Fantastic experience: Much professionalism, patience and caring. The staff, techs and Dentist seemed very interested in any of my concerns and questions.

Negative experience: This place is a scam.. I purchased the gold plan with a free cleaning and used it once had the plan for 2 years and attempted to cancel it and they wouldn’t let me until a open window to cancel it, the plan at the time was $45 to $65 a year, I finally got the plan cancelled so I thought until I checked my credit report and had a collection of $907.00 mind you I had no dental work done. SO DONT SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING FROM 7 TO 7 DENTAL.. I’ve had call and talk to the billing department to no avail …. SO THIS A HELPFUL WARNING

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to 7 to 7 Dental & Orthodontics for over 10 years and it’s been a great experience every time. My hygienist today was Martha and she did an awesome job taking care of my teeth.

Positive experience: The staff here is very friendly but I do not recommend booking a late appointment for a dental cleaning as they do not take their time. The lady hygienist that did my cleaning was very gentle but she left plaque on my crowded teeth and barely brushed my teeth, i thought she was just putting toothpaste while she went over my teeth and was then going to go over them again because she barely turned that thing on but I do appreciate her being gentle.

Positive experience: Friendly staff and lets you know step by step what they are doing to you.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service, made me wait without ever talking to me, and then tried to upcharge a service i did not need nor want and have always been able to opt out in the past. Stay away.

Fantastic experience: The hygienist that cleaned my teeth was kind and helpful. I explained my anxiety and I was treated so kindly. Time was taken to explain all the details to set me at ease.

Fantastic experience: After all my major dental work was completed I waited a couple of weeks and had my teeth cleaned. 7to7 cleaned, examined, x-ray'd and flossed them. You can guaranteed they are detailed in their workmanship.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't be more impressed. Staff was very welcoming, professional, and efficient. The Dr. showed genuine care and was very polite and patient. Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience at 7to7 Dental. After a root canal, I was in unbearable pain for over a week but was repeatedly dismissed with pain pills instead of real treatment. I told them many times I thought I had an infection and needed antibiotics, but my concerns weren’t taken seriously. It wasn’t until the infection had spread from my tooth and jaw into my face causing facial cellulitis And I came in for the fourth postop time in so much pain and so swollen that they finally looked in my mouth and said wow u do have a bad infection. To make matters worse, when I was finally given antibiotics by the dentist, they prescribed the wrong kind, which made me violently ill and landed me in the Emergency Room. That’s where I discovered the infection spread, and I was prescribed the wrong antibiotics. The ER kept asking me who my dentist was and wanted names of the office and the dentist that did this to me. It was Dr. Crusco but my mouth was so swollen it kept sounding like Crisco. This whole ordeal was traumatic and could have been prevented if my pain had been taken seriously sooner. At three separate post-op visits, no one even looked inside my mouth despite my severe symptoms. I feel they assumed I was exaggerating or seeking pain medication, which was absolutely not the case. To be fair, the staff were polite and I don’t believe they intended harm, but they completely dropped the ball with my care. Because of that, I suffered needlessly missed so much from work and life with my kids missed my daughter’s dance and required hospitalization. I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy.

Fantastic experience: A crown came off in the evening from one of those darned gummy candies. 12 hours later they had me fixed up. And their hygienists are the best!

Negative experience: Saturday appointments are too busy as they over book. We didn't get to see the dentist after my daughter's cleaning because she was too backed up to get to us so I don't even know if my daughter has cavities. Not a good experience.

Negative experience: Let me start with the fact I know I have a mouthful of bad teeth and gums (Periodontal disease), mainly due to the many times I have dealt with over zealous dentist and thousands of dollars to still have problems. Having said that I would most certainly know that a dentist could see this. I've had severe pain in one side of my mouth and can feel a hole in one tooth and (maybe) the one next to it. After going through the x-rays that were done by the most gentle dental assistant I've ever had (she and the rest of the staff are all 5 star) the poor excuse for a doctor walks in. I say poor excuse because his patient manners are horrible. When it comes to personality Dr Crusco couldn't find his way out of a wet paper bag. This excuse for a professional sat down and asked me what I wanted him to do, excuse me are you asking me the owner of a used parts store to tell you how to rectify my dental problem. I have not been to dental school, I don't read x-rays etc. He stated that being I'm feeling pain all over what do I want him to do. He states all your teeth are bad, you have bad Periodontal disease (duh), you need to pull them all. Wow: I explained, your a dentist and you can't say hey you really need to have your teeth removed and replaced, but if you can't afford that let me say that the tooth with the hole and the one next to it with the cavity could be removed or capped, it might help or I have this option or this solution. Nope what do you want me to do? I told him if I had a pocket full of cash I would have them all removed and have implants, but if I did I wouldn't let him do it because of his nasty disposition, to which he had a 5 year old reply I wouldn't want to so get out. Not happening Captain Crusco, not before I talk to a manager. 3 different assistants came an apologized to me, for him. They owe no apologies and they sure shouldn't have to work in a place where they have to apologize for upper staff. So to answer the question What would I like him to do, honestly my soul fights me from saying what my mind wants to burst out. They made me another appointment with a different dentist so maybe I can have a better review next time. As for my feelings and experience now, the place gets one star, because no one should employee such an arrogant person, if I rated the staff, and location it would be a 5 star. So try it out just make sure you don't get seen by Captain Crusco

Positive experience: Procedure couldn’t be done due to lab issues, that were known by the practice two days in advance., however I wasn’t notified of this until I arrived for the scheduled appointment.

Fantastic experience: I went for an adjustment on my new mouth guard at Stone Oak 7-7 dental because it was not fitting right and uncomfortable. Dr. Crusco and Luvia were great, friendly and concerned. They re-scanned me and will send for a new mouth guard. What a great place to go for your dental care!!!

Dr. Sage and the entire staff are simply amazing, professional, and they care about YOU!! If you go anywhere else, you are making a BIG MISTAKE. I just had another appt today and the Dentist as well as her staff are all such a pleasure. I had Isabel today take me to the back and assist, and she is very kind and genuine. I always enjoy seeing the staff here at Stone Oak.

Negative experience: I guess in the end they do get some work done on your teeth. I had dental surgery done and they did not call in my pain medication! I ended up having to go to the emergency room to get pain medication! Then they tried to blame it on me that I didn't fill out my paperwork properly! I filled it out online that I did it on paper in person at the location and then when I went back in on Saturday morning for a repeat emergency visit I was told they still did not have my pharmacy information and I wrote it down for a third time! When I saw the dentist today on Wednesday this is after Saturday's dental surgery, I asked about my pain medication. I was told it was called in on Sunday when I made them aware that it had never been called in. They checked today and guess what? The pain medication still wasn't there! The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing over there as they lost my paperwork for my medical clearance three different times! Also, another disturbing part is that I've had multiple dentists at that location work on my mouth and give me different opinions on how I am to proceed! I guess as scary as part is the dentist that was working on my mouth told me how we were going to proceed and then I had to go in the next day as an emergency and he told me a totally different plan he was talking about doing a bridge when the day before he was talking about having a partial make for me! Also, I shouldn't have to go to the emergency room because y'all failed to do your job! I had given them my pharmacy information on three different occasions I don't see how any properly functioning doctor's office could lose my information three times!!! I just don't think that this is the best place to get your dental care! They just don't seem to have it together over there! Hate to say it!

Negative experience: The dentist was very kind as she always is however she made a mistake at this appointment that has caused her to try to remove the permanent crown that she just glued in my mouth. She didn’t install the crown correctly this Saturday and so the bite was off. After an X-ray she determined the crown didn’t get set in my mouth correctly- as if it tilted- so there was a gap. So now she ordered the crown again- (the 3rd time- 1st time it wasn’t made well by the lab they use - and it wasn’t installed correctly causing lots of pain so I went back to have them check it out) she wants me to come back to them break the crown to remove it and then hoped that on the 3rd try this dental practice would be able to finish the job correctly. I’m going to be requesting a refund for this crown and going to go to another dentist who is capable of giving good treatment. Also, she unfortunately made a large mistake at the prior appointment 3 weeks as well that caused me to have double/blurred vision for 20 minutes and I was very dizzy and the room started spinning. It was very scary. I’m thankful I was ok. She told me that Also my mouth was so sore from that visit it took 10 days to heal. To top it off- every visit is very lengthy.

Negative experience: If I could give less I would. Dr. Cruz is a joke. Went in because the crown he did was hurting. He did a cold test and tried to make a point that he didn’t mess up and started with the complete opposite side of my mouth. He would be “are you sure it’s not this tooth?”. He kept repeating instructions multiple times about raising my hand, I’m not special needs. He sighed and said I guess I can make adjustments on the crown. My wife had issues as well with his work and had to go back. What a joke of a dentist plus their equipment is so old setting up for my original crown the guy had to smack the machine several times to get it to turn on along with the yellowing cords. I would rather pull out my tooth than go back to Cruz. Something crawled up his cheeks because he gave me some circus treatment.

Fantastic experience: I generally don’t like to visit the dentist from previous personal experiences( I’m nervous ) but my dentist and her assistant made me feel at ease. Helped me calm down and talked me through the whole procedure. Great practice and very well done. 5 stars

Fantastic experience: We already loved the 7 to 7 dental in Leon springs but since they don’t have ortho there we had to come here …. It’s much further from Boerne but the staff was very helpful , the ortho dentist super nice , I’m also really glad he explained and showed us the 3d images that was really cool and informative, the last few dentist we have seen with 7 to 7 have been awesome & they are accommodating with scheduling, they got us in twice today when we had two appointments scheduled for a consult and then came back in later for one of my sons to start the first phase. I’m very happy to recommend 7 to 7 especially after a lot of trauma at other places , they put the boys at ease, explained which I think is very helpful (the whole process what they were doing & why, then showed what their teeth looked like , and followed with a Individual treatment plan I think that helped so so much! So thankful to find 7 to 7 !

Fantastic experience: Went in for my checkup and cleaning. Everything went well, except I found out that I unfortunately had (3) cavities on my back teeth - yikes! So Dr Haleh suggested that I get fillings first and then if needed down the road a crown on one of my teeth.... So I trusted her judgment because after all I am 60 another yikes but I am so lucky that I have all my teeth - none of them are fake! Dr Haleh is a sweet, kind and gentle dentist and funny on top of that! She made me laugh pretty much the whole time even though the left side of my face was numbed up! The assistant I'm sorry I don't recall her name was very sweet, kind and both the Dr and Assistant are extremely knowledgeable and made this last visit comfortable and accommodating. This is why I changed my dental insurance back to 7 to 7 because it's affordable and you can get appointments on the weekends or after work during the week. Thanks again!

Fantastic experience: They took an amazing care of me while working on my tooth to get a crown! They made sure I was ok during the process. A very stress situation for me they made me to feel ok!

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit and they were great. My dentist was Haleh Mirmiran and she truly listened. I think I found my new dental practice.

Negative experience: Went in for pain, swollen cheek, and gum. Was told my prescription for antibiotics would be available in about an hour at CVS. Got to the pharmacy about 20 minutes after the dental office closed and they had nothing for me. It wasn’t even at another location. So now I’m having to wait with a swollen face and pain until the next day to call the dental office and make sure they call in my prescription. Nothing done at the office (but an X-ray) besides getting charged $75 for them to write me a prescription which wasn’t called in. The dentist was kind, but that kindness was overshadowed by the solution not being available and, spending another night in pain, with a swollen face.

Fantastic experience: I took my 89 year old mom. The staff was patient, courteous, and professional. We had the best experience at the Stone Oak 7 to 7 Dental location. I only wish they had more handicap parking.

Negative experience: I had a bad experience years ago. so I guess I can only blame myself. I'm not sure how the dentists are since I don't go there, but my daughter does. However, after this last experience, we will not be going back. All the issues: trying to figure out insurance. I told them over and over her father, my ex-husband was the policu holder, and to please co tacr h. I even cc'd him so they could just reply all, and they still kept dropping him from the email, making me the middle man and the whole process so much longer. She isn’t a new patient. Then, he tried to get it paid and then tried to get her meds for the oral surgery, sent to the wrong pharmacy despite calling twice. Then, when leaving, they only told me she didn't need stitches. So to my surprise, after a few minutes, there's blood all over the floor, front of her shirt, down her face. I called back again, and they said it's normal when they don't get stitches. She was in there for about 10 minutes. It's just a numbers game. They don't care. They're just seeing as many people and getting as much money. They did not care she was bleeding so much her gauze was soaked, and it was difficult to take the meds after we finally went the. They didn't care. I had to drive 20 minutes further out in Friday traffic to get her pain meds before the weekend. The worst. Never again!

Fantastic experience: So, it's been a few days since my last orthodontic appointment at the 7to7 Dental Stone Oak location and I know have been able to put together the words to being to remotely express my sincerest gratitude and utmost appreciation for Dr. Roberts, Ryan, Becca, Brittney and the entire ortho team. In my 40 plus years of life, I've never been able to smile with as much confidence as I have for the past 3 days. Dr. Roberts literally changed my life and my self love with his experience, professionalism and patience. What started out as a nightmare with a different clinic in 2019, was met with care, concern, and a level of humanity that I've only ever witnessed once in my life. I am so blessed that Dr. Roberts helped and treated my family and I like real people. I love my teeth. I love my smile and if given the chance to do another 6 years I would hands choose Dr. Roberts and this team 100 times over. Crying as I type this I'm so blessed for this new journey and confidence.

Negative experience: I have been a patient at the Sonterra location for 2 years and always had a great experience. However, I was treated very poorly this morning when checking in for my appointment. The receptionist was polite, but the woman in scrubs at the front desk with her had a major attitude. I had provided my new insurance 4 weeks ago and was told that they did not have my information. They said they needed my husbands SSN to run my insurance which I did not have available at the time. I was treated as a problem and an inconvenience rather than a loyal patient. I had to cancel my appointment because I did not want to be seen and billed without knowing if they accepted my new insurance. This left such a bad taste in my mouth that I have decided to go elsewhere, moving forward.

Fantastic experience: I received an immediate attention and repair on my tooth fractures. Wasn’t well done because fall off the next day. Fortunately Dr HALEH did an excellent job repairing everything. Now I look with professional dental work

Fantastic experience: I definitely did not know what to expect while entering the office but I was SO surprised about the thoroughness of the initial exam & their recommendations ! I had a couple of Cavities & I decided to take care of them to prevent them from getting any worse. I stressed the fact that I wanted a good color match for the fillings since One of my cavities was one of my front tooth ! Anyways... even though they gave me the opportunity to do like 7 cavities in 2 different days - I decided to do all of them at once to get it out of the way. One & done y'know ! So, My jaw felt a bit sore because of being open for so long but let me tell you.... my teeeeeeth Look Amazing . It isn't even noticeable the before & after as y'all can see. While they worked on my teeth, I didn't know what to expect...The last thing I wanted was a portion of my tooth to look white in comparison to the normal enamel color I had. Once I saw my teeth afterwards, I was so relieved & just so happy they did such a great job. I would recommend this place to anybody. They treated me so nicely & the Doctor there is very very nice to his patients. Below y'all can see my smile (before & after) the front tooth that they worked on was the one that y'all can see on your left side. Can't even tell I had a filling there

Negative experience: The dentist and their assistants are professional and friendly. The billing department not so friendly. I went in last Sunday to finish previous treatment plan along with major tooth pain for a new issue I was having , and after being assessed by the dentist, was told that the billing department would contact me to provide a quote and schedule appointment. I tried to schedule an appointment for the emergency tooth pain but was told would have to wait for a call. I have not received a phone call as of today. My assessment is: the billing for the first treatment plan the billing department didn’t like me following up on billing inquiries in general. Actually me following up resulted in the discovery of one of the claims they had submitted not being received by my insurance company due to a technical issue with the insurance companies system. Long story short: the claim was successfully submitted because I followed up! Overall, my observation of their staffs behavior after the billing inquiries I made about the first treatment plan towards me was awkward and obvious going forward. It has now resulted in delayed treatment. 7 to 7 Dental: I will not buy that they forgot to call me!

Fantastic experience: The Stone Oak location is amazing! I needed to go in as an emergency appointment for a cracked wisdom tooth. The staff was very friendly and understanding of my dental anxiety and made me feel at ease. My extraction was painless. Going to make them my regular dentist.

Fantastic experience: Ken was awesome!! I am petrified of the dentist but Ken made me feel at ease!! I’ll be back in 3 months only just for him!! He has the midas touch! Thanks Ken and 7 to 7!!!

Fantastic experience: Exceptional, compassionate and full of empathy! Recommend Dr Albert Crusco @ stone oak location along with his wonderful assistant Nick and so many of his exceptional staff! 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ star rating. I work at one of the largest Hospital in San Antonio and with over 20 years of Nursing, I am very familiar with the feedback of patient care as well as providing! I must admit at first I was very nervous and scared due to excruciating pain I was already experiencing, and having to deal with anyone messing with my flared nerve tooth pain (which is one of most painful experiences any human can endure) and knowing I couldn’t make it stop as it comes when it wants to and goes away when it feels like, so anything that comes in contact with toothache and nerves was something I was very fearful about. However, after my initial consultation with Dr Crusco (fitted me in last minute before flying out to California during Christmas) they explained everything before during and after care and was so sincere, gentle and compassionate during entire process while working on multiple issues cause the pain) they provided step by step guidance and help me in everything including: preparation for my temporary and permanent crowning, tooth extraction, prep for bridging and fitting so that everything will be ready when I get back from California. They also acknowledged with frequent breaks and ensuring my pain was manageable (without having to request for any meds once but knew that any decent person in this profession would know tooth pain is serious and without any numbing medications when shaving down or dealing with already infected teeth cause literally cause once heart to go into what they call (HEART-ATTACK). I understand sometimes patients will beforehand instruct for pain relief before they even attempt anything however, with Dr Crusco I did not have ask ever once! I’m the type to feel guilty in asking for anything especially pain med because of the profession I’m in and knowing what they may think of me. And as is, I’m already having the staff work and able to fit me in was already EVERYTHING to me. When the last resource was to get fitted in before my vacation yet anything decrease the nerve pain I was experiencing was a blessing and not being able to consume or eat anything except for liquids for past month and now this unbearable tooth pain getting worse and frequent, I felt like I was going to pass out. Any help to relief the flare up was all I asked and received amazing relief during the trip and back. I HONESTLY thank the Lord, if not for 7 to 7 Dental and their amazing staff and doctors t heats very knowledgeable and also sincere about their patients, I think I would of hit rock bottom. Since then I have went back 3 times (confidently) knowing they’ll take great care with my treatment plans to completely eliminate the root cause and preventing any escalation in future. Honestly most doctors will just try to get the work done Webster it will honestly fix the issue or to little as knowing how the after effects and looks the patient will have to carry. And THAT WAS THE BEST PART OF ALL!! Knowing that whether the crown or bridging may be a little off and who cares for some patients right? As long as the work is done for what was paid BUT NO! Not Dr Crusco. He actually refused to placed my permanent bridging due to the outcome of how it may look and affects how I may feel with a slight budging tooth. So I THANK HIM AND STAFF FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART FOR TAKING THEIR TIME TO ADVOCATE FOR ME OVERALL EVEN IFBI HAVE TO GO BACK, I rather have the RIGHT WORK AND CORRECT PLACEMENT In placed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ALL whom may doubt they’ll receive any be treated like HUMAN BEINGS WITH FEELINGS OF PAIN AND HUMILIATION.
