Fantastic experience: Excellent Office! Dentist was friendly and professional. Fastest most efficient cleaning I’ve ever had. They were very helpful and caught an infection that needed a root canal pronto. They worked with an endodontist and got it done within 24 hours. I was also able to book an appointment very quickly. I’m so glad that I found them as my new dentist!

Great attention is taken to comfort, and privacy. The skill level is apparent in the fluid communication and seamless implementation of care as a team. And a special chapeau bas to Dr Caroline, for her attention to detail, patience and kindness. Second visit - Dr Caroline, with the use of tiny retaining walls, filling cement, trowels, and polishing aggregate, managed a bright and proper new tooth from the craggy lacuna that had loosened and given way of an ancient relic of a filling. Kudos!

Negative experience: Very kind staff. Just curious why my routine cleaning only took 10 minutes. No checking my gum line, a very light polish after expressing concerns of discoloration on my bonded front tooth. No flossing after the polish and no fluoride treatment. Routine cleanings use to take 20 minutes without trays.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Lincoln Dental for 6 years now. They are always very professional but also very caring. Recently I had wisdom teeth removed done very quickly and painless. Pain after of course but they talked me through everything and gave me directions for care after and what to expect.

Fantastic experience: My 3rd visit and it was still awesome! I got in and out quickly, love my hygienist! TV in the exam room. Checked on a tooth that was giving me intermittent pain. The dentist came in told me the xray looked good and the tooth was good. Staff super friendly! What’s not to love!

Fantastic experience: I was having excruciating pain of my tooth and called them. I was able to get same day appointment . I didn’t have dental insurance and they me one to help with the cost of care and even got discount on what I must pay. It was a relief. The dentist explained every step of the process and felt very comfortable and confident in the work they did. The pain went away in a couple of days. The staff were friendly and supportive during the entire time I was there. Their cost compared to other places I have brought some of my wards to, is reasonable. I recommend this practice to try and experience same or better.

Fantastic experience: This was my second time visiting Lincoln Dental Associates for a routine cleaning. The Reception area is large and welcoming, backlit by a row of windows. There were 3 people working, answering phones, handling check-ins and check-outs. The waiting area is clean, bright and spacious. There is a big TV on the wall and plenty of seating. There was even room on the floor for 2 children engaged in coloring (they brought their own supplies). My hygienist was Chelsea, she was friendly and upbeat, and she was gentle while cleaning my teeth. As someone who has issues with anxiety going to the dentist, this trip was as close to anxiety-free as it gets!

Fantastic experience: This was my first time at Lincoln Dental Associates. I have always had a fear of going to a dentist due to bad experiences in the past. So I went with this fear but walked out fearless! I was assigned Dr. Rubee who immediately put me at ease. She very patiently explained my options to suit my needs. She listened to my concerns and reassured me. Her Assistant, Amy, was the same as was the Dental Intern, Susan (I hope I got her name right!) The receptionists are all very friendly and helpful. The dentist and surgeon I had dealt with there were great, but the call center and office staff were absolutely horrendous. Lincoln Dental Associates from my first initial phone call to my first appointment with xrays were truly phenomenal. Exceeded my expectations. Everyone was super friendly and professional. I hate the dentist, it gives me severe anxiety, but Lincoln Dental Associates made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I am confident of our dental health game plan and look forward to building a great relationship with their team. I highly recommend if you are seeking a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: Awesome visit today! I just changed over to this practice and this was my initial consultation. Office staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Ruby was one of the best dentists I have ever seen. She was thorough and concise in reviewing my treatment plan and options. She explained the conservative approach of this practice in not jumping to crowns unless absolutely necessary. Was told from the last dentist I needed three crowns when in fact I only need one. Office is pristine, state of the art equipment. Great location close to home. Grateful to find them. The best!

Fantastic experience: I’ve alway’s hated going to the dentist , but I can confidently say I’ve been going here for years. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist office to establish care. All the staff are nice and very professional. The Dentist really do care about the health of your teeth they also have great bedside manner and give you all of your options. When you have a dental emergency they do their best to get you in but due to the high volume of patients they see it might be difficult to get a same day appointment.

Fantastic experience: I had to find a different dentist because my prior one couldn’t see me for quite some time and their location really was inconvenient anyway. The reviews were for Lincoln Dental Associates was very positive and the location really convenient, so I gave them a shot. I’m glad that I did because it was as perfect a visit to a dentist that you can expect. The office was well lit, new, and strange as it sounds, smelled clean and fresh. They had a television playing a movie or streaming a series of some sort with a sound system that was the best that I’ve ever heard in a medical office. They took me a few minutes before my appointment time so there was no waiting whatsoever. The dental hygienist (I think that’s what you call the lady who cleans your teeth) was friendly, efficient and most importantly, didn’t cause me any pain or discomfort. The dentist wasn’t who I thought I was going to see, but she was likewise friendly, good natured and efficient. I was out much more quickly than I expected, and there was no check out necessary. It was a perfect visit, I’m completely satisfied and am relieved that my search for a new dentist is over. All this from someone who, to be honest, dislikes visits to the dentist very much even though I have no issues of note with my teeth.

I was in a panic knowing I had to get this fixed before leaving the next day. They were able to squeeze me in and fix the tooth.
