tooth after hours. Many thanks. A great dentist and a friend. They drilled a hole in me! Luckily, they filled it back in, and I'm all good. Who was that masked dentist? He injected me with something and asked a series of questions I dared not answer. Then he glued something in my mouth. I think it's a radio transmitter! I'm afraid to talk. More personal flaws found during visit. Fortunately, can be remedied. I left with the same number of teeth, although they may not have been mine. Wonders!

Fantastic experience: First visit as new patient. The assistant, hygienist, and dentist were thorough and kind. They were able to get me in right away when calling for an acute visit. They even gave me a price breakdown so I knew what to expect to pay. Happy I found them and they are accepting new patients.

Positive experience: I usually have a great experience at Dawson. This time however I can’t say that. The hygienist was very nice. But also had her own opinions even on dental care that contradicted the cares I had received here at Dawson. As well, she forgot to polish my teeth. I mentioned this- she looked at her table and said something like oh I did! Well, it’s just to get any stains off anyway, and you don’t have any stains to get off. I really wanted the polish, but she made me feel I would be putting her out. So I did say it’s ok. It was alright to not polish my teeth. I come from Texas to have my teeth cleaned and my exam here. I was so disappointed. When I left, I was the last car in the parking lot. Then I felt like she was just trying to get rid of me so she could leave. This is my first band experience, but it was a very bad experience. However, the doctor was very good. Explain things was helpful. So it was just the hygienist that I had problems with. I’ve never ever asked to not see a certain hygienist, but I would please ask that I not see this one again thank you.

Fantastic experience: Had two procedures in one visit - very convenient! Started with Dr. Bradford and Dental Assistant Shayne - both exuded confidence and had great "bedside manner". Never felt rushed, they were focused, and listened patiently. On to Kassie afterwards - great job cleaning my teeth - so smooth! And not to forget the front desk staff - thank you for making the appointment super easy - from check-in to check-out (prompt response to my text messages and even had amoxicillin ready on my arrival)! Positive experience: You were extremely far off of your estimate of what insurance would cover. How can you miss the estimated coverage by this much!!!?? This leaves us with a large unexpected bill!! Service was great but your estimates are always way off

Fantastic experience: My very first visit and they knocked my socks off. When I went in I discovered a place that was welcoming. Not only because it's bright and decorated in a way that is pleasing, but mainly because of the warm, sincere folks who greeted and spoke to me with smiles. They were helpful when I had questions, I thoroughly appreciated that. My experience continued to be excellent through each phase. Friendly, warm and education. Some of this was totally unexpected. I was shown photos of my teeth and they explained what I was seeing so that I could better take care of my mouth and make excellent decisions about dental care. Each and every person I talked to was helpful. I look forward to having Dawson Family Dentistry be my go-to for many years to come.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff is welcoming and hospitable. The hygienists are considerate and the Dentists are knowledgeable and thorough. We drive almost an hour to keep coming back to our favorite dentist office!

Fantastic experience: Had a root canal and really minimal discomfort speedy and efficient. Whole process about 1 hour and 10 minutes. Mouth sore from anesthesia injection for about one day otherwise no latent effects. Hopefully I won’t need another one however if I did would recommend them highly!! Had cleaning and check up today arrived was greeted and then escorted by LeeAnn to room. Quick,efficient and painless cleaning procedure.I continue to appreciate the professionalism and dedication exhibited by the entire staff at Dawson Dental.I will continue to to happily recommend them to everyone in the future. Fantastic experience: Once again, Dr Bradford has given us excellent service. New to this practice, I am so impressed by the efficient organization of the whole office. The tools Dr Bradford and Dr Dawson provide make timely service for the patient and also provide a good end product. My husband I both had partial plates prepared in less than a month total. The fit for both of us have been near perfect without any sore spots. That tells me that the technology used is very current. It also emphasizes how the doctors value their staff by providing training skills. I’m very impressed and so glad we chose Dawson Family Practice.

Fantastic experience: Love this dental practice. I had no idea what to expect for a root canal. All I knew is root canals fail and people have pain and other complications. But the staff and Dr. Dawson put me at my ease and the procedure was effortless. I experienced no pain or discomfort and I love Dr. Dawson's humor and personality. I also appreciated what they were going to do step by step. Not all dentists take the time to do this.

Fantastic experience: My first time going to Dawson Dental. I was really impressed with the office and staff. I’ve had about 4, 3D scans (shows the sinus) in the past. Dr Holly Bradford actually showed me the scan and xrays and went over them with me! They got me in for my teeth cleaning the following day with Cassandra, who did a great job!

Fantastic experience: Impressed with the efficiency, care, friendly attitudes, and the exam. Modern facility with modern equipment. I feel like they listen to me with genuine concern. I broke a tooth and they worked me in and created a plan to fix the problem.

Positive experience: Visits are always peaceful. Staff informative and helpful. Unfortunately this time a root canal that was done a year ago went bad already. I'm at the endodontist now to learn next step. There is infection under the tooth that had the root canal. We just paid off our portion of the procedure from last year. I'm anxious to learn how this can happen in such a short time. A second root canal isn't anything anyone looks forward to...except to relieve the horrible pain.

Fantastic experience: Long story short, had tooth pain, called about being a new patient, told them about the pain. They got me in same afternoon took X-rays and gave me antibiotics. They have me signed up for a tooth extraction this coming Thursday!! Unless they pull the wrong tooth this is going to stay at 5 stars for their willingness to get me in that quick alone. Super clean facility, nice and polite employees, literally everyone was smiling at 4 o clock on a Monday!! I recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I accidentally forget to schedule my entire family’s next cleaning, no easy feat to get 5 people into a crammed schedule but the front desk was able to do it! Kassie was great and efficient during my cleaning. Dr Bradford fixed a cavity without any pain, Ashley filled it quickly and kindly. Meanwhile front desk staff watched my newborn baby and Tiffani did my toddlers first cleaning and she was all smiles. Love this office.

Fantastic experience: Extremely happy with this dental office. I had several crowns done, and they were done in a couple of hours with no need for a temporary crown and an additional appointment. Dr. Dawson has equipment that makes a permanent crown while you wait. He was attentive to my concerns and wanted to be sure that my crown was exactly what I wanted. This is the best dental office I have ever visited, and I highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff at Dawson was so kind. The dental hygienist and dentist were extremely understanding of my dental anxiety and listened to what I needed. I didn't feel rushed when talking to them about my dental history or needs. They took the time to explain everything going on with my teeth and helping to prioritize my most immidiate needs. They have the most updated equipment, even making crowns same-day, but they don't charge exorbitant fees to do so. I can't recommend this practice enough! I have now found a practice my entire family can go to for our dental care!
