Fantastic experience: Very professional and understood my needs and try to accommodate as much as possible. And they were super kid friendly
Negative experience: I came in to get my wisdoms teeth removal after 6 months of miscommunication and no calls. I was told I would be waiting on a hospital coordinator, who never called me, and when i called them I was misinformed several times and was forced to pay for multiple physicals. The biggest problem being they told me my tooth was an emergency and to expect that call 1 to 3 months. I waited over 6. When I finally did come in for my surgery, I am battered and bruised. My cheek in the corner is tore and cut, I have multiple bruises around my face and I can't understand why the bruised the side of my face and forehead. My entire arm was covered in broken capillaries because they left the blood pressure cup over my elbow the entire surgery. I have more pain from them bruising and battering me then I do my actual extraction site. This was a horrible experience and I feel like someone beat the crap out of me after they pulled out my teeth. I've never had no much damage done to my BODY when I came for a simple tooth removal. 3 days after i ended up getting a massive infection and puking all over the place. Stillwater medical could not believe how butchered i was. Im on day 4 and my swelling is massive along with a rash on my cheek, i cant tatse anything or eat bc of the immense pain i am in. Im 25 and this was my first surgery. Im scared for life. This was at the hospital for drumright dental and im sure it has to do with hospital staff. Regardless ive already told everyone I know dont do it at drumright. I've always had a good time with them ive been going since I was 9 or 10 years old. I have my own son I wanted to bring. Im questioning everything about this. I've never been put into a position like this and all this procedure did was cause more pain and complications. Im 6 days post surgery and I still can't eat, drinking stings so bad and all the pain meds they gave me ate making me sick. Nobody should have to go through this and I KNOW what im going through isn't normal
Fantastic experience: Unless you have a child on the spectrum, you cannot imagine the trauma that comes from trying to brush their teeth. My child has a self harm reflex programmed from one of his previous schools. The staff had very complete understanding of this challenge and willingness to attempt sedation. It was so good to not be judged, to have the visit be different from the normal situation, where the dentist and 2 techs are trying to hold down the child while lecturing me on how by myself, I need to "try harder" to brush my child's teeth, or even worse, when they refuse to even touch my child because even looking at him is too difficult, but telling me how terrible of a parent I am for being unwilling to beat my child into submission in order to brush his teeth. (Being serious here, I have stated to dentists that the only way that brushing can be accomplished, is by beating them and the dentist look at me and say "you have to do, what you have to do"). Would like to thank you guys for all that you do to help us who understand what real challenge is.
Negative experience: I would give zero stars if I could not only is this place not professional at all I have had issues and so has other family members. I took my one year-old son there because he had some tooth problems that was genetic as he has had many health problems since birth not only did they want to put my one year-old under Anesthesia but they made it feel like it was my fault for my son’s teeth having problems . I went to another dentist and they said it was highly dangerous to put a child that young under anesthesia and I am having an amazing experience at the new dentist! I would not recommend This place for anybody with children . Even when you share your opinion to the people there, they are downright rude
Negative experience: Drumright Dental has traumatized so many children. Extracting teeth when it wasn’t necessary. They tried to put my 1 years old under anthesia. I went and got a second opinion and they said it was extremely dangerous . They are disrespectful and tell you that your kids teeth are rotten . Because of your child’s diet and intake of food. They will say the teeth are so bad they need extracting or capped . Or a KIDDY PARTIAL . All these things are unnecessary and extremely risky with children under 6 . They also have a different kind of anthesia used in office . That is not the same for at the doctors. And put children as young as 1 year old under. My child had several teeth removed . Deemed rotten . But what it cause was worse years of struggling to talk or eat. It was a traumatic experience my son will never forget . They also had a lawsuit back around 2014 where they had mixed up 2 patients paper work . And did the opposite work on the 2 patients. Which led to life long issues with their teeth and confidence .
Fantastic experience: Dr. Gokal is an absolute pleasure! Best dentist I’ve had in years, she’s very understanding and compassionate. She actually wants to help her patient instead of cashing out! Shout out to Jenna (Dental Hygienist) who took the extra time to explain things to me and answer questions I had about a procedure I need done! Big shout out to Macy & Haley (dental assistants) for making me feel incredibly comfortable, cared for and heard! And the biggest thank you to Tessa, who works at the front desk! She did wonderful and getting me checked in and making sure I had everything I needed during my short wait in the waiting room! I had to come get a comprehensive exam done while having my 9 month old with me, the entire team went above and beyond to make sure I got the attention and care plan I needed — despite the obvious baby distraction! Thank you Drumright Dental Center for such stellar service and helping me get my teeth healthy again!! 10/10 recommend! Especially if you’re a mom with littles one in tow!

Positive experience: Ive been several times for sedation procedures and cleanings hower the last couple of times I've been, I've woken up with my mouth very cut up. Under my tongue, my lips, the insides of my cheeks. Very painful dried blood all over my teeth too.

Fantastic experience: 5 star Plus ! After getting an appointment and going to 2 other dentist offices and a lot of pictures, exrays, scans, and analyzing, they didn't help my Wisdom tooth trouble nun. But good for me and my sore face, one of the 2 other dentist recommended DRUMRIGHT DENTAL CENTER ‼️ HERE With great care, professionalism and speed they did to me what I needed to have done!

Fantastic experience: My special needs son is always treated with respect and kindness at Drumright Dental Center. The reception area is clean and not cluttered. There is an area off the reception area where TV monitors with video game systems are available for the patients to use. My son really likes this center, and so do I. They have great customer service skills. We will continue to use this center for my son's dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Had a piece of my wisdom tooth break off, called them up and they had me in same day and got it pulled out. I have always been scared of the dentist and have avoided them for the last 15 plus years since I was old enough to make my own decisions. They made sure I was good and numb before working on me and has honestly changed my whole mindset about the dentist. Got scheduled for a teeth cleaning before I left!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best dental experience I have ever had. Dr. Berry and Izzy were fantastic and went above and beyond so that I was not in any discomfort. I did opt for Nitrous oxide and will do it every time I need dental treatment. I had to have 6 front teeth fixed and they look fantastic.

Negative experience: Horribly treated!!! As a matter of fact it’s a special needs child. Need I say more, I’m not the only parent out there that feels this way. It’s sad & it doesn’t matter how old they are.
Negative experience: I had a family member go here today that has epilepsy, their tooth had broke off and they was in great pain. After being seen and x-rayed then being told that yes the tooth can be and would be pulled today, was refused service because there guardian did not want to leave the room. The epileptic individual was refused any further services and was told to leave while still suffering from the pain that is caused by a broken tooth.
Fantastic experience: They got me in immediately for a tooth extraction. My nerve was infected and they took such great care of me. Loved the humor! Kept me calm and in good spirits. Mind you I'm deathly afraid of the dentist office. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: The wait for my appointment date from the time I made the appointment was the next day!! The thorough paperwork needed was able to be done online from the comfort of my own home. The Dentist was skilled, gentle and quick. The Assistant was very good, informative and educated me of all the reasons for everything. I even had a minor set back making me a bit late and they still saw me! Fantastic experience: They were all great!! No judgmental comments, all of the staff were kind, generous and care about anxiety driven issues from being at the dentist. Highly recommend. Hygienist was 20/10!!! She walked me through all the processes, and answered everything she could, or got the answer!!

Negative experience: It's a 2 hour drive but absolutely worth it!! Our daughter has a disability and they did good with her but don't clean her teeth because she still has the same plaque buildup on her front bottom teeth that's been there through the last two surgeries to fix it. They charge double copays also.
Positive experience: We liked it. Nice caring people. Explained everything. Only problem was there's a 6 months wait to get cavities filled for my autistic son cause they insist on sedation . They said there's so many people waiting it'll take 6 months. I feel that is too long a wait to get a root canal an cavities filled because they will be much worse 6 months from now. Please find a solution to speed up the wait time an I'd give u 5 stars.
Fantastic experience: Jenna was very sweet and made me feel comfortable! She did a great job! I forgot the dentist name that helped me with a biting issue I was having, but she was very nice too. I have always had a great experience there!

Fantastic experience: They clipped my 6 week olds lip tie. They were so informative, explained the whole process which was super quick! They were so sweet and gentle with my baby. They let me use the room to nurse him after which I also really appreciated!

Fantastic experience: Oh my goodness!!! I don't like going to the dentist after childhood drama, and time gets away from me, I needed a cleaning before my Insurance expires and every place is booked up 5 or 6 months ahead...I was desperate and Drumright Dental Center saved me today I called them on Monday and they got me in 3 days later, they had a cancellation and offered it to me, so I had to go!!! I'm so happy that I did because it was very nice and new and everyone was so nice and kind and I got to listen to my headphones and they gave me gas , because I can't do it without it and they took a lot of and my hygienist was so nice and gentle and did a great job on my teeth, she even offered to do a fluoride treatment...so I did that too! Needless to say, I already have 2 more dentist appointments and I'm looking forward to keeping my dazzling smile for years to come❤️

Fantastic experience: Had a great consultation everyone was so nice especially for being busy. I was in and out on a timely manner and the finance billing employee was amazing. Only place that would actually work with my insurance and not charge an arm and a leg to do implants. Highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I took my mother in law to Drumright Dental for the first time for dental treatment. This detail oriented office has thought of everything to make going to the dentist easier and to make the patient feel comfortable. From the ease of online paperwork to check in where they offer water, a pillow and blanket to get you comfortable. Once back in the operatory Rayna, my mother in laws assistant, got her comfy then Dr Eidson came in and attentively listened to my mother in laws needs and wants and by far exceeded her expectations. She came out smiling again! Dr Eidson and Rayna make a great team! It was overall a fabulous experience!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely phenomenal experience. Exceptional staff. I have an an adult age son with disabilities and Drumwright Dental Center accepts patients with disabilities. Unlike other offices who claim to have experience with disabilities, Drumwright Dental seems to have extensive experience with patients who have disabilities. Exceptionally thorough, kind, caring and so pleasant. I have never had such a positive dental experience with my son. I love that they are huge supporters of Special Olympics.Grateful for this wonderful office. Edited to Add: We recently had our sedated dentistry appointment at Drumright Hospital. The hospital and dental staff are a well oiled machine. I cannot recommend this dental practice enough. Especially if you have someone who has a disability that needs a little extra care and support. Not a more caring practice or hospital staff anywhere in the state. So impressed. So grateful.

Fantastic experience: First time coming here. I’ll be back! Walked in the front door and was greeted with a warm smiling face Mary who checked me in was very very kind and attentive to me. Offered me everything from a bottle water to a blanket. Then I met Jordan who did X-ray and assisted Dr Burkett in filling my tooth.we listened to praise and worship music together She is just precious. I’m so glad I’ve got to come here.

Positive experience: Very friendly staff, seemed to know what they were doing/talking about. Got a tooth removed, was informed on some of the things I can do/eat till it's healed. Only downside is I didn't get any kind of numbing stuff for pain afterward.

Fantastic experience: I am the Residential Supervisor / Health Care Coordinator of my special needs individual & we went to visit to go over hospital procedure tour of the Clinic & all the staff very friendly patient understanding & so we are now just waiting on opening for that but feel very at ease after discussing what will be doing step by step. We drove 2 hours 20 min to get there from GRAND LAKE AREA. Wanting the best care for our Consumer…. So when we get that completed we will tell ya about that experience. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend!!! After many years of failed attempts to find a dental office for my Autistic son. We have finally found our place! I am beyond grateful for the care, kindness, and support the entire staff showed to my son and our family. They really do go above and beyond. The best part is that they really do care about their patients and it’s not just for show like it is at some other places we have visited in the past. My son’s dental assistant was very patient and kind. She was able to get x-rays, converse with him about dental care and he even opened up and had good conversation with her! That right there told me everything I needed to know. They even offer sedation dentistry services, the wait time is a little long. But totally worth it! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Drumright Dental. Thank you for taking care of the kids who get left behind, only because they see the world differently than others do. ❤️
