Fantastic experience: My first experience was a cleaning in the end of October and Dr. Robinson and his team were fantastic. My cleaning was the best I've ever had. Dr. Robinson also repaired a couple of chipped teeth I had that I was unsure would stick as other dentist told me they would not be able to do that. Dr. Robinson did and he made my teeth look amazing. I love it. I returned today for an extraction and he and his team again did an amazing job. All was done quickly and painlessly. I am very grateful to have found a dentist that I will continue to go to. Besides Dr . Robinson the front desk staff were also very professional.

Negative experience: Nobody answers the phones and they do not call back. They have some very slimy / Shady practices when it comes to payment. They apparently even when you have Medicaid will give you $1,000 break on your braces if you pay cash, because you're supposed to be too dumb to know that Medicaid does pay for braces. There is no reason that this dentist should be allowed to do this to patients. This office has no ethics.

They were both professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Fantastic experience: Had a really good experience for a dental visit.

Negative experience: Usually a decent office but went in last month for cleaning and xray examination. Was told might need a root canal/crown work. Was only given a price for a crown. Went back this month to ask for full price with root canal and was told I would have to come in for that info. Went back and after given the info I wanted I was charged $40? Had i known for a 5 minute conversation just to get a high price ,I would of never came in. This is our current office for visits and disappointed on this matter.

Fantastic experience: Dr Robinson and his Asst. Karla were wonderful. They were very professional and polite. They took time to explain what I needed done and how much it was cost. My insurance didn’t cover very much but they are still very affordable! I highly recommend Greenberg Dental and hope to have my whole family get their dental services here.

Negative experience: I never had any issues with this office before, but today I waited 25 minutes and when I asked the orthodontist very polite about the issue, he told me to reschedule if I don't like it. I won't recommend this place to anyone.

Negative experience: I went in for a simple consult with doctor Sterrett who I've met once before, on the other hand his scheduler Angela very rude obnoxious, she has the worst customer service attitude, Not helpful at all. I didn't have my referral and she said the systems were down there was no way she can get it I told her can they email it or fax it over she said NO, You will have to reschedule. At that point I had lost it with her.. I had to make a phone call to the other doctor office to get the referral emailed over something she could have done as a customer service scheduling coordinator but obviously she's incompetent and doesn't know how to do her job.

Fantastic experience: My initial exam and cleaning went well today with the entire staff at Greenberg Dental In St. Cloud. The receptionist who greeted me at check in was very pleasant. Wait time was an average 20 minutes to be seen. I was called and greeted by the dental assistant Melissa. She was very pleasant and professional. Very thorough with the x-ray process. She was very knowledgeable and helpful answering my questions and explaining my procedures. Dr. Connie Feng was also very professional and pleasant. She was very patient listening to my concerns. She reviewed my x-rays and was also very thorough with my diagnosis then explained several options with my dental treatment plan and recommendations. They both were very kind and courteous. I never felt rushed. These two young ladies provided me with all necessary referrals, phone numbers and paperwork for my next steps regarding my dental work. I had a great overall experience.

Negative experience: Attempted to make an appointment for me, my sister, my mother and father. Greenberg would not allow more than 3 appointments from the same family on the same day, even if there was enough appointments available. Dentist recommended My mother get a deep cleaning for $400+, we refused that service but still wanted a normal cleaning but they would not clean her teeth unless she payed for the $400+ for the deep cleaning. The staff is usually pretty nice but the company behind them is horrible, hates their customers and clearly doesn’t want business from anyone.

Fantastic experience: They were very professional andbvery detail oriented Dr Robinson made sure all the work he did was up to my satisfaction and that I was satisfied with all the work that way performed. May his assistant was so helpful and such a pleasure to be around, she made the procedure pain and effortless from setting up my appointment to assistanting Dr Robison. I can't thank her enough. She is a great asset to Dr Robinson.

Positive experience: I’ve been a Greenberg patient for some years now, I’ve never had any bad experiences or complaints however this is just feedback. I would say customer service and hospitality could be better when the ladies are taking calls. From my experience it seemed like the young lady was bothered, as I asked a question in regards to my appointment her response was “Mhmmm” not very professional when assisting a patient.

Positive experience: Service started out good but then I had to wait over an hour for a cleaning and, during the set up for the cleaning, the hygienist managed to, abruptly, lower the chair quick and hard, which had a negative impact on me. I left feeling lightheaded, almost passing out, and today (a day after) my system still feels off.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit. This was, by far, the best dental service and overall patient experience I have ever had. I called the office having lost a filling cap and they immediately took me in. Dr Robinson was very proficient, and offered up a couple of options being sensitive to the costs and tradeoffs. He was skilled and utmost of a professional with outstanding customer service skills. His Dental Assiatant Karala was also experienced, and made the visit very easy and comfortable. Together the two couple with excellent front desk staff was a great experience. Greenberg Dental in Saint Cloud is the best and my new Home Town Dental Provider..Thank You!

In her experience, Dr. Santos Robinson was great and took his time to answer her questions, and repair a tooth of hers on the same day he saw my mom for the first time. He also switched out an old filling to better match the rest of her teeth and she’s no longer shy to smile in pictures. Since then, Greenberg dental has helped my mom navigate her insurance benefits and maximize her coverage benefits. She also loves her new Dental Assistant Christina her was very sweet to her the whole way. She is a long term patient now. Thanks for taking care of my mom Xiomara.

My son needed a crown due to an accident while playing sports and Dr. Robinson and his team immediately assisted me with an appointment and the repair. Negative experience: The dentist, Dr. Feng, was great. She made some good recommendations, and I appreciate that she noted a couple of teeth to “watch” rather than just saying I needed fillings immediately. The issue is with their time management. My appointment for a cleaning and exam was for 9am. I was initially called back at 9:30, got X-rays, and waited for the dentist until 10:00. Once the dentist was done, they said “there are two more people ahead of you for their cleanings, so it will be at least another 45 minute wait.” I had another appointment at 11:30 elsewhere, so I had to reschedule my cleaning — which was supposed to be at 9:00 — because the tech told me I wouldn’t be out until 11:15 at the earliest. My husband had an similar experience at a 7:00am appointment; he was finally out at 8:45. Unfortunately, this is the only dentist office nearby that accepts my insurance, but I will be doing a yearly exam rather than every 6 months because I can’t force myself to wait all day twice a year. If you really enjoy waiting rooms and want to spend a whole day at the dentist office, I highly recommend this practice. If not, I suggest going elsewhere.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. Called in and booked an appointment after they said they explicitly work with my dental plan. Drove 30 minutes, sat in the lobby for 30 minutes after filling out the patient form just for them to call me over and say they don’t accept it. Wasted 2 hours of my time, and even took off work for this appointment.

Fantastic experience: I was given an appointment next day for a broken crown. Maude’s was so kind and efficient she took her time to explain each procedure. She would stop ask you doing ok you need a break so compassionate. Dr Connie Feng very kind also and always treated me like I was the most important person while fixing my tooth. There was no pain where in the past I had a lot pain during procedure. I can not say enough about this office and the wonderful staff that take pride in working there.

Negative experience: I went for a cleaning which I made an appointment days before and shared all the information they asked of me. When I arrived they did x-rays and everything they could to collect from the insurance. In the end it turned out that they couldn't do the cleaning that I went for because the insurance had to approve it!! But to do x-rays and everything else they didn't need approval. I do not recommend this office and if you still decide to go, be prepared for them to do X-rays and everything possible to charge you the maximum they can. They just take me for a fool and a waste of my time.

Fantastic experience: I just want to give an awesome review for Jessica at St. Cloud Fl. Greenberg Dental and Orthodontics. My husband James Maruffi was waiting 2 weeks for authorization from our dental insurance. He went into St. Cloud Fl. Greenberg Dental and The awesome employee Jessica immediately called our insurance and after being on hold a long time finally got thru to our insurance and explained my husband pain and his need for a root canal ASAP. Her awesome service got our dental insurance to approved the root canal procedure immediately.we just want to thank Jessica for her awesome help. Jessica is fantastic . James and Joann Maruffi.

Negative experience: If I could give a negative I would. Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a dentist. Connie Feng needs to lose her license. Talked me into treatment plan at over 15 thousand dollars and after 6 root canals, mold, deep cleaning I questioned a fake code on my bill. She treated me horrible and gave me my mold and teeth and said go have someone else do it. My insurance called her to have her take the code off she told them she will not finish my work. I wouldn’t let them clean my dogs teeth. They should not be in business!

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of visiting Greenberg dental clinic in St. Cloud, Florida. It was a great experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. May herself was fantastic! She was professional, knowledgeable, and really took the time to explain everything to me. She made sure I understood the procedures and answered all of my questions.

Negative experience: I been going here for a 2 years and they last few times I went they have messed up my teeth. I have had 2 cavities and they filled them with color that wasn’t the same color as my teeth and they left my cavity alone saying it was “fine” . I will not be coming here anyone because of them messing my teeth up

My son got braces and so far, so good! I needed to get a crown and I was able to book the consultation quickly. Technology is so good that I got my final crown in less than a week. Negative experience: Awful terrible front desk service. I had a 2:30pm dentist appointment with Dr Santos Robinson, arrived at 2:15pm, signed in, was never acknowledged, double checked with them if everything was ok within 10 minutes, was told everything was ok, wrong very wrong. It turns out that waited for one hour and fifteen minutes and nothing happens but what a surprise doctor was walking away front the office, done for the day. Thereafter I confronted those front desk ladies but miracle no one knew what happened, my name was cross out front singing sheet, waste my time and no one took responsibility for it,. After being their patient for seven years sadly have to look for someone better with customers service, Dr Santos Robinson apologized to me the following day but I fell sorry for him having such a wonderful and very efficient front desk crew and do not even waste your time to apologize not there is no excuse for this poor service.
