Fantastic experience: Dr. Warren Johnson and every staff member I had interaction with during my initial consultation were all thorough with their explanations and took the time to address all concerns/ questions presented! Paloma, Macy and Tara were all very professional, hospitable, and patient when reviewing the pros and cons between traditional braces vs Invisalign, financial obligations, and commitment for successful outcome. Overall, I am very grateful for the care and attentive support provided by Dr. Johnson and each staff member on his team.

Negative experience: Unfortunately we have had a bad experience here. Front desk and billing staff are unpleasant in good circumstances and downright rude when we needed anything. My daughter left every appointment with wires poking and cutting her, or lose brackets popping off. Then when we had to take her back for them to fix things we were met with irritation instead of the empathy working with children requires. At one point they even threatened to de-bond her braces when there was a clerical error with our insurance. Knowing what I know now I wish I would’ve let them so we could’ve started again somewhere else.

It really flew by! Thank you for my smile! I had a consultation to decide if braces or Invisalign was right for me, I decided on braces and they applied them the very same day! I wanted to go to a reputable orthopedist Johnson Orthodontic had such amazing reviews. I was able to schedule an appointment online and within days I had my braces. Fantastic experience: We love coming to Johnson Orthodontics. I first chose Johnson’s for myself (36yr) as I needed an adjustment to my smile and picked Invisalign. It was easy to get in to be seen and the staff super kind and professional. Then my son’s dentist recommended that he should get evaluated for braces. I thought I would pick one closer to us as we live 30 min away, but when the other orthodontist office near us canceled (twice!) on us with a month wait to be seen I decided to give Johnson’s a call and make the drive. They got him in the very next day! Talk about excellent service. He was nervous about going but they helped him feel at ease during our consultation. He only needs an expander right now but we will definitely stick to Johnson’s for all our kids. BONUS- they have rewards, ice cream, and coffee! My only regret is that we didn’t come sooner.

Fantastic experience: When my oldest daughter was in need of braces in 2009 I just went to Google to look up Orthodontists in my area. Among all the Orthodontist whom popped up Dr. Johnson stood out the most! We experienced an amazing welcoming at our first appointment. Now five kids and five years later we've continued to go to Dr. Johnson. Not only is Dr. Johnson and the staff amazing but so is Shane! In the beginning we had some tough times with the braces and adjusting an many of time after hours Shane would tell us to "swing by" because he truly cared and he would resolve the issue no matter how big or small. As we set off on our journey now with our second youngest starting braces I have no doubt in my mind this experience will be a great one! I will ALWAYS recommend Johnson's Orthodontics to anyone looking for Orthodontic work! Now here I am many years later returning to get treatment for myself! I wouldn’t have chosen any other Orthodontist!

Fantastic experience: I love Johnson Orthodontics!!! My teeth are so straight now and my jaw is properly aligned. I got braces when I was 39 years old for the first time in my life. It was worth it. I no longer grind my teeth or clench my jaw at night. I didn't know that getting my teeth straightened and having the bands to fix my jaw would make such a difference, but it did. I went with the traditional metal wires. I went to Johnson for 23 months and everyone there is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Thank you!

Positive experience: Always friendly when I come in, and they have convenient video phone appointments so you don't have to leave your house or you can have an appointment during your lunch break. Also very organized and give you a snap shot with available plans for payment Above statement still stands. Finished my treatment however I'm only 95% satisfied with the results. I paid for Invisalign that I was told could fix the gap my baby tooth would leave but there is still a small gap. During this process my front tooth went crooked they said not to worry they will fix it after the gap is almost closed. Could not be fixed after all unless I paid for the change fee to braces. I did not want to pay more money when I was told Invisalign would be a good fit for my situation and was assured along the way everything would be fixed at the end. Because of my front tooth going crooked I now have stress fractures in both of my front teeth that I pray won't be an issue when I'm older. 95% is not bad it's just a bummer when my front teeth used to be straight without cracks in them.

Negative experience: So since my daughter had her braces removed she lost one of her liners and they replaced it with no issues through Medicaid. She just recently cracked her top retainer so figured no big deal we would have another one made. We’ll come to find out they now want to have us pay upfront for an appointment and for a new retainer, the one retainer will cost over 200 even though we still have the molds and who knows how much the appointment will be on top of it. We are a single income family of 7 and are on Medicaid for a reason so we can’t afford to pay that so they basically just said she is SOL after about 2 years in braces and never once had to pay out of pocket. Doesn’t help there isn’t even a manager on duty that could talk to me to figure anything out just told me to pay or they won’t help. I deleted my old review because they no longer deserve a 5 star review and I’d go 0 stars if I could but had to put at least a 1.

Fantastic experience: My second son to receive orthodontic services from Johnson will be having his braces removed next week. Not only these two, but I also did Invisalign with them a couple years back it was never anything but exceptional care and service from start to finish. The staff has always been kind and helpful, knowledgeable and transparent, flexible with scheduling, and even supportive on the occasions we were late. If/when my youngest is in need we will definitely be coming back!

Negative experience: I’ve only had my braces 2 months , my first appointment, I got asked why I was coming in. The lady doing my spacing had no idea what she was needing to do so someone else had to help her find the notes. I’m now sitting here for an 11am appt and it’s 1120. Since I’ve started I can’t switch but I wouldn’t recommend. Too much money spent for this kind of service

Fantastic experience: My daughter had an orthodontist consult for braces with the addition of an implant after. The consult was extremely professional and no pressure to start immediate treatment. We were given information on several treatment plans. We opted for a longer term option with implant insert right after braces and Dr. Johnson positively supported this choice even though it pushed back braces for my daughter for a couple years. Outstanding customer service and care for the patient!

Fantastic experience: Been in treatment for a year and a half now and I love Johnson orthodontics! I’ve had little to no issues in my time here! Love the staff and always happy to come in! I’m very close to finishing treatment. *update Shane reached out, had me come in and fixed everything! So thankful for him!* Everything’s been great leading up to getting braces, I was one of the latest appointments of the day which lead to my technician rushing though things, being rude, and not really listening to me when I said the bite blocks were a little too big and also uneven (my left side touches before my right unless I shift my jaw a weird way!) my braces don’t hurt that badly but the bite blocks are causing excruciating pain. I tried to tell my technician at the end that they felt uneven and she would not really even listen to me/overtalked me while explaining something else entirely. Everyone else in the practice so far has been kind and professional. I’m sad this was my experience as I’ve been waiting over 10 years to finally get braces. Also- she handed me a package of supplies before I left without explaining what anything was for- including this wax/clay like this? Some care instructions would have been nice. Eventually I googled and found out the wax was to cover my braces to protect my inner mouth… that would have been really helpful to know because now I have multiple cuts on my mouth from the brackets. I want to go in and have the bite blocks evened but I’m scared of getting another person who won’t even listen to me and will just try to talk to me like I’m some dumb kid even though I’m 23 and I’m paying for this on my own.
