Fantastic experience: It was my first time having a procedure done at Pauloucci dentists. Oral surgery I was referred by Pauloucci dentists in North Providence where I had been going for past year. Also amazing. First let me say the front desk, the staff , are so kind in greeting and setting me up in the chair before and during the process. Felt personal, full attention from Dr and answered any questions, he shared all what he was doing , kind , And def patient with any questions or concerns. And implementing a long term plan. Playing around with options in a no rush get out of chair manner. The Dr Dentist from Boston, Dr. G I believe some called him..lol forgive me.I was nervous. X-rays..pulling . Bone graft ... I felt NO pain. He stitched me up ( never have had that done after a procedure) Then was prescribed antiobiotics..again I've never been prescribed antiobiotics after . Which helps with any or further infection to other teeth Never have had antiobiotics prescribed after. State only covers pulling. Not stitches No antiobiotics. State Dentists I commend. Two weeks later appt to have stitches removed and looked over healing.. and , a follow up x-ray. Again. Staff amazing . Felt personal, and full attention, and we chatted again about future options. Positive experience: At age 80, I would appreciate a slower pace, but I thought the cleaning went well. The temp crown scanning had technical problem, and my procedure left me with a trauma on lower lip on my right side. Still healing, three days later; now 81…

Fantastic experience: I have grown to appreciate the care I've received after about my fourth visit! I came to this practice by referral from my insurance because my Dentist of over 40 yrs retired. I didn't quite understand the process of my treatment and billing going forward but finally I got a Dr who explained what I needed to know and was more concerned about quality care and my concern with continuity of Care. I wanted nothing more than to understand I had a plan for my care in the big picture of my treatment that we both understood! She is my new Primary Dentist! Thank You I think I will be happy! Fantastic experience: I have to say this is one of the best clinics I’ve ever been to in RI. The dentist’s that pulled my teeth are wonderful they made me feel at ease I literally felt nothing no pain at all I’ve never had this experience before with any dentist I have issues with my teeth which requires a lot of tooth pulling the dentist made me feel so comfortable and patient with me waiting till I feel comfortable before removing any teeth I appreciate that I have dental phobia from the last dentist that was so mean to me. It shows that they care about their patients. I don’t know the name of the first dentist that pulled my teeth but he’s so helpful not only with his wonderful work but helping me to make sure I get the care I need. I’m impressed your clinic definitely deserves a five star. Keep up the good work

Positive experience: This dental office cannot start an appointment on time for the life of them. I saw my hygienist 36 minutes after my scheduled appointment time today. This felt like way too long. I typically wait 15-20 minutes for every appointment. I've never had one star on time. Once I actually get to whoever it is working on my teeth, it's a fine experience. But the waiting is brutal

Fantastic experience: 6/16/25 UPDATED EXPERIENCE: As a longtime patient, I am very disappointed with my experience today. I called the office this morning to request an appt due to a filing that broke Thursday evening and has partially fallen out, leaving part of the inside of my tooth exposed and in pain. I was given an appointment that is FIVE WEEKS away (July 23, 2025) with the comment that maybe there will be a cancellation before that and I’ll be able to be seen sooner. I asked what I’m supposed to do until then since I have a hole in my tooth and I’m in pain and the receptionist said, “oh just try not to eat around that area.” PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE: I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Kaufman and her dental hygienist (Denise?) yesterday morning. They were both extremely thorough and took their time. They explained everything they were going to do, provided education regarding TMJ, and discussed what would happen at my future appointments. I have NEVER had such a positive experience with a dental practice. THANK YOU!

Fantastic experience: Very good experience with everyone involved, except for the fire alarm. (fase alarm, thank God ) on my very first visit. Everyone was soo helpful taking care of my husband who couldn't go down the stairs. My visit with the technician who did my ex rays and the dentist made me feel very comfortable. Positive experience: Waited 40 min after my scheduled appointment and then once I finally got called, they rushed through and hurt my mouth and gums throughout it all. My gums are still sore the next day. I was a little disappointed from this last experience since all my other appointments were the complete opposite.

My first time at Paolucci ,I was quite set back didn't know what to expect actually I had come from a great dentist prior who stopped accepting my insurance during covid 19 out break soo here I was and Can I tell you the Ladies I. This office including Dr. PAOLUCCI who made a cameo and introduced himself over the last year I've been there have been amazing , they worked with my insurance explained cost and always have a plan o. What's next Can't say I was a true fan of Dentists but if you wanna have the experience I've had this is the place .. they make you feel like family they know my name never have to worry going in and believe it or not feel great after I leave . I look forward to continuing my relationship with them . They might humbly say we are doing our job but I'd say the pleasure is all mine ! Safe to say I've found my dentistry home! From start to finish the experience was comfortable, reassuring and overall extraordinarily positive. The environment is comfortable, and the tech extremely modern. The staff, techs, and doctors all took plenty of time to fully answer all of my questions (I tend to ask a lot of questions :\(). I was particularly impressed with how the doctors and techs interacted with one another - feels collaborative and supportive, and that dynamic helps instill confidence and ease for the patient while in the chair. You have all been very great through the years and you treat everybody very nicely. There is no waiting time you are in and out quickly, everyone is friendly, fast and efficient. I love that. I am text and emailed regarding any upcoming appointments so that I don’t miss anything you are very good when I need to change my appointments. Everything is excellent.

Fantastic experience: My family has been getting our dental care at Paolucci Family Dentist since 2010 (or before). It’s truly a family dentist. The receptionists, hygienists and doctors are and have always been kind, thorough and caring. I’ve recommended them to friends and love the new location.

Negative experience: Horrible. I'm on my 16th visit to be fitted for a denture. There are no odd complications. The dr.just can't get it right. I've worn dentures for 45 yrs and never ever a problem. This character can't get it right. And I'm still without a denture. He used up all my financial coverage and he is now working on his own time. Something ain't right , he missed the boat somewhere. I don't know what to do at this point. Can somebody please direct me to a reasonable remedy... Help

Fantastic experience: Everyone there is an excellent professional, explains things to me in an intelligent fashion without being patronizing (which happens far too often in medical and dental care). From the first step in I feel welcomed even if it's busy! They all are sensitive to my personal situation, not just the physical. And yesterday Brenna cleaned my teeth. She was brilliant! Efficient and thorough, didn't pull punches about problems that needed to be taken care of, and between her and Dr. Evans I received a complete picture of what I needed to do next, and how to proceed in a productive manner. I have other friends who go to them and it's a telling thing. Thanks to everyone there.

Negative experience: Negative star review. I got text messages and phone calls with a certain time. I was booked 4 months ago. Today I got a message the appointment was earlier. A 9 am text with a 11 am appointment message. There was nothing they could do. It was unprofessional. You don’t send a text message 4 times and 3 phone calls and then change the time the day off. I like the hygienist but the receptionist said I could book for April. Unacceptable and unprofessional. The receptionist should find another job. And obviously you don’t need my business. And you know who I am. Find another dentist. Besides you never get the the main doctor. They have a staff of dentists. Do not book here!!! My dog groomer is more professional.

Fantastic experience: Before I came here it had been more than 10 years since I went to the dentist. My mom recommended them and I have had nothing but great experiences here. Even the last time when my jaw locked up they were great and really helped solve what was for me a scary experience.
