Fantastic experience: Great experience!!! Doctor Joyner is really nice. He explained everything very well and I felt comfortable with him immediately. The staff is very thorough and professional. I did leave and come back over a course of about 3 years because office is out of network and I kept getting bills. But after exploring Fayetteville dentistry I came back and I am happy I did.

Fantastic experience: I could go on and on about my experience at Fayette Family Dentist and Dr. Joiner and staff. I broke a tooth on Saturday and they saw me on Monday. Prepared my tooth for a crown and l will get my permanent crown next Thursday. Dr Joiner and staff were very kind, helpful and friendly. I have never been treated so well at any other dentist office and found the perfect dentist for all my family's needs. If you are looking for the best dentist in the Fayette area then Fayette Family Dentist is the office for you.

Positive experience: It's been a while since I visited the dentist. Today's visit was excellent. I knew I had to do x-rays. Didn't realize how many. There were many plus scans. Big shout out to Dental Hygienist Matilda. She was patient and answered all my questions and concerns. Very knowledgeable. Front desk staff was very nice. Fantastic experience: First, I would like to say the whole experience has been AMAZING! When I say AMAZING is an understatement. From when I made the call for the appointment to walking in to the receptionist(Sam I believe is her name), to Lauren(my Hygienist for the day) and Dr. Cohen. I was terrified of going in expecting the worst for my oral health and pain from them checking and cleaning. But let me tell you. Lauren was EXTREMELY gentle and thorough with ALL my questions. She explained EVERYTHING and I mean everything. Dr. Cohen was great. He made sure to acknowledge my concerns with cost being a priority and what he recommended. The office setting was so nice and warm. Not a typical dentist office. Very clean. I wish I took pictures. (Next time) I HIGHLY recommend. I usually do not leave reviews. But they deserved this review! I appreciate it, and making my fear of the dentist easier.

Negative experience: I've been coming to Fayette Family Dental since 2022. Each time I've come there has been some discrepancy with my billing. Earlier this week I was called about my appointment. I was about to reschedule but was unable due to work. I was told they had me down for a cleaning and fillings. I asked the price of the services. I was told I had a credit for over $300 and that my bill should would be $367. When I came in, they cleaned my teeth and I inquired about the fillings. The receptionist came in and told me that I didn't have a credit for $300+ and the fillings would cost me in addition to my cleaning today and a leftover balance of $18 from my last visit in which I paid for my services in full after that appointment was concluded. I have insurance through my own job and use my husband's insurance as a secondary. I was told that an audit was completed after I was told about the credit. Almost every visit there is an issue with billing. This is totally unacceptable. This place needs to be investigated.

Fantastic experience: I searched for a dentist in the Fayetteville area and found this office through Google. The amazing reviews encouraged me to schedule an appointment—and I’m so glad I did! First, I was impressed that they were able to fit me in the very next day as a new patient. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, especially since I have high anxiety about dental visits. They continuously checked in to make sure I was comfortable, which made such a difference. I already have another appointment scheduled and feel confident moving forward with my treatment plan. This office has clearly done an amazing job selecting and hiring the right staff. If you’re feeling scared, unsure, insecure, or even embarrassed about your smile, this is the place to go. Unlike other offices that left me feeling ashamed, this clinic truly made me feel understood, reassured, and supported. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Struggled to find a dentist in North Georgia so I came back home. The crew at Fayette Family were AWESOME! Lauren rocked the house but it was the whole staff that made me feel good. Dr. Joiner is a great dude as well but easy and helped me really understand with all the new technology they have. Fantastic experience: I needed to find a new dentist, but also was in a bit of an emergency. I had sudden tooth pain and was going out of town the next day. I called and asked if they could see me and just make sure I wouldn't be in pain on my vacation. I made an appt for 2:30pm that day! They were very upfront about how billing worked and what everything would cost with my specific insurance. Everyone was very nice and the dentist was very reassuring. He put my concerns at ease, gave me some "just in case" advice and surprisingly DIDN'T shame me about not flossing enough. Thank goodness! He didn't try to press me into any crazy rush treatments or upsell me. It was a refreshing dental experience and look forward to coming back. I am now on vacation feeling sure I will have a great week.

Fantastic experience: Awesome staff and state of the art technology. It has taken me a while to find a new dentist since relocating but coming across Fayette Family Dental seems worth the wait. All of the staff I encountered were pleasant. The place was clean and had up to date features from the check-in process to the scan they did that allows you see your teeth up on the screen, that was cool. Negative experience: The truth is that it was a very painful experience because I went for a cavity to have a resin applied and I was left worse off. They offered me a loan which they did not approve, so I had to pay US$503 so they would leave me worse off. The dentist, who I don't know if he is one, came up with the great idea of ​​removing the last molar which had a root canal and that tooth was fine. The endodontics in my country was done with resin, a kind of crown, and the dentist removed it and that tooth was not the one with the cavity. Now I have unbearable pain. I demand that they leave me as I was without me having to pay anything or that they return my money.

I waited until I updated my insurance to go to Fayette Family Dental and I couldn’t be happier. Kelly was amazing as my hygienist! The rooms are nice and open and they have a ton of cool technology they use to thoroughly examine your teeth. The dentist was cool af - but super knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me and shook my hand. Reception was also amazing from the time I booked my appointment to the day of. Payment for future services is super easy and I’m actually not dreading going back to get my crown put on bringing my kids in for their cleanings today. 10/10!

When he determined that the affected tooth required extraction, I was given a referral to an oral surgeon and fully briefed his office as to my situation. I am so glad I did. I developed a toothache that worsened over the past six months, to a point I was unable to bear. I called their office, and they got me in right away. I had a warm welcome by the staff, assistance with locating my insurance because I did not know there had been a change to it, and they immediately set me up on a dental plan that is right for me. I underwent one extraction and two fillings. Their relaxation techniques helped tremendously through the procedures, and I almost felt no pain whatsoever. Both procedures were a breeze! They had me sold at that point. I am feeling no pain and am happy to report that I can eat with no problems for the first time in about 6 months. Their staff is kind, patient, friendly, and professional. They are also timely with the appointments, which is a huge plus for me. I will be scheduling my husband, son, and daughter for treatment really soon. I will be closing up shop at the old dentist. Why? Because I just found us a new one!

Fantastic experience: This is a Great Place to have your Dental needs taken care of. Stacey, Khloe, Crystal, Dr. Joiner and Staff are very professional and caring. A wonderful experience and l will certainly recommend my Family and Friends. You should visit for yourself!! Fantastic experience: I am a brand new patient at Fayette Family Dental and I've landed at the right place. Sam and McKenzie were kind and welcoming in the front office. Great customer service! I've been following my hygienist around for years and she couldn't have found a better office to work in! As always, she gave me a thorough cleaning, some hygiene tips and preventative care suggestions to keep my teeth healthy. I got to meet Dr. Cohen, who introduced himself as Justin, and he was awesome. Very personable, down to earth and friendly. He reviewed my x-rays in detail and explained what he'll be watching for in the years ahead as some childhood fillings might need replaced. Great experience all around. Thankful to have found a friendly and happy dental office and local at that!

Fantastic experience: Amazing first visit experience. I had an appointment for the 19 that I scheduled yesterday but asked to be called in case of any openings. They called me today. Front office girls where very welcoming. Signed in and filled out my new patients form and got called in within literally seconds after finishing up. Ms Lisa took care of me and she was so knowledgeable and professional. Really took her time making sure I understood exactly what she was doing what the plan was and what to expect. She answered all of my questions a billion times she made me feel so welcomed. Their machines are so updated and everything was very clean and nice. The Dr was amazing as well. Very straight forward and told me exactly what I needed and what everything looked like in the process. He had a screen up with my pictures of each and every tooth as he explained everything. I also bought a whitening kit that Lisa recommended that I'm so excited to start using. Checkout was quick and easy as well. Love love loved the entire experience. Best dentist I've ever gone to❤️ and as a plus it's only a few minutes away from my house. These people truly strive for excellence and boy did they give a first impression. Very happy that I found them.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time at fayette family dental and the staff was so friendly from the second I walked in the door. They got me back on time and Leslie,the dental assistant, did a great job taking my X-rays which I normally can’t stand. Dr. Cohen was the dentist who saw me and he was so thorough. He explained everything to me in a clear and concise manner. I left fully understanding what needed to be done and I am looking forward to getting started with my treatment. (P.S. it doesn’t hurt that Dr. Cohen is good eye candy too) Thank you fayette family dental for such a positive dental experience!!!
