Fantastic experience: Amazing dental practice. Especially from the front staff to the dentist. Jennifer the dental hygienist was really amazing during the whole process of the cleaning (especially if your fear the dentist) they make you feel so comfortable at all times & she is also educating you during the process.

Fantastic experience: My dad had his first appointment to this dentist and it was a very nice experience for us. Everyone is very helpful they speak English and Spanish and when they come up with the dental plan they have they will explain everything very clearly. We loved it.

Fantastic experience: My boyfriend and I have always had a fear of the dentist because of bad experiences growing up—those metal tools and drilling sounds felt straight out of a horror movie. But our experience at Dental Park has been the complete opposite! Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and never makes us feel judged. We actually look forward to our cleanings now. They even let us get seen together, which is something most clinics don’t allow, and it makes the experience so much more comforting. I’ve been coming here for a year and always recommend it to my friends!

Fantastic experience: Came on a Saturday, very efficient, front staff was prompt and took my daughter and I in quickly. Dr. G was straightforward and explained what I didn't understand. Negative experience: I am deleting the old review I wrote and writing a new review based on my most recent visit on July 2, 2024. My appointment had been scheduled over six months in advance. I was under the impression that I would see the dentist I saw the last two times (including my initial visit), which was Dr. Chan Park. When I came to my appointment, I was seen by Dr. Young Jo, whom I had never seen before and had no prior knowledge of my dental history. I was told that Dr. Park was "busy attending to other patients". I decided to come back to this appointment because I was happy with Dr. Park and with the hygienist I had seen back in January. I was told that hygienist was no longer working at this office and was seen by a new one. This hygienist accidently poked / struck my upper lip with scalpel instrument used to scrap stains off teeth. This caused bleeding to my upper lip; the hygienist did apologize but did not inform me that my upper lip was bleeding. I felt my upper lip wet and had to ask if my lip was bleeding. This made our encounter a little awkward and the hygienist tried changing the subject and rushed through the rest of the cleaning. I asked to speak to the dentist, Dr. Young Jo, to inform her what had happened. I believe that she initially misunderstood what I had tried explaining to her; she checked the cleaning and believed I had been struck inside the mouth. I explained to the dentist that I had been struck on the upper lip, which she apologized for, but offered no other condolence. This is the first time I have been "accidently" struck by any instrument by either a dentist or a hygienist at a dental office. I will not return to this office for any future service.

Negative experience: Unprofessional handling of my appointment by their staff waiting until the last minute to tell me that my insurance won't cover service. I went on to explain that I was switching to Cigna in August, but their staff was not at all helpful in getting me in now for a cleaning only out of pocket.
