Fantastic experience: Lawton Kids Dentistry is the BEST dentist practice for kids, especially if your child has special needs. Staff is amazing and very kind. They took the time to work with my daughter who's non-verbal autistic, and were able to give her a full exam, cleaning, & x-rays! (That's triumphant) I highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: First time here and great experience! The staff and hygienist were all so welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend for your little ones. My kids are both ages 1 and 3.

Fantastic experience: I've brought all my sons here for dental care at young ages and it has always been really good. The dental hygienist are so patient and interact with little ones so well, making the experience less stressful and scary for them. The dentist that recently seen my youngest son took time to explain things to us including his permanent teeth that were showing on the x-rays. He also reassured us on any concerns I had.

Fantastic experience: Have been taking my daughters here for the last 6 years and they are wonderful! They have always accommodated us when they needed to be seen promptly for dental issues!

Positive experience: Super efficient and very well designed, well kept place to encourage the full range of kids friendly. It's a big place and stretches past the original parking area, so I was surprised. The staff are very direct and helpful! They seem to have the understanding that most kids are geared to game or stream and have televisions with kids friendly cartoons. They apparently had gaming available but the lack of consideration and self control from the many young gamers seem to have rendered games unusable. Restrooms are very clean and definitely should meet health standards for a metal grade facility. The owners should definitely be proud.

Fantastic experience: Last year of December my child had multiple cavities that needed to be taken care of. Everything was fine until a few months about 3-4 had passed & some fillings came out. Went back a 2nd time and caps were put on as replacement. The dentist didn’t charge me! I was happy to get her teeth taken care of and at no cost. I recently had to come back a week before school started. My child was screaming and crying in pain about one of her caps. We were seen quickly that very Monday and had two capped teeth pulled. One due to an abscess and the other another cavity. I paid and was called back up and told the dentist didn’t want to charge me and they refunded my money. Can I say hallelujah??!!! The staff has been very courteous and polite. I thank the staff and especially the dentist for their patience, dedication and hard work.

I have to say it’s always been a great experience of people there ensure that their kids feel comfortable and treat their kids and friends with a lot of respect and making it a fun experience.

Fantastic experience: Every appointment has been top tier except 1 and my 3 children have been receiving care here for years so they are still worthy of 5 stars. Scheduling is a breeze, staff are typically kind and patient and the place is a literal revolving door so most visits are quick and efficient.

I've already recommended a customer from my work to take her son to this dentist. Truly amazing, if I could give infinity stars I would. Thank you guys for everything.

It is now June 2025 and as with all places there is gonna be multiple staff members and you never get the same ones when it comes to a large business but the ones I just had for this time around with hygienist and dentist doc we saw were better than the prior ones. And glad there is a place that helps kids feel comfortable and takes toddlers

Negative experience: Took my 11 month old to see them because he broke his tooth that was barely through the gum. The dentist was really rough with the exam by flicking at the tooth i said was broken. He said the tooth seemed fine but i told him that i saw the tooth move so he then looked behind the tooth and saw the little piece flapping away from the tooth. He told me that it needed to be pulled. They would not let me back there with my 11 MONTH OLD to have a tooth pulled. He was in rough shape when they brought him back out to me after the procedure and also they gave me his tooth. When i got home, i looked at the tooth and nothing looked wrong with the tooth. You couldn’t even tell that it had been broken. I called back and the lady that i talked to said the dentist pulled the broken piece off before they did the extraction and that it was deep and into the dentin and it would have caused issues down the road and that the root was damaged. Well i still didn’t feel settled by that because like i said the tooth looked perfect to me. Well today i went to my dentist and brought the tooth, told him the story and he looked at the tooth. He told me that there was nothing wrong with this tooth and that it was probably a fixable break that did not require the tooth to be pulled. So i just put my son through that for no reason and now he doesn’t have a front tooth. Also my dentist told me that if i had come to them first and the tooth in fact needed to have been pulled that i would have been allowed to be with my son during the procedure. DO NOT go to this dentist. I am so upset and felt pressured to do this procedure and they gave the feeling that it was emergent and the tooth needed to come out right then because it was “leaking fluid” and could get infected.

Fantastic experience: The receptionist was so nice upon arrival, and very detailed. The ladies in the back that do the cleaning are amazing, and I had my 1 year old there and she did amazing with those ladies. They were nice and patient, and the Dr was amazing!!! 10/10 would recommend them to anyone

Every part of the staff experience here was lovely from scheduling to reschedule because I had car issues and the doctor and the hygienist themselves, all the staff is amazing. Fantastic experience: Dr. Chelenza was my sons dentist on his very first visit and he did amazing. Dr. C was so kind and had a very warm welcoming demeanor. We had a great experience with everyone from front to back. I highly recommend. The downside is they are not in network with united concordia.

The wait times are not long, and we were able to get an appointment with ease. Best of all, they make my kiddo feel comfortable and safe every step of the way.

They explained every step of the process,which made my son feel calm & comfortable. At last the dentist conducted a thorough examination. We left informed & confident about our dental health.

Every member of staff we interacted with was professional and kind. The dental assistant and dentist himself (Dr. C) were amaaazing handling my son! All anxiety went out the door, I will be bringing my son here exclusively throughout his dental journey

Fantastic experience: I remember recommend this place it’s a very nice place and the nurses there are very nice people they’re so friendly it’s was our first time but I would love to keep talking my little girl there.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the care my daughter received. We trusted them with her dental health, only to find out that they missed three abscesses in her mouth. They failed to diagnose a serious issue that was causing her pain and could have led to severe complications. We ended up seeking a second opinion, where the new dentist immediately identified the abscesses and started treatment. I cannot understand how a pediatric dental office, supposedly specializing in children’s oral health, overlooked something so critical. I would not recommend this clinic to any parent who values thorough and competent dental care for their child. If we had continued relying on them, my daughter’s condition could have worsened significantly. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a dentist who takes their patients’ health seriously. I do appreciate the office manager calling to apologize and the friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: Our youngest usually doesn’t have any issue with getting in the chair and letting them clean and look at his teeth, our daughter who has CP on the other hand has a hard time and freaks out.. but they are always so calm and careful.. they have the best tempers with her!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love taking my son here. Of course being right under 2 years old he fights but they do such a great job handling him and still getting through the appointment. I highly recommend this dentist office for those who already have kids or who are going to have kids. Haven’t had any problems out of them like I’ve experienced at Ocean Dental. They gave him his to-go bag with his new brush and tooth paste and even gave him a toy. Thank y’all for being so amazing with these little guys!

Fantastic experience: My 2 year old formed a cyst due to a blunt tooth trauma. I am so thankful to the surgical tech but especially to the dental assistant who thought she was doing a cleaning and quickly got us to X-rays, doc and helped set us up for immediate extraction. They did an extraction without me there, under laughing gas and local anesthesia with no tears. The extraction took about 20 min. It’s a busy place, but they do it right. I was impressed.

Fantastic experience: I took all 3 of my kids 6, 3, and 1 here and they did AMAZING with all 3! They were super gentle, answered every question my kids had and turned normal dental exams into games to help keep them focused!

Fantastic experience: First time with my own son, it was even better than it was when I was a kid! My toddler really enjoyed playing in the “kid’s corner” with other kiddos, he stayed busy during the quick 10 min wait. Our favorite part is the inviting & comforting atmosphere from the doctors to the equipment but especially the themed/decorated rooms. His cleaning was super easy, he wasn’t bothered at all! It does help that they allow your child to hold your/their phone too or have earbuds. God is good & Jesus loves you, praying this helps whoever reads it! 1 John 3:2

Positive experience: Staff was nice enough. But long wait times (30-40min past your appt time) and another 15 for the dr to do the exam. Which might not be a big deal to an adult- but when you have a toddler that’s a pretty significant wait time to keep them busy and not melting down. Toys in the lobby were broken and dirty too (as were the carpets). I don’t think there’s really another option for us for pediatric dentistry unfortunately in Lawton.

Positive experience: Have had good visits and bad ones. The staff is a mixed bag. When I call and need to get my kids seen sometimes they can do it and sometimes they will ask me to email a picture of my child’s teeth before they make an appointment or only make an appointment if my child is in pain. Dr. Chuck is fantastic. He is always friendly and informative. Some of the dental hygienists are cold and rude and I’m not sure why rhey chose to work with kids. When my kids have needed procedures I do end up waiting a long while. When all is said and done I still recommend this place over Ocean Dental because I feel that they’re better at their jobs but we really don’t have any other options.

Positive experience: Usually have to wait past your appointment to be seen. Because it’s the only kids dentistry in Lawton and is a bit hectic because of so many appointments going on at the same time but staff are so patient with the kids despite the crazy movement in and out of rooms. They do a great job.

Fantastic experience: First time for us parents and for our son going to a pediatric dental clinic. We were so appreciative of them answering our questions because we really didnt know what we were doing or what to expect at a pediatric clinic. Our son cried as expected but they did everything they had to do so quickly so he didn’t have to be upset for too long. Not knowing what to expect, I think we had a good one and will be returning for our son’s next cleaning.
