Fantastic experience: My main concerns are pain so the fear level is high. The dental hygienist was kind, patient, and used the best topical numbing solution I’ve ever experienced. So glad I found them after moving here from VA and having the same dentist for many years.

I one appointment away from completing my treatment program and each experience has been first class. It will be just a year that it took to complete everything. I apologize for not remembering the two assistants names. One was a new trainee and they both were great.

Positive experience: Doc did a great job no pain during or after the procedure., I assume his assistant was in training and she was great also. A little anxious on the suction tube, but she will get there. I only almost gaged a couple of times.She was quite nice and took care of me very well.

Negative experience: Don’t trust this office when you call them to set an appointment and give them your insurance. Make them verify that they take your insurance, even though they show in network on your providers list. I had an 8 AM appointment, that I drove over 40 miles to, and was informed when I arrived they quit taking my CIGNA plan at the beginning of the year. Very disappointed to say the least.

Positive experience: Everyone was so nice and friendly. Especially the dental assistant that help me. She has a very pretty name but I'll never be able to spell it. I was nervous and she made me feel comfortable

Negative experience: I am new to the community and went to this Dentist for a cleaning and check up. The Dentist was great and the staff friendly, but the Hygienist said that I needed a "deep cleaning" which would cost $120 more than the routine cleaning my insurance covered - my numbers were 4 on multiple teeth indicating the presence of periodontitis or advanced gingivitis. This has never happened and I have had cleanings twice a year for decades. I objected and they refused to do the routine cleaning my insurance would pay for. So, I went to another Dentist and they did the same exam. Interestingly, none of my numbers were above a 3, no 4's at all, most were a 2 or below and I was told the routine cleaning was all I needed. Now, was this office over zealous, just badly mistaken, incompetent, or was there some nefarious attempt to take advantage and cash in on a new patient. Honestly, not sure which of those are true, but none of them cause me to want to go back to that Dentist office, I would recommend anyone using this office double check what you are told you need - get a second opinion or just avoid this office altogether.

Fantastic experience: I was nervous about getting a procedure done and it turned out to be amazing everything that I was afraid of went away. She was very good at what she did.. She also talked me through it. She told me what she was doing. I really appreciate it when she was doing it. It was a very good experience.

She didn't think they accepted it, but she tried her best to get me not to hang up. Telling me they could still help me. And They Did .

Fantastic experience: Two days before my appointment I received an email reminder, a text message, and a personal phone call as a reminder. I love me some Dental one & Beatrice who is my technician is authentically in-love with Orthodontics. Dental One is like a sterilized state of the art venue where new born babies are born and cared for. The staff is efficient, pleasant and professional. My appointment was scheduled at 8:30. I was through by 9:10. Dental One motivates me to brush, floss, and use my water pick every night. I informed family & friends about this high-tech dental facility and they are going to change their office to Dental One.

Fantastic experience: Because of terrible experiences from other dentist visits....I allowed my teeth to become an embarrassing mess. Finally I had no choice but to get something done. Dental One patiently allowed me to set the pace when I got my "panic attacks" and never once lectured me. Dr. Gardner and team were very understanding and explained everything they would be doing before they started. Kept an eye on me to make sure I was comfortable. Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with Dental One Associates! I went in for a routine cleaning, and they assured me there would be no out-of-pocket costs because of my insurance. Two months later, I received an unexpected bill for $82 for an X-ray. When I called to inquire, they told me my insurance wouldn't cover it. I was frustrated but agreed to pay, only to find out there was an additional $20 collection fee! It was frustrating enough to get an unexpected charge, but adding a fee that wasn't even mentioned before is outrageous. If you're considering going here, make sure to double-check with your insurance about what's covered. They seem to send charges to insurance that end up getting denied. I strongly recommend avoiding this place!

Fantastic experience: I visited dental one before about 2 years ago, but insurance was not fully covered. However, on March 7 customers service was very good and understanding and Dr. Gardener was an excellent, friendly and gentle person he is concerned about his patient. I would return again. My visit with Dr. Perez on April 18th was a good experience, as well as customer service was pleasant and they explained my payment on my procedure. Dr. Perez was extremely helpful with my procedure on that day very understanding and gentle. Thank you all for your hard and dedicated work as a team.
