I have always dreaded the dentist with a passion, but I have no dread anymore and that is thanks to the compassion and skill of this office and their incredibly kind staff. I actually look forward to my visits with them whether I’m getting a filling or a regular cleaning.

The front office staff were extremely polite and welcoming, Lexi, the dental hygienist, was super friendly and accommodating and Dr Frazier was very personable, gentle and efficient. They have perfected customer service, which is not so common in our world today.

Fantastic experience: I had the same dentist for many, many years. When I moved to the HS area I hadn't found time to get a local dentist. I broke off a tooth & urgently needed help!! Dr Brandon Frazier has been absolutely amazing! I cannot thank him enough for the professional urgency he & his staff gave me. They got me in the next day & made sure everything was done before the years end!! Couldn't ask for better!!! UPDATE: Dr Frazier has gone above & beyond any expectations I've had in reference to a dentist! There's not enough space on here to tell of the incident that took place last week. Hands down the most caring & professionally thorough dentist. No doubts ...You can't go wrong with choosing him for all your dental needs!!!

The whole office staff are dedicated, knowledgeable and simply wonderful people. They are more like family to each other and good patient care is first and foremost each and every one's priority.

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist office has always made me nervous. I had put off going for a couple of years due to a bad experience at another place. So I knew it would be a little intense because of build up and some very sensitive areas. My first visit I saw Fay for a teeth cleaning, she was awesome and made me feel comfortable. She understood about my nervousness and she helped me get thru it with hardly any discomfort .Today for my 4 month cleaning I saw Nicolle. She was just as awesome, friendly, and put me at ease. I was surprised no sensitive areas. I'm very happy I found National Park Dental Group. I will recommend NPDG to anyone looking for a dental home

Everyone was super nice, professional and on time. Dr Chad explained everything to me and Faith, my hygienist, was great! Sounds weird but can’t wait to go back??? I highly recommend this clinic.

It was the best experience I’ve had in years, especially under the circumstances, it was perfectly what I needed. I’ve been through 3 dentists in the last few years and now have found where I’ll have all my work done. Very courteous, professional, attentive and knowledgeable on every level of care. Great job!

Fantastic experience: Had an old crown fall out today & my dentist office said they were booked through end of July. Receptionist suggested I call around to find another dentist who could re-cement. I called Hot Springs National Park Dental Group first since they were close to me. They were able to get me in within an hour and half of calling. From the time I walked in until leaving, everyone was super friendly!! Dr. Frasier even took the time to look at a bump on my tongue I was concerned about. They were able to re-cement my crown and I was in and out within 30 minutes. I highly recommend this dental group!!!
