Fantastic experience: I had emergency tooth work done due to me not caring for my teeth, was quite nervous however once I got to Bright Side Dental I knew right away that I would be OK, Elycia took great care of the initial processes, then Dr. John (one hell of a nice guy) took over and made me feel at ease, explained everything to me and resolved my Dental dilemma's, he was quite kind and very very knowledgeable and I was so very pleased with everything, so much so that I made an appointment for my son as well...Shout out to Evica as well, Thank you so very much, my Mother appreciated you very much...Bright Side Dental is the place to go, I will be recommending them to everyone. Thank you to all.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Dr. Ola and I am very happy with the results. She used Zoom whitening on my teeth and the transformation was incredible. My teeth are several shades whiter, yet they still look natural and healthy, not artificial or overly white. Dr. Ola also filled in a few small gaps between my upper front teeth that had always bothered me, and the work she did was absolutely flawless. The fillings blend seamlessly with my natural teeth, and you cannot tell at all where the gaps once were. Everything feels perfectly smooth and natural, as if nothing was ever done. Dr. Ola’s approach was minimalistic and artistic, and she made sure that every detail enhanced my smile without ever looking overdone. She didn’t just make my teeth whiter and more even, she made them look like the best version of my natural teeth. I truly appreciate Dr. Ola’s skill, attention to detail, and the artistry she brings to her work. If you are considering any kind of dental work, I highly recommend Dr. Ola.

Fantastic experience: Dr. John was amazing! He was so kind and caring with my daughter, who was in pain (she had something called an operculum) and feeling a bit nervous/uneasy about being at the dentist. He had a very calming presence and you can just tell what a nice man he is. Absolutely great with kids! 10/10 recommended.

Negative experience: Was told they took my insurance and that they would call me if they ran into any problems before my appointment. Fast forward month after services. They’re trying to bill me for $500 saying they don’t take my insurance. They also tried to bill me $35 for duplicate records. OF MY OWN DENTAL RECORDS?! Just for a COPY $35. This business is beyond sketchy. I do not reccomend.

Fantastic experience: Went in didn’t have dental insurance but they still was willing to help me and when I say the service and kindness comes second to none and it was fast extraction (which I needed) and I left all smiles I say make this your place for all your dental needs

Very friendly and professional staff, was able to have x-rays, evaluation, and a cleaning all on the same day. Will recommend this establishment to my family and friends.

Negative experience: Had a filling on one of my teeth, was done improperly and 2 months later it led to an abscess tooth (Worst pain I've ever had in MY LIFE) I had a puss bubble on the outside of my tooth and I couldn't open my jaw. I had to go to the ER and get a dental blocker and couldn't eat for almost a week. Here's the thing. If I pay you to give me a filling. I by no means should have to have a major procedure done in only 2 months on that same tooth. Then they proceeded to charge me for a root canal. I had seen doctor whitmore for over a year, and then all of a sudden they switch me to matt. It seems like they don't stand by there work and are just trying to siphon as much money out of people for mediocre care as much as they possibly can. Lack of accountability, and no regards for other human beings. Don't let the 4.7 ⭐ fool you.

I was just recently there earlier this week & I had an appt for an extraction, well 2 extractions to be exact. My anxiety has always been terrible when it comes to being at the dentist office, well need to say they did such an amazing job taking care of me & making me feel comfortable & at ease.

Fantastic experience: On a referral, we came to this location for an orthodontic consultation. The staff was so friendly, expeditious and caring. The facility is very clean and Doctor Jason was knowledgeable and thorough. We are excited to continue our orthodontic journey at this Bright Side Dental location!

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency due to breaking my Tooth. They were able to get me in immediately. The dentist that was assigned to do my work was Dr. Moe Shbib. My teeth are not easy to pull as I don’t numb very well. He took his time and made sure that I was as comfortable as possible. Thanks Doc Shbib!!!!!

Fantastic experience: We were very happy with our first visit! My 11 year old daughter is getting Invisalign and the orthodontist was extremely helpful and friendly. Jenn is amazing as well! Great staff and reasonable pricing. We are looking forward to future visits!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Bright Side Dental @ Str Hts for about 8 years. The entire staff has been great, but what truly has me driving 75+ miles to 19 & Schoenherr is the duo of Dr. Grytzelius & Chona. Let’s face it - going to the dentist isn’t anyones cup of tea, but they make each visit as pleasant as a trip to the dentist could be! Going the extra mile ( pun intended ) to drive to Str Hts to Bright Side is worthwhile because THEY go the extra mile also. I am pleased as could be with the friendliness and quality of work they have provided for many years now !

And what I needed to know as they were doing it, they explained it to me. I recommend them to whoever needs them . Get a hold of them this is a very good experience at the dentist for me.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Bright side dental for 20 years. I love this office it is hands down the best! The staff is always super friendly and willing to always help you no matter what. They are always flexible with the schedule and will ALWAYS work you in if you need their help. Dr.Grytzelius is the dentist I have been seeing for 20 years and he is great! I have also see the periodontist Dr.Sinjab and he was great as well. Best in the area!

Fantastic experience: The best dentist office in Metro Detroit.... The one in Sterling Heights especially. They make their patients feel comfortable no matter what the circumstances. I'm 65 and I've always had a fear of the dentist because of my childhood. I endured pain on a nerve for days and I was crying. They accept plans and work with you and they're like a well-oiled machine when it comes to taking care of every aspect that you need without you feeling nervous or pain. I would give 100 stars over!!

Fantastic experience: Amzing service. My kids first experience was awesome. One of my kids had a chipped tooth and they were able to do it all in that forst appointment. Now you cant even tell he chipped his tooth. I'm very happy!

Negative experience: My husband was seen as an emergency because our regular dentist was closed. He came in with a horrible toothache and was sick because of it with a fever and horrible headache also. They started by doing a whole mouth full of X-rays even though we were only there to be seen for the one tooth. The dentist that my husband saw was a scammer as he tried to tell him that he needed a root canal and a crown on a tooth that already had both! My husband wanted to have it extracted but they were not able to do it that day because of my husband's chemo. So the dentist promised to call in an antibiotic and something for the pain until they were able to get a clearance from the oncologist. I even called them to remind them to call the meds in as I knew they were going to be closing in a couple of hours. Low and behold nothing was ever called in for him! Thankfully we got a hold of our regular dentist who took care of everything for him and let us know that his tooth that the dentist at Bright Side said needed a root canal and crown already had one and that it had a bad crack in it that was not even worth trying to save. So Brightside only cares about getting money out of people and not the patients wellbeing! I would never go back there! I'm only giving 1 star because it makes you give at least one star but they are not even worth one star!

Fantastic experience: So far so good. If I hadn't found this place, I would never go to a dentist again. Staff is friendly and worked with me. EDIT: Sadly they refuse my Medicare and Straight Medicaid. Again, looking for new Dentist in area. Greed.

Dr. Moe Shbib is hands down the best I’ve had here (which says a lot). He’s incredibly knowledgeable and can quickly diagnose and explain the health of your teeth in a way that’s easy to understand. It’s impossible to leave an appointment with Dr. Moe without feeling more educated and confident about your dental health. He’ll be my go-to for all future visits.

Fantastic experience: I had a severe toothache and my regular dentist missed the cause and sent me home in pain. Bright Side Dental got me in on the same day that I called and Dr. Noor took care of the problem. No more pain! She and the staff were very compassionate. This will be my new dentist. I was very impressed with everything.

I appreciate the fact that if you have any pain discomfort something that's needs immediate attention they take care of it right away even on a Sunday which is a great thing to have so they really do try to do a great job and over the years everything has been great for me so you should make an appointment

Fantastic experience: Dr. Shbib and assistant Tiffany were amazing for my front teeth chip repair! I had chipped them years ago and then had a cavity filled at a different dentist, who recreated some of the teeth but so thin they came off when brushing my teeth. Since then it has been chipping more and more. Dr Shbib and Tiffany found a solution that will most likely be permanent and negate further chipping in the future! We shaved down the thin part and blended it with the chip and now it looks so natural and better than I could have hoped for! Dr Shbib has a great eye and is an artist when it comes to shaping teeth. Unfortunately just shaving cost much more than adding a filling. which I was expecting the opposite, but it ended up costing twice more. I would say this was worth it as it took a real artist to perfect my teeth with what was already there.

Fantastic experience: If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I had an emergency dental episode, I was on the floor crying. Bright Side took me in immediately. Fixed the issue that day. I avoided going to the dentist for years because my previous experiences were horrible with other practices. Bright Side is so caring, comforting, and most of all HONEST. People could not believe I had the procedure that was performed because I showed no signs of pain, or trauma after. I have 4 to 5 people transferring from their current dentist to Bright Side now. I was previously told that I needed $3,000+ work done on other areas. Bright Side dental took so much anxiety and weight off of my shoulders when I was told "No, your oral issues do not require anywhere near that amount." I never thought I would look forward to going to the dentist, but I do now. They are so very nice, professional, and genuine. Bright Side is truly there to help and just not collect money. Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist I have been to in a really long time. They are fully staffed (my other dentist hasn’t had a hygienist in months), the waiting room and patient rooms are exceptionally clean, the entire staff is kind and friendly. I came in for excruciating facial and tooth pain and they got me in same day within about an hour of me calling. The doctor was honest, caring, and considerate of my feelings and circumstances and didn’t make me feel obligated to commit to any services I couldn’t afford (I’ve been to other dentists where they’ve tried to push me into certain things that I knew I didn’t need). He gave me a referral and explained the situation very thoroughly with me so that I understood everything and knew what my next steps should be. All in all a wonderful place if you’re looking for a dentist, 10/10 ⭐️

Negative experience: Got a root canal done a couple years ago, the crown that was “permanently glued” keeps popping out every year. It’s starting to get annoying considering I don’t live around that area no more. I called so they can just pull it out completely, since I paid $3k + and I have to pay some more money for them to do that. Very unprofessional, no consideration of others at all.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Shbib is AMAZING! He did a phenomenal job fixing a chip on my front tooth that has been giving me sensitivity/cosmetic issues for years. It LOOKS AND FEELS PERFECT and has stayed in place!! I have had it fixed many times before by other dental professionals but it has never lasted for more than a day or looked as natural. Dr. Shbib is wonderful and made sure all of my concerns/questions were addressed. He has GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL and was very pleasant to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Moe Shbib is a genius. I went to Brightside to address tooth and ear pain. This was something that I have never experienced before. Dr. Shbib took his time and ruled out some things. He discovered that I actually had some major allergy issues and referred me to an ENT doctor. When I returned to him for my follow-up appointment, all my pain was gone. I had a great experience! Thank you so much for helping me.

I had a filling fall out the night before and called them and they were able to get me in right away which I wasn't expecting but I was grateful for. Once I was in the process of getting my tooth fixed up Dr. Odeh checked on me periodically to make sure I was okay. I didn't feel a thing! It took me some time to recover from the numbness but I'd rather that happen than be in pain while they're working on my tooth. It was such a pleasant experience for an unpleasant thing! I highly recommend this place if you're in the market for a new dentist!

Fantastic experience: So when I first came here I had a missing front tooth and a lot of embarrassment all I wanted was to not look toothless, I’ve always had bad teeth and thankfully bright side has changed that! I got implants! I thought because I’m on medicaid that I would have to do dentures (and I don’t like the look of them) instead I got a fair estimate for some gorgeous implants, 8 of them to be exact (all top front row too) thanks to the manager Evica! Also I was able to talk to her like a best friend she was super down to earth and cool and really tried to help me find a solution. Now I was TERRIFIED for the actual implant procedure but the awesome Dr. Grytzelius did the dang thing! Beside the wonderful job he kept me distracted by telling me stories and if I over anxious he was very understanding. I will go to only him for all dental procedures. Also the Assistant Mrs. Chona kept me calm while holding my hands and telling me everything was okay. Hands down best dental place ever!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this location for at least a decade now and my family has too for significantly longer. We've all been very pleased with the work they've done for us and will keep them as our go-to dentistry. The best dentists I've had with them whom I can confidently recommend are Dr. Neme and Dr. Shbib. They're both very friendly and professional. After having a filling recently done by Dr. Shbib I don't think there's ever been someone whose done such a clean and through job, I mean I didn't even feel the numbing injection, yet in the past I've always felt it to some degree through other Dr's. Highly recommend this dentistry.

Fantastic experience: First time at the dentist for the longest time. But they did a great short job on cleaning and the pain in my tooth is gone. My mouth wasn't even sore the next day :)

Positive experience: I had an need for a emergency root canal. I suffered all weekend long. Brightside was able to get me in asap right after my call on Monday morning! I think the staff could have communicated what they were doing a little better during the root canal. I think that would have helped my nerves a lot more. Or maybe just chatted with me. I was really overwhelmed during the entire experience. The price of root canals are also insane. I did like that brightside explained the pricing clearly prior to starting

Negative experience: Avoid this place. They wouldn't give me a dental cleaning because they wouldn't accept my dental xrays from cardinal dental from April of this year. It feels to me that all they care about is milking your insurance for every bit they can and not the safety of radiation from excessive radiography images. I have never in my many years have experience a dental office with such poor practices. The best bet is to look for a better dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Very nice people, from the front desk to the doctor, to the person that schedules the next app in the way out. Everything very organized. I was very hesitant to go to this office because of one bad review, but when i read the response of the office manager to that one comment, i thought i give them a chance, and i was not wrong. I am glad i chose to use their services.
