Negative experience: Dentist is horrible. I keep Calling so me and my son can get our fill ins, they saying somebody has to book the appointment but nobody ever calls. At this point I just want my insurance to give me a new dentist.

Negative experience: First time at this office. I arrived 5 mins before my appointment and was seen on time. I’m very accustomed to how these visits should go as I always do check up + cleaning twice a year. After X-rays, Doctor comes in to evaluate, provide information, then a thorough cleaning or vice versa if doctor isn’t available right away. My visit ended in less than 15 mins. I had X-rays done then a quick 5-min cleaning. I could tell my molars weren’t touched at all. I did not leave feeling as though I just got my teeth cleaned. I expected a thorough job and clear information. Since this was my first visit, there should have been a conversation with the doctor about my overall dental health, along with a more meticulous cleaning. They didn’t know I had been seen by other dentists in recent years so that level of care and attention should have been part of the first appointment. I do my research before choosing offices, and I’d like to believe Lincoln Family Dental may excel in other areas. The appointment was fast, but lacked the thoroughness I expected. Unfortunately, my experience with their cleanings means I won’t be coming back.

Negative experience: Horrible place, worst cleaning job. Outrageous prices. Scams you into taking out a care credit card to pay for your dental cost, which is absolutely insanely over priced! $5k for two wisdom extractions! Labels the procedure as bone graphing so your insurance won't pay for it..

Negative experience: The worst place to visit, they keep trying to push braces on you and not trying to solve any issue. Don’t recommend ever visiting this place. In addition an Asian dentist got the nerve to tell me, I don’t need to change my toothbrush ever and it will be good for years. This place is joke don’t waste and I promise don’t waste your time.

Negative experience: Although they have a decent cleaning service their management is terrible. If you value your time and don’t wanna wait 2 hours everytime you visit them, avoid this place.

Negative experience: I went in for a routine checkup after finding some discomfort in my tooth. However, this so-called professional tried to bully me into an extraction with an implant costing about $7,000!!! But when I consulted with another dentist I trusted, he quickly confirmed that I only needed a root canal, for a mere fraction of the price. He even tried to start extracting the tooth right there. I don’t understand how a professional can conduct themself in such a way. I hope this can save someone so much pain and suffering like I was able to be saved. Find trustworthy personnel!!!

Negative experience: If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The customer service at this dental office is absolutely awful. The front desk staff is rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. They make you feel like you’re bothering them just by asking basic questions. The doctor great

Negative experience: July 9, 2025 is my worst experience at this place, I went in to do a cleaning and I honestly don’t know what the dentist did cause she did absolutely nothing. My teeth look the same way smh. I will not go back to this office

Fantastic experience: I took my grandson here today for his annual checkup and cleaning. I actually called today and was seen today. We had a 4pm appointment, we arrived at 3:40pm. We were called at 3:45pm. Exceptional service by dental assistant Regina who explained every aspect of the X-ray equipment she was using on my 10 year old grandson. Another assistant Jeffrey was welcoming and kind a pleasure to talk to. The entire staff from the front desk to the hygienist to the Pediatric Dentist were great. All equipment was sanitized and the rooms were clean. I recommend this dental office for your child.

Negative experience: One star only because the assistant was really kind. I would give -2,946 stars otherwise. I Called in advance before I left work to confirm I was getting a filling. Not a check up, since that was already done at a different location. I have notes from the previous checkup & was told that was fine. Traveled from Brooklyn to Queens just to be told I have to schedule another appointment for the filling because “the dr. who does fillings is not in today”… I’m bugging? Why not say that when I called to confirm??? Imagine doing a 9 hour shift, travel two hours via. Public transportation just to not get work done! I called in advance to avoid this! I’m pretty sure they LIED to get me into the office so they can bill my insurance for the bitewings & PA they took lol. SMD cause I’m dead tight. Please run if you can to another location. - T Best !

Negative experience: They did the cleaning and maintenance work fine. Invisalign is a problem though. This is my second round of Invisalign as they messed up my first round. I had to pay for the second round. I tried to get transferred to another orthodontist and their offices would not transfer my Invisalign. They would not call back on time with Invisalign information and orthodontist is not always present. They tell me she’s only available here on Tuesdays but sometimes she’s not even there and they didn’t call back to reschedule me. I’ve asked to transfer to the Brooklyn site so I can be seen on other days but they say no you can’t transfer treatments. They won’t surrender my complete tray set nor will they offer paperwork to transfer saying that the new orthodontist has to give me a physical paper to fill out. Don’t waste your time or money coming to this site. ESPECIALLY IF YOURE A UNION MEMBER!!!

Negative experience: I went in for my usual 6 months cleaning to my surprise when I got home and examined the job that was done it was as though I never went to the dentist. Less than 5min. Was spent on the cleaning and I still could have seen tartar buildup around my teeth.

Negative experience: This place is a joke. The worker that says she was working there for more than 27 years must be on laughing gas. She wrote me up for a full mouth of dentures when I have too and bottom teeth that are good. However I came in for partials, dhe wanted me to pull out good teeth because she ordered dentures. And the lab teck smells like he could use a shower. I will write more when I get the correct names. All I can say is BEWARE of the hefty one she says one thing and does another while the doctor goes along with what she says. After sending my insurance company the wrong info they said the doctor was on vacation and wanted me to be seen by I think a doctor Helm. For no apparent reason except to try to get me to pull out teeth when I told him I was already seen by a doctor he told the staff I wouldn't let him examine me. Not true plus they had my records from my previous viset from a month earlier. The staff said if I didn't let the doctor that that was fumbling around looking for tools examine me that I would have to leave. After I called several times just to get the correct names of the people responsible however after being assured a call back that never came I found a much better dentist who is giving me upper and lower partials, . I will update this with the names soon. Please be aware of this dentist if you value your teeth. Signed OUTRAGED

Negative experience: Dentist refused to look in my mouth even when i asked her to. She very quickly glanced at my xray and said it was fine. Just 2 months later I am in the emergency room because my tooth broke off when i was flossing. I assume i have cavities that the dentist and hygienists didn't see because of their incompetence.

Negative experience: I call and ask if they do tooth extraction, they say yes but the guy in the front told me is better for me to go to a surgeon because he did’nt know if the insurance was going to pay. I checked prior to coming, my cigna insurance is in network. He didnt want to take the extra step to help. Instead he told me that if the do it I was going to have to pay out pocket. He was just lazy to check insurance and assist me with what was needed.

Negative experience: Customer service is horrible and aggressive! When they refused to service my relative due to her refusal to utilize a "care credit" they had her apply for, to get additional work!!! (additional work she hadn't come for at the time and wasn't comfortable with deciding on at the time. She visited the office for the extraction of a problem tooth and left disheveled and upset; tooth still in her mouth. She had sufficient insurance coverage to cover the procedure she'd been booked for; however the paper and clips were removed once she refused the additional work at the time. SCAM!!! SCAM!!

Fantastic experience: The office has a full staff, front desk is organized and no one was waiting too long. However, I prefilled the forms out on the website but they said it wasn't in their system so I had to do it again on the clipboard. Dental Assistant efficiently took X-rays. Dental hygienist Mike was personable and experienced. Dentist Abudraham reviewed my x-rays and treatment options

Negative experience: This dental office is a complete scam and will try to get you to pay for treatments not covered by your insurance at all costs. They will try to have it seem as though you or your family member will die without the overpriced treatment. I am extremely disappointed in how they used these tactics to deceive my family.

Negative experience: Had made an appointment for 5pm on Monday for a filling for a chipped tooth I made the appointment since Thursday November 14, when I got to the dentist today Monday November 18 nurses or assistant took my x-ray ONLY had me sitting in a room for 30 min just for the nurse to come in nd ask if I wanted to reschedule. After making me wait for almost a hour they wanna ask me if I wanna reschedule nd come another day WHEN I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR TODAY. Absolutely horrible dentist office very unprofessional. DO NOT COME HERE THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME ND TAKE AS MUCH MONEY FROM YOU AS THEY CAN.

Negative experience: I went for a regular check up and the dentist decided to do a filling on a tooth that I didn’t have any issues. The filling was done and since then I have chronic pain in that tooth. I have visited the clinic in three times and they haven’t done anything. They scheduled an appointment in one month and I was told that I may need a root canal now. My tooth was perfectly fine before the filling that they did. I can not believe it. How you go to a check up and went through this torture.

Negative experience: Worst dentist in NYC...I went there due to a crack tooth...I didn't know that I needed a endodontic to fix my crack tooth however the dentist told me they was not able to save the tooth even though I was not experiencing any pai. He removed the tooth and did a bone graph which they charge me for thinking I was going to get a implant...because that's what a bone graph is implemented for a "tooth implant "... this dental office is a scam and all they want to do is squeeze your insurance and do work on your tooth or remove tooth only for profit and not to satisfied the customer....avoid this dental office at any cost...don't let pull a fast on you like they did to me...run as fast as you can...

Negative experience: Lincoln family dental only help people they know or their friends. I booked an appointment there for tooth extraction, even if I was in extreme pain, they let me go after wasting my time taking pictures which makes my pain worse. You guys are wrong for this, you're not human.

Negative experience: I went here for tooth pain and the only thing the dentist did was take pictures and tell me that they just clean teeth. It was a complete waste of time going here because my appointment was for tooth pain not cleaning. That’s the whole reason why I booked the appointment. Will not recommend going for emergencies. They just prolonged my tooth pain even longer and I had an horrible experience.

Negative experience: Very very, very bad experience the first day I had an appointment I came in. I work all the way in Coney Island . I had an appointment for 6 o’clock. They told me come in 5 o’clock. I came in 5 o’clock. They told me oh the dentist is not there now this is three weeks ago Today I had an appointment for 6 o’clock, they told me the dentist have to leave at 5 o’clock. Try to come early. I get there 430. Tell me they cannot see me the dentist got to leave. I said why didn’t you call me and tell me that my appointment was canceled again I left my job. I work all the way in Coney Island, rush to get here very very, very bad experience would not recommend anyone to go to this place the front desk call me four times today. I told him yes I’m going to be there. Someone did not call me to tell me to cancel the appointment. I am so furious right now. I’m a business owner. I had to close my shop early two times because of these people , they don’t care. They need to change the front desk. At least someone should’ve called me and told me before I came all the way from Coney Island .

Negative experience: Their cleanings suck. I remember going to other dental offices and they’d spend an hr cleaning my teeth and scraping any residue on top my teeth, and also brushing some liquid on my teeth to slightly whiten it. Their cleanings here at Lincoln are like 5 minutes and looked the same exact way, I honestly could’ve just brushed my teeth and got the same result.

Fantastic experience: The call center agents need to do better. When I call the office directly few months ago I was able to get an appointment on a Tuesday to establish care since Tuesday is my only day off. I call back to schedule a cleaning and was told the office no longer see adult patients on a Tuesday and she’s (agent name is Joy) trying to tell me to go somewhere else or go to Brooklyn. Like is this how you treat your patients? Update: this appointment was for my aunt she end up taking time off to go and she said she was seen very quickly and everyone was very nice to her.

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience at this dental clinic. I had an appointment for teeth cleaning only. I had to wait for 45 minutes and after that they cleaned just for 5 mins. Within 5 minutes, my cleaning was done, and I didn't feel like teeth were cleaned properly. I would not prefer to go again here.

Negative experience: "Let me start by saying that I’ve been coming to this dentist for like over 5 years. I use to come here and not really have any issues even had my Invisalign done here. But today I feel like was my last straw with this dentist place not only did I have an appt for 11 and waited over an hour standing up because they tripled booked their patients. Nobody apologized or explained why there was such a long wait. And then when I was called to the back to do my X-Ray one of the staff members bumped me and didn’t even apologize. I had to say something to her for her to say “Everybody hates me today, and how she’s sorry she didn’t mean to bump into me”. It was the principle that she wasn’t going to apologize if I didn’t say anything. Lately the wait here has been horrible and the staff is disrespectful and my cleaning also felt rushed. Definitely finding me a new dentist I’m disgusted! "

Negative experience: Came here and was told I have gum disease and how my insurance didn’t cover it , it only covers cleanings and said I had to pay 5K out of pocket and how I can do a down payment of 500$ today and I was so nervous and sad I was about to just pay the 500$ down payment then the man comes back and says oh it’s a 1500$ down payment but we can settle for 1K right now, I go home sad and hurt that I can’t afford this so I call my insurance metro plus and they said they do cover it how it’s included so I don’t get why he try to make me pay out of pocket when my insurance did cover the medicine I need for three months , I still will like to know why did he do this, I got an xray for what then , you charged my insurance but my insurance only covers for cleanings he said , rude hygienist ,

Negative experience: Terrible time last time I went. They refuse to give me a filling or even schedule me for a filling. Because they said I needed to get my teeth cleaned even tho I had my teeth cleaned 2 weeks ago. Then they wanted me to pay out of pocket for another cleaning which I can’t afford. After that they basically told me to leave. I been going there for years and it’s always been a huge sense of family. But last time I went i felt disgusted because no one was trying to help. Maybe there under new management but something needs to change.

Negative experience: On April 14 2024, I visited this office. I was experiencing pain in my lower right molar. X-rays were taken, then I was told I had an infection and would need a bone graft along with the extraction. I was not interested in this graft. I only wanted the tooth extracted. The out-of-pocket cost quoted to me was $9000. Outrageous!! He told me if I wasn't interested in the graft, he could not take care of me and escorted me out. I would have respected him more had he approached me with a ski mask and asked me for that amount...smh. These are white collar criminals, in my opinion. I had been there in the past, with no issues. Not sure what is going on in this office (Rockaway Blvd, 11436) now. Please save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere for your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Every time I visit this office it's one of the best experiences I get to encounter. From the front desk checking in/checking out and scheduling follow up visits, to the dental assistants and down to the dentists. In Today's visit Nia & Dr. Lam were very pleasant and informative while handling todays work with nurturing care. Very satisfied and glad I found this office, and so close to home, basically walking distance.

Negative experience: I went to this dental practice on the 15 of may 2024 to have my #31 tooth extracted. This dental practice was aware of the procedure before hand as well as the insurance I had, no sooner I got there , the Dentist who call himself A.B started trying to sell me dental implants for $ 20,000 which I was not prepared for , then he dropped his bidding to $10,000, which was not the plan treatment, he told me that “ by law “ all teeth extracted have to be instantly replaced by bone graph which would cost $3000, this so called dentist is nothing but a money grabbing salesman, trying to line his pocket and enrich himself, he didn’t offer me a cleaning, crown , root canal nothing, he went straight for the big buck selling me dental implants, and try to force me to sign up for , financing, and after I refused , he got upset ,and told me to take me things and leave, he changed into a monster all of a sudden, this is very unethical and unprofessional, and I would advice people to stay away from this business . People will always go to Mexico for dental care, he thinks I’m an idiot. He should only take care of pigs

Negative experience: Horrible service, unprofessional and are not willing to take accountability for anything. For example, I had a filling that last for only two weeks;when it came out I try to call the office multiple times. The front desk states I will receive a call from the manager(I did not get a call for two days now). They refused to take accountability for the doctor who not only cut my tongue but also said to me after “your gums are bleeding because I don’t brush your teeth”. They are sending me all over the place,misdiagnose or not telling me what they diagnosed me with, and always come up with new problems every time I go there. They also don’t tell you if they accept certain insurance and would wait till you get there to tell the news. They made me miss work just to tell me that they don’t accept my insurance. Would not recommend if you want to have teeth.

Negative experience: Beware if you don’t have out of pocket money…some of them are scammers…I’m not going to lie some of the staff are very kind and friendly to me. But they waste your time and money if you have to pay people to watch your kids….I have done 2 cleaning and I was about to get my 3 cleaning from them this year. Even tho the two cleaning I did was sloppy I keep saying maybe it’s someone that is new….Anyways went in for my 3 cleaning and and spent 1 hour and a half without getting the cleaning done because they refused keep telling me every appointment I go I got to get Invisalign and my insurance wouldn’t pay for that so I ask about braces… they were like ohhh that’s not good, so why the hell so many dentist putting braces in people mouth and you guys don’t want to for me you want me to pay for something I can’t afford to have….they stop telling about Invisalign they start with I got to get a 5000 dollar cleaning because of a gum disease… these people fail to understand you can’t pay out of pocket and they keep pushing and pushing and pushing and when they can’t push you to pay out of pocket they get vex and don’t want to look someone. I just went for my cleaning if someone refused to get something done that they cannot afford you guys got to stop trying to push people into what they cannot afford some of us are trying to survive. Don’t waste people time we are all human being but it seems like some you are not you just trying to scam people of there money. You guys won’t be seeing me my family or friends in the future. And that’s not the first time they had me in there and waste my time they called saying oh come in we have a discount on something and when I went in had me waiting for 2 hours women come look at my mouth take me to the front desk. Front desk send me on my way with no discount.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional services, friendly patient service , very clean and organized office and equipment. I’ve had several issues with my mouth and with the help of these wonderful dentists I was able to fix all of them one at a time. They took very good care of me during the process and guide me accordingly with the necessary recommendations. I highly recommend them to everyone for your dental work. Their hours of operation are also convenient and appointments for schedule can be made easily -and if there’s an availability for an earlier time they call and inform you just in case you’re interested!
