I came in because of a bad toothache & from the time of making a quick, convenient SAME DAY appointment up to meeting the doctor, everything was seamless. The staff were all very professional & polite, there wasn’t a long wait time, they were super communicative and I can truly say I look forward to receiving great treatment & being under their care in the future!! 10/10 Recommend

Negative experience: I still gave this place a chance after seeing all the reviews on how they do things. DO NOT COME HERE! They were asked to extract a tooth that had a hole. They scheduled us an appointment for the following week only for them not to pull the tooth. We were in this dentist office for over an hour and a half only for them to say that this visit was for a consultation and not to pull the tooth. That is not what they told us on the phone. They made the appt at 3pm knowing that they closed at 4pm. They knew exactly what the problem was before we got here. They did everything except the job we asked them to do. We will not be returning and I strongly suggest that you guys dont either. Find you another dentist because this one is not it. This was a total waste of time and money!!!

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit to Aspen Dental. Professional workers need to be highlighted at this awesome place. The staff took care of me with great care. From the beautiful ladies up front to the beautiful ladies in the back. Everything was done professionally. I was made comfortable, informed very well and I am so glad I came to Aspen Dental. Negative experience: The work and Dr. Pickard are great. The office staff are incompetent and rude, especially when called out on THEIR incompetence. I needed a second phase of my treatment that was not scheduled in their system... I wasn't getting reminders for my appointments; instead, I received excuses. They wouldn't even contact my insurance to see if my root canal was covered until *I* brought it up and said my insurance was supposed to cover half... Then the front desk lady snatched my insurance card from me mid-sentence and just disappeared... I refuse to be treated this way. Taking my business elsewhere...

Negative experience: I had an emergency broken tooth I needed FILLED. It was like going to a greasy used car dealer or a timeshare pitch. The last time I went to the doctor, he didn't check my blood pressure before looking at my broken finger. Let's see what we can find wrong so we can charge more. Come over here, you need X-rays, oh wait, you need more X-rays. Let's review every question on your history form in case you answered incorrectly. Then the hygienist checks every tooth, and they discuss everything you need. I was asked 6 times how I would rate my smile on a scale from 1 to 10. I told them I don't rate my smile; it hangs there all by itself. Then they check your blood pressure ( which was going up by the minute). Then the dentist comes in and inspects every tooth. An hour and a half later," no, I won't fill it". It has to be pulled. Total waste of time. I needed it to last 2 months, so I could get home to my own dentist. Two good points: the visit cost nothing, as the initial visit is free, and the staff were pleasant and professional.

Negative experience: Staff is nice, The dentist is nice also but this place is a bit money hungry, I just wanted a simple cleaning I was told it would be almost $600 just for a cleaning, They literally stabbed my gums with this sharp object and told me i had gingivitis, because my gums was bleeding, ofcourse if you stab my gums it will bleed, They then called me in an office and told me my treatment would be thousands of dollars, most dental office charges about $175 to $250. Now I'm left with gum pain due to the lady stabbing my gums, I found another dentist today, I was told I had no type of gum disease, my dentist asked me did I read the reviews. after reading the reviews I guess they do this same thing to all their patients, stabbing their gums and telling them they have gums disease and try to over charge them. This place is scam and I will definately report them.

Here, I felt truly taken care of, listened to, and advised with honesty. I left feeling relieved, confident, and grateful. I honestly wish I had found them sooner. If you want to be treated like a real person and not just rushed through an appointment, this is the place to go. And their pricing is very reasonable, with or without insurance, which made the quality of care even more impressive. Fantastic experience: I am a new patient and I met Dr. Pickard because I had an abscessed tooth that had gotten infected. I was in horrible pain and doctor pickard was absolutely wonderful. He immediately relieved the pain by giving me 3 injections and medication to get the infection under control. About 2 weeks later I went back and had that tooth extracted. Dr pickard had to also do bridge work around that area before he could remove the tooth.I am 66 years old and was very scared about going to this place because of what I had read but i did not have a dentist. I am telling you Dr Pickard is if not the best dentist I've ever been to he's right there with the best. He's absolutely wonderful.He's trustworthy , he knows exactly what he's doing. Also his assistant Lauren calmed me down with her sweet and kind demeanor. I highly recommend this dentist. He is a great person.

She took my x-rays and was so kind and gentle. She kept asking me if I was okay. Cheron’s promptness made the process go quickly and smoothly. She’s a Rockstar! Next, I met Tiffany, the hygienist, and Samantha, the office liaison. These ladies are Awesome! They provided me with helpful information and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Lastly, I met Dr. Pickard. He has such a warm and calming demeanor. He explained my oral health and recommended ways to maximize it. I freely asked questions and he answered all of them in such a down to earth manner. After our conversation, Dr. Pickard welcomed me into the family. He is an amazing man and a compassionate physician. I truly appreciate him! I can’t give Aspen Dental of Warner Robins enough accolades. They are head and shoulders above the rest!❤️

Negative experience: Went in for an emergency appt. Yikes!!! Broke a tooth before leaving to go out of town the next day. Delayed my trip just to see a dentist for a fix. They wanted to override everything my dentist has done and not even show any concern for my emergency. Didn’t show a bit of compassion or offer a fix it or temporary solution. Don’t offer emergency visits if you aren’t going to fix the problem!!! Waste of time!

There was a mix-up with my appointment at first, which wasn’t Aspen Dental’s fault — the call center never sent them my appointment date. After speaking with the receptionist and asking to talk to an office manager, the Aspen team quickly got me rescheduled for the very next day at 3, and even called me back later to come in earlier at 1. Ms. Rhea, the office manager, was amazing. She helped me set up a new appointment and explained everything so I could understand it. Today, the team was fantastic! Ms. TJ, who did my x-rays, was wonderful — she made sure I was comfortable the entire time, which really helped since I get nervous and my anxiety can go through the roof. Ms. Tiffany, the dental hygienist, was amazing! She was gentle and professional while checking my teeth and made the whole process smooth. Dr. Pickard was patient, answered all my questions, and explained everything in a way that made me feel at ease. At the end of my visit, I spoke with Ms. Rhea again, and she carefully went over my payment plan. She was professional, polite, and took the time to make sure I understood everything clearly. After visiting several dentists, I finally feel like I’m getting real results and care I can trust. Thank you to the entire Aspen Dental team for making my experience such a positive one!

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth that was bothering me for over a week and finally decided to have it extracted. It was a Friday and multiple dentist were closed or didn’t have any appointments. Sarai at Aspen Dental got me an appointment and set up. I lived an hour away and she made sure I could get in to be seen. I’m so grateful because I’m a health care worker and I have to work this weekend now I can help others pain free. The staff was professional and nice but Sarai definitely needs a raise the way she went above and beyond. I’m grateful

Positive experience: Excellent people. Doctor absolutely amazing. Very kind and warm. Got me in on a same day walkin with a charge of only $25 without insurance. Desk people, x-Ray lady all top notch. I actually have insurance so for me it was free. But…. Then came the treatment plan. I have sever gingivitis with two dying teeth. I needed a plan that was affordable and quick to fix me both medically and physically so I can have my normal smile back. The tooth cleaning alone was almost $1000! After my good dental insurance! Then the treatment plan included the new Invisalign with teeth not impacted that “might “ have other issues later. At first I thought well this not too bad. $13,000 was what I was quoted with only $6000 outa pocket expense and possible payment plan with probably high interest rates from a third party. I was about to commit to this but it did not pass the common sense test to me. Most cleanings are about $250 and I have them free at my normal dentist. I only arrived because of severe pain. I needed something to treat the infection hard core quickly, not a treatment plan for a Hollywood smile. Anyways I googled the reviews and learned enough from lots of patients who felt overcharged AND HAD HIDDEN CHARGES. That was enough for me to reconsider. Instead I went to a local natural store and got what need to fight the infection quickly. I already feel better and have a solid plan to fight the gingivitis and strengthen my teeth and my body. I am attacking the disease and my gut for a true healing long term. That’s the real treatment plan I wanted. I will stick with my normal doc and treatment plan. Already on my way to recovery and I only spent $100. Plus I found some great coffee and tea and snacks that are good for my teeth and gut and super yummy. I’ll get my free cleaning next week when my infection is gone and it won’t hurt to clean. So 4 for staff but 0 stars for business plan.
