Negative experience: It was all about the money!! I didn’t need a Pano Resubmit a crown. All that was needed was 1pa to tell if it could be done. The small cavity could have been scooped out and most likely the crown could have kept its margins and be able to be recemented! So now I’m down $200 in my insurance and no help at all. Don’t go there unless you want Your money and insurance siphoned!!

Since I've been using this dental practice, I've been having excellent results for the first time in my life. Dr. Ray is tops, and very congenial . My regular hygienist, Jillian, takes excellent care of my teeth, seeing to it that I don't develop problems like cavities and gum disease. The front desk is very friendly and competent. Fantastic experience: The entire staff was incredible !! The fit me in for a emergency extraction 3 hours after I notified them of my pain thru text message. I explained my anxiety and fear from previous experiences at other practices. From the front desk was polite and sociable, the dental assistants made me feel welcome and the Dentist was painless. Of course the nitrous oxide helped but that was my choice. The whole time I was there I felt like I was there only patient, but they were actually busy. Fantastic experience: I really appreciate the dental staff. They have always been very helpful and respectful. The wait time is minimal. I wanted a procedure completed. They advised me to let them do half of it in 2023 and half in 2024 so my insurance would cover it 100%. They didn't have to tell me that information but they did, which saved me hundreds of dollars. Thank you for being patient friendly. Miss Maria does an excellent job doing my dental cleanings. They answer all my questions. Great staff! I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Hello my name is Laura L. I went in for tooth pain my tooth needed to get extracted ! I got it extracted the next day everything was so fast the dentist and dental assistant took care of me great! I felt no pain the extraction was super fast. Today is the next day from the extraction and still feel no pain! I recommend this place 100%!!!

Fantastic experience: My experience from making an appointment first was a happy one. I was greeted on the phone by a very nice and friendly person. She made my appt in a professional way and I did not need to wait three months to be scheduled. I was amazed bc all other Medical appointments needed had a waiting list of two to three months. At my age, I may never have met the Doctor. By the time I get referrals written up properly I missed my appointment date. So far with this dental facility has been a great experience. Each employee I came into contact with was professional, friendly and had patience with me. She took the time to explain the process with me what steps they were taking to care for my teeth and gums. X-rays went well, no pain. Although I was suffering with my feet and legs from diabetes they understood and took very good care of me. The dental hygienist made me comfortable and allowed me to sit up and walk around a little In between her treatments.. Dr Ray came in to see me and made a final plan to help me with my cleaning and future care for my teeth.. I told the hygienist about my TMJ and advice on getting a block to do my dental work. I was happy to know they were taking good care of me. I go back in one week to have cleaning on the other side of mouth. I had never heard of this before but I will be going back in 7 days. I think after searching a year for a new dentist I finally found one. Thank God!

Negative experience: So I went to this office 2 years ago. I paid a lot out of pocket. For the most part they are kind and professional. After I paid in full in advance they surprised me with another bill for under thousand. I paid it but when they started sending more bills I stopped. I submitted my Humana card which didn’t go through because they kept submitting it incorrectly. They told me several times it was the last bill. I also kept them up to date when my Medicare kicked in and they kept telling me I had nothing to worry about. Now I find my credit score dropped because of them. I’m going to report them now

Fantastic experience: I haven't seen a dentist in over 20 years. I experienced excellent service. I was nervous and they put me at ease. There service went above any service that I ever had. I recommend them to everyone that is interested to go and check them out. You will not regret it.

Fantastic experience: Update*** Amazing as always!!! The doctor and the staff are courteous and friendly and always in a great mood. It shows they enjoy what they do and who they work for. Scheduling is super easy. When I arrive the wait time is usually 5 minutes or less, I always arrive early. Love seeing the same dental hygienist each time. I enjoy the upbeat contemporary music, sometimes it’s a bit loud but I imagine it’s for privacy purposes. The only thing I’d change is all the appointment confirmations, seems a bit excessive. I use multiple calendar reminders on top of what they send. I’ve never missed an appointment yet but some may need the multiple reminders.

The hygienist that took care of me was very sweet and nice. She was gentle when doing the cleaning. Just a perfect visit!! Totally recommend it to everyone!! Update. Fantastic experience: I went for a cleaning yesterday and had the AMAZING Jillian. She absolutely made me feel 100 percent comfortable and kept asking me during the appointment if I was okay. Jillian is hands down one of the best hygienist I’ve been to. We talked about football. Pets work. She’s such a gem!

Fantastic experience: If you have a fear or skepticism of dentists, this one is for you. I had a filling done this morning and have had a bad experience in the past where I wasn’t numbed and felt everything so it’s terrified me ever since, but Dr. Gutierrez and his staff not only saw me 30 seconds after signing in, but had the entire filling done - numbing and all, in 30 minutes with precision and comfort. I’ve also had a cleaning and exam done (all in the same day!) and he was honest about what needed to be done and what would be worth/not worth doing in the future. I trust this office completely, feel comfortable, and the pricing is reasonable, too!

Negative experience: Over 45 min late for a cleaning. It’s a bit frustrating when you got there 30 min early. I can understand if the dentist is running behind but this was just a cleaning and typically does not involve the dentist at all. It would have been nice to be informed if they were running behind or overbooked.

Fantastic experience: We just had our first visit with Dr Gutierrez and his staff. Everyone was very professional. From the first call to schedule our appointments and throughout the office visit. We could not have been more pleased. I felt very safe with everyone following Covid safety protocols. An itemized estimate was provided and was exactly what we expected. We were referred to him when our current dentist retired. While his office is a bit further than we usually travel it was well worth the trip! I would highly recommend this practice for your dental needs.

Negative experience: This would be the last time i talk to that Doctor. Dr. Ray, I’ve never spoken to a worse doctor he has already talk down to me. I don’t know her reason But it has never been a nice visit. His exact words to tell me about a dental problem. “What are you gonna do about it” First of all he needs to talk to me about correcting the problem, explain what’s the process but instead he prefers to be sarcastic. So it’ll be the last time i visit them. His stuff was great nothing against them.

Speaking as a person who has always dreaded dentist appointments, I will now say that if you have to go to the dentist, I highly recommend this one.

Negative experience: My father had a appointment to remove his teeth and all the employees were fixated on try to make him finance a new set of teeth costing thousands of dollars he simply wanted to remove his bad teeth and save money to replace them later on. She told him he looked bad with his miss and bad teeth and would benefit getting new ones today but that wasn’t part of his financial plan. These people are sell sell and sell, without caring for the patients option or financial well being. When they finally agreeed to remove the teeth they didn’t even know which ones were coming out but they new the price and interest rates but had no idea what teeth were bad. So he walked out. Be aware of this location all they are interested in are making profits and could care less about their patients all around well being. A total disappointment that people in the medical field could have this disgusting mindset.

Fantastic experience: Today July 12th 2923 . I had a scheduled cleaning. The wait was short and the service was very thorough, also my hygienist was knowledgeable in her field. She always makes me feel welcome and shows a positive attitude. I will look forward to her return after the leave of absence with her upcoming newborn.

Fantastic experience: Dr Godwin and her staff Are absolutely amazing. I have a fear of dentist and she made me feel comfortable. She also made sure to take her time and explain everything to me. I was a person not just a patient . Oh did I mention sedation ? Yes they provide that too. Great if you are an.anxious person as I am. And after my procedure she called me the next day on a Saturday to make sure I was ok . I love her. If you are looking for the best oral surgeon go to Dr Godwin.

Unfortunately, I have to come here often but am always taken care of. No matter where I move Dr Ray always accommodates to get my dental work done same day if time allows. Fantastic experience: Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, got all 4 wisdom teeth removed last week and had minimal swelling and was back to normal in 4 days ! Everyone was so helpful the day of making sure I was comfortable and they made sure I had all the information I needed to go home and recover !
