Negative experience: Terrible bedside manner. The dentist and staff were dismissive, short, and unkind. They pressured my sister into repeated x-rays even after the first ones were done incorrectly—despite her having severe thyroid issues and me repeatedly expressing concern about unnecessary radiation. I asked for copies of the x-rays three times before leaving and have since called multiple times, yet they still refuse to provide them. This is not patient-centered care, it’s negligence. I am requesting a refund and the release of my records, and I will never be returning.

Fantastic experience: I really appreciate the front office staff always being smiley and cheerful each time I come into the office or call on the phone. Ioana cleaned my teeth and recommended I use a fluoride application to help with sensitivity around my teeth due to receding gums. She was kind and professional. We were finished in an hour.

Fantastic experience: This is a good and friendly dentist to go to and everyone who worked there were very friendly and respectful. The lady who was doing my cleaning Mrs Ioana was very nice and was very precarious and polite when cleaning my teeth especially in rough areas always making sure if something is to rough or not but she was very friendly and she gave also gave me good advice on keeping my teeth clean and why it’s important. But I would recommend this dentist to everyone.

Negative experience: The vibes here are very off. I find it peculiar that a dentist office feels the need to bribe patients with a free fluoride treatment if they leave a good Google review. It seems that this business’s priority is to make as much money as they can from you. I was told by the dentist herself that metal braces could not be placed over a porcelain crown which I found out was misinformation. Of course they say Invisalign (the more expensive route) would be the only option. No surprise there. I also believe that the dentist should be visualizing the clear retainers after they are fitted to confirm correct placement over the teeth and gum line but instead it was up to me to decide if it felt comfortable in my mouth. I didn’t realize until several minutes later after leaving that the retainer actually wasn’t fitted right towards the back of my mouth and so I was told I’d have to pay for a replacement since I had already left. No surprise there either! The dentist I had was not very personable and every question I had felt like an inconvenience to her time. Coming from a nurse myself, I hope they can turn this place around with staff who actually have empathy and take the time to help people.

Negative experience: I had an appointment weeks in advance, I get a call a week before that I cant get my procedure done and I have to reschedule. Time has already been taken off for this. Very unprofessional

Made her feel fearful, did not listen to my wife's concerns, my wife has a small bridge done by a very well renown cosmetic dentist and this dentist asked if it had been done in a foreign country. Horrible bedside manner. Will never return.

Negative experience: I visited this dental office with my husband about two months ago. We were told to leave a Google review in order to receive the fluoride treatment after our cleaning, which already felt a bit off. The x-rays were done very unprofessionally — they had to retake them because they didn’t do it right the first time. The cleaning itself was rushed and took less than 20 minutes for both of us. We honestly didn’t feel or see a difference afterward. When the doctor came in to check our teeth, it felt rushed and impersonal. I tried to ask questions, but Dr. Lupu responded in a rude and dismissive way. We were handed a treatment plan with a large price tag and very little explanation. Overall, the experience felt more focused on upselling and money than actual care. We wouldn’t recommend this place to others. Very unprofessional service from start to finish.
