Negative experience: First, I came in a few months ago for a regular cleaning and was told to go home because I needed a deep cleaning. I had to take a day off of work for nothing. Then the deep cleaning was broken up into two separate visits for some reason. Then today they wanted me to come back in 3 months. I told them next time just give me a regular cleaning and they refused. I can't recommend Moody Dental.

Fantastic experience: Everyone we interacted with from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out were very nice. Very patient with my daughter who was very nervous.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely outstanding professional Doctors and staff! The facility is beautiful and clean. The greeting was friendly and caring. I found my new dentist, no one else measures up!

Negative experience: I went to Moody Dental in August 2025 for the first time for a cleaning. Less than a month later, I returned because the stains were not removed. I paid for a cleaning. I went back and Dr. Moody told me he refused to clean my teeth b/c the staining was a result of my habits, which was not true. I informed the doctor that I was very disappointed in the service I received. I will NEVER return to Moody Dental.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Layla and Shannon was amazing, I had a molar extraction and was absolutely terrified to get it done as I've had a bad experience in my past with a different extraction, but they we're beyond patient and so kind about my fears. They reshaped what I thought a procedure like this could be and helped me feel comfortable to get the work i needed done as painlessly as possible. 10/10 experience :)

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience & I’m someone who is hesitant about the dentist. They restored my faith in dental care. The dentists were great and Theresa, my dental hygienist was a saint. Theresa has the professionalism and empathetic personality that you’d want in every healthcare field. I was nervous and she made me feel so comfortable when discussing and implementing my care plan. She was thorough and you can tell she cares about her craft as much as she cares about her patients. She is wonderful & deserves a raise! lol From when you walk in til when you leave, everyone is so nice and the environment is comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Positive experience: It was not well planned. I had a deep cleaning with a crown. Only half the cleaning was completed and then the crown was put in. My jaw was stretched so much I was almost in tears by the time I left. Three days later my jaw is still sore and I have to watch what I eat as chewing is difficult from being overstretched. I have a small mouth and they were not able to do what needed to be done without hurting me.

Fantastic experience: My 7 yr old son had his first tooth extraction. He was scared and nervous. The dental hygienist Angela was so good w him and helped him feel calm and comfortable. I will recommend moody dental to anyone in need of dental services for their child.

I met Dr Sam who was very kind and knowledgeable about a service I inquired about, Jessica ( Nicole/insider Hygienist) was sweet and gentle and engaging with myself and my sister during my visit , she was thorough. Wouldn't go to anyone else! Denise was also very helpful & friendly. Dr Sarah checked out my newly , expertly cleaned teeth. We talked about my teeth & mouth health. Also very friendly & gave me some options to consider. I really love Moody Dental. Entire staff, from check in to leaving, are friendly, courteous & efficiently quick. I received a thorough exam , friendly service and the team showed compassion to my pain. I received a complete plan of care that was easy to understand. Moody Dental is the place to go for all your dental needs!

Negative experience: If I could give this dentist 0 stars, I would. My experiences here have been nothing but awful. To start, the staff (both at the front desk and those doing the actual dental work) are highly unqualified. This past March, I got a cleaning and x-rays done. I was told I needed 15 cavities filled, which absolutely shocked me because I’ve never in my life had experienced any sort of dental issues. I ended up just getting the fillings done anyways. After the procedure, I couldn’t get floss through any of my teeth at all. I called the office and was told the issue would resolve itself over time, however, it didn’t. When I went back a week later to get the rest of my "cavities" filled, I told the dentist about the issues I was having on my right side, and he "fixed it." I could finally get floss through, however, it caused me horrible pain to do so. I was again told this pain would go away, however, it never did. After getting these fillings done, I have sensitivity issues, and pain when flossing which I never had experienced before. In September, I was scheduled for a routine cleaning. A few days before, I got a call instructing me to "make sure I medicate" before coming in. I was very confused so I asked what she meant by that, and she just said "make sure you medicate.” I asked why I would need medication if I was just getting a cleaning done and she yet again said "just make sure you medicate". I told her I have never taken medicine before going to the dentist before so I had no idea what medication she was referring to or what any of what she said meant, she just told me "nevermind". Then, she claimed I owed over $300 out-of-pocket for the cleaning. I explained that my insurance covers two free cleanings per year, but she just argued with me on the phone about it. At that point, I just canceled my appointment and switched to a new dentist. I went to a different dentist for a cleaning and x-rays, and they were shocked by how overfilled my previous fillings were. They showed me where the natural contours of my teeth should be and pointed out how much Moody had overdone the fillings. The dentist explained that the excessive filling was causing me my problems and said they would need to be fixed. I’ve already spent thousands of dollars on dental work this year, and now I’m forced to pay even more to fix the mistakes Moody made. In my opinion, Moody misdiagnoses their patients, which amounts to malpractice. They seem more interested in making money than providing proper care. My advice is to be cautious.

Fantastic experience: I just got a tooth yanked out that was causing me extreme pain. Moody Dental was awesome, Dr Saurez is super cool and an all around great dentist. The staff and dental assistants were great as well! Dr gave me plenty of novacain and made sure I was comfortable and ready to extract the tooth. I definitely will be using them from now on.

Everyone at Moody Dental does everything they can to put their patients at ease and they definitely put me at ease. They also take patients same day when they have availability. Fantastic experience: First of all, I wanna say Shannon is a tall blonde woman that do not wear her name tag so any negative reviews that comes her way that is not actually her. Larina is amazing. She’s so personable. She’s kind she explains everything to the T. She is so sweet. She is extremely professional. She goes through your treatment plan well and detailed. Doctor Layla, I can’t say enough about her. She knows her business I give her 10 stars Dr. Moody dental office and their staff is beyond professional and great thank you so much for the bridge that you gave my husband it’s amazing. Did great work. Kate also did a great job at cleaning the teeth for him. She was really precise. She really got in there. She did great she was professional so kind hearted very sweet person.

Fantastic experience: Just got one of my wisdom teeth extracted with only a local anesthetic. I was so anxious about feeling pain or hearing a crack. Ray and Dr Hany were so extra gentle and patient with me. I cannot recommend them enough!!

Fantastic experience: This place is excellent! My teen son was referred to them from another dentist for wisdom teeth removal and I am beyond happy. Clean, great service, timely, uses advanced technology. Dr. was very informative; staff was great.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, my 16 yr old daughter had the worst sedation/numbing experience in an attempt to get her wisdom teeth pulled. Long story short, after giving her 2, then 3, oral sedation pills, injecting her twice with the needles to numb her mouth, she was still not numb and the treatment could not be completed. Full story: Having had to be numbed by injection myself for my own past treatments at Moody, when she was getting injected, I noticed instantly that she was in too much pain during that part- when it should have just been an uncomfortable feeling since they use the numbing cream before the needle. I voiced my concern, saying that should not be hurting her like that. The Dr said its the worst part, she will be numb after. After later checking, she could still feel any poking and prodding, so he gave her more shots- which was less painful but she could still feel those. Mind you, she should have been numb from the first shots and shouldnt have felt the second set at all. Several times, he made comparisons to big men receiving the same medicines and it knocking them out instantly, but for her there was little response. They gave plenty of time for everything to "kick in" and I myself was comfortable to let things proceed and leave the room when she was finally "sleeping", but I did not know she still wasn't fully numb. At the beginning of treatment, she recalled that she clearly told the Dr. she was not numb and he still proceeded. He cut her gums, she screamed and cried out in pain. He tried to go back in and her body fought and twisted before he fully stopped. To be fair in this review, we all thought she was numb and sedated enough, myself included. BUT after I left and they started treatment with the tools, she told them she was not numb and they should have believed her! Afterwards, the Dr. essentially blamed the failed treatment on her age, as if she was too nervous and blocked the sedation and numbing herself. He reinforced "she is numb but wouldnt let us proceed". He was kind and caring, and I believe he REALLY thought after all the medicines she received there was absolutely no way for her to feel anything, hence his response. Unfortunately, this was a case where the medicines didnt work well for her as we all initially thought. He seemed to brush off her directly sharing what she felt, maybe because she is "young", again, him assuming there's no way she cant feel anything, she is wrong or too loopy and doesn't know what she is saying. I hate giving a low rating for this because I know the staff had the best intentions, handled her with care, ultimately, they just didnt believe their sedation and injections didnt work- which resulted in a hard and traumatic experience for my daughter, and me.

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment today here @ Moody Dental with Dr. Mariam and Karine her assistant. Was planning a tooth extraction but decided on a crown. I am the biggest baby when it comes to my teeth. I have to say my visit was fantastic. Dr. Mariam was very gentle and explained everything she was doing. Karine was very good at calming me. These ladies did a wonderful job.

Fantastic experience: I found out I needed a root canal and was told by a few local dentists that I would have to wait a week to 10 days before it could be done. Made an appointment at Moody dental, not only did they see me the day I called, they were able to do the root canal and the crown all in the same day! Karina and Dr. Sam were absolutely awesome! Fantastic experience: Dr. Mariam is a beautiful person inside & out. She is a spectacular dentist and does outstanding work! At my first appointnent, a few weeks ago, I informed her how bad my anxitey always becomes due to the sound of the drill and my past experiences of going elsewhere. But, through-out every appointment I had thus far, Dr. Mariam always walks me through what she's about to do. From begining to end, she makes sure I was doing okay. Dr. Mariam's assistants' are just as nice and attentive as she is. Everyone at the dental office are all really great. Overall, I must admit choosing this dental office was the best decision I have ever made, and I wish I found it sooner. It took only 37 years, but Dr. Mariam overcame my fear of going to the dentist! I am forever thankful of Dr. Mariam & her team. ❤️
