Fantastic experience: I usually dread going to the dentist, but Brayden made the experience so much better. He was welcoming, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. He’s professional yet easy to talk to, and you can tell he really cares about making patients feel at ease. It made the whole visit so much smoother and less stressful.

The team consists of-Manda, OMG she is the best..we laugh and she puts me at ease when the work starts, Christian, he is so awesome and greets me with a smile, Olivia, she helps me with the cost and works with me on a plan and who I can go to for credit care needs which helps me so much, there is Holly and Kaitlyn and so many more in the Team that have helped me on my journey to take care of my dental needs and I believe taking care of your dental needs is so very important. Dr. Fisher is so Awesome. She puts her heart into helping me with my Dental needs. She one time thought we were gonna need a root canal. She was able to try something and what she did worked out, so I did not need the root canal after all. I recommend Spokane Family Dental-They are Awesome and Dr. Fisher and her Team are the best!!!!!

Fantastic experience: My husband needed a local place and I called the emergency number on Labor Day weekend. We were so pleased to get a person calling back that same day. Krista was knowledgeable and made an appointment. When we got there Krista had us all checked in and was able to verify that my husband’s insurance would cover our visit. Dr. Buck explained our options and Dr. Moss performed the needed extraction which was in a difficult area. Manda and he did a great job. The healing process showed that. Thank you, Penny

Fantastic experience: Today was my first procedure at this office. I have really bad teeth and dental anxiety. Dr Moss and Manda were beyond amazing. They went well over my appointment time to make sure I was taken care of. I will be back next week and every 6 months. Thank you for making a 3 hour procedure, as easy as possible. Fantastic experience: Spokane Family Dental is a very caring approach to our communities dental care. The front office staff was so kind to one of my clients looking for an office position that I decided I wanted to try out their dental services. Dr. Fisher and Manda treated me with the utmost care during a root canal procedure, plus follow ups, and getting me in right away with continued care. They explained each step of dental procedures giving me several breaks to just relax. All staff are caring and knowledgeable, Dr Moss, and Dr Buck are also amazing, along with each dental assistant that works with them. I love my new Dentist! Cheri

The hygienists are knowledgeable and great with my kids. The dentists show respect and courtesy working with me to create care plans that will work with myself and my kiddos. Fantastic experience: Spokane Family Dental is truly the most amazing dental clinic! As someone who has had many traumatic experiences at previous clinics, I was absolutely terrified when I had to have a huge procedure done. I did a lot of research, called a lot of places, and ended up finding Spokane Family Dental. They got me in the same day for my first consultation and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. Dr Moss explained everything so well, and truly made me feel at ease with my decision. Manda, one of the Dental Assistants, was so kind and understanding from the very first day I met her (when I was nervous and scared….and ended up as a hysterical crying mess). I was scheduled for my procedure just three weeks after the consultation, and Manda even met me outside with words of encouragement when she saw me hesitant to come in that morning. When I say she is amazing, I’m not exaggerating! Corey, who handles their sedation, was also so wonderful and explained everything so well for the day of my procedure. The front desk staff is also so warm and friendly. Christian has been so helpful when I’ve called with questions. Holly was great at explaining the treatment plan and cost. And one of their newest receptionists, Krisha, has quickly become one of my favorites (sorry if I spelled her name wrong..haha). She always greets me with a smile on her face and a positive attitude! I also love that she knows who I am anytime I call…it truly feels like a personalized experience. This clinic is adorable, cozy but modern, and just overall has THE BEST vibe. I can’t say enough great things about them and would recommend Spokane Family Dental without hesitation!!

Fantastic experience: It is rare I leave reviews, but I just had to leave a review to share I had a fantastic experience today with Dr. Wood. This was my first time seeing this dentist and the only one I plan to see going forward, because she is awesome! I have major dental anxiety, but I felt at ease with her. She oozes kindness and calm. She did an amazing job on the filling; it was quick, easy, and looks great. I really hope she becomes a full-time dentist here. The dental assistant was also great! I’m horrible at remembering names (sorry!), but she’s been the dental assistant for many of my appointments here and she’s always so nice and patient. Thank you both so much for my positive experience today!

Fantastic experience: Spokane Family Dental did an amazing job, I had several things thay needed addressed and I have an extreme fear of dentists. We decided sedation would be the best route to take and it went so smoothly, their caring and compassion was a relief!

Positive experience: I was mostly happy with my first visit to Spokane Family Dental. However the employee that helped me with preparing my digital medical history was not yet fully trained in the system and was not familiar with many of the medical terms. It would have been better to let me fill in the items myself and let him help me with the system procedures. However, he should not be overly blamed that it took longer than I expected to complete the questionnaire because I know he was a new hire and was learning on the job. Otherwise I thought the consultation went very well

Fantastic experience: My names Anthony Seymour and I’ve never had a good experience with a dentist bad child trauma lead me to have a really bad anxiety and fear of going to the dentist, also growing up watching finding Nemo and the dentist scenes made it worse. So it always gave me bad anxiety going to the dentist to where my mom or sister had to lie to me saying I’m going to something else then we would show up at the dentist and I’d freak out inside to the point where if I had to get dental work I had to take anxiety meds or be put to sleep for the work and as an adult the fear was so bad I just stop going then I had to get me wisdom teeth removal and that was my biggest fear then I get referred to Spokane family dental and they treated me so well actually made sure I was fully numbed up and ready to proceed the dentist talked me through the hole procedure and it was easy and fast to get them out. After that they are the only dentist I’ll let work on my teeth I recently went back for some dental work and I noticed my fear of going to the dentist and anxiety has completely went away I actually felt glad and kinda excited to go because I knew they would do amazing work and be super friendly I’m really happy I found this dentist so I can actually take care of my teeth properly and not be scared I definitely recommend them to people who have bad anxiety or a fear of dentist

Negative experience: The care is decent enough but they are VERY expensive and definitely love to take your money. Providers are okay, equipment is nice and the office is clean. If you have insurance, I’d recommend somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Dr Bushman and his team have given me great care and advice. I have had quite a bit done and they were better than other Dr's I have worked with, and saved me some money. He is able to provide sleep therapy which got my wife back to the dentist for much needed work, after many years of being to scared to see a dentist. Their care is getting her thru her needs. Glad to have found him and his team.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ryan Bushman dentistry business is getting pretty big and that's good for him but it kind of sucks for me because I'm always pretty much getting someone new to be my hygienist. And here's a good example I can't even remember the name of the very very nice gal that just cleaned my teeth!! It would be nice just to stay with one person for at least a little while, I do understand that people move up in the business to better their career. But as far as people that work there are very kind, helpful and thoughtful.

Fantastic experience: I can not say enough about this dental office and Dr. Fisher. The dentist has always been a struggle for me and my daughter who is on the spectrum. The office walls are covered with green leafy plant stuff which dramtically reduces the echo and noise, they showed my daughter around the entire place before putting her in the chair. Then they asked her what they could do to help her. Most importantly...they listened and they heard her. Before she told them she is on the spectrum they were explaining things before they did it. Something as simple as telling her they were going to raise and lower her chair before they did. For those that know how critical these things are YOU KNOW. I cannot thank Dr. Fisher and the staff enough. You truly are phenomenal!!!!

Negative experience: This dentist office has slowly shown incompetence repeatedly over the last few years. The first couple times i chalked it up to flukes. But now it has become a pattern, my tongue has been numb since december because they damaged my lingual nerve when giving an injection. Then after pre paying for all this work, they want me to pay another 700+ dollars for the procedure that has literally left the right half of my tongue and gumbs numb which has caused me all kinds of issues. When trying to figure out what was going on with the billing i have been told 3 different things by different people in this office. They need to get their act together, i would not recommend going here for anyone.

Negative experience: Very friendly and very clean environment.6/21/24 Really the best place to go. Dr. William's helped me out so much and sad to see him move on. Wish him the best. So friendly and nice place to go. I will tell everyone to come here for dental work. Let me tell u. They have new people in there and I don't believe they know what they are doing. Your mouth only opens up so far but they keep opening and opening it. Just went there on 3, 4,25 will not go back. U can never have the same person to work on your mouth. Don't go there if u want the same person or people working on your theeth.

Fantastic experience: Honestly the nicest place I’ve ever gone to. The experience was super relaxing, I just watch Hamilton on the TV with headphones in while everything got done and it was wonderful. The people here are so wonderful and they even gave me laughing gas FOR FREE because I’m 16 and we couldn’t pay for it. A 20/10 place and I HIGHLY recommend for all ages

Negative experience: As a long time patient. The care from this business has gone down significantly. They use to treat things urgently and were on top of things. 9 months ago i called because my orthodontist recommended me to. They had me come in from athol. I drove all the way in to basically be told i wasted my time and had to reschedule. I rescheduled and it was whatever. I was on the schedule for a dental cleaning and was called and told they were cancelling. Despite having told them I had 4 dental cleaning as my insurance covered it for pregnancy they still insisted on cancelling. Finally, the straw that has broken the camels back. I called on Friday. I was suppose to have veneers done as part of my orthodontic treatment. i was scheduled for tomorrow (Tuesday) at 8 am. I just got a call at 4:35 (monday) saying they were cancelling it and didn't have availability until march 19. When I asked for my records to be emailed to me because I'm just done. I was told “well see what we can do” If youre someone whos time is limited and your punctual. Dont waste your time here.

Fantastic experience: My son recommended Spokane Family Dental when I returned to Spokane to retire. I’d not seen a dentist since the onset of the Covid Pandemic (my CA dental office stopped seeing patients in person)so I was understandably nervous. Luckily, not much had gone wrong in that time period. I did have to go back to have one area deep cleaned but the staff was great and made me feel comfortable. I later had an old crown suddenly pop off and needed to be reseated—they took me in that day and immediately took care of it. I’ve followed up with regular cleanings and could not be happier. The office staff and dentists are always pleasant and cheerful. The office itself is always scrupulously clean. I highly recommend the practice to anyone looking for good dental care.

Negative experience: You wrote a review for Spokane Family Dental 4 minutes ago 1.0 star rating9/29/2023 Absolutely the worst Dental provider ever! The exam was painful, I had to stop it. I have a dental plan with Fed Bx Bs. I was told they could/would not clean my teeth after my exam...BX pays for the exam and cleaning. However, an 'Elective' cleaning', also known as Deep Cleaning was available for more $$$.I think I was told $150.00. Deep cleaning is charged by the quadrant and dentist did not say quadrant...it can be very, very expensive. Bx does not cover this, only partial payment. I saw this coming...I said so you are not gonna clean my teeth, "No" it is against the law the dentist said you have to have a "Deep Cleaning". I said we are done here. Upon leaving I was given a gift sack...I tossed it into the trash! I called billing twice and explained...no call back. I also alerted Blue Cross, they were shocked' I also called FD Billing and said I should not be charged for this visit...I just wanted my 6-month cleaning...pretty easy. I wanted a filing and cleaning. Nothing wrong with my gums declined that check. Since I did they would not fill my two teeth. I left after an hour of nothing but "No" from the dentist. No change from last year...find another dentist..Yup I called BX, and they were shocked.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Manross and his assistant Manda were absolutely incredible! I am terrified of the dentist and they made me feel so comfortable and walked me through every step, and made sure I felt no discomfort.

Fantastic experience: I was referred through the VA, and I couldn't have had a better experience. The entire staff, from reception to the techs and nurses and doctors. Always had reminders pop up on my phone of when my appointment was. Which was very helpful for me as I think I might have missed my first appointment. But very easy to reschedule if necessary. I will highly recommend, especially my VA reps.
