Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience at this dental office. Dr. S treated both of my sons, and I could immediately tell he truly cares about his patients. He was very educational, patient, and made sure both my boys were comfortable throughout the visit. I also want to thank the front desk receptionist — I accidentally arrived at the wrong location, and she handled everything with such professionalism. She corrected the issue right away, helped with check-in, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I appreciate the kindness and care from both Dr. S and the entire staff. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: 1.5 hour waiting time .. I gave 2 stars, one for the front desk & one for cleanliness. As a new patient when I left the office I was overall pretty much irritated on how unprofessional two of the staff members were. As I was getting serviced in the back I could clearly hear two dentist assistant(I believe) arguing & cursing at each other the entire time I was back there to the point where it could of definitely turned physical. As a first time patient, it left a bad taste in my mouth. Nobody interfered or apologized for their unprofessional behavior (except for one girl who tried to stop it at the beginning of the argument) it’s like they just let the drama go on which made things awkward. However, Just because of that I will not be returning to this dentist office ever again. ‍♀️

Negative experience: This is the absolute most unprofessional, dirty, lazy, incompetent business I've ever seen in my life! The dentist almost caused me to lose a front tooth because he never filled the cavity I went there for in the first place! It is truly awful. I wouldn't have given it ANY stars at all except you have to give at least 1 to leave a review. If you value any part of your mouth run from this place! How do you miss a notch carved out of a tooth while your doing an alleged deep cleaning?! There were measurements in my chart that were never taken as well. This place better get it together before someone actually calls malpractice.

Negative experience: the wait even if you have a appointment is over a hour don’t waste your time if your colored

Negative experience: The worst place to go. Don't waste your time or money making an appointment here. The receptionists aren't well-trained for their jobs, and I had a bad experience with the doctor. Also, my mother had an appointment with me and never saw the doctor. They left her waiting, but then called twice to say she didn't show up. So, they never even registered her appointment? I can only say that I will never go back to this place, nor will I take my children there. They've lost five clients today.

Negative experience: I visited this facility recently and was disappointed by the level of professionalism displayed. During my time there, one of the front desk staff members (specifically the individual with facial piercings) engaged in inappropriate personal conversation with someone wearing a security uniform. Meanwhile, a dental assistant behind the front desk was laughing and speaking spanish with the ladies in the front desk instead of assisting THEIR patients. I ended up waiting in the office for THREE HOURS without proper communication or support. Overall, the atmosphere felt unorganized and unprofessional. The management appears to lack effective oversight and leadership, which reflects poorly on the facility as a whole. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location and believe improvements in staff training and management accountability are needed.

Negative experience: This whole dental practice as a whole is the WORSE! The whole ELITE DENTAL! I transferred from the Harbison location due to unprofessional and the lack of communication. I scheduled an appointment for 2:30pm today just to get there and have them say they have to get the records from the other location! I’m so over them I can’t wait to find another Dentist, Elite Dental is HORRIBLE. They get paid to do nothing!

Negative experience: This office is not organized My appointment was at 1pm my children did not get seen till 3pm staff at front desk was to busy flirting with delivery man also they had my children folder mixed up they called them to the back and said sorry go back up front we called the wrong folder when they finally got seen the dentist rushed and didn’t do A proper Cleaning and also now I have to take my children to a different dentist because an issue with a tooth that they didn’t check. So not go here also they are ignorant with people of color!

Negative experience: They did a filling for me on a Tuesday. I left to work right away. But once the numbness went away. I couldn’t bite at all it’s uncomfortable to eat. I called and they told me to come and they open Saturday. Now here I am on Saturday and they close. After driving 2 hour here for nothing. Now I have to go back and come back again

Negative experience: BAD..... Experience I just moved in the area. And was told this was a great rated dentist. NO, my appointment was for 2:00. I waited until 3:10 and got called. This morning when I scheduled a emergency appointment I told them a tooth broke last night. And I needed a emergency appointment. I was told everything was good and I can come in at 2:00. After waiting for so long I was told I can't get nothing done but a cleaning. I asked why would I need a emergency for a cleaning!? BAD SERVICE and no one wanted to help me past that, not even file a complaint.

Negative experience: I waited an he and a half to been seen. Then when I got to the back they was moving very slow . I kept expressing that I was in pain. They walk around talking laughing , looking in their phones. I got there at 1:15 didn’t get to the back until 2:40. And they still didn’t have to empathy

Positive experience: The dental procedures themselves were excellent. Can't say the same for the receptionist. Lacked the etiquette that encourages a client to return. No please, no thank you, no good morning no anything. Specifically the young one with black hair and a red tattoo on her left hand.

Fantastic experience: Great staff and front desk, the girl with the long hair and tattoo on her arm (with numbers) was professional and very caring. She helped me with everything and the dentist was excellent. Wait time was understandable and reasonable.

Negative experience: If I can put 0 stars I really would. Me and my children appointment time was for 10am, didn’t called to the back till 1:30. Still had to wait another hour or 2. My daughter has diabetes and had to wait the entire time until I left to be able to eat. Her sugar was dropping the whole entire time, then when I spoke to the manager she had an attitude and wasn’t helpful. Then she kicked me and my 5 children out.when this was the only time I was able to take off from work plus not getting paid to have to take off. They are very inconvenient. I have been having to make appointments elsewhere for months because they are to backed up. And me and my children have been coming here for 10 years. So disappointed. I don’t recommend here, I recommend they shut it down because they are always understaffed.

Negative experience: *this review is for last years appt, just never explained why* I checked my Care Credit card and where they accept them, Elite Dental is one of them (and that specific location) but when I asked one of the girls at the desk she said no. I don't understand how Care Credit clearly states that they do accept it but she tells me no. The dentist was nice and friendly but the receptionists are a little rude.

Fantastic experience: First time here , This was my first time visiting], and I had a great experience from start to finish. The front desk staff were welcoming and efficient, and the office itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. They also do adults as well looking for another one . And I think I found my spot for both of us .. I’ll be back The dental hygienist was gentle and thorough during my cleaning, talked fast but I understood my son didn’t . Move really fast , taking the time to explain everything and make sure my son felt at ease. Dr was friendly, professional, and answered all my questions without rushing.they allowed me to go back there with him and it bern years since I sat back there since my son been a baby , he’s 12 now ,, but I had to leave out , lol because I don’t wanna see pain or the tools lol , even tho we love the dentist , I really appreciated today , recommendations without any pressure

Negative experience: The staff was very rude to this blind lady who asked for help filling out her paperwork they were very rude!!

Negative experience: If I could give no stars I would. This 1 represents the front desk staff. I went in as a new patient a few months back and this was the worst experience I have ever had. The dentist came in, talked and moved so fast. The cleaning had water all over the face. It was horrible and only lasted 3-5 minutes. I spent more time filling out paperwork than being seen. Didn't ask me any questions, didn't take time to ensure I was comfortable. It was HORRIBLE and I will never go back. So much so, I blocked the office number. I want nothing to do with such a horrible and unprofessional company.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible and unprofessional. Went in for a 10:30am appointment and didn’t get called until after 12 while they called other people to the back even though they came in after me. Then proceeded to wait in the back for an additional 30+ minutes just to be seen for not even a full 10 minutes meanwhile the staff in the back threw a “surprise baby shower” for an employee while i sat there still not being attended to. The doctor barely introduced himself and didn’t ask me anything about my teeth- just told me I had 2 cavities and didn’t even give me a chance to talk him about anything I wanted to speak about today before he proceeded to “clean my teeth” for less than 5 minutes while letting water splash all over my entire face and drip down my neck. The whole process felt completely rushed and not important to them. I will never come back to this location and definitely do not recommend.

Negative experience: Front desk staff completely wasted my time. I called letting them know that I had new insurance and asked if they take my insurance specifically. I was told that they do. I arrive to my appointment only for them to automatically tell me that they do not accept my insurance and there was nothing they could do for me. So if you have Highmark (specifically United Concordia) do not go off of the word of the person at the front desk as they're obviously uninformed and could care less about giving you incorrect information.

Negative experience: 0 stars went in knowing I had a jaw infection. Waited an hour even though I had an appointment. They took X-rays and told me to go somewhere else

Fantastic experience: Dentist was very attentive and understanding and gentle Young Lady that did my X-rays was also gentle and everyone was very professional

Positive experience: Alway makes me feel comfortable and goes beyond for my kids Update : 02/24/25 Me and my children had a checkup today and the first time in years since coming here I had an altercation with another patient over my son who suffers with ADHD I am disappointed at the fact that I was verbally attacked by another patient (my son and 6 year old daughter was being verbally attacked by the son who was 3x bigger than my kids ( my kids are 8 and 6 ) in the play room before the altercation between me & the patient ) i received no help with 5 worker's present and was treated as if I was the problem . If you have special needs children ( or suffers mentally or physically )and plan to come here or already come here please come with caution and keep an eye on your children at all times or you will end up in the same situation . SMH

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this dental office for the past six years. The staff has greatly changed and the practice has continued to give superb quality of care. I generally am fearful of the dentist’s chair like the average person but I am honestly not afraid or nervous when I see this dentist. I just have one complaint and that is because this office is so popular you sometimes have a wait but it is worth it for your own personal self-care! Highly recommend this practice. Fantastic experience: Elite Allegheny is the best! From the lead dentist, the techs ,and reception staff especially. I sent my daughter(30) for an emergency appt. Last week, my son and I went today and I made an appointment for My mom today. Its a family thing now.So proffesional,efficient, courteous and they really know what they're doing and take care off all of their patients. They have provided the best service I have ever experienced. 5 star service

Fantastic experience: First time there for my self and it’s was a nice clean fun experience. Went there to get referred to an oral surgeon for my wisdom. The doctor was well educated and guided me to what needed to be done for my confort. He also prescribed me medication for the pain and antibiotics until I was able to get to a surgeon. Which they provided a list that covers different insurances, for which works best for you The receptionist in the front was so kind and polite I had a great experience I recommend my mom to take my little brother here for his future appointments for clean ups. Take my daughter now and she always has an awesome experience!

Fantastic experience: It was my child first dentist appointment and the wait wasn’t long the staff was very nice and very helpful

Negative experience: I am rating this based on my experience of being charged and not provided with a referral. I was informed that I have multiple issues that need to be addressed, so I am confused as to why I was not given a referral. Initially, the manager told me that I needed to be seen in order to receive a referral. I explained that I had already been seen, but later, I was falsely told that I had denied treatment. In another conversation, the manager claimed the dentist thought I did not need work which is why a referral was not provided. However, during my visit, the dentist had advised me to see another dentist within the next six months because they did not perform the type of work I needed. On top of this, I was threatened, denied a document I was entitled to, and was left at risk of incurring additional charges and health issues for a service that should have been covered by my insurance. The manager was rude and unprofessional during our interactions. She hung up on me and, when I mentioned that I would be notifying my insurance about the unethical activity, she responded by threatening to involve the police and lawyers. This behavior was completely uncalled for and added unnecessary stress to an already frustrating situation. To add, after filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the manager responded with false information and misrepresented my words by using quotation marks to portray me as uneducated, an aggressor, and a threat. Instead of resolving the situation professionally, the manager chose to lie, which only escalated the issue further. As an African American, I felt targeted and disrespected. I have since filed a police report and submitted complaints to other relevant authorities. This kind of behavior has no place in any service-oriented business, especially in a Black and Brown community. I also want to caution others about the possibility of being treated unfairly at this business. After reading other reviews, it seems that my experience is not an isolated one, and I regret not researching more thoroughly before deciding to visit. For anyone seeking respectful and professional service, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business!

Fantastic experience: This establishment is very pleasant, fast paced, and professional, as well as friendly. Staff made my daughter feel very comfortable, the dentist also explained everything, as well as provided documentation for my child for being absence the day of the appointment. I highly recommend that you give this establishment a visit!!!!

Negative experience: A bad review will not bring my teeth back but if i could help person I would! With that being said, I wish I never came to the dentist office. I got 4 fillings done here in 2021. Now in 2024 3-4 fillings need root canals cause they didn't do the fillings correctly. I also can't floss efficiently between my teeth. Teeth are supposed to last a lifetime now 3 of mine need root canals and I'm very angry cause I'm only 27 with 2 messed up molars & 1 messed up side tooth! Insurance won't cover neither one! $6000 to fix 3 teeth. Dental work is to expensive to be playing in people mouths! 0 stars should be an option!

Negative experience: Worst experience I've ever had at a Dental Office. Waited for an hour and a half even after having an appointment. The receptionist like gossiping about patients after they leave the Office. Made me very uncomfortable while I was there. I ended up leaving without being seen, and just made an appointment at another office.

Negative experience: I contacted the office today to verify my appointment and request a reschedule due to a work conflict. Unfortunately, the receptionist I spoke with was unprofessional and spoke to me rudely, asking, “What do you want?” and “What’s your name?” in a discourteous tone. As I was ending the call, she informed me that I could no longer reschedule my appointment, even though I was calling ahead of time. When I inquired about availability for rescheduling, she raised her voice, saying, “I don’t know, you tell me.” I expressed that her behavior was inappropriate, and she responded by canceling my appointment, falsely accusing me of using profanity. I then asked to speak to a supervisor, but instead of transferring me, she pretended to be the supervisor herself. Since then, she has called me multiple times (nearly 15 times), which I find harassing.

Positive experience: Looks like new front office staff whom were more welcoming than our last visit,cand we didn't wait as long as last time either. Good improvement

Negative experience: The front desk staff were welcoming but they can be more organized with new patient completing paperwork. The treatment staff should lower their mask when calling patients, at a distance they sound muffled, and my appt was at 1pm, and I was not seen until 215pm. The dentist has poor bedside manner, he talks and interrupts when you have question. This is the first time ever going to a dentist that will not clean your teeth but at least three people including myself were referred for further evaluation before cleaning is done. This office caters to Government assistance clients, and he is there for the pay. So sad. Overall experience was tasteless for a person who spent years in learning his craft but his arrogance mentally is only self gratification. ***When I say catered to assistant programs I am not downplaying no one but it is a good percentage of their clients****I

Positive experience: I came to the clinic on wednesday my appointment was at 1:30 I came at 1:40 ten minutes late when I got there I feel that recepcionista was not being very nice they didn’t see me so they give me another appointment for friday so I have to pay twice to find my self a ride and twice to come back home witch its wasn't fair

Negative experience: Scheduled 3 appointments ; arrived 10 mins before the 1st appointment time and was not seen until an hour later (basically when my last appointment was originally set for)!

Negative experience: The wait was long. The front desk worker was rude. The vibe walking in was off. I waited a hour to be seen just for the doctor to tell me he cant pull my tooth today and send me to someone else. That's sad

Fantastic experience: The dentist was very patient with my daughter she took her time and made sure my daughter was comfortable. My daughter had two teeth removed and she did her job with ease, plus she had style I love her pants she told me her son called them spider man pants. I love this office and highly recommend it to adults and children

Negative experience: She was not helpful at all the dentist person I had she didn't even want to try to repair my front tooth because of some Medicare people who also worked in a professional field for a long time unfortunately we have to get put on Medicare it's not about choice it's by what our actions were that led us to Medicare wouldn't use them at all if you had dealing with Medicare not helpful at all and make you feel uncomfortable

Negative experience: Zero stars, Unprofessional office that profiles people of color. Confrontational staff member that interjects herself into a conversation about office policy of why they do not verify insurance prior to a patients appointment as opposed to having patients waiting almost 2hrs. A colleague unrelated to this conversation started speaking over me & the pleasant colleague I was speaking with who appeared to have no issue with my ?’s. When I told the young lady I can only hear & speak to 1 person & I am not speaking to you she responded well your nasty while using aggressive hand motions. My response was your colleague doesn’t appear to have an issue with the conversation. Her response was well I got a problem with it. I again told her the conversation didn’t concern her & her colleague had no issue. Her colleague even told her several times it was ok. This girl continued to be confrontational to the point my 15 year old daughter got up to address her & let her know she was not only unprofessional but intentionally attempting to create confrontation & involving herself in something that did not concern her. I asked for the office manager & the polite colleague responded there’s no office manager (not surprised with how this young lady behaved) but she could provide me with a # to report this incident. When I asked the pleasant colleague for the young ladies name that was confrontational to speak with someone about her conduct the confrontational girl again interjected verbally aggressive & pointing to something behind her which was the # to file a complaint she then proceeded to say & there are cameras & shrugged her shoulders. Again my 15 yr old daughter got up came to the front desk to tell her how unprofessional she continues to be & that no one is speaking to her. Her response was well she asking for my name so I’m speaking to her & I’m not giving her nothing. I never asked her I asked the polite colleague for her name to report her unprofessional conduct. At this point this is the 2nd verbal altercation so the staff comes from the back including the only dentist they have & says nothing they just gawked at the drama. This girl then feigned victim said I got in her face & asked for her name as if it was an implied threat. This was a bold face lie the girl is behind a desk at least 2/3 feet from the colleague I’m standing in front of. She’s also aware her name wasn’t asked for in a threatening way not only did I state more than once I was reporting her but I asked for at least the head dentist or someone in authority be sent out to speak with me about this young lady. If she thought I was asking in a threatening way why would she point out the complaint # in her she could care less way. All the while her colleague was very professional & non confrontational about the whole situation & was the only 1 quietly attempting to de escalate this heated exchange. Unfortunately her colleague as stated had a problem with the ?’s I was asking so there was nothing she could do to stop this girl from being so disrespectful & confrontational. Never had an issue at this office 3 out of 5 of my children from minors to adults have been going here for yrs. They have always been less than professional but never anything of this level or verbally confrontational with me. It seems they have went from lacking basic customer skills to just downright bias & profiling. Other non black people complained & were as rude as this confrontational girl & she didn’t interject herself into those conversations or give that energy to them. Being a black female I’m “ nasty” because I asked all the right questions regarding their lack of competent basic insurance verification policies that no one mentioned until I was sitting for almost 2hrs. Find a place that respects you & your time.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Elite was so unexpected. They are so patient and compassionate about their work. I had an emergency with my special needs daughter, and they did not hesitate treating her with such loving care. I definitely would recommend Elite dental care, if you’re looking to get great service. Thank you to Dr. Bansal for being such a compassionate person, and Destiny from the front desk, that handled all my questions to getting my daughter into the office to be cared for.

Negative experience: I don't know where to start. I was supposed to have an appointment today as a new patient. I called to schedule another new patient appointment for my daughter. I called unpleasantly Joy who stated there is no one higher than her at elite dental was very rude stated that she could not hear me n to call back on better phone. I went up to the office the receptionist greeted me again ghetto stating u got an appointment. No hello but u got an appointment of course my hopes where not high because Joy stated she was in charge so clearly the girl had been trained by her. I did notice that the waiting room was packed Don't go there unless u wanna be treated than less. I wish I could have given no stars this one star to high

Fantastic experience: First time here and they were really sweet and polite!! Understood my pain and helped me the best way they can! Also I was the first one there and the first one called back so I was extremely happy!!

Fantastic experience: Appointment was quick. My daughter walked in and was seen under 30min. All the employees were very respectful and professional. The Dentist was quick and paid attention to our needs and he didn’t try to do extra work that was not needed. Overall I will be going back for my next appointment instead of trying to avoid it!

Fantastic experience: I scheduled an appointment for 10 am and had to wait for about an hour because the place was packed. The receptionists were nice. When I was finally called to the back I was seen by the dental assistant first. Once the doctor came out she was really sweet and for the first time ever I had a dentist breakdown my issues completely to me. She gave me two referrals for a root canal and oral surgeon that will be cheaper to do outside of the office due to my insurance but I’m definitely coming back to get my cavities filled here.

Fantastic experience: The office staff was excellent, fitting me in the day I called due to an extreme infection. They were very kind and prompt. Even though it was my first visit Dr. Rooney treated me with concern and care for my well-being. I really couldnt ask for a better treatment..Elite will definitely be my new dental office. Negative experience: Ok let me start we were looking to try this dental cuz it was closed by, they gave me my first appointment for my daughter and It was real late that the chino was rushing and cleaned our teeth roughly and not right he seems to not know the difference between a cavity or a enamel issue. Same thing with my kid, her gums was hurting and bleeding for two days after, from cleaning it wrong and missing spots and she needed to have something done easy, but they couldn’t do it cuz was late. They keep the clinic clean though, but I rather go to Northeast for my kids and some where else for mines.

Negative experience: My son has autism I specifically told the assistant that my son has autism and non verbal so it was a bit overwhelming because all she kept on saying was yes mam ,me and nothing went as planned it was very frustrating and unprofessional because I didn’t appreciate how he was being treated in the chair the actual dentist himself was telling my son to stop faking it while he was crying I got up and left with my son never we never returned!

Negative experience: My 2 year old son waited for 2 hours and he didn't get attention even tho he was basically for a regular check up, not going again.

Negative experience: Front staff sucked all on there phones every last one of them. Back end like the dentist, X-ray girl and dental assistant were great. Fix front end by retraining or replacing.

Negative experience: They claim they have a 10 minute grace period for appointments, and I arrived a couple of minutes after my appointment time but before the 10 minute grace period was up and both times they already took me off of the schedule. They said they were backed up on patients and there’s nothing that they could do for me, they scheduled me two days in a row and both days took me off the schedule. Do not waste your time here. Also, I had fillings done here that were covered under my insurance and I had to get them taken out and re-done at a whole different establishment because they were done incorrectly. Please do not come here.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment for a cleaning, it was scheduled quickly for the next day. When I arrived, the office was huge and clean and the front desk ladies and gents were very professional. The wait to see the dentist was pretty quick. I got X-rays and the woman who did it was funny and personable. The dentist was able to do a fill in immediately even though I was scheduled for a cleaning and she was so quick too, my visit was under an hour.

Fantastic experience: They have been so good to me so far. My first experience like 4yrs ago was nothing like how each of my appointments are an have been lately! Receptionist has always been pleasantly nice to me and my dentist SHE RULES AND SHE ROCKS and so does her assistant. Really loving and enjoying them a lot! Let’s keep it going guys ❤️

Fantastic experience: Ok so I'm a whole punk when it comes to dentist. Although I was scared and nervous, they took great care of me. One tooth pulled didn't feel much. No pain after either. I'd definitely recommend this place.

Positive experience: Today’s service was ok. It was fast but that’s because they only looked at her teeth then brushed some cavity protection on. Then sent us on our way. They didn’t even clean them but I guess that was due to her pretty smile and cleanliness of her teeth thanks to Dad and the job she and I do with brushing twice daily. So I give it a fair rating 3-5 stars Thanks Elite Dental & see ya next year. Happy Holidays to everyone

Positive experience: Umm Lemme Just Say I Won’t Be Coming Back Because I Dont If The Dentist Was Tired Or Over Working Himself But For Him To Had Kept Telling Me My Teeth Gunna Fall Out Like Constantly Instead Of Really Sitting Down Explaining To Me What’s Really Going On He Just Kept Saying You Gotta Go See A Podiatrist I’m Lost He Walks Out Comes Back In Says Okay We Rather You Go To Temple Because There’s Nothing We Can Do Here Have A Nice Day Give Me My Paper And Left. I Will Not Be Going Back There The Front Staff Was Very Nice , Sweet And Helpful

Fantastic experience: Not gone lie they literally got my teeth right from wisdom teeth referral,fillings cleaning friendly is hell that place definitely treat their patients like family will definitely be my main dental clinic from here on out

Negative experience: This place is a mess. First time I went there I waited almost two hours for a 15min visit. Today I went at 12:45 my appointment was at 1. At 1:50 I told them I’m canceling my appointment. It’s a useless facility where everyone in the back stands around. If there’s one Dr. they should say that. I did not see any dentist and still left with a tooth in pain. Thanks, you guys are truly ELITE

Negative experience: Front desk has always been very unprofessional. Can’t even ask a question without an attitude. Customer service is first. Dentist and back office are great! That front desk gives a bad face for the office.

Positive experience: Front desk staff was not welcoming, kind, or helpful, and lacked customer service. Everyone in the back however was awesome and they all did an amazing job with my teeth.

Negative experience: Waited over an hour before being called into a room only to be told that my insurance wouldn’t pay for my crown and my insurance does cover this service but the dentist tried to over talk me and his overall demeanor was a turn off so I chose to leave. I do not want care from someone that has a terrible attitude like the one this dentist had, it was such a waste of my time. I would never recommend this “practice” to anyone!

Fantastic experience: No complaints. 1st time I went in as a walk in, expected to wait all day, but was seen quickly. 2nd time was for fillings, they did a great job, quick, and painless really. Definitely will continue coming here.

Negative experience: Highly disappointed with the customer service of this facility. Sent my insurance card to them nearly a month in advance prior to my appointment. I called to confirm two days in a row prior to my appointment that I was good to go. They proceeded to tell me I am all good. Show up just to find out they don’t accept my insurance even though I had an appointment 6 months prior with no insurance changes. Wonder how that works…? Hire some new people behind the front desk who don’t waste people’s time. The doctor Monday-Friday is pretty good though , enjoyed my services with him while they lasted.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service they don’t greet you when you come in with a smile the front end people all have nasty faces with attitudes. They mistaken my daughter with another patient and clearly don’t know what they doing all over the place Just over all a bad experience and the wait time is crazy.

Fantastic experience: Perfect place to take your kids I was having trouble with my son insurance and they ladies at the front desk was so helpful even the staff in the back were great will come back

Positive experience: The dentist was professional, informative, and pleasant. He laid out my treatment options and the pluses and minuses of each, and answered questions helpfully. The technician too was professional and welcoming. The front desk staff on the other hand was cold to the point of being surly; uninterested in answering questions; and delivered instructions as orders. I will not be returning.

Negative experience: I tried to make an appointment and was on hold for 20 minutes , guess they don't want the business. Why answer at all if you leave me hanging? Fagetta bout it ! Ill go elsewhere . Can you imagine how they would be once I am in chair ? We are talking 3k worth of work I need done ....you blew it!

Negative experience: Even though I had a appointment they take 50 mins to take care of my baby and when they finally called us the doctor was rushing didn’t even check his teeth or gave him a cleaning they only do it for the insurance money they don’t care

Fantastic experience: Excellent dentist and staff. Dentist went above and beyond. Also he listens and cares about concerns. I don't like dentists in general so to give 5 stars from me means he is the BEST I've EVER seen!
