Fantastic experience: I have been this going to this location for many years. Recently, I have had some pretty good work here done; and the most recent was my wisdom teeth being pulled. Thankfully, the job was quick and painless, and they took really good care of me. They even kept checking on me to see if I was fine. This new doctor and staff has been great.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with the new dentist at dyer dental he was quick and had great bedside manners. His dental assistant Araceli was amazing and patient. I had to bring my son in due to my husband doing military training and she was so patient with him being in the room with me. As a mom to a special needs child my concern is always how they are treated and she was amazing with him while I was getting my teeth fixed. Thank you Araceli

The price they quoted is the price I paid, no office fees for merely walking in the door to each appointment. Honest. I have recommended their services to my relatives, friends, and co-workers.

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient. Had an appointment scheduled for 11am due to another appointment I had scheduled earlier for my eyes. I called the office to see if i could be seen earlier than my scheduled appointment since my eye doctor appointment was done earlier than expected. They accommodated me with an earlier time since it was available. When I showed up to the appointment, the receptionist was very polite and helpful. All my intake paper work was ready to go with some of my prefilled information that I was able to provide via text message, days before my appointment. I was called in shortly after signing all my documents and filling out the rest of my information. I was also greeted very friendly by Jas. Jas took my x-rays and explained the process. Overall the staff and experience was 10 out 10. I will definitely be recommending my friends and family.

Negative experience: Waiited n the room for 2 hrs , a japanese or chinese doc show up and recomended to do lot's of work , for tthousnds of dollars. Unesesary work.

Fantastic experience: Ms. Grace is an awesome Dental Hygenist. She is kind patient and caring. She makes my experience comfortable and safe. This is really needed because I have a fear of dental procedures. But her calm and supportive demeanor helps calm me down. She explains everything and is very attentive. I recommend Dyer Dental and Ms. Grace highly.

Fantastic experience: After getting my consultation done for Invisalign, I had a follow-up appointment a couple weeks later to get shavings done on my teeth, get attachments added to my teeth, and receive my Invisalign trays. The dental assistant "Araceli" that works there did a great job explaining and answering all my questions and she did a fantastic job performing the procedures done on my teeth. Credits to Doctor Ahn as well for also helping with the procedure and everyone else that helped answer any of my questions and concerns.

Positive experience: I've been going there for a few years now. They do what they have to do, unless they can't, but then they refer you out. They gave me the best Root Canal Dentist this side of the Mississippi. I just don't care for the switching of Dentists. It appears to be a learning clinic for students trying to break in the field, which is fine. But once I get used to a doctor and appreciate their work, I don't like to change out. But, i's still a great clinic. Update: this new doctor I have is slightly absent minded. He doesn't remember coming in my room in April during a follow up from a root canal and not talking to me nor doing his exam. Now I'm having problems with my unprotected root canal tooth. WOW!

She was so patient and really talked me through my options. I’ve been to many dentists that make me feel bad about my teeth or make the experience stressful. I felt like I was treated very kindly and with professionalism.

Fantastic experience: Isabel, at the front desk, was so kind and helpful! I loved her common courtesy and manners as soon as you walk in to the office.

Negative experience: Called and scheduled three new patient appointments with Isabelle. She said they could do our new patient exams and cleanings at the same time. She scheduled us for 2 p.m. I decided to reschedule 1 out of the 3, seemed kind of late to get all three of us done. Took over 2 hours to do Xrays and see the Dentist. 1st person needs a deep clean so she has to come back for a cleaning. My grandson was told after the Dentist saw him it would be 1.5 hours before the hygienist would get to him. 5 hours for two patients is unacceptable. Isabelle advised me that it was a new patient thing. This is an over scheduling situation and when i asked her about it, she made us feel like we were an inconvenience. We are military and have to switch clinics every few years and it has never taken 5 hours for a new patient screening. I do not recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I normally don't like to post reviews but I had such an incredible experience in their care. I have always had a phobia of dentists from past bad experiences. They listened to my concerns and made me feel safe. The dentist, hygienist, and everyone who worked with me had a delicate touch and left feeling barely anything. Great experience, affordable, and amazing attitude from everyone working. You can tell they sincerely like helping people get a nicer smile too. 10/10 would recommend and plan to continue going!

Excellent same day attention, they offer clear information about different financial situations, they are clear in the verbiage they use towards you, and they are friendly. Isabel, Terry, Rocio, Araceli, and Dr. Ahn have amazing interactions skills and even more amazing dental work skills. Their patience is very impressive. Even when faced with confusion and anxiety from the patient and company.

I’ve continued to receive dental treatment at Dyer Dental Care and all I can say is “they kill you with kindness, excellent care, and empathy.” Alexa, Yosi and Gracie go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, and help you trust the process! I feel safe here, opening my mouth does not longer grant me shouting as Mexican dentists do! I am happy I followed the google reviews and chose this place to receive care! As every business, Dental Dyer Care has its daily challenges but at the end of the day, the staff is always professional, polite and efficient. This dental clinic is lucky to have a manager who is hard working, caring, knowledgeable, and helpful! I’ve had my challenges coming to this dental clinic but at the end of the day, their professionalism has helped me overcome them. I look forward to continue to receive dental care here!

Fantastic experience: After talking to the staff, I came in today and my dental hygienist Gracie was very nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend going to her. Update: I went in today. Was not informed that the dentist doesn't come in until 12, gentleman doing my xrays was very nice. However, the dental hygenist was rude and caused pain. Was getting upset at me because I would not relax and was yanking on my chin. I will NOT be returning there again. To have someone working there and make you feel like a child is not acceptable. Carlos and ylselin made me feel very comfortable despite being nervous about a tooth. Carlos explained the whole process and Ylselin was very nice. The dentist was also very nice and professional.

Negative experience: Came for root canal 12/2024 , the post was broken twice and the doctor just added the crown and didn’t fix it, came back and they say it’s not their fault and want to do implant when that’s why I can in the first place but the doctor said it was only root canal. Now I have to pay again to get this fixed because they said they did their job even though the post is broken and the job wasn’t done well.

Everyone is so nice and friendly but I want on the 11th of July 2024for my teeth cleaning and the lady that cleans my teeth got mad at me because my mouth couldn't open very much and she put too much water even then she seemed mad at me and then a new deal person comes in I didn't know who he was and why he kept asking me 2 bite down on the back of my teeth when I can't I never had very upset thank you ) PS and now I have my invitation since last year my 24 or gone and I have 25 which doesn't fit well so much in pain I'm not wear them anymore so now what more upset oh I can't take meds all the time I'm in pain I get sick no one else cares please give back the 24 call me or mail me my invitation

Negative experience: I was disappointed with my recent visit due to several unexpected changes and a lack of transparency. First, I received a text stating the no-show fee had increased to $75 without any prior notice. Upon arrival, I noticed new staff and was given an extensive set of X-rays—including both annual and five-year scans—before being informed that my long-time dentist, Dr. Martinez, was no longer with the practice. I was not informed of this change before my appointment, which would have allowed me to decide whether to continue my care at this office. Additionally, after my appointment, I was asked to wait without any explanation. After 30 minutes, I inquired and was finally provided with a treatment plan recommending a cavity filling (despite no changes since my last visit), a mouth guard, and Invisalign. When I declined to schedule the cavity treatment, I was met with aggressive and unprofessional pressure, including exaggerated claims that my tooth would fall out and require an implant. I have been a loyal patient, but this experience has made me question the integrity of the practice. Clear communication, patient respect, and transparency are critical, and I hope improvements are made.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I stepped in the door I felt welcomed! The front desk staff were amazing! I had Vivian (I hope I spelled that right) doing my scans and she was the BEST!! She was quick, made sure I knew exactly what was happening, and made sure I was comfortable!! The doctor and the hygienist were hands down the best people I have ever been to! The doctor came in was funny and personable, made it easy to talk with him! The hygienist was also very personable and made sure I was comfortable the entire time! Overall the best experience for someone who dislikes going to the dentist or has anxiety around the dental offices! 10/10 would recommend!!

Fantastic experience: My cleaning today was the best ever. Did not get a "bath" while teeth were being rinsed. Wonderful.

Negative experience: DISHONEST practice. Be careful they will charge you for dental procedures not accordingly with dental plan to charge more to you and Insurance. They take many x-rays and dental impressions to claim more money. BE Careful when they offer Sealants for free or a discount if you post a good review on Google in one way or another at the end you will pay for it. That is what happened to me. I had to pay $545. They try to confuse you will all the numbers and with the excuse that and i quote "your insurance didn't cover it" Dr. Martinez is great no problems with him.
