Fantastic experience: They were able to see me the same day i called with an emergency and got me out of some serious pain. The dental tech that worked with me was kind, caring and helped me out. Thanks for taking care of the old man
Positive experience: New patient consultation went great. The staff was very understanding and supportive with me as I have a strong phobia of all things involved with dental treatment. They made me feel cared for and as comfortable as I could without drugs or anything. I'm not looking forward to continued treatments however I feel sure they will take great care of me in the future. I do recommend this office and the caring staff, however I really wish they provided sedation for scaredy cats like me.
Fantastic experience: Omg The Dentist is amazing and Man is he fast. Omg He is so good I just knew one out of the 2 teeth, he pulled was going to be a problem. He said finished. I was in awe. Still in shock He was so amazing. The entire staff was so friendly and very kind. I recommend the Dental Depot off Rockwell and Reno. I am still in disbelief and so relieved my pain is over and I have found my New Tooth God. 10 out of 10 hands down best dentist in Oklahoma City! I stand by this! Today I had a deep cleaning and 3D imaging for a partial. The staff is very accommodating and go out of there way to fit you in. Everyone is so courteous. The Dental Office is normally the last place you want to be but I am extremely happy with the services and humanity shown to me each and every time I visit this location. I am very grateful They are responsible for my mouth care and I will be keeping every visit! This location has Dental God's and Angels that make up this team! Went in for a filling today. They are so fast and just simply amazing. Love the staff but the Dentist. I call him the Dental God. He knows his stuff. He is extremely kind and down to earth. He is human. That keeps me running back. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give them a 100.

Negative experience: Originally switched to this location years ago, due to the Yukon one being slammed during COVID. Loved it up until the last year, my non interest and denial in braces/orthodontics have gone ignored and I will be switching to a new dental office. Note: I'm 29, I haven't had a cavity since I was 15, and yes my teeth are crowded. I like my smile and am used to taking care of my teeth the way that they are. The dentist that I've seen the last two visits hasn't respected my wishes

Negative experience: Took my 8 year old to this one instead of 23rd st because they were awful and turns out these ones are just as bad. Made my child feel awful, was very argumentative with my child. Belittled him "i have 4 year olds that can do this" how was that supposed to make him feel? Do better. You're talking to a child. I won't come back and i don't recommend taking your kids here. They are very obviously not good with kids.

Negative experience: I wasn’t even complete with checking in before they rushed me out the door. The dentist was very dismissive of my concerns and did not explain anything. I made an appointment bc my child woke up screaming in pain. We were in and out in 9 minutes (for a full exam and cleaning). I also got a call while my kid was in the chair asking if we would be making our appointment. Not a single person introduced themselves. I left with more questions than I came in with. My child is still saying his teeth hurt and my only advice from who I assume was a dentist was “give it time”.

The hygienist, Angle, was absolutely fantastic! She did a thorough job cleaning my teeth and made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. What really stood out was how clearly she explained my options for fixing some ongoing issues with my teeth —no pressure, just honest and helpful guidance. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for professional and caring dental service!

Positive experience: Dr. Kester is wonderful. He and the dental assistant/hygienist get the 3 stars. The office staff on the other hand....I get multiple calls/texts to confirm after I've already confirmed. I get charged hundreds of dollars more for a treatment at the last minute which I can't contest bc I had to have treatment finished. A staff member advised she would audit my account to find the discrepancy and call me. Guess what? If you guessed never happened....BINGO!

Negative experience: It should take 3 weeks for plate to come back when you have a warranty
Positive experience: Never had a problem all the years I've been coming here, but when I went in for a regular check up and cleaning the other day, I had a shorter lady w/ curly half blonde half brown hair just drag instruments across my gums repeatedly as well as jab her finger nails into my mouth causing a pinching feeling. Like she had no regard for how sensitive the inside of your mouth is! She was awful. In all my years of going to the dentist, she had to be the worst. But everyone else there is amazing and friendly and the doctors there are always kind and professional.

Negative experience: I called today and was referred by a friend who likes this dentist. The person on the phone was rude when I asked if they were open after 5 she said, “our business hours are from 8 to 5 and we take the last person at 4”. I asked if they were open half day on Saturday she said No in a rude and condescending tone. I feel if you are running a business and something is going on in the office the one who answers the phones need to be nice because you never know who is on the other end and what he or she is going through. You do not need to be rude. Answer the phone politely and caring!!

Fantastic experience: My family and I recently had an appointment at Dental Depot- West OKC. As always it was a very pleasant experience. The office staff was friendly and efficient. The dentist/hygienist/assistant were kind and patiently my answered questions. My only disappointment was the fact that the ceiling trains weren't running this time. I look forward to seeing them at each dental visit. Other than that I recommend Dental Depot- West OKC to everyone I know.

Negative experience: I filed a complaint with the board of dentistry, but I feel like future patients should be aware of Dr. Bisher behavior. He initially suggested a root canal procedure for my daughter. I calmly expressed that I personally preferred an extraction, as I do not like root canals. When he asked why, I respectfully declined to explain, saying that I preferred not to discuss it. He responded by rolling his eyes at me and abruptly walking out of the room. When he returned, his demeanor was noticeably rude and aggressive. He did not allow enough time for the numbing gel to take effect before administering the anesthesia. He then quickly gave my daughter the maximum allowed amount of anesthesia and began the procedure without giving it time to work. He appeared to be rushing, and his handling of the procedure was aggressive, causing significant distress to both my daughter and me. Following the incident, I spoke with the clinic’s director, who said they would “talk to him,” but I am not confident that this response ensures accountability or addresses the seriousness of the situation. I am deeply concerned about the lack of professionalism, disregard for patient comfort and consent, and the aggressive manner in which my daughter was treated. After expressing my concerns I was informed this is his common behavior. The clinic is wrong for allowing someone with temperament like his to work with patients.

Negative experience: The first time a visit this place was for a deep cleaning. That day the lady was super nice and very careful with my mouth I did Not have any problems or pain during or after the cleaning, so I decided to go back after 6 months to get another Deep cleaning, well this time, when i got there, the front desk lady ask me to check in, but before giving the iPad said BUT EVERYTHING IS IN ENGLISH [I know im Latin you can tell by seeing my face and my accent] but i think this types of comments are disgusting. then, another lady- she was pregnant did my cleaning, she was rushing to do my cleaning, she is rude and she kept poking my gums it hurt so bad, then the dentist did a filling in a cavity I had. Before that day I have NEVER had any problem with a tooth hurting or anything else I just accepted to do the filling because on every visit I had, they kept saying I have a cavity. A few weeks after that visit, i start having bad breath and my tooth ache from that filling , did not disappear so i went back to them, the dentist did something else to "fix" the problem and he said its not a 24 hrs fix ; Well it's been 2 months I can NOT CHEW Or PUT nothing on the side they said I had the "cavity" my tooth Hurts every time. And I ask the dentist assistant about the bad breath that procedure created, she asked the dentist and the answer I got was -to floss more often and that is it.

Negative experience: I have been coming there for many years and the and the dental tech that cleaned my teeth not the first lady the second she was rude arrogant loud and inconsiderate so much until my boyfriend walked out to keep from saying something to her so with that being said I will no longer be coming there and he also comes there as well and he said if he has to see her he will no longer be coming there which I'm kind of thinking he's not going to come back because he was upset and I told him not to let her ignorance ruin the rest of his day it's almost like she looked down on people since I have been coming there I have never experienced the level of disrespect I had to pray the whole time to keep me from flashing back but it's a good thing for change and I wasn't going to let the enemy win I feel like it was a test so thank you guys for your many years of service goodbye

Negative experience: I came in for a filling. I left with a gash in my lip after the procedure. I asked for an antibiotic and pain medicine to manage pain. I was prescribed a mouth wash for gingivitis instead of an antibiotic and pain medicine. I’ve never had gingivitis. I don’t recommend this place if you’re African American. Dr Menser in Midwest City is a great dentist office I will be returning.

Negative experience: My son had appointment at 2:00pm we were there on time. At 2:05 he was taken to the back at 3:35 my son calls me from the back saying that they gave him two shots to numb his mouth for the two cavities. Noone had come in to start anything. He sat there for over an hour with his mouth numb. I went to the front desk to find out what was going on and was told that they are running behind. This is completely unacceptable and all patients should have been notified that this was the case. Poor scheduling on their end to say the least. We ended up walking out. He was in the back for an hour and a half waiting.

Negative experience: Do not recommend at all. The front office took 40 min and our dental visit took less than 7 min. Front office always gets insurance wrong when you change it and they never fix it. Dentist visit was horrible he just came in sat down and did not even greet myself or my child. It was horrible we do not recommend.

Negative experience: If I could leave a zero star I would. My husband went there this morning cause his tooth is infected.all they did was say he need to take four teeth out that wasn’t any where heat the hurting tooth. And that was it. He still in pain and now having to find another dentist who hopefully knows what they are doing

To the point that I didn’t think I would be able to get her to EVER go to another dentist again. I explained this to the staff ahead of time. When we went to her appointment, they went out of the way to make her comfortable! Both the dentist and staff were amazing! 10/10 recommend! They also told me that she didn’t need ANYTHING done that Ocean Dental said. She only needed a filling and a cleaning (which supposedly OD had just done )

Fantastic experience: Yes I have always feared the dentist but I was so much in pain to where I had no choice to come here to the dentist but hands down and all jokes aside this is the best dentist I ever been to pulled my teeth didn’t feel anything it went so smoothly thanks

Negative experience: Honestly I kept going to try to get my wisdom teeth surgery scheduled, they kept telling me I needed to get my fills and cavities done first. They still didn’t schedule me my Wisdom teeth appointment after only to find out that by the time they “don’t take my insurance anymore “ I’m not able to get the surgery done anymore even tho I kept scheduling Pryor to them not taking my insurance for that surgery and the refused to want to do it. Now I’m stuck with trying to figure out how to pay for expenses and surgery. All because the don’t care about anybody well being they just want money !

Negative experience: Not able to help my 6 year old daughter. Terrible “bedside” manner and no sympathy. We called ahead of time because her dentist was closed and she was in a lot of pain. So we came in and they were zero help and a waste of time. It’s a scary thing to go to the dentist period, and this location, specifically Dr. Austin Keaster made this experience one to remember and my family will never return to a Dental Depot again. Not kid friendly

Fantastic experience: The location on Reno and Rockwell has very polite and professional staff. The are very concerned for your concerns and comfort. They did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. Have had a crown put in, in December and it when good as well.

Fantastic experience: We had a dentist appointment they were all so nice and patience we love you guys.
Positive experience: I didn't receive any follow up with intake papers after setting my appointment, and had to fill them out during my cleaning. The music within the office was playing profanities. My doctor didn't introduce himself or tell me his name, and didn't say goodbye before he left. But my hygienists were nice and personable.

Fantastic experience: Excellent care for my sister. Dr Keaster took the added time to explain how to care for her dentures.
Negative experience: It appears that the clinic prioritizes patient volume over individual care. Unfortunately, I did not experience satisfactory bedside manners. Furthermore, the quality of my filling seems subpar, featuring sharp edges that cause irritation to my tongue and result in sores on the inside of my cheek.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience from the moment I walked in the front door. From reception to dental assistants, and the dentist were all friendly and professional. They make certain everything is done correctly and as painless as possible. I’ll definitely be going back.

Negative experience: Not the friendliest place to go. I really don’t recommend the dental depot in Reno . I don’t want to go into details, but the management is not the friendliest. Also, the doctor Is in such rush that he makes mistakes then does not own up to them .

Fantastic experience: Great people great atmosphere, I had an appointment a week out but I was experiencing very bad dental pain and they got me in without one hour the same day. They even got a plan set up for me to help me have my smile back. So happy I’ve came here and can’t wait to see the amazing work that’s planned for this year. I would highly recommend going to dental depot they will provide the care you need for your teeth!

Negative experience: This was the worst cleaning experience I’ve ever had for myself or my daughter. The hygienist spent less than 10 minutes polishing my daughter’s teeth. She stopped before finishing when then dentist walked in. He didn’t use any tool besides a mirror to “check” and left after 2 minutes without a word said to my daughter (age 11). Then the hygienist started complaining about the schedule bc I still hadn’t been pulled back yet for my appointment. She threw the flood on my daughter’s face and was aggressively flossing her. Then I finally was told to go sit in a chair forty minutes past my appointment time. I was told I had to wait for the dentist before they could do anything. I asked why and she said well he has to clean teeth every once in a while. Another person did my X-rays then left and the dentist came in and asked if I had any issues. I said yes I have sensitivity on my upper right side and he said well you have to floss your bridge. I said sir I floss it literally every day do you see an issue and he said nah not really then started cleaning. When the clock hit 5 he stopped and walked away. The hygienist apologized since he didn’t finish and got paste all over my face. Then she attempted to floss my teeth and I’m pretty sure it was her first time. The floss kept shredding and getting stuck in my teeth. She was only flossing halfway the she said I don’t know what to do. I said I’ll do it myself and we left. No one was at the counter when I left, I assume bc it was after 5, so I just left. I will NOT be back. I’m disappointed the lovely female dentist left. The new people left a LOT to be desired.

Fantastic experience: Below is an updated review from my recent visit. Even though I live out of state I decided to return to Dental Depot after a negative experience with a dental office in Florida. I feel confident with Dr Keaster and the staff. The dental hygienist, Amy, performed an excellent cleaning. Highly recommend Dental Depot. Previous Review I was very satisfied with my first and second visit to the Reno and Rockwell Dental Depot. The front desk staff, dental assistants and X-ray technicians were very friendly and professional. The sign in process was online, easy and efficient. I am out of state and Dr. Austin Keaster came highly recommended for an implant procedure. Dr. Keaster explained the need for this procedure and the detailed steps required. Brianna provided the cost of my treatment plan and worked with my out of town schedule for appointments. Dental Assistant, Deisha was awesome during my visits and made me comfortable during my first procedure. The Dental Depot decor is unique and the sound of the train running throughout was relaxing during my visits. I can highly recommend Dental Depot.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was really nice and and they explained everything to me about my dentures. They greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and get me checked in and then she was really nice and came back two days later and they do it every line on my dentures and I’m very happy with that.

Positive experience: Updated to 4 starts because the manager called me to discuss the issue. She was very friendly and assured me that i was not in the wrong and i am more than welcome to bring my kids with me for cleanings. She also stated that the issue would be delt with. I had called to book my familys appointments and they were able to squeeze me and my kids in Friday November 15th. My husband was scheduled further out. I took my kids to their appointment and everyone was so friendly. The hygienist was more than happy to take care of my young kids. Then I needed to go to my appointment which was scheduled 2 hours later. So i went to the store and then came back for mine. I checked in and was filling out paperwork when the xray tech, an older short woman, came to bring me back. I had both of my children buckled in their stroller and they were behaving just fine. The second that she saw me she didn't even greet me. She just immediately said "you guys really need to get baby sitters for the dentist. You know this takes about an hour right?" In the rudest tone possible. Then she continued to talk bad about another patient, to me, who was still there that had her kids with her. Then she said she would go and talk to the hygienist. She came back to grab me and do my xrays and the whole time she kept making snarky comments about how I needed to not bring my children. Finally I got to see the hygienist who was absolutely wonderful and talked to my kids. I don't have anyone to babysit my children during business hours. It has been over a year since I had been to the dentist because I was scared to bring my kids with me. I read on dental depots website that they encourage families to book together for convenience so I was excited to finally get my teeth cleaned. This woman ruined the whole experience and made me feel ashamed to have my kids with me. If you have kids I would suggest not taking them there with you. I wouldn't trust my kids with that woman ever. Sad because this place is geared around children.

Fantastic experience: I just got back from my first appointment. I'm getting teeth pulled and getting dentures. The staff here are amazing! I hadn't been to the dentist since I was a kid because of how I was treated. Here at Dental Depot, they treat you like family. They listen to your concerns and they take as much time with you as you need. I still have a couple more visits, however, I'm actually looking forward to going back.
