Everyone is so friendly, professional, and truly caring. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Andy takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you’re at ease throughout the process. The office has state-of-the-art dental equipment, which makes every visit quick, smooth, and stress-free. They even gave me an oral cancer screening which I’ve never had before at any other dentist’s office. That was truly impressive! Since our first appointment, I’ve gotten personal calls from Dr. Ryan, Dr. Barsoum, Dr. Costandi (oral surgeon), Andrew (coordinator), etc. to welcome us to their practice and to make sure all our questions were answered. I’ve had a few dental visits with Dr. Andy and he would always send me a text message after to make sure I was comfortable and I wasn’t in pain. He also sent us a post card in the mail welcoming us to their dental practice. The staff is always warm, attentive, and helpful, which makes every visit a positive one. The dental office is so nice and clean and looks so upscale when you walk in like you know their services are of high standard. I’m so grateful to have found such a wonderful dental office!

Fantastic experience: WOW! I JUST got back from my first (much awaited) dental appt and could not wait to write this review - for a place as commonly hated as the dentist office, this should speak volumes itself. I had a terrible customer experience at my last dentist so immediately after that appt in Feb I came home and called Barsoum as I had multiple friends raving about it. Unfortunately, they are so popular they get booked out months in advance which I had been forewarned about so my first available spot for a simple x-ray and exam was going to be 6 months out. Luckily, when I arrived today, they were able to get me a cleaning appt directly after too, so no complaints there. Barsoum is known for giving a spa-like treatment and you can see that in every little aspect and area you enter. The bathrooms are pristine and there is a mini fridge and coffee machine in the waiting area. The waiting area is staged well with comfortable couches instead of plastic chairs and I didn't notice anyone waiting long at all. As soon as my intake forms were submitted I was approached by the finance lady just to re-iterate I was going to be getting a cleaning done today too and how much it would be. A few minutes later, I was called into a CONFERENCE room where I was met with Dr. Andy Tawfik and X-ray technician Stephanie. They went over my intake form and any previous issues and concerns I had. It was a little bit too formal and fancy for me, but tracks with the level the office presents itself with in all other areas. That only took a few minutes and I was ushered into the room with a panoramic x-ray machine. Then I was taken to an exam where I was offered a movies/shows menu and headphones to watch something while I got my X-rays done!! WHAT??? This was definitely a first for me. The X-rays were standard and painful as usual but Stephanie was very patient and gentle. Then Dr. Andy came in and performed the exam, marked down my previous dental work in dental jargon, then explained it in lay-man's terms and showed me on the X-ray where my problems were and what his thoughts about treatment were. After that, I moved into the hygienist's room where they resumed my movie from where I left off and even brought my ear phone covers I was using previously! They even had a TV mounted on the ceiling so you can watch while lying down in the chair! Angelica started with my gum measurements, explained what they meant and what my potential treatment plan as far as cleaning would be. The cleaning went well, Angelica was patient and gentle and explained everything she was doing. Usually I skip the fluoride treatment but the one they had wasn't sticky or embarrassingly bright white like other places have been. She ended with a warm towel and a dental care bag they give after each cleaning (can't remember the last time I was given one of those elsewhere). The receptionists were just as nice as promptly pulled up my estimates for my work and scheduled my follow up appointments with full availability. She gave me a printout with pictures of which teeth I needed work on and the breakdown with insurance - amazing! It is a little tough as they are only open Mon-Fri but they do open early at 7 on Fridays which helps for people who work. The best part of all of this was I was in and out in under 2 hours with little to no wait in between. The experience was seamless from beginning to end and I actually left pleased and smiling! I cannot wait for them to knock down that wall and build their expansion!

Fantastic experience: Dr Barsoum went above and beyond my expectations. Prior to my in-office visit, he called me to see if I was in pain and offered support. This is before my 1st visit which is unheard of. Dr Barsoum took the time to listen to all my concerns and I really felt heard. So personable and professional! His exam was extremely thorough and I was fortunate to have Dr Jonathan-periodontist review my case as well. Dr Barsoum was able to tell me really important facts about the cause of my discomfort. The last two dentist failed at that. After seeing Dr Barsoum, I am so grateful and have peace of mind about my dental issues. He is one of a kind and truly cares! Fantastic experience: My family and i have been coming to Barsoum Dental for years and every single time have a fantastic experience. Yesterday i saw Sharon and Dr. Michael. Sharon fit me with my permanent crown and she did a great job. She was so gentle and caring. She took her time to answer some of my questions very professional and knowledgeable young lady. Then Dr Michael of course is the best as well and I always schedule with him because he is very nice and makes me feel comfortable. This is definitely the best dental practice I have ever been to.

Fantastic experience: UPDATE: 7/17/25 I noticed new faces this visit. My own hygienist changed locations, so I got a new one, Andrea. Very sweet gal. I was actually a little nervous getting someone new, but she put all my fears to rest. She was personable and caring, and I felt like I was with an old friend. She did a great job and really knows her stuff. Everyone there is really wonderful, new people and all. They are expanding and I am happy for them. UPDATE: 9/18/24 Scheduling has improved! And I was happy to hear that they were hiring more hygienists! Yay! They are all always very polite and considerate, making sure you are as comfortable as possible. Hopefully, my husband's issues with his bridge can be resolved quickly. He hasn't called yet because his own business is super busy. All in all, the best dentists we've had. From 2023: My dental hygienist is stellar! I have allergies and breathing issues, so she always makes sure I am comfortable and able to breathe well. I chose 3 stars because they have over booked for as long as we have been going there (3 years). What I mean by that is they continue to accept new clients despite the fact that the current clients can't get in to see their hygienist for 9 months! Yes, I said 9 months! (It's been 6 months until recently.) And if you get sick and have to cancel, you have to wait those 6 to 9 months. They put you on a cancelation list, but they are so busy taking new clients that there are never any openings. I was considering switching dentists because of this, but I love my hygienist too much to leave.

Fantastic experience: Barsoum Dental is the best dentist’s office that I have ever been to. My son and I have been going to Barsoum Dental since 2018. They have helped us with everything from cavities, braces, wisdom teeth extraction, root canals, and so much more. They have drinks, a large TV, comfy seats, and friendly and welcoming staff in the front office. They have TV’s, spacious treatment rooms, wonderful staff, and caring Dentists. The office is really beautiful. The staff, the dentists, and the assistants are all amazing! After every visit we received a call later that evening from the Dentist just checking on me or my son to make sure we were doing well. I only wish I had found Barsoum Dental sooner. I understand why it can be difficult to get an appointment; this is a well oiled machine. Clean and smells nice when you walk in, ladies upfront are pleasent, and then you meet your doctor/staff and they are so caring. I am taken back by the amount of care and consideration they give, you can tell its genuine. They make sure you are comfortable and reassure you that they are here to serve you. I recently completed Invisalign with Dr Lee and that experience was nothing short of wonderful. Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been patients of Dr Barsoums for 10+ years, starting in the old Chino office. Now my whole family goes. An old implant (pre Dr Barsoum) came loose last Friday night. It was sore and irritating, but not an emergency. After calling Dr Farimah over weekend, I was told to go in first thing today/ Monday. I did and she saw me right away, and was able to remove what proved to be a stubborn crown and tighten the screw. She also followed up this evening to make sure I was ok. This has been a tradition started by Dr Barsoum senior, and has continued to be the case irrespective of who has worked on me. Highly recommended if you can get in :-)

Dr. Lee put in two implants, took pains to keep me comfortable during the procedure and the post discomfort was minimal! In addition, I am most impressed by the staff. Fantastic experience: Well I was referred to them by my eldest daughter years ago. I’ve been so satisfied with the treatment for; me, my elderly dad who wasn’t even a patient before that, my x, my new lady who I referred & others. I had my last 2 wisdom teeth removed years ago, braces, retainers, recent cleaning & a recent front tooth chip. Always professional service that makes you feel like a VIP while dealing with them. Always clean restrooms and all dental work stations with 2 TV’s visible to each chair, one on ceiling & the other on the wall in front of you with useable headphones if needed. Fantastic experience: The office is very nicely updated and decorated. Giant waiting room with plenty of comfortable seating. The reception staff is attentive, friendly and helpful. They are quick to get you in and started. I've never waiting more than 5 minutes in the waiting area, even when I am early. The doctors and staff are super attentive making sure you are as comfortable as you can be while in the chair. The doctors always call after your procedure to make sure you are doing well. Best dental experience I have ever had. My only complaint is that I have to drive pretty far, and wish they were closer to Los Angeles proper.

Fantastic experience: After a string of experiences with other dental practices that left me feeling less than joyful to visit the dentist, we came across Dr Barsoum’s clinic. We were able to be scheduled quickly. The outside of the clinic is unassuming. The waiting room is probably the nicest I’ve ever been to and the staff is pleasant and personal. We were seen quickly. I met with my dentist prior to examination, and it was more like a conversation about my dental concerns rather than a test and judgement (which I’ve experienced in the past), which I appreciated. The staff considers the smallest details and this visit felt like a luxury experience. Safe to say, we’ve found our new family dentist!

Fantastic experience: We heard about Barsoum family dentistry from a family member and boy, we're glad we did. Dr. Barsoum is dedicated to being involved in every aspect of patient care. We found him and his staff to be very knowledgeable, helpful and caring. They all try to keep you at ease during the entire visit. A clean and up to date facility that makes you feel welcome. I was with my other dentist office for almost 20 years, and now I have found a new family dentistry that I will stay with for a very long time.

Fantastic experience: Started the new year with a new dentist. After researching the local options, I decided on Barsoum. I wanted to leave a review after my fourth and final appointment thus completing all of the recommended procedures. To say this practice is the best in the area is an understatement. They're phenomenal! The scheduling, sitting time and worked performed are spot on by way of explaining and educating what a patient should expect as well as any foreseeable events. Sure, this dental environment is like no other traditional setting but it's only cosmetic as their true objective is to invest their time, effort and expertise on YOU the PATIENT. I enjoyed my visit and appreciate being treated in the best way possible. Their whole staff is organized, office is super clean and the way things are explained, deserves a high five. Couldn’t have chosen a better dental office for my family.

Fantastic experience: I love Barsoum Dental! The whole staff from the front office to the the Doctors and dental assistants, everyone is so warm and friendly. They really make you feel like you are important and they are so happy to help you out. I have high anxiety when it comes to everything, especially when it comes to going to the dentist, but they really put my mind at ease. Fantastic experience: Dr. Andy and his assistants are wonderful. He takes the time to explain procedures and get to know his patients. I am very surprised that he remembers what I have told him from previous visits. He truly cares about his patients and even calls after every visit to make sure everything is okay and there are no issues. I am so glad we found this practice. The entire office staff is friendly, helpful and very engaging. You feel comfortable from the minute you walk in to the minute you leave. The office is also beautiful. Fantastic experience: I found this place off of google reviews so I had to make one. I’ve never had a dentist place I could feel less anxiety and regularly go. I don’t even have insurance and I pay cash to come here. They are gentle, mindful and consistent. So thankful for how well they care for my teeth which can become a very stressful, long and financial endeavor. They do a great job at making you feel comfortable and pain free.

Fantastic experience: Why did I wait so long to change dental offices to Barsoum? I had gone to the same dental office for decades when they decided to no longer be a preferred provider with Delta Dental. This meant that I was not only paying for dental insurance, but hundreds of dollars each year in copays for out-of-network charges. Barsoum accepts Delta Dental as payment in full. They took a full set of xrays, even though I had them done at my previous dentist, to make sure that they had clear images, with no charge. I have now gone for two cleanings that were quick and relatively painless. They have a tv screen on the wall and on the ceiling along with headphones so the time goes by quickly. The dentist was so kind each of my visits and made sure that I had his cell number in case there were any issues. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Everyone at this place are very professional, kind and understanding. I would give them a higher rating if there was one available. I have anxiety and I started with needing tooth extraction, cavities and dental cleaning. I was terrified to go but my tooth pain was worse than ever. The dentist always asked if I was ok during the process, he also followed up with a phone call. They are all wonderful, from the minute you seat on the chair until you leave. I can’t say how gentle and patient they were all with me through my entire process. Dr. Barsoum, Erica and another young lady I didn’t get her name all were amazing to say the least. If you have fear of the dentist this is the place to go. Be honest and they will make things easier for you. I am grateful for their service.

Fantastic experience: Amazing dentist. I avoid dentists and doctors for years at a time due to anxiety and my teeth are an absolute mess, but everyone here is so friendly and comforting and instead of talking about how bad my dental situation is, they get right to making a plan of action and they do great work. Also lower out of pocket costs than I had been expecting. I’ve had bridges, extractions, crowns, fillings, root canals, etc here (I told you my mouth was a wreck) and they are very good at putting my mind at ease and making me comfortable. Had another start of a root canal today, with more root canals and crowns to come in about a week and I’m actually happy to have them take care of all this! Amazing place.

Fantastic experience: BEST DENTIST I EVER WENT TO, I went a few months ago to get a large filling which was seen as 100% a root canal by another dentist, but this place got my cavities removed and filled, All I need is a crown which saves me hella money instead of a root canal plus everyone was super nice and welcoming, it was worth a 40 min drive!

He is very kind, warm, welcoming and very empathetic. He has 40 years+ of dental experience and I would not trust any other dentist more. He went over the xrays with me and made sure that I understand everything about what is happening in my mouth. Fantastic experience: The staff here has always been nice. The dental office is always decorated for the season. The decorations are always a nice touch and feel a bit more welcoming since a visit to the dentist can be anxiety inducing. There waiting room has a TV and water for the waiting patients. The dental offices all have TV's for one to watch as they are getting their dental work done as well. This is probably the nicest dental office I have been to and will continue to come here for quite some time.

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr. Barsoum for a second opinion regarding a cracked tooth. I called Dr. Barsoum after hours and he picked up the phone. He listened to my concerns and schedule an appointment for the next day. Dr. Barsoum evaluated the situation and determined that I needed a filling which he filled himself. I never experienced any pain whatsoever, and because of his skills, he didn't have to numb it . I was in and out of the office and no time, Dr. Barsoum is the best!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a phobia of dentists for over 2 decades due to having experienced pain during every treatment in the past. Dr Andy was extremely friendly and helpful during the initial intake and talked me through different pain management options. This morning, I had a deep cavity filled in and experienced 0 pain throughout the process. They are the best and absolutely take care of and care for their patients!
