Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with Lewis Family Dentist for 10 years now I came from Florida 10 years ago and saw another Dentist which I don’t wish to name. However, it was a lady Dentist who hurt my mouth very badly but a month later I went to Lewis Family Dentist they worked on the same root canal. I have no pain no pain medicine or anything. By the way, I am the son’s first Patient after school. He has been my dentist for the past ten years and will be as long as we both exist.

Fantastic experience: My son and I are using Lewis Family Dentistry as our primary dental service. Both of us have had nothing but great service from them. Even during the pandemic and the difficulty that had been added. The entire office staff is wonderful to interact with. They are pleasant and even fun to work with. As new patients and me in a wheelchair, they have the patience of the saints. Everyone understands that I can't move as fast as other people getting around in their office space. She and Dr. Chip took the time to understand my condition before getting underway with any treatment. My son also felt very much at ease with his hygienist also. We would definitely recommend Lewis Family Dentistry to anyone who is looking for dental care. In our opinion, you can't go wrong choosing them for your teeth!

As someone who’s had a lot of dental treatment over the years, I’ve seen the good, the bad, and everything in between. This office truly stands out. The entire staff was incredible and the dentist was gentle and I could tell great care was taken to get everything just right. They used the latest technology, which made the whole process quicker and more precise than what I’ve experienced in the past. It’s clear that patient comfort and quality work are a top priority here. I’m so grateful to have found this office, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, especially those who’ve had a lot of dental work and know how rare it is to find this level of service.

Dr. Lewis, Dr. Dine, and Dr. Chip are so competent, friendly & compassionate. Up-to-date technology is used which helps for a painless experience. And we all especially love Anita our dental hygienist. She goes the extra mile every time. Also, we can’t forget about Cindy Page who keeps that office running smoothly and always has a big smile, along with Destiny. Negative experience: I have been a patient for over 35 years and just left from a cleaning visit. I was notified that I had a cleaning that had been denied by insurance five months ago and a Crown I received at the beginning of January, where evidently I had a rather substantial balance left that they had not informed me which they were informing me of today. To say their billing leaves a lot to be desired is an understatement. I have seen the cost of their services dramatically rise over the last few years where even with insurance they’re not affordable. It saddens me to say that I will be changing dentists after having a relationship with them for over 35 years. They have priced themselves way above acceptable charges for their services as far as insurance is concerned. Their office manager professional skills also leaves a lot to be desired. I have supervised office personnel for many years and her approach is totally unprofessional and very arrogant. At no time did they express any sympathy, responsibility or understanding for the billing error nor do they apologize for any of the confusion. Customer service long gone and I will be finding me and my family a new dentist and we know there are lots of them in Fayetteville with more economical pricing and better customer service. This experience has been truly upsetting and hurtful. Unfortunately, I had to give one star to get this post.

He took amazing, compassionate care of her and all made her feel like a queen!☺️ The friendliness, energy, yet sheer serenity felt in this office is so genuine. Thank you, Dr. Ken Lewis! Fantastic experience: The staff at Dr.Lewis office are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Dr.Chip always takes the time to answer any questions and wants what's best for his patients. I don't do well seating in the dentist chair. I have panic attacks sometimes. Anita is very patient with me and helped me work through my fears. I highly recommend Lewis Family Dentistry. I cant see myself going anywhere else. Thank you Anita for being awesome. 10/20/21 Appointment Anita did a great job as usual. Dr.Lewis and his staff always have a personal touch to their customer service. I feel like I'm apart of an extended family. I plan on having my oldest son going to see Dr.Lewis as well.

Fantastic experience: This practice remains excellent. The dental care is outstanding, as I have confirmed as a patient of Dr. Ken Lewis for 32 years. His daughter, Dr. Dine, now takes care of me and continues the tradition established by her father. Dr. Ken did extensive crown work on my front teeth last year, and it turned out beautifully, allowing me to smile again since I no longer have unattractive teeth. I really cannot imagine a better job. The office and clinical staff are very pleasant, creating a good atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: I'm very disappointed in the way I've been treated as a new patient/ referral of an existing patient too. I've been to the practice on numerous occasions with him which made me want to come here. I was told I would get a call to verify my appointment which was scheduled for 1/20 and today I never received that call. Nor to verify insurance etc. The receptionist brushed me off like I wasn't even important. I'm really sorry that the doctor that worked on my referral might not get a chance to work on me because of the negligence of his staff. I hope I can turn this review around to the one I was initially excited for and looking forward to having.
