Negative experience: Riccobene does not accept/honor MetLife Insurance on the agreed upon rates and charges you extra hidden fees for 100% covered services. They do not honor their insurance contracts and charge you extra for 100% covered services. Fraud in my opinion.
Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with Quina, she was polite and greeted me with a smile. She was very professional with cleaning my teeth and, knowledgeable examining my mouth. Her appearance was very neat and well groomed. I will continue coming back to Riccobene Associates Family Dentist future services.
Negative experience: Awful experience at this location. Upon checking the staff did not give me the paperwork to complete. When I was taken to the treatment room the rude hygienist proceeded to read off my personal and medical questions out loud!! I told her this is confidential information and you shouldn’t be asking me these questions verbally! She stated the information was not in my chart but I’ve been going to this location for at least 10 years. She continued and I refused to answer this personal information verbally. She rudely told me,”I don’t make the rules”. At checkout she cuddled another rude associate and they were talking and laughing about me. She told her, be sure you place a note on her file. I said to the other associate are you guys talking about me she said, “no we were talking about another patient “. When I left the associate said sarcastically,”have a nice day ma’am”. I have not been back and will never go to this office again!
Fantastic experience: First appointment at Riccobene today. Everyone was very nice and professional from the front desk ladies to the hygentist's assistant, x-ray technician, hygentist and Dr. Clark. Very happy with our choice to try them out.

Negative experience: My first new patient visit several weeks ago went well. Everyone was nice. I was scheduled to come back July 7 to get my 1 of 2 fillings done on 2 cavities. The office and I was also scheduled for July 17 to get my second filling done. My first appointment for the first cavity on July 7 was canceled by the office a day or two before my appointment.They sent a text to my phone as well as left a couple of voicemails, that due to not enough doctors the. They had to reschedule me. I was like OK that happens no worries. So, today June 17 was my other appointment at 4:00 pm. I live in Rocky Mount so I got off of work early at 2:30 and headed out the door and hit the road. Because I do not want to be late and they are always working on 64 Hwy. Besides it is very hard to get off of work. So I have to preplan and schedule accordingly for work. So now I’m minutes away from the dental office in Knightdale. And my phone rings one time at 3:15. But there’s no message or voice mail. I figured they were just calling to make sure I was coming. Because they send so many text messages for reminders anyways. So I get in the office check in pay my money for my filling and gave a seat. A few minutes later I am called back to the front. The receptionist said the doctor is overbooked so he needs to reschedule your appointment. He cannot see you today. Now mind you the office just canceled my appointment last week July 7 because they didn’t have enough providers.They should have text or called me in advance this was very unprofessional. And the fact that I was already there in the office was really disappointing. That was when I was like are you freaking kidding me?! Wait they rescheduled me last week too. What would be the point of rescheduling to get off of work and the office keeps canceling the appointments. Today really pissed me off! Why let me drive all the way up there and you’re calling me when I’m 10 minutes up the road but leave no voice message. I don’t know if this is how the practice operates or if this is their standard procedure on how to treat patients. But this is all around Bad business, Bad customer service, with no disregard for patients. I was not upset with the front desk ladies, because I understand I have been at the front desk too. But this is very unfair. I know emergencies happen. But week after week no other accommodations. This has now shown me how unprofessional with such great lack of care this office has for their patients. This is not how the office should perform or treat their patients. I suggest that you keep what I said in mind if you are considering becoming a new patient here. My time is just as valuable as the next persons. It is so sad that this world is lacking so much kindness, respect, and consideration. Every patient should always feel valued. I will keep looking for a professional dental office that values me and my time as a patient. UPDATE AS OF Thursday July 24, 2025 at 4:21pm my payment I made $87.40 upon check in on 7/17/25 that I asked to be refunded back to me 20 mins later when I was told the provider was behind. And did not have time to do my scheduled filling. My refund still has not been credited back to My HSA card! And when I asked the black receptionist to refund it she said she did it. But obviously not Riccobene I just want my refund. Thank you
Fantastic experience: Wow, I was so scared. This office was the best. Brittney my dental Hygienist was beyond super and gentle she made me feel very relaxed. My Dentist was awesome, he took his time with me and explained everything extremely well. I will be back next week and I feel completely comfortable. Thank you all so much.

Negative experience: Went in for my son's 3pm appt and after waiting for 40 minutes I decided to ask about the wait time. They told me that the doctor was very behind and that it would be another 30 minutes. Meanwhile at least 10 people who checked in well after us were called back. At least be kind enough to tell me at check in that they are 1 hour behind schedule. Very unprofessional

Positive experience: Good dental services, but the front desk is unorganized. They do not receive emails (allegedly) and need scheduling coordination. They also do not answer the phone often, from my experience. Perhaps, check insurance coverage prior to scheduling appointments to avoid wasting time.
Fantastic experience: I was extremely disappointed after my last visit on May 15th. I called and came in with a very specific problem and left with the same exact problem. My (Riccobene provided) dentures were very loose. after being examined, etc. my doctor told me to use a different adhesive. He did no adjustments, etc. to my upper denture and an extremely little to my lower denture. I have been a Riccobene patient for many years and this visit was just ridiculous. I'd sure like to know what you charged to my account/insurance, etc. It's my opinion that there should be actually no charge since you folks didn't do anything.

Fantastic experience: I went on the 8th of May, 2025, and I had the team laughing the whole time me and my children were there. They got us in and out within reasonable time. It's a pleasant atmosphere and Rakiah was very nice and helpful. The hygienist was very knowledgeable and understanding. Dr Z always did an excellent job checking all of our mouths. No cavities. Great job don't have to return for another 6 months

Negative experience: I've been to two separate Riccobene practices, and they've started to become pushy about seemingly unnecessary procedures (no good rationale for them when I ask for their rationale). Things just haven't been sitting right with me. Then coincidentally, I had two different family members have sketchy/borderline unethical things happen at Riccobene. The straw that broke the camel's back was them cancelling my appointment without telling me because I didn't call to confirm (I responded to the automated text). My entire family will be looking for somewhere else to go.

Fantastic experience: I am not a fan of going to the dentist but I go regularly for my cleanings and anything else needed. Dental Hygienist Quiana is absolutely the main reason I continue to go to this provider. She is warm, professional, knowledgeable, patient and thorough with her cleanings. I schedule my appointments around her availability because I know I’m guaranteed to have a pleasant experience. She is truly a gem!
Negative experience: This office must improve at listening to their patients and taking their concerns seriously. I got a filling done by Dr. Z that kept having sensitivity issues. I went back mutiple times expressing my concerns just to be dismissed and offered bite adjustments without any type of xray or deeper inspection of the filling. When I came back for a 3rd time after still having the issue, the dentist finally checked and realized the filling was too deep and I needed a root canal... If the dentist had listened to me the first time I could have discovered the issue sooner & not have had 3 bite adjustments possibly losing more healthy enamel than I would have had to. Because of being ignored I had to suffer for months not being able to use an entire side of my mouth & without knowing what was actually wrong resulted in the proper care being delayed. Also the assistant & dentist got frustrated with me for not opening my mouth wide enough during my xrays/work. I have dry skin in the corners of my mouth that can be painful to open wide/quickly so it would have been nice if they could have been more understanding as professionals. I hope my review results in a better experience for the next patient.

Fantastic experience: I am pleased with the dental care that I receive at Riccobene, because of my pleasant visits, I look forward to dental care. Angel has been exceedingly professional, neatly groomed & dressed, and she has always greeted me with a smile. She loves her career, and it shows. Her assistant and the Dr. that saw me today were exceptional, I say exceptional because they were able ease any anxiety or dreadful worries. I recommend Riccobene Associates.

Kept me informed of the processes she was going to conduct and talk through the steps of the process. Dr Clark was always as be professional as he usually is explains results of exam and explained my general dental health.
Fantastic experience: Due to COVID my visits to the Dentist ceased completely. I think highly of Riccobene and Associates. The staff is overly friendly and always courteous. To date, I have never had a long wait; I never had a five minute wait, the staff is punctual. I'm impressed at the professionalism of the technicians. During my last procedure: fitting for a crown, was painless. Every step was explained by the Dentist. No surprises! The same with billing I was given a sheet with what each payment would be and the amount that I was required to pay. Again no surprises. I really think you'll love Riccobene and Associates. My new hygienist came up with what I feel is an outstanding plan for my continuing dental care and I eagerly look forward to getting back on track with great dental hygiene!!
Negative experience: I felt like I had to do this review, this is not a trustworthy dental office so I took the time so other people wouldn’t fall for it. I made an appointment at this location on 02/28 to have a molar that had been fractured repaired. I then made a follow up appointment for a simple cleaning on the 26th of the same month, when I arrived they did an exam and the lady who helped me asked me if I had any discomfort, which is normal when you are going to have your teeth cleaned, I mentioned that I was feeling some discomfort in the same molar that had been repaired previously and that I thought it was discomfort from the anesthesia, she suggested that I would let the dentist who did the work know since he was there, she informed me that I had to pay $45 to have the cleaning done but that if I did it in May I wouldn’t have to pay anything else and I told her I’ll wait because my insurance has already made me wait a year, I wasn’t in a hurry since I do them regularly. I was already heading to leave and he said: “the doctor is coming to see you” and they moved me to another chair, the doctor arrived, I opened my mouth and he saw my gum and said everything looks fine and he asked me if I had Advil at home and I answered yes, so he said take it for three days in a row to reduce the inflammation and I went to the reception window where the young lady who was going to perform the cleaning directed me, then the receptionist took the folder, checked it and told me that everything was fine and that I could leave. When I got home two hours later they called me to charge me $73 that I owed for the doctor’s evaluation, then I asked why? since the doctor that they had come to see me and which I did not request was the same one that had performed the previous procedure and he only looked at it, but the response of the person who called me was that seeing the doctor and him recommending taking Advil was enough for the charge and my insurance would not cover it. I think it is an abuse of patients and an unjustified charge, since I never requested an appointment with the doctor, they called him and insisted that I wait, in other words, they use tricks to somehow justify charges to patients, in addition to the charges they already make to the insurance. I do not recommend this place and if you need to go for an emergency, make sure beforehand the charges you are going to pay according to the treatment you need and even then, do not be overconfident.
Fantastic experience: Dr. Clark, Brittany the hygienist, and Rakiah the assistant at the Knightdale office were amazing!!!! They exceeded ALL of my expectations.
Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. A filling fell out of my mouth, and I scheduled an appointment expecting it to be addressed. Instead, they only booked me for an exam and made no effort to fix the issue the same day. It took 15-20 minutes for them to analyze the tooth with X-rays and discussions, but when it came time to actually do something, they simply said I’d have to reschedule. In every major city I’ve been to, dentists take action—here, they just slow the process down unnecessarily. To make things worse, they claimed it was scheduled as an “emergency exam.” If this had been a painful situation, their response would have been to make me wait even longer for a fix, which makes absolutely no sense. If you’re looking for efficiency and real solutions, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere. This place is a waste of time.

Negative experience: I’m changing my review to one star because of the past week and they’re inability to get me out of pain within two visits. Now I’m being told I have to go to another office that carries the same name as their current office here in Knightdale but yet they don’t talk to each other and I have to have another medical evaluation for having teeth extracted. So far the money i have spent for the past two visits has resulted with still the same pain, actually it is worse because they were not able to perform the extractions due to the inability to facilitate the required necessary treatment. I’ve had better care in foreign counties taking care of my teeth than I have at this place. This is no longer a professional establishment. This is now a piecemeal. You’re just another Number establishment. Not very professional when your Doctor is dancing to Drake song Hotline Bling!
Negative experience: I’ve been coming here for years, but the staff I was familiar with is no longer here. I knew I needed crowns on my front teeth going in, but I watched the dental assistant raise the price per crown from $1,200 to $1,600—right in front of me. I need four crowns, so that’s a $1,600 price hike on the spot. I’m not sure if she thought I wouldn’t notice or just didn’t care. Then, after barely two minutes of examining my teeth, the dentist suddenly told me I needed braces to fix my bite—something no dentist has ever mentioned in 46 years, including at this very office. If I hadn’t seen the assistant change the price right in front of me, I might not have made the connection. But after this experience, it’s clear this place is more interested in squeezing as much money as possible out of patients than actually providing honest care. Pretty safe to say I won’t be back
Fantastic experience: I am a "new" patient at Riccobene Knightdale and have been impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of everyone in that office in the 2 visits I've had since May 2024 - However due to a change in my previous dentist and a change in coverage I had a clam denied due to missing information that had been previously requested from a prior dental practice. Beverly contacted me to let me know about the issue and then she took the initiative to request the necessary docs/info and the claim was processed. I cannot tell you how much of a hassle that saved me....as I said to her after thanking her for doing the heavy lifting, "Obviously you have a LOT more charm than I do"...*laugh* I am beyond pleased with the fantastic service I've received from Beverly and Riccobene. The best thing is it proves to me that I made the right decision to become their patient. RECOMMENDED

Negative experience: Dentist is fine but they purposefully overcharge your insurance company so you owe more money. They will sit on that excess money and act totally clueless when you reference it. Had to wait 5 years from the unclaimed funds from nc treasurer. I'd avoid this place and choose another one in the area.
Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with the dental work I received at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry. The staff was very professional, thoughtful and did a great job from beginning to end. Dr. Tawfik delivered everything he promised and did it sooner than I expected. And the cost was very reasonable. I can recommend him and the entire Knightdale team very highly. On January 9th 2025 I went there again to have start work on a crown I now need. The new dentist, whose name I have forgotten, was very nice and professional. Their cost was less than another dentist I also go to and they accept my dental insurance through a Medicare supplement plan. I was very pleased once again.

Negative experience: Wanted to leave a review on my experience at riccobene, came in to the knightdale location and was told about the periodontal plan and they charged my card for that plan when I saw Dr zhang he said I needed a deep cleaning for the pain I was in , was being caused from the inflammation of my gums. I expressed I was in pain and haven’t been able to work or do my daily activities. So then the assistant said that I wasn’t a periodontal patient which I most definitely was and they refunded $20 to put me on the basic plan. Come to find out I was a periodontal patient and they refunded the $20 back. Then the assistant stated she was going to get me in there this Thursday but ended up scheduling next Thursday. So I called and spoke with the office manager and he was great he made sure I got in there the same day and they did my deep cleaning but did not tell me they were doing the whole cleaning and I had already payed for one side to be done. To find out from a second exam that the deep cleaning wasn’t going to help the pain and they referred me to a specialist. I want to say thank you to the office manager and Dana at the front desk. They were very nice and helpful in a situation that was not handled professionally.

Fantastic experience: First class experience. From the folks at the front desk, to the hygienist and the Dr. Everyone is very nice and they do great work. I have a bit of a phobia with dentist and these folks make me feel super relaxed.
Negative experience: They overcharged my husband 140 dollars and we sent in a request for them to send us a check 5 months ago. After repeated calls, he was told checks would be sent out in late October. Still nothing. They are quick to take your money but seem to have a really hard time paying back what they overcharge.
Negative experience: I went in on October 8th to be measured for a upper partial. I was told 3 weeks and made an appointment to have it put in. That day came and we discovered there was a problem making the device and it didn't fit properly. These things happen and I have no problem with it. However, the assistant asked me to make an appointment for the following week to have the partial checked out again. I questioned them and asked if they were sure as it took three weeks to get the device initially but was told it'd be done. Obviously, it wasn't done. In speaking to a different dental assistant, I was told to go home and they would contact me when the partial came in. Today is November 25 and it's been approximately 3 additional weeks and I still do NOT have the partial. I can't call them because no one ever answers the phone and I've never gotten a call back from anyone. Today (11/25), I went in and attempted to speak with a manager and discovered they weren't in the office which I guess was lucky for them. I then explained the situation to the desk person as well as explained (again) about the inability to get through on phone. She just smiled and apologized but did nothing to fix my problem and told me she'd escalate the problem to her manager. I told her I would prefer my partial, but at least give me money back because the service has been sub-par. No surprise, I didn't receive a call today even though someone did call from the office and then hung up the phone. Amazing.
Negative experience: I was satisfied with general work until I had problems with a cap. Permanent did not fit sent back and the two temporary caps fell off in a couple of days. Still waiting for them to resolve this. Very unhappy at this point.

Negative experience: So first time here at the one in Knightdale and they did a cleaning. I get doctors office are really busy but if i schedule an appointment for a specific time i should have your undivided attention for that time frame not rush me to get to the next patient. When the doctor came in he tells me i have two vacations one on top and one on bottom. Mind you i have not had any pains or sensitivity to the two teeth he mentioned. I scheduled my appointment for the fill ins. Beginning of Oct. i get having some sensitivity a few days later but a month later. Not to mentioned had to go back because my nite wasn’t correct and all he did was saw it down some but ignored the fact that i had pain and the tooth felt loose. Told me the pain would go away after a couple days of him adjusting the bits. Here it is a week later and i still can’t chew on that side without it hurting. Smh horrible experience i won’t be back of they scamming like that for money and i will be disputing charges with my insurance because this is crazy.

Fantastic experience: I Will Like to Thank Amber, Kayla, and Seriena for being such great assistants they make things happens!!! They work diligently to make each patient happy before they walk out of the office. Today in particular I thought my braces were going to be taken out so I came with that mind set but once I got to the back I learned that wasn't the case. I felt sad and Amber noticed it. She excused herself for a moment and sprung into action and came back to tell me they will put a smile on my face and get my braces off. Kayla volunteered to help make the retainers with Seriena to make this possible. This is the best team ever!!! I would recommend this Dentist to anyone..
Positive experience: I will start by saying I’ve been going to Riccobene in Knightdale for 5 years, possibly more. I’ve been pleased with my services at their location up until my visit today 10/18. Basically, the Dr came into the room without speaking, looked at my X-rays, leaned me back and proceeded to check my teeth. I’m not saying a conversation has to be held at all. But, if you’re going to be putting your hands in someone’s mouth, it would be polite and/or considerate to say something along the lines of good morning or good afternoon. I will add my dentist wasn’t in office this particular visit. I knew he wasn’t going to be in this particular day when I made the appointment but I had to take the appointment due to my work schedule. I gave my unfiltered feedback before leaving the office, so I will not be mentioning the Doctor I had this experience with. However, it wasn’t pleasant at all.
Positive experience: I had an appt at 11:30. Had to reschedule to 2:30 because I came, and because I didn’t confirm the appointment, it was moved. But I originally made the appointment in the office. If confirmations are that so important that it cancels appts otherwise, receptionist need to verify contact information every appointment. To make sure everything is accurate, because mine was not. But they fail to do that.
Fantastic experience: Great experience.... Very friendly and helpful service signing in and processing insurance. The staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating to make sure the experience of cleaning and exam was the best experience for the patient. My family was very happy and pleased with their experiences also.

Negative experience: Stay far away from Riccobene. It's a dental assembly line of the worst kind. One never sees same dentist; I specifically asked for the same one for the 2nd appt., but that didn’t happen. They "pre-charge" for procedures like crowns (Like paying for a meal in a restaurant before it’s been served). They try to up-sell procedures. Wait times are horrendous: 1st visit waited 45 min., 2nd visit 25 min. All this not enough? The dentist(s) I saw didn't exactly give me the same diagnoses or treatment method, I didn't know who to believe. There won't be a third visit. I called and got my charges reversed and had my records sent to me. I will never again go to an industrialized doctor's office; I like the personal connection and trust established with a doctor who knows my history, which will never happen at Riccobene.
Fantastic experience: Everyone was so nice and pleasant from check-in to check-out. A thorough and considerste examination with explanation of events. The visit left me confident to return for healthy teeth and gums and a big smile
Fantastic experience: I truly hate going to the dentist, having the last two previous dentist offices was indeed a very bad experience! Riccobene in Knightdale and the staff has been a great place for me! I will continue to go there for my dental needs! They made me very comfortable, like old friends if I must say! Great People. Fantastic experience: My experience at Riccobene in Knightdale was nothing short of amazing! I didn’t have to wait long in the lobby before being called back at my appt time…the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable when I had questions. The Dr was thorough and had good chair side manners! Overall my visit was great and I recommended my friend visit as well. She made an appt before we left the building!
Fantastic experience: Riccobene in Knightdale is such a nice friendly dental office. The girls at the front desk who answer the phone or get you ready to see your dentist for your appointments, make your appointments when you are checking out.Kristal, Alexis, Dana and Musty are fantastic and are so friendly and helpful. This time I saw Nikki Denny as my dental assistant and she was wonderful getting me all ready to have my new partial ready for me to see Dr. Clark. I think the world of Dr Clark and so happy he is my dentist and Nikki who is a temp when needed. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. All of the dental assistants I’ve had so far have been great. Fantastic experience: I'm at the end of a very long periodontal and dental journey with Riccobebe Associates. Dr. Clark (periodontist) and team were so gracious and kind. I have pretty severe anxiety when it comes to dental work, and they were extremely patient with me; even letting my husband hold my hand through certain procedures. The ladies in the office have also been wonderful, and took time with me to make sure my account was always straight. I really couldn't be happier that I chose Riccobene Associates for this extensive work.
Fantastic experience: There was an issue with the system this morning and the front staff handled it wonderfully as well as professional and courteous. My hygienist, Quiana, is phenomenal and hands down the best I’ve ever encountered.

Now his Dental Assistant Elisha that’s my girl she kept me so calm during all my procedures and always had a smile and I was so grateful for her kind ways !!! NOW my next review is the girls upfront they are my Girls I love my girl Krystal she always made me feel better especially when insurance stuff and I was overwhelmed and she just was so caring and has the best personality! Alexis can’t speak enough words about her so kind and nice Dana was a pleasure to talk to when I would call she never got aggravated with me and misty was the sweetest person too all these girls are amazing and I’m thankful for this office and these girls and especially Dr Nazario and Elisha for all there hard work and dedication and making me feel so much better and happier and giving me my smile back!!!
Fantastic experience: I thoroughly enjoyed my appointment. The staff, the Dentist, and my Hygienist Quiana were all extremely nice and knowledgeable about my cleaning and my treatment plan. I’ll definitely return and will share my experience with others.
Negative experience: This dentist office has piss poor customer service. The orthodontists and dentist are wonderful but the management and front desk staff are absolutely horrible. I once waited 45 minutes for an ortho appointment because the front desk staff failed to communicate with the orthodontist that I had checked. If someone from the ortho office had not seen me waiting patiently in the waiting room I most likely would have sat there for over an hour. Just yesterday, I was accosted in the lobby and berated for a $200 payment which was my LAST payment for my braces!!! They have so many clerical issues with payments and then blame the customers for their mistakes!!! I am so happy that my braces will be removed before the end of the year and once that is done, I will NEVER patron this business again. This is my recommendation for anyone searching for dental treatment... DO NOT CHOOSE RICCOBENE ASSOCIATES FAMILY DENTISTRY!!!

Fantastic experience: Me any my family have been patients of this dentist office in Knightdale since it opened. I’ve witnessed some office personnel changes over the years and glad that things seem to have improved. The dentist and hygienist are all very professional and courteous. They ensure high quality of care during my visits that I can trust. It is a family dentistry to meet the needs of my entire family. I feel welcomed and valued as a patient . I look forward to many more years of service by Riccobene and Associates in the future.

Positive experience: Great service- the dental hygienists are through and nice. However I have had a billing issue for 6 months and no one can give me a solution. I have called the front desk and their billing number several times and always receive vague information with no resolve. I will be changing to another dentist if this cannot get solved. June 15 update- billing situation has been resolved.

Fantastic experience: Best dental visit ever. I was running late due to a blowout tire on the freeway and they took me in a few min late. The dentist and assistant did an amazing job as I had a crown done. She stayed late to ensure the work was done properly and was extra thorough in explaining everything step by step.

Negative experience: I have been going here for years. It use to be a great place but has declined over the years. They NEVER answer the phones. When they do you are on hold for 20 min +. It seems they cannot keep up with there caseload so why keep adding new patients if you cannot take care of the ones that are already established

Negative experience: Shady Practices and Unprofessional Staff The staff will attempt to charge for services that are not provided because they ask for payment before you are seen by the dentist or before your insurance is considered. The staff attempted to charge me for a build-up on a tooth. prior to being seen and was insistent on the full payment. I did not pay the full amount and thank God because the build-up was not needed. Would I have received a refund if I paid for a service that was ultimately not needed - DOUBTFUL! This practice is not professional. The staff started cleaning the room before my service was completed. The dental assistant asked the staff member who was cleaning (with black gloves) to hand her dental floss which she did (using the cleaning gloves) and then proceeded to put the floss in my mouth that had been handled with cleaning gloves. Both unsanitary and unprofessional. Imagine eating at a restaurant and someone cleaning the table before you finish your meal - that’s what it was like to have the room cleaned while you are still being serviced. I will finish my treatment and find a new professional practice in Raleigh.

Positive experience: Daja & Angel are an amazing pair. Both were amazingly friendly and talked me through everything as they did it. My appointment was quick, but very thorough. I was very relaxed during the exam and the warm towel at the end was a nice touch. Shout out to the front office staff too. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Update: The staff is super friendly, but my recent interactions have been challenging. I had an appointment for treatment that got changed twice. After that, I had the hardest time getting back in contact with the office to reschedule. I called all throughout the day, left messages, sent appointment requests through the site. Finally by luck one day, I got someone on the line. She explained that they have extremely high call volumes. If I had a dental emergency, this wouldn't be the place to call. I might also suggest a new phone system that doesn't route everyone to voice-mail.

Negative experience: They get 2 stars only because of the young lady that actually cleaned my teeth last week is super nice! They continue to force a root canal on me! I have told them 2 or 3 times NO! I went today because I had a small part of a filling come out! They proceeded to tell me you really need a root canal done on that tooth. Well I can’t afford $1700 so NO AGAIN!!! Either pull the tooth or just put the temp filling back in. I’m thinking they are going to put the temp filling in..Nope here we go again about the freakin root canal! I just paid for my X-ray and left! With no temp filling!!! Now the assistant was nice and just doing what the Dentist asked her to!! But no I won’t be returning to this office! I’m sure they could care less anyway!!

Negative experience: If I could give negative stars I would. I’m not sure how they have so many 5 star reviews. I went to this location for Invisalign, they were supposed to be on my teeth for 6 months, it took 14 months because every time I called to schedule my next appointment the girls up front couldn’t get it together, overlapped my appointments or didn’t schedule me at all. I never received my final retainer, and my back bracket just popped off. Extremely poor job and service. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for orthodontic services.

Negative experience: I had made an appointment two months in advance, and had to ask off of work for it. I received three different emails confirming my appointment and I filled out the patient registration online. The receptionist told me that my appointment had not been confirmed which was confusing given the emails, but it would have been fine if it was dealt with in a better way, the receptionist was incredibly unfriendly and spoke to me in a very dismissive way. Just because a patient is younger does not give one license to treat them less professionally or put in less effort to be helpful.

Negative experience: When I went this location for a cleaning two weeks ago, I was told by the nurse and the man doctor that I had 7 cavities which shocked me, because I never felt pain and took good care of my teeth, then the doctor told me that the cavities were between my teeth, so I believed in what said and scheduled a filling with them for yesterday. Then, when I arrived yesterday, they told me that they had moved my appointment to today. But they never called me to inform me for that, which wasted my time to drive there yesterday. But the most shocking thing is that, during my appointment today, I was told by another doctor in this same dentistry that I don’t have cavities at all. I don’t know which doctor to trust anymore. I wasted money in this office and I have to go to another doctor to have a second opinion. This is a disgusting and irresponsible dentistry. Never recommend them!
