Fantastic experience: I’ve been to more than my fair share of dentist in this area and I am SO happy to have stumbled upon Moorestown Dental Professionals! First off, I love that my dentist, Dr Rush, is a woman! But beyond that she is knowledgeable, kind, patient and empathetic… not to mention that she does AMAZING work! She corrected some blemishes for me that other dentists couldn’t figure out and saved me from getting unnecessary and expensive veneers. The before and after pictures are ASTONISHING and my confidence is through the roof every time I walk out of the office. Everyone at the practice is kind and accommodating making it a pleasure to be there. I would recommend this practice over anywhere else!

Negative experience: Crystal the scheduler’s is not nice when it comes to rescheduling appts. She was very nasty to me when I tried to reschedule my appt.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr E's office. I've had dental work in the past that was not good, an improper crown, bad root canal etc... Dr E has been saving my teeth on step at a time! Dr E takes the time to walk you through the procedure and makes his patients very comfortable. This is an honest review, I haven't met any dentists that care about their patients at this level. Even the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Honest Professionals are hard to come by and it's well worth your money, if finances are difficult, Dr E can help walk you through ways to make it more affordable and figure out a plan that works for you. Both me and my wife have been coming to Dr E and I would highly recommend him to anyone I know!

Negative experience: Use to come here no problem until one day they disrespectfully told me I couldn’t be seen anymore if I smell like cigarettes when I come in because ppl have allergies. After years of coming here and all the money out of pocket spent here , them telling me I can’t smoke cigarettes in my free time is crazy. 0 stars don’t recommend. They will embarrass you and call you out even after the thousands and thousands of dollars they had no problem taking from me every other time I’ve been there. Really rude staff terrible experience. This is why I hate dentists. I’m gonna make sure no one I kno comes here ever again if this is the way they treat their patients.

Fantastic experience: UPDATE: Forgot to mention that this is the only dentist office I've even been to that took me in at the exact appointment time, I never had to wait more than 5 minutes. I've waited well over an hour at other dentists, but Moorestown Dental Professionals is very "professional" at their time management. I highly recommend this practice! This is by far the best dental office I've been to. Dr. E is knowledgeable and very caring; all the staff are super friendly; Dana the hygienist did a deep cleaning for me and she was beyond awesome! I'm very scared to get my teeth and gum numbed because of the needle, but Dana gave me back all the confidence and faith, she made this process painless. Dana was so gentle and did such a great job, not to mention that she had a great sense of humor. I'm not afraid to go to the dentist anymore!

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to the Cherry Hill area in search of a new dentist after having excellent care for over 30 years in Short Hills NJ. I had an exam with a dentist in the area but it their treatment approaches & exams were reminiscent of 1990. I received a recommendation to try Dr Rush. I am so impressed, delighted, relieved - and smiling again. She actually listened to my concern with a previous root canal and gave me a solution and a game plan how to move forward without having to get another unnecessary root canal! So grateful for this office!!

Dr. Rush was very thorough while examining my teeth and explained everything during our consultation using state of the art pictures and X-rays. I especially appreciated that she recommended preventative measures to avoid decay, which I had never received prior. The technology they use by far exceeds what I’ve seen at other practices.
