Fantastic experience: Best Dental experience I've had in ages. The team of Dental Hygientist's and Assistants were knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Keep up the great work ya'll.

Negative experience: I made an appointment at 1pm i got there at 12:55pm i didn’t get pulled to the back till 1:30pm didn’t get my x ray until 1:55pm i didn’t receive my cleaning. I had somewhere to be by 2:30.

Fantastic experience: Let me tell y’all about my experience with Dental Dreams first of all I called and got an appointment in orderly time. And when I say new appointment, I meant I was taken as a new patient and got an appointment in such a great time. The front desk staff are very, very, very friendly and relatable and it feels like they are your family members that are working for you. To go into detail about my experience, not only that my doctor have great bedside manner, but the medical assistance or should I say the dental assistance that you see prior to seeing the actual dentist they are extremely comfortable, relaxing, and professional, and most importantly those girls know exactly what they are doing. Everyone that is in place in that facility has the correct job for them. If you are looking to join a dentistry that has amazing bedside manner yet quality work don’t hesitate to book your appointment, but when you book your appointment be ready and available within two weeks because the appointment that is offered to you would be within the first two weeks.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience. Everyone was very nice and the wait was not long. I had an emergency and they got me in the same day. Dr. Chu fixed the problem right up. I would definitely recommend Dental Dreams.

Fantastic experience: Outside of the many awful distractions in the waiting room-such as people having vulgar conversations on their cell phone speaker, 3 different people. 2 people arguing at oneanother due to the lady asked the guy to take his phone conversation off speaker, he answered by saying that he's a grown man and mind your business. I felt a little scared and thought of leaving the dental place twice. *There should be signs displayed Not to use your speaker while on phone. The ladies at the front desk were very polite. My visit with Dr. Choo, was absolutely awesome. Patient, Polite, Sense of Humor, Professional, Intelligent and know his job! It was a wonderful and informative consultation. Thank you. Fantastic experience: This is my favorite location, the employees here are very professional, kind and I’m never here for longer than an hour . The edmonson location had me and my child sitting for 2.5 hours even though my appt was at 2 at 4:30 we still weren’t seen . This has happened every single time I had to go there. So I truly appreciate the resisterstown location for their quick and thorough service. We always leave here with a smile.

Positive experience: each room of Dentist needs to be clean, that is not just dirt from one day. each room I looked in . I have been in many dentists office when it's got to be the dirtiest. seem like the dentist would say something about how important it is for there rooms to be clean. since my last visit 9/30/24 the bombs happen some.

Fantastic experience: The staff that work here are actually very polite , professional, friendly and believe in what is to be very rarely found nowadays across board with Front Desk Office Staff . Civility * and not mediocre or cruelty. The staff seem to all communicate with other . I arrived early was seem almost immediately. I was apprehensive being there because of how cold it was , and the radio was loud and music that got on my nerves bit. The dentist was ok but I was cold , and uncomfortable the entire time. This time was so much better! I overheard a dentist talking to family , and I could tell he had empathy , and cared about his patients. So even though that was not supposed to be my dentist. I asked if I could have him instead? They didn't hesitate or tell me no that not possible. They made it happen and didn't even question me ! This dentist I would probably follow if he left Dental Dreams . He was like my old regular dentist . He gave me sunglasses, and the cleaning I got was not only he was gentle , thoughtful it was the best most Thorough Cleaning had in years . It just proves it's not hard or difficult to do the right things say the right things and treat the public and a paying customer with Civility or decency ? Too many are almost like sadistic and Clearly don't want to be there and don't hide this fact. I highly recommend Dental Dreams

Positive experience: It was a very good experience. I was nervous about the needle but the doctor made me comfortable. The only problem was there was no medication administered after the procedure. Tylenol or anything. So when I left I experienced a lot of pain

Negative experience: When scheduling the appointment online,I chose emergency visit,for I'm in severe pain from a broken tooth. I also filled out all the online forms explaining my situation and why I was coming in. When I got there,they didn't ask me any questions, it didn't even seem as if they read the forms I submitted. I thought I was going to get some pain relief,but instead,I was chomping down on xray things that hurt my tooth further,and even broke it. So now I'm hurting baddd. Than she proceeded to want to clean my teeth,but I was already in immense pain,so I told her to stop. Not the visit I expected. I wasn't given any pain meds,nothing. Still in immense pain. So the visit was over all disappointing to me. For I didn't get the relief I was hoping for. There was a huge lack of communication.

Negative experience: pulled two teeth out when only one was hurting & the numbing medicine didn’t work at all. had an attitude because she said to raise my left hand when i feel pain when obviously without good numbing cream or laughing gas it’s hurts. but the people at the front desk were very nice that was the only good thing. and she could’ve saved the broken teeth instead of pulling them

Negative experience: Summary of Events: Upon arrival, I was instructed to retrieve my previous dental X-rays. The receptionist claimed she could not find my insurance information and had me call my provider three separate times, only to later discover she had been searching in the wrong section of the system. This caused over an hour of unnecessary delay. When I was finally escorted to the treatment area, my patient file was misplaced, resulting in an additional 20-minute wait. The receptionist then returned to re-confirm the full spelling of my name, indicating further disorganization in record handling. The dental assistant asked the reason for my visit. I explained I was there for a whitening appointment, at which point she informed me that Dental Dreams does not provide whitening services. This directly contradicted what I was told when booking my appointment, during which I specifically confirmed whitening was available and was assured it was. Concerns: Misrepresentation of available services to patients. Inefficient and inaccurate handling of patient records. Lack of professionalism and excessive delays in providing care. Wasting patient time and resources through misinformation and administrative errors.

Positive experience: I felt like I was in a big dental factory. The staff laughed and plays a lot. my denture sat on the shelf for weeks. I couldn't reach anyone at the office for 2 days I had to physically go up there and that's when I found out my dentures was there. I have one more visit and I won't have to go back. I was disappointed when I was giving a 1:00 appointment and wasn't seen until 2:00. Only one time the dental assistant came into assist the dentist I had to do things myself. One last thing, I have a friend who did 27 years in the military went there once and said, he would never go back. I noticed another thing. The dental assistant will spend time talking to the dentist while they are working on a patient. Didn't like that at all. I had to say something to break up their conversation.

Fantastic experience: This was y family’s first visit and from the front desk, to the dental techs, to the dentist, they were ALL extremely nice with excellent customer service! The facility was clean, even the bathrooms. I really loved how they interacted with my kids (talking and explaining things to them). Usually places of business make me feel unwelcome bc it’s a lot of us but they were very patient and supportive. My kids loved it! The service was amazing! And I can’t believe I didn’t have to schedule another appointment for one of my children to get a filling, the dentist found it during the cleaning and did it!!! WITHOUT TRAUMATIZING her! Very gentle. 100% recommend this place!!!!

Positive experience: you schedule an appointment and still have an hour wait time. I believe this office is a training center, always new employees. they are very unprofessional, the way they speak to the patients. I have no problems with the dentist (doctors) and once I do see them, they are quick and professional.

Negative experience: I had a Saturday appt @ 11am. I was seen in a timely manner and my procedure went well. I had a surgical extraction and was told I would be prescribed antibiotics and pain meds. I finished up around 12:30, went to get my meds around 2 and was told there was no prescription sent over. I called the office and they said the dentist doesn’t have time to send prescriptions over between patients, she will send it at 3:30. My prescription was never sent over and I had to physically go into the office Monday (2 days later) to let them know my prescription was never sent over. A huge inconvenience and lack of care. Will not be returning!

Negative experience: Very bad, I was told I had a filling done to my mouth and when I explained I never had anything done, she went back in forth with about how she see it fell out and she looking at it. And it’s on the x ray. I never had anything done cavity nor any filling. I even asked her the process and I was clean never had that process done. And she was going to charge me for work that I didn’t need. I had to go back to my normal dentist and pull my file and took it back to show them I didn’t ever have that done.

Positive experience: The Dr. there is really efficient, friendly and she's professional. JJ is really cool too.

Positive experience: Ladies at the desk and the Tech were very polite & Respectful, But the Doctor hurriedly came in and spoke to my back in a very low voice. I wanted more information about my issue/treatment plan, but I felt very rushed like an assembly line!

Fantastic experience: I love Dr. Chew and the workers are so sweet. This is the best Dentist and I recommend for everyone to go there. They know how important your smile is to you so they make sure your teeth are great and healthy. I had to get my tooth pulled and I was so sad, but he assured me that it will be okay and I would be fine. He gave me the encouragement to get a partial so I will still be looking nice.

Negative experience: My appointment was at 11am & I wasn’t seen until 1:15pm. Once the dentist finally came I still had to wait because she had to wait for the tools to be cleaned. She gave me a pair of glasses that were visibly used by a previous client with water splatters on them that came out of someone else’s mouth & when I asked for a new pair they looked exactly the same. When I asked for a cleansing wipe to disinfect them myself she handed me a dry piece of tissue when their was a jar of cleansing wipes sitting next to the box of tissue so I just got up and got it myself. Very distasteful

Fantastic experience: I have ALWAYS been very afraid of dentist but with Dr Choo i feel so blessed and lucky he's my dentist. He is excellent in what he does and very understanding patient and very kind and makes sure you are okay through process and/or any procedures. The nurses are always super kind and nobody judges you there or make you feel any discomfort. It's a great place to take yourself and kids at this location. 6/2025 I just finished another appointment and just as always I'm greatful for such great service.

Fantastic experience: They x-rayed my teeth to see if I had any cavities. The dentist was very good and went ahead to clean my teeth. He told me to keep it up. I scrub my tongue before a dental exam coz it's the one that makes your mouth stink. If there's white on your tongue, then it'll stink. They are great at Dental Dreams.

Fantastic experience: I love going there because the receptionist are very Friendly, Patience, Smiling and make you feel Welcome. It was good to see new faces when you walked in. The Dentist are very helpful and take time to explain what their are doing and Why you need the work be done to your teeth. The atmosphere almost make you forget about your pain or why you are there.

Negative experience: Not to well I went in cuz of a tooth that was hurting and wanted pull out and they drilled the tooth and stuff and now it hurts even more I just needed it pulled

Positive experience: New patient appointment today which included X-ray, and cleaning. If you are expecting a hygienist and a dentist you will be disappointed. If you are expecting private or semi-private space for your appointment you will be disappointed. If you are expecting outgoing friendly people you will be disappointed.If you are expecting your teeth to feel clean after a cleaning you will be disappointed. Expect to spend more time than normal before you are seen there are questions to be answered so bring your phone as they don't use paper. They you will wait beyond normal expectations. My appointment was 1:30 I arrived 15 min early and the total time was 2hr with mor that half that time as waiting. Not highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Dental Dreams was very professional, kind and the wait time was short. I came with my friend and they allowed me to sit with him for moral support. This was the first Dental organization that put both Jeff and me at ease by listening to our concerns. We had a graduation to go to and the Oral surgeon, was a woman of her word and so was her assistant. The Dentist made sure he was in no pain and the assistant kept his shirt clear of blood spats. I came in just to see if they took my insurance, but I ended up getting seen that same day because they had an empty slot open. 5 out of 5 stars will recommend; in fact, I will be making this dentist my home dentist. Negative experience: Dr.Patel lack patients and does not explain what she is doing. She literally rushed my wife who was having trauma in her chair. Bringing up that she had other patients and everything. My wife sat in her chair in tears. If it wasn’t for the amazing assistant she would have left. Even tho my wife was terrified she rushed to fix my wife cavity and the fillin dried and was hanging scratching my wife’s gums very bad. Once the numbing cream wore off my wife’s gums realized the fillin was too big for her to eat comfortable. This was Friday it’s Sunday and my wife has not eaten. We have to go back Monday.

Positive experience: I got to my 930 appt at 920 and was not seen until 1055. Then it took all of 5 mins and she was done.

Fantastic experience: My crown came out while flossing. Another dentist had installed my crown some time ago under a different dental insurance plan. I am very happy to say there were no problems with Dental Dreams putting my crown back in, this not requiring me to remember which dentist initially did the job. Thank you.

Positive experience: I just got my wisdom tooth pulled and Dr.Choo made me feel comfortable and the extraction was smooth. However, i didnt receive instructions upon my departure. I called the office the next day and experienced the same issues i experienced in the past, its hard to get someone on the phone or they just dont answer the phone. Other than that, Office is very clean and nice. The employees are very knowledgeable and try to assist in everyway to ensure you have a awesome experience and comfortable

Fantastic experience: My appointment was at 11 a.m. l arrived at 11:06 and was seen at 11:40. Even though I had to wait a bit, the staff was very nice. I understand the dental industry is understaffed, so l wasn't expecting anything different. Will be returning.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment on 12.27.2024 it was quick. The environment was calming staff at front desk friendly. My dental hygienist was caring, noticed my daughter was pregnant before she did my xrays. Made sure she was safe before they got done. The dentist omg he was gentle. I haven't gone in over 6 years to a dentist but this one Dr. Cho did my cleaning and told me at 52 I have no new cavities. Just the 4 from my childhood still intact. Can't wait for my 6 month cleaning. Love the staff and office location.
