Negative experience: I am a new patient here. I'd love the staff except, I was handed a bill for a couple hundred dollars on my way out of the door at my last appointment. I was not told about before the procedure was done.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit after leaving my old dentist office a couple month ago. The staff was friendly and even gave me a little orientation through their office. Every step was explained on what to expect and why these steps are taken. After my visit I had some additional questions which were answered in timely manner and confusions about billing procedures were resolved.

Fantastic experience: Being this was my first time being there, staff was extremely nice, very reassuring, and am able to go back tomorrow to get work I need done. I was nervous going into the appointment but left happy and actually excited for tomorrow. Highly recommend based on first visit! If you have bad anxiety (like I do) and are worried about going to a dentist, this is the place you wanna go to! Update - I was able to get dental work done the next day after my first visit. The whole experience was great, from staff always checking to make sure I was comfortable, I was able to pick out a movie to watch while the procedure was being completed. I expected to be there a while, but it ended up being sooner than I thought when finished. I had to go back today about a tooth I was concerned about, and speaking with Dr. Alec, he reassured me of my concerns and went through the x-ray with me for extra reassurance. The staff here is so friendly and I'm definitely glad I found my permanent dentist office!

Dr. Eseverria and MacKenzie were professional and so gracious with my rambling questions. I can't remember my hygienist name, brief intro., very pleased. I can't wait to see her in the morning. Upd. Fantastic experience: Being one of those who is afraid to go to the Dentist, I was not looking forward to going to the Dentist after breaking a tooth. From the moment I walked in I was pleasantly surprised. Every step of my journey was greeted with pleasant help and concerned team members. They were empathic of my fear and gave me wonderful service and treatment.

Negative experience: Very disappointed! I love the staff and the atmosphere and bathrooms. I even love the dentist 's bedside manner. Awesome! However, I am kinda upset by the lack of accountability for what happened to my cap. It fell out 4 months after my fall in September AND 4 days after she was drilling on the tooth next to it. Of course, I can't prove that it was her and maybe not from the fall 4 months prior. I actually expected to be offered half off or something. Somehow maybe you can prove that it was from the fall What was even worse was when it fell out it took the rest of my tooth with it. Which meant that I could not get another cap. Instead I had to get dentures that I really doubt that I will be able to wear. I know that I can't eat with it in. It feels like a big deal to me. Sorry ❤️ I am just being myself, brutally honest. It is what it is. I just feel depressed. I'll get over it. I really hated to give this review, because I really liked going there.

Fantastic experience: Beattie Family Dental staff was very nice and Dr Matthew whom I saw was very knowledgeable and really listened to my concerns. The staff seems to really enjoy working at this practice. All in all a very good experience. I’ll be staying at this practice even though it is quite a bit farther to drive than my last dentist.update: I had my first cleaning today and it was very comfortable and relaxing. So was my recent root canal.
