Negative experience: I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to speak up about the unacceptable experience my children and I had at this dental office. From the moment we walked in, I felt the weight of being judged not as a parent trying to care for my children’s health, but through a lens that felt rooted in racial bias. The tone, body language, and dismissive attitude from the front desk staff made it clear that we were not welcome. What made matters worse was the dishonesty I experienced directly. The clerk blatantly lied not only to me, but about me while I was standing right there. I was told one thing to my face and then overheard her giving a completely different version of the situation to a colleague, trying to justify why they couldn’t see my children. It was both humiliating and infuriating to be treated like I didn’t matter, especially in front of my children.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! It was our second time here and we already know this is our dentist home. The lobby is super big and spacious, so it never feels crowded. We barely had to wait, which is a huge plus! They’ve got a cute little theater for the kids and even a gaming area — such a lifesaver when you have little ones. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and the providers are just as great. They were super gentle and quick with my 2-year-old, which made the whole experience stress-free. They also take the time to answer all my questions and never make me feel rushed or confused. I really appreciate that. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a dentist that’s great with kids and makes you feel at home!

Fantastic experience: OMG! I love it here!!! The vibe is very inviting and playful which is SUPER SUPPORTIVE as a mom of many. The children enjoyed video games while I filled out paperwork. The paperwork was short and sweet! The process was smooth and easy. My babes are 12, 4 and 3 - they were super comfortable, and the younger two were so pleased with the carousel themed horses everywhere. I highly recommend choosing this dentist. You’ll appreciate the ease and support they offer.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Athar and all of the staff were so incredibly freindly! I got braces for my severe crowding and it was a no BS friendly consultation which led to one of the happiest days of my 33 years on Earth. All of the women who work here are accommodating and super sweet!

Negative experience: I would leave it no starts if i could. The young lady at the front desk with dark hair had a nasty attitude from the moment i approached the desk. I would not recommend anyone to come here.

Negative experience: I’m updating my review a lot has changed the dental assistant’s were my favorite but they no longer are here. Still nice updated office but don’t like how they don’t let the parents back until the exam and the wait is super long I been here before and it’s service has gone down waiting is hours been here since 9:40 it 11:42 and they still not done .

Fantastic experience: This place was amazing the floors were clean and soft they had Games which where arcade games and they had a whole cinema room this place is amazing for your kids if they are afraid to go to the dentist.

Negative experience: First time here but I was with globe dental I guess this is there temporary spot. The waiting areas was clean and smelled good but was very loud due to the arcade games and was barely able to hear the receptionist. The receptionist that helped me was nice. Waited 30 min to get called. I work in the dental field myself with 9 year experience and the lady who would call the kids in for x-rays would not change her gloves and would always come call a new patient with the same gloves on. By law your not suppose to have gloves on leaving the dental area and is a health citation. Then my kids get called Come to find out that they don’t allow parents back with the patients for x-rays, cleanings or treatments. Mind you my kids are under the age of 4 so I’ll be damned if my kids are going back there alone. I asked the lady who called us back if I can go due to it being there first time there and she just said no. So I told them I want to cancel my appt and they tried convincing me to stay for the appt but there was just too many red flags for me. Not coming back
