Negative experience: Have always liked my hygienist and my appointments but this weekend the hygienist was very rough and caused a lot of pain. Never had a painful cleaning anywhere. Still having pain at this time.

Negative experience: It was a horrible experience. I took my daughter shamiyah. The appt started an hour late. Although i requested her appt be later they said that they couldnt there hygenist would be gone by that time. So i left work early just to arrive and still wait an hour more. My daughters tooth was nearly completely broken all that was really left was the root. So the dentist Valdez took 1 1/2 hour digging in her mouth just to say he couldnt get the root and now they expect me to take her to a surgeon to pay to get that out. I knew by his actions that he couldnt do the procedure and he kept stopping asking my daughter if she was ok and she could go to a surgeon to finish the job but she wanted to finish the job being that he had been working on her that long and he looked so nervous and unsure of himself. He seen the xrays before he started he should have said he couldnt do it in the beginning. But all he said is that her tooth was broken more than it was the last time she was there. Wich was true but he took xrays before he started and he knew what he had to do. Then after being there 3 1/2 hours. I realize they sent the prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy. Now my daughter has to suffer until tomorrow because their office is already closed. It was a nightmare. They really need to do better. Now i have figure out how to pay for a surgeon because he made my daughter tooth worse than it already was.. And after that they sent her home eith a bloody mouth full of gauze. And no instrucions on how to care for her mouth. Maybe because it was closing time

Fantastic experience: Omg where do I start. The service was phenomenal and I couldn't ask for a better experience. I'm someone who is terribly afraid of needles and dentist but they way I was dealt with I had nothing to fear. My dentist was a female lord forgive I didn't get her name but she was an angel I felt absolutely nothing having my tooth roots pulled out. I highly recommend this dental service. Top notch

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed experience and will always come back. I’ve never been to the dentist and my total time there was only 45 minutes including my wait time after checking in. With scheduling dental appointments seem hopeless, I was able to do a deepIt’s been over 5 yrs since I’ve been to the dentist now I want to go every month . I’ll never go anywhere else but 7to7 Dental.

Negative experience: Updated: I had an issue with this location charging me for a service and their system could not find the payment. I had to resolve it first through my bank and eventually I was able to get it resolve through the company. Also My son and I had fillings completed at this location in June by two separate dentists and months later those teeth are still sensitive. We both have difficulty chewing in those areas because of the pain. I have a hard time flossing since the filling is over the space between my teeth.

Fantastic experience: Staff is very kind and welcoming no matter what time it is. My dental hygienist was very through but also gentle with my cleaning and very informative. My dentist was also attentive to my concerns and also informative. I never feel pressured to do anything or buy any products, simply well educated and informed in order to make the best decisions for myself. You can tell that the team communicates very well with each other and the office is highly organized.

Fantastic experience: Forget the rest and come to the BEST dental office by far (Alamo Ranch) First your are greeted with the world class service of customer service provided by Coryn and Cassandra. Both ensured that all my information was up to date and they kept me informed. Then came MIA, our assistant who was thorough in performing the x-rays and Precheck examination always validating that I was both comfortable and relaxed. Then came Dr. Bond who was able to help me with my situation swiftly and without any pain or concern. Finally we met with Swagatika who worked with us on a Gameplan for future treatment. Folks, they treated as like family. We have found our long term dental care. Peace

Negative experience: Terrible front office communication. My wife and I received services here for a routine cleaning. We asked if our insurance was accepted at this location and were told that it was. We were informed after services were provided that we were out of network, bringing a routine cleaning to well over $600 for one person. This is a serious lack of communication from the front office staff that could have prevented excess costs to my family. Do better.

My 16-year-old was told that she had a cavity by a dentist office off of Potranco I took her here to 7 to 7 for a cleaning and they said she had no cavities. I'm going to go ahead and stick to the dentist office that doesn't do unnecessary work

Negative experience: Will definitely make you wait, don't make a late appt. It's 30 minutes after my appt. And they are saying there are no rooms after calling every one that came in after me. Very unprofessional. I don't like having my time wasted.

Fantastic experience: To be completely honest, I never leave reviews anywhere I go. However as someone who has the worst anxiety and fear when it comes to the dentist my entire experience has been nothing but amazing. My first time coming in was for an emergency visit. The moment I was greeted at the door, taken for X-rays, and had my exam, to checking out everything and everyone was beyond my satisfaction. Following up for my next visit, I was greeted by different staff this time, but my visit never lacked the quality and compassion from every individual I came encounter with. Fantastic experience: I had an emergency which ended up having to have extractions. They were able to remove them the same day as a New Patient. Dr Valdez was amazing and so was his assistant. I’ve always had a phobia when it comes to going to the dentist and they made me feel so comfortable.

I añlso had an excellent talk wirh Julia eho was once again very kind and understanding. I apologized for not remembering that she did earn me about the long appts. My problem was with borh the doctor and the assistant that did my root canal. Not proffesional at all and rude.

Positive experience: People were nice. I was seeing very quickly and everybody was professional. Where you failed is when the person came in with the payment options on the procedures that were to be done. Her exact words were these are the prices after run through your insurance. Which was a flat out lie. One of the services is a covered service in my insurance and it was not run through my insurance prior to me getting the bill and paying for it. Now I do understand most people that come in there do not work for insurance and do not understand how insurance works, not the case in this situation. I do not appreciate being lied to, and if it is something that is covered on my insurance, I want my insurance to pay for it. I do not care what has to be done to get them to cover it. It should be done so that it is covered. That is why we have insurance!

Fantastic experience: I recently started working with 7 to 7 Dental (Alamo Ranch location) and have been extremely satisfied. With their affordable payment plan options and their excellent membership concept they make taking care of your teeth affordable. I have had the pleasure of working exclusively with Dr. Egan for all my procedures and have been amazingly happy with her, she is constantly reassuring and a true professional. I now carry her card with me and pass it to my own therapy patients. The whole dental assistant team is also great but I have to give a specific shoutout to Madeline. She has worked with Dr. Egan for 2 of my procedures and they have gone so smooth that I fell asleep on my last one. I truly cannot speak higher of this business and the team of Dr. Egan and Madeline.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly from front desk to back office. Actually let me see my X-rays and pictures and explained things to me. I've never been to an office that does that. I was very happy with my first office/cleaning appointment. Communication before/during appt. was great!

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately, after my teeth cleaning, and before the dentist checkup, I started feeling like a sugar low was coming on Fast. After telling Dr. Valdez, he immediately had one of the employees get me a packet of fast- acting glucose gel they had for just such emergencies and a bottle of water. By this time, I was perspiring and shaky and feeling weak and exhausted. The gel worked very quickly and i was able to finish my exam without any more interruptions. Thank goodness that 7 to 7 Dental Clinic at Alamo Ranch was prepared with these diabetic life-saving supplies. This is the first dental clinic that I've visited that provided this service. I hope others can learn from them. THANK YOU!

Negative experience: The hygienist was very rough and rarely gave breaks, I had to let her know to take a break as I was drowning in my own saliva, she just had the suction hanging on the side to where it was barely sucking anything, very bad experience and when I let the front desk know all they said was ill let the hygienist know, umm no u need to let the manager know.

Fantastic experience: I was nervous going into another dentist office as Brident Dental was terrible. Once I stepped into 7to7 Dental, I was welcomed and felt hopeful for my appointment. I was seen for X-rays and then sat down to get my cleaning and needing assistance with a certain tooth. I felt such a relief as everyone listened to my concern and told me everything they were doing every step of the way. I felt heard and not rushed. Everyone was amazing and so helpful. I highly recommend 7to7 Dental in Alamo Ranch!

Fantastic experience: Had a really great experience i was treated very well and loved how they didn’t judge me because of my teeth. The personal and Dr were great always insuring i was doing good. I loved how even though I didn’t have insurance i was giving a lot of options.

Negative experience: Sat in the lobby for 40 min got cleaned that took 10 minutes sat for another 30-40 min waiting for a doctor to look at my X-ray shouldn’t take that long

Fantastic experience: I'm from Houston, TX, and I was looking for a clinic here in San Antonio for a temporary crown that accidentally fell off. Thankfully, I found this dental clinic, which was extremely helpful. The staff was very friendly and prompt in their treatment; I didn't have to wait long.
