Negative experience: I was there yesterday and the lady that takes the payments was very rude. I had 100.00 credit and they claim they used it with my last cleaning in September. I had no knowledge that they used it. But the rude lady said they told me and I forgot. I told her not to talk to me so disrespectful. They didn’t give me the receipt of September cleaning. They all need customer service training. This is the worse dental office I’ve been too. They have no joy for their job. But they laugh and fool around and make fun of the patients after they hang up. This office is very unorganized and the staff is the worse.

Fantastic experience: Dr. V is the best dentist in town. She’s patient and works with big babies like myself. Sabba the hygienist has the best hands and is VERY gentle. You will not be disappointed. They specialize in being gentle.

Negative experience: For context, my daughter is 8 and needs a lot of work done in her mouth. Her regular dentist is not covered by my dental insurance so I figured I’d go somewhere that is covered. The professionalism across the board was a miss. My daughter was the patient and wasn’t addressed directly. The dental hygienist wasted NO time in shaming her about her cavities, plaque buildup, and made sure to tell her they’d probably have to put her to sleep because she was freaking out. I wanted to leave so badly but always try to keep a calm demeanor. I figured I’d wait for the dentist and just ask for a different hygienist next time. The dentist also neglected to address his actual patient. That’s tacky to me. She’s 8. We can shame her about her mouth but not talk to her about what needs to happen in an age-appropriate manner? Anyways the dentist came in, had a very no-BS air about him, let me know they’d refer my child to someone who does spacers and then she can come back for fillings and caps. He didn’t bother explaining anything in detail. He was in the room for less than 2 minutes. Needless to say I’ll be going back to her old dentist and paying out of pocket.

Negative experience: Went in with my mom for a simple check up and cleaning. Did not end up doing the cleaning since it took a while to get in for the check up. They gave us a rough estimate of recommended procedures to be done and the total cost. Their pricing is different from another greenberg dental office so we asked the people at the front desk what we should do and if it would cost money to get a second opinion (we werent sure our insurance would cover it again). They were a bit hostile and after we left it we caught them laughing loudly after our interaction. It was weird and the service at front was unfriendly and not useful. We called back explaining how they were a bit rude (ik it wasnt nessesary) and the lady at the front desk completely blew up on us and hung up. Very unprofessional would not be returning. Dr. Nana was nice but everyone else felt off. Like it kills them to do their job…they felt constantly annoyed

Fantastic experience: Same day appointments Saba was absolutely amazing !!! She cleaned my teeth soooo good I wish I had before pictures I smoke weed so my guns and teeth are usually yellow no lie look at the after pics like bro whaaaaaat !!!! And it didn’t hurt !! The dentist was really nice too, I saw her last week but saba !! I’ll pay for her cleaning every 6 months ️️ I have clear aligners from a different dentist at the loop nope I’m switching to this place for ortho too. Getting me some real braces just dropped 2k for no reason at the other spot and I should of just went here

Negative experience: After coming here a few times over the past year I decided I won't be returning again. The people at the front desk are nice but that's about it. For one, when they do your teeth cleaning they need 2 people to do it. One does the cleaning while the other one sticks a hose in your mouth that constantly shoots water down your throat which causes you to choke and gag while getting your teeth cleaned. It's almost like Nazi torture. It's such an awfully uncomfortable experience and also potentially dangerous to constantly shoot water into an open mouth while having teeth cleaned. I was gagging and swallowing water every few seconds while the hygienist was cleaning. Afterwards, I expressed how uncomfortable it was and that they never used to do this while cleaning and I would simply rinse and spit after the cleaning was done. There was never any need for a second person constantly shooting water down my throat during the procedure. "That's the old fashioned way" she tells me lol. No, it's the safe and comfortable way to clean teeth. No one wants a hose shooting water down their throat while laying back with an open mouth. I felt like I was drowning. Secondly, the periodontist isn't very personable and when I ask the simplest questions to him he answers evasively, and never gives me a direct answer. I was told I should have a tooth pulled. Ok...can you tell how much it will cost so I can budget for that? He say "No, you have to make a separate appointment with the dentist who pulls teeth."....."But do you know the price this place charges?"...."I can't tell you that. You have to make an appointment".....LOL......"But i'm already HERE right now. Is the tooth puller here so I can ask him or her?"....."No he's not here today, you have to make a separate appointment with him." A whole other appointment just to get a price?! Wow. What's with all the secrecy?! Surely the office manager or the bookkeeper would know the tooth pulling price I ask?....Once again he replies no....I have to make an appointment to find out. Oh my God, it was so absurd that it was almost comical. I then ask if there's been any general improvement with all my maintenance visits since I had my original deep cleaning a year ago. (I've had about 4 maintenance visits since the deep clean) He just gave me a blank look like I asked in a foreign language. So again, I ask "Has there been any improvement in the other teeth since I had my deep cleaning last year?"....."Well, you have some bone loss in this other tooth over here."......."But that's not what I asked you. Have you seen any IMPROVEMENT in my mouth to show that these maintenance procedures i've been doing every 3 months has been helpful?" Again I was met with a blank stare and that's when I wondered what was wrong with him lol. I then decided it was futile and just got up to leave. If he can't or refuses to answer the simplest of questions given to him then i'm wasting my time here, so I said thank you and got up to go. I really can't recommend the place but thankfully they're not the only place in town and there's many other options to choose from. It's sad though because they were a quick walk from my home and convenient for me. But between choking and drowning during teeth cleaning to the unfriendly dentist who looks blankly when asked simple questions, I'd rather go farther away to receive better service.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience. Staff has been professional and kind. Zora was very nice every time she helped me! Will definitely be back!

Negative experience: super friendly doctor/assistant. i was a patient here for a year and my last trays of retainers have been waiting for 4 months for them. tried contacting the front desk about every week for almost 1 month for any kind of update. after being a little rude and tired of their unprofessionalism they decided to contact me and let me know that the trays are in transit. this week i tried calling and no answer. left a vm. they called me twice at 8am after telling them to stop calling me so early because i am not awake and i hang up. today i wake up with the unknown decision of them transferring me to another doctor without knowing just because i hanged up in their face. keep in mind that front desk lady said she transferred me because i hanged up in her face. keep in mind they make you wait while they catch up on the latest gossip of the office. tried doing auto pay at least 4 times and signed forms authorizing it but no one did the job of actually putting my card on file. i guess new office and new doctor, nothing wouldn’t had happen if they didn’t forget to order my trays, but because i pay them they don’t rlly care if you continue with your appointments

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sterrett and his assistant Michelle and e amazing. I have severe anxiety, and they put me at ease and worked with my fears seamlessly. I would recommend him for oral surgery to anyone.

Negative experience: My daughter needed a procedure and just because she got nervous one day they told me that they could no longer see her, she is only 8 years old, I called and spoke to someone who gave me an appointment, I lost the day of work and they called me the same day of the appointment that they did not want to see her. I was here and said a children can’t be nervous what a bad service

Negative experience: Greenberg pediatric dentist was a good place to take our kids in the past years for their yearly check up, however now they’re not getting their priorities straight. Front desk made us wait 15 min to sign paperwork, just to make us wait another 30 min + in the waiting room that has loud tv with sad news and graphic content not suitable for kids.

Fantastic experience: Karen Diaz, thanks for an excellent service, above and beyond; hope you never moved from the Buenaventura Blvd location.

Negative experience: I'm currently here waiting almost 2 hours with my twins one that is autistic and the room is crowded with kids. I asked the other mothers what time was their appointments. Well we all had the same time appointment. How you going to book all these kids for the same time. This is ridiculous. I will not be returning and don't recommend it especially if you have children. What's the point of having an appointment and you still have to wait 2 hours especially with young children and special needs. There are currently almost 15 kids in the waiting room and not enough seats for everyone. Do they expect everyone to sit on the floor. So unprofessional.

Negative experience: We have a peculiar situation where our autistic child needs to be with my mom and I. Under no circumstances they allowed us both to go in with our 4 yr old autistic child. This office has no empathy for situations like this. I do not recommend this place. Please go to a place where they specialize in pediatric dentistry. Very dissapointed. First and last time at this place. Office manager is heartless.

Negative experience: I had been a patient at this office for approximately six months undergoing orthodontic treatment when I was unfortunately involved in a car accident that required two years of recovery. Upon completing my recovery, I returned to the office, prepared to settle my remaining balance for the braces in full. However, I was surprised and disappointed when the staff refused to disclose my balance and informed me that the doctor did not feel "comfortable" continuing my treatment. They suggested I visit one of their other locations instead. I find it extremely difficult to understand how a professional, who has dedicated years to studying and practicing in this field, could feel uncomfortable completing the work they initially started. This experience has been both frustrating and unprofessional, and I regret the time I invested in this office.

Negative experience: Horrible. They like to charge for everything. You need a consult for everything. Not willing to help you. Give you the run around. Never will go there again! Waited 3.5 hrs for a 15 minute pricedure while surgeon at lunch and took care of other patients. Never again!!! Doesn't even deserve 1 star

Negative experience: I tried to call today to schedule an appointment for my two-year-old daughter because this clinic is on our insurance. When I called, the first lady who picked up was extremely rude. She asked how old my child was, and I told her two years. She said the next available appointment was on July 18th, which is a Thursday. I asked if there were any appointments available on Monday or Friday since those are my days off, and she rudely said no and that they only had appointments on Thursdays. I told her I would call back because I needed to check with my job to see when I could make the appointment. Even after being spoken to so rudely, I decided to try calling again since I found out I could make it on a Thursday. I thought maybe the first lady was just having a bad day. When I called again to make the appointment, a different lady picked up and was even worse than the first person. She told me they don't see children until they are three years old. I told her I had just called two minutes ago and spoken to someone else who was going to give me an appointment for my two-year-old daughter. She said, "No, we don't see them until they are three years old." I reminded her that this was the location provided by our insurance, and she rudely replied, "Yes, I know, but like I said, we don't see them until they are three." .. This place is very rude. I would never want to go here again. I am going to change to a different dentist who has a better attitude and knows how to treat people. The management of this place should really work with their associates at the front desk because this is not how customer service should be. So if anyone is thinking about going here or taking their kids here, I would definitely not recommend it unless you want to be treated like trash.

Negative experience: The way they treat the customers is horrible! They tell you that you can get your teeth cleaned but the entire time the people insult you about your teeth over and over and complain to even do their job worst customer service ever!! My parents ended up walking out because of how they were treated!

Fantastic experience: I went there in November 2022, and had an excellent crown job done! I was very happy with everyone starting at the main desk, the dentist Ms Ferreira very professional on her work, Lorena she checked me and gave me the necessary information as well as Shania also informative and sweet! I'm just writing now because i wasn't sure we're i could leave the comment. I will see you again for my 3nd crown this year 3023!!!! Than you!!! Ivonne Black

Fantastic experience: I just recently visited this facility for a routine check up and cleaning. I was very pleased with the overall visit. Ana in the front office was very courteous. Arlene the dental assistant made me feel at ease and Dentist Ferreira was very informative. Making an appointment was very easy. My wait time upon arrival was reasonable as well as the check in and check out process. Thank you all for providing such a pleasant and professional service.

Negative experience: Terrible place, the front desk receptionists and x-ray technician lack professionalism and patient etiquette. I told the x-ray technician of my dontophobia anxieties, she sarcastically said there are worst things in life than going to a dentist lacking empathy to my emotional condition. In severe pain and swelling from my tooth infection, she proceeded without kindness, severely hurting me, increasing my anxiety condition worse. I must admit in the other hand the doctor had a gentle han and was patiently understanding to my anxieties, but at the end of the exam; she gave me a referral to another dental group, because they failed to tell me upfront, my insurance will not cover tooth extractions at this clinic. A terrible experience, a wasted of time and money, with a $300 deduction from my limited $1500 dental insurance amount. :(

Negative experience: Bad service. They don't care about the patients. They charge for services to the insurance they didn't do. They also lost my crown. And then after one year when I went to do the job again, they just find it. Miracle.

Negative experience: DO NOT get a deep cleaning at this place. I got my teeth deep clean here after a bad experience at the other facility. So I decided to go to this Greenberg not knowing that it would be the same people doing the cleaning. The lady that does the deep cleaning is very heavy-handed. I let her know that part of my mouth was not numb and She acted like she was numbing me with the needle and I'm sure it was just water in it cause even when I left my mouth still not numb. She cleaned parts of my mouth without Numbing medication. I told her behind the front 2 feet on the top and my teeth on the bottom was not numb she said it's OK it's just a small area I was in pain the whole time. Now 2 months later I cannot drink anything hot or cold on my left side I never had this problem before the cleaning. Please save yourself.

Negative experience: This place treats you like cattle. My appointment was scheduled for 10am I had to wait for 40 minutes until I went back up to the front reception. Thier excuse “ well this is doctor’s office”. Not taking any accountability. Also I was called back and my assigned person to do my appointment couldn’t even articulate in English when I expressed my concerns! On top of that I scheduled for a cleaning and they didn’t update me that I actually needed to do x rays which is an additional charge all in all I wasted my gas and received a refund. I took a day off work and wasted my time !

Fantastic experience: I love this place! I always try to get the first appointment 7:00 and right at 7:00 they take care of me !! Dr. Ferreira is extremely nice and helpful. The staff is awesome. I have some bad experiences in others Dental offices they want to do procedures that I don’t need and obviously try to steel my money but this office is not like that! I really recommend them !!!❤️

Negative experience: Terrible services all around. Full cleaning 15 minutes. Sloppy workmanship. Doctor on every visit always wants to do additional work, root canal , bridges, deep flush, cavity refills, ETC. ONLY THIG GREAT IS FAST APPOINTMENT

Fantastic experience: The doctor and nurses were very kind, nice and patient. They explained all my concerns and did everything they could to save my molar. I am very grateful!

Positive experience: They are always friendly and professional. They try to get to you quickly, but honestly they are always busy. Bring your patients and a wel charged phone.

Negative experience: The cap of the tooth ( for the tooth crown ) has just fallen off after one week . I called the emergency number three times on Saturday, but all just promising for no action, however, I am still on the same condition with pain but no one from Greenberg has called me to at least say something to me. They used to open on Saturdays but suddenly changed .

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Greenberg Dental and Orthodontics. The doctor and staff demonstrated professionalism and attention to me as a patient at times not found at other offices due to high volumes of patients, however this office is staffed to handle all volumes allowing them to provide that personalized attention I observed. The convenient and centrally located location to communities with homes in the area guarantees that more a “personal” approach to the patient provides timely attention. I needed an urgent appointment and they fit me in the same day in the morning which impressed me and is very much appreciated. Thanks!!

Negative experience: Absolutely!!! Positively horrible… I called for a toothache, they said sure come right in, bait and switch, I went on Wednesday for emergency toothache…they took tons of x rays, I told them I want to keep my tooth, they made me an appointment for Monday which is the day the tooth extractor is in… I get in and they put me in the chair and the tooth extractor says ok am going to remove this tooth… I say what tooth he pointed out another different tooth, am like I don’t want to ANY of my teeth PULLED out…Horrible… any chance they get to do extra x rays they will, in order to charge my insurance company more! PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!! So sad!!!!!

Fantastic experience: They took me in same day I called. It was a smooth process. Angelica, dental staff have been very helpful. Dr. Nana was cheerful and made my first visit pleasant. They checked what my insurance covers and gave me options if I wanted to pay extra. But it's all up to me. The doctor didn't recommend any expensive dental procedure, just something to keep and maintain good hygiene and preventative measures. I like the way they recommend things, no pressure.

Fantastic experience: Staff are well trained and courteous. From the moment you walk in the door you are treated with respect and professionalism. Our Dental Hygienist Luisa Torres always does a great job with my daughters and Dr. Nana Voaonsri always provides excellent guidance and recommendations for proper care. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service in this case the front Desk is very Friendly and respectful My Dentist was Stephenie and She’s very Carring and respectful and did a Excellent job the office is very clean a little be pack but they fast lam very happy with this Dentist .

Negative experience: The screening part was very good, but I was scheduled to be seen at 11 am and I was only able to be seen to have my teeth cleaned at 1:00 pm. a very long delay.

Fantastic experience: My wife had a great experience. The doctors and staff were wonderful, especially when they helped her so quickly to fix the problem causing her pain.

Negative experience: Steer clear! Scheduled an appt. for my 13yo son with a cracked tooth who was already under excellent orthodontic care before we moved here with an orthodontist who has a lengthy history of serving our family. Staff was short with us the minute we walked in. Further, the dentist they sent in to see us was not an orthodontist & then proceeded to simultaneously tell us to see ortho while criticizing the approach of our trusted ortho. They examine the cracked tooth & try to talk us into other procedures. I tell them no, just take out the cracked tooth. I proceed to tell them my son needs nitro, and they tell me they don't offer nitro but it'll be fine to just do it without. We left & will never be back. Absolutely appalled.

Fantastic experience: This is my third time taking my kids there and i love it my kids love it they are pretty fast very nice. Definitely recommend it.

Fantastic experience: First time there. Transferring my dental appts from Melbourne, FL to Kissimmee, Fl since moving to the area. Greenberg Dental is very organized, professional, and polite. My new female dentist is great and I'll be meeting my new periodontist next week. Looking forward to a smooth transition.

Fantastic experience: I personally have despised most dental experiences I’ve ever had, and this was the first time I was as comfortable as possible (esp during the X-ray) experience and was not spoken down to by the dentist. Everyone was so kind and informative.

Fantastic experience: I have done one other review for the BVL location. Dr.V is the dentist I needed. She is empathetic and compassionate. She sees both my husband and I. My husband won’t let anyone else work on him only Dr V. She really listens to my concerns. I saw the oral surgeon Dr Sterrett and he also took his time to explain everything to me. When I had my oral surgery Dr V came to see. Her coordinator worked with me to schedule around my work schedule and helped me with the finances. She helped me apply for financing and helped us choose a plan we can afford. I have a healing implant that was painful to wear and I walked in and she put me in a room and fixed it for me!!! Her assistants are great too. Very patient. Thank you Dr V you are wonderful.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sterret and his staff Yvonne along with the paramedic and lady doing the anesthesia we’re fantastic. I have horrible anxiety, especially with dentist offices & they make you feel comfortable and relaxed. They reassured constantly and are very professional. How they treat people should be recognized. Will forever have them as my dental team.

Negative experience: Called to schedule an appointment for two of us. Was on hold while they verify insurance, appointment was made. Got the to the office day of my appointment to be assisted by a rude older front desk lady with glasses. I guess the person over the phone got the wrong information and they couldn’t verify my insurance. I mentioned I had BBS and she acted surprise and asked for my proof of insurance. I showed her my medical card on my apple wallet but she wanted to see it from the app ‍♀️ I had forgotten my password so I had to awkwardly stand there while this lady looks at me up and down. Everywhere I go the ID on my apple wallet is enough not sure why I couldn’t use it this time. Long story short I ended up cancelling my appointment right there and then. As being in the spectrum This lady lack of empathy on walking me through what is it I was missing on a more toned down attitude would’ve made the difference in the world. Prior to assisting me she was in the room next to the front desk sitting down with her coworker so I guess she didn’t liked being interrupted. Not sure who the manager is here but a more inclusive environment would be more appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Dr. V is nothing less than Amazing!!! I've had so many unsatisfactory procedures done from different dentists in the past. However, she is one of the very few that provides the accuracy in diagnosis and treatment that I appreciate. Very thorough and precise. Beautiful as well.

Negative experience: The price for the services is considerably more than I understood after the initial consult. The post procedure instructions were verbal only with nothing in writing. The instructions were vague and somewhat misleading. If I knew before I came to Greenberg Dental what I know now I would not have come to the Greenberg Dental

Negative experience: The dentist/endodontist and assistants were amazing. When trying to reschedule, the front desk was however very rude, and gave a smart attitude. Over me just explaining to reschedule a check up for 6 months. It wouldve been 5 stars but the customer service became poor.

Fantastic experience: Very quick and assessed the issue prescribed me the necessary medications as well as referring me to an oral surgeon asap. Very well done exceptional, the ladies at the desk were kind an patient as well.

Negative experience: This place is the most unorganized business I’ve ever come across. They lie about telling you things. They give you wrong appointment dates then penalize you for it. They try and charge you for prepaid services. They say they warned you about a fee when they didn’t. This place is a joke and is only out to take advantage of people. They talk down to everyone and the staff is unprofessional and condescending.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nana and Virma took really good care of me. Even though I was extremely nervous, they were very patient with me. I was treated with great care and respect. I did end up spending more time there than I expected. But I understood because there was someone there who needed care more urgently than I did. All in all, great staff providing great service. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Fantastic experience: I took my sister Frances, who is mentally handicapped, there for the first time today. I was nervous for her , but it turned out to be a wonderful experience.Dr Ferreira was very nice, Michelle, her assistant , was absolutely wonderful to my sister, so sweet and patient, Luisa the hygienist , was very sweet, and Jessica and the whole front desk was very warm and welcoming, and the wait time was very minimal. Highly recommend this office!!

Negative experience: 0/5 stars. The worst dental experience I’ve ever had. Six months ago I made my first appointment here for a cleaning and to establish myself as a new patient (recently moved to the area). At that appointment X-Rays were taken and I was sent on my way and told I needed to make a separate appointment for a cleaning. So here we are six months later where I made an appointment for a cleaning at 10am. After arriving on time, getting checked in, I waited in the waiting room for 35 minutes to be seen. Once back in the room I’m told I need X-Rays again. Okay, fine, go for it. After X-Rays and waiting another 20 minutes in the chair, the doctor comes in and says, “yes, you need a cleaning.” And they send me BACK TO THE WAITING ROOM to wait until they were ready to do my cleaning. At about 11:25 I was finally called back for a cleaning (with a different person than I was with before). The cleaning itself was the harshest cleaning I’ve ever experienced. No bedside manner or friendly conversation. I’ve never bled or had such a sore mouth after a cleaning before. So after two hours of all of that I get to finally leave. I asked the receptionist about my next appointment and wanted to make sure that the next time I come in, I’m not going to be waiting two hours for something that should take an hour, max, to which the receptionist just stopped talking to me and disregarded me. You would think with so many staff members in the building a simple cleaning should be an in-and-out procedure but I’m left completely baffled by the way this place operates.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience! It had been two years since I went to the dentist, and I was a little scared to go. However, Greenberg dental gave me such a positive experience. From the receptionist, dental assistant, dental hygienist, and dentist were extremely nice and kind. Hands down AMAZING staff!

Fantastic experience: I’ve only had a check up but from what I’ve seen, they were very organized and informative. They reminded me the day before were very patient with me. Reasonable price too!

Fantastic experience: The Front Desk is very attentive and the Periodontist is very pleasant and knowledgeable. I moved about 1:45 hours away but ended up returning to this office to continue with the treatment Dr. Garcia had previously started over 2 years ago.

Negative experience: I made appt and they took x-rays and then said I wasn't covered by ins which I was 100% Terrible place and bad service. People have no clue what they r doing. Now I had to find another dentist and pay for x-rays that should of never been taken if they said I wasn't covered. And they also charge for codes that they shouldn't be charging for. Stay away!! Not a good business!!

Negative experience: Dr. Nopparat Voaonsri examined me and gave me my results, I began to ask questions to better understand the treatment.She responded by verbally abusing me and speaking to me in a condescending way. She mentioned needing to speak in a way that I can comprehend and was getting irritated with me asking questions. I requested a new doctor and thankfully the team was able to turn around my experience. I learned Nopparat Voaonsri misdiagnosed me and the treatment she told me was needed was incorrect. Being in her care I learned how important it is to have a doctor that will treat you like a patient and not a check. Her goal was not to help me reach my goals it was to obtain as much money from me she can. I will say the new dentist was extremely respectful, professional, and informative.

Fantastic experience: Amazing customer service and they provide very professional work. Crystal went above and beyond with her bilingual help to ensure my mother was taken care of. So any Spanish folk needing dental work, this place is awesome.

Fantastic experience: This office is run like a well-oiled machine! I come from an hour away because it is much more efficient than the offices near me. I never wait long from the moment I arrive until I am finished. The dentist and hygienists are all professional and thorough and make the whole dental experience a very pleasant one! I usually dreaded coming to the dentist, but not anymore!

Fantastic experience: 1st time taking my three-year-old and they did amazing. I was there for about 30 minutes. Everything was quick and easy! Everyone was very nice!

Negative experience: I called the office to add my son as a new patient. I double checked my insurance was covered. I was told it was. When I got to the office for the appointment I was told that I would owe over $200 out of pocket because a pediatric dentist was considered a speciality. Even though it was just for a cleaning. I double checked with my health insurance directly and was told that in fact they would cover him and the appointment. So we never even got a chance to have the appointment.

Fantastic experience: First time here and was treated fairly quickly. Doctor V is very nice and assistant and dental hygienist were awesome as well.

Positive experience: The only time during my life that a dental cleaning was separated into two appointments.... Most strange and confusing ! Especially since my husband had a full cleaning the day before !? I have been going to the dentist for MANY years...never before had a half cleaning !!

Negative experience: Unprofessional new staff was waiting over an hour for my appointment. Got no answers on why, was scheduled with the wrong doctor. My husband went in for a certain reason they refused to treat him and gave him bills and a process for something else the what he went in for. They refused to give him prices as well. How can we make future appointments without knowing prices or what things are for. The staff went downhill. I will be finding another company.

Negative experience: Waiting time is horrific, over an hour & a half to be called; Insurance is not verified prior to visit which is very inefficient and patient time wasted. On a positive note staff is friendly & welcoming.

Negative experience: Bad service I have had bad experiences with the doctors in the Buena Ventura office. They lack a lot of professionalism. One of the doctors, after she put me on anesthesia, made me wait for an hour, she sent the secretary to tell me that she couldn't treat me because she I had complicated the day

Fantastic experience: Great first experience. We changed dental insurance so this is our set dentist office. Great first impression. Everything was done pretty quick and everyone was very attentive. Facilities look really good. Glad we pick this office

Fantastic experience: Amazing first time visit. Small wait but expected l, nothing too crazy. Crystal was extremely nice and gentle with bite wings etc and Dr. Vi was amazing as well. Very personable & thorough. Love it!

Negative experience: This is the worst place to go to have your teeth worked on. You’ll sit there for about an hour and a half and they try to upsell you in every other item necessary but not for the intended purposes that you came there for. Worst place would never recommend this place

Fantastic experience: I went to Greenberg Dental and it was a great experience. I am very nervous/coward when it comes to going to the dentist, but when I went in, the assistant Crystal was so nice and explained everything to me with detail, she did a great job! Then Dr. Nana Voaonsri was really nice and also explained everything in detail to make me feel comfortable. I will definitely continue to go to my assigned appointments and I will be taking my son for visits as well. Negative experience: Horrible! Other people walking in and out of your open door constantly. 1.5-2 hr wait every single time and you won’t be satisfied with the service. If you refer other dentist, half of the things they recommended is not even necessary.

Positive experience: I did a temporary bridge 8 weeks ago. I was then told that my next appointment will be to replace with the permanent bridge. When I showed up this morning for the appointment, I was told that it will be a 2 hour procedure then I will have to come back in another three to four weeks for the permanent bridge. I had to reschedule. Wish I was fully briefed at the beginning about the process.

Fantastic experience: Such a great place!! They got me in so quick even as a new patient coming in with an emergent issue and made me feel a lot more comfortable upon walking in, and the doctor as well as her assistants are so caring and kind, I felt very well taken care of in their hands. :)

Negative experience: I have a bad experience, I tried to get the treatment that my insurance is covering but they did not let me and try to force me to payment extra money. The office person was rude and the costumer service was horrible. I do not recommend this place. I went to the office located at 1050 Buenavista BLV.

Positive experience: The staff at this location is always pleasant. I always make an appointment and even though they are always very busy, I don’t wait long. The only reason for 4 stars is the building setup. I think it’s weird that you go through other treatment rooms (with patients in them) to get to the available rooms.

Negative experience: The assistant was very good, but Dr. Ferreira was between patients and I asked about a stain on a front tooth next to the area she was going to cement the tooth that needed attachment, but she didn't do this and said 'next time'! There will be no next time, and this was not an emergency though I was told they would bill Care Plus as such! Seemed high that a simple cemented attachment cost $130. Mark

Positive experience: Organized front desk, very friendly and professional at the same time. Felt I was in confident hands , and as a person who has frequented dental offices in NY for years, I was nervous as this was my first dental visit since moving to Florida. Staff was very competent, doctor also kind and gentle. I am happy to have found this office,and doctor.

Fantastic experience: All staff are friendly and Dr. V is the best dentist i’ve been to. (as well as the dental assistants. they do a great job) They are clear with their pricing and don’t force upsells on you like other dentists do.
