Fantastic experience: Vita Dental has been seeing my children for 4 years now, and I can really tell you that the staff is great, and the care is well done .A big thank you to everyone. And I think that my dentists did a great job for cleaning my teeths. Vita dental has been such a great place where I do my cleaning, also I have been going there for 4 years now and it has the greatest serves that I ever had before.

Fantastic experience: Easy appointments: (not forced to wait weeks to be seen for a simple cleaning and checkup) Open on Saturday: Need I say more? Friendly personable staff: Everyone is delivering customer service with a smile including the front desk. Thorough exam without the fluff: I like that they tell you what they found but are not looking to fix anything that isn’t broken/causing issues. So they aren’t wasting your time and money. You just have a better handle on your dental health and what to expect. They have your next cleaning in mind: I left with a list of recommended things to help my dental situation. Items the dental hygienists uses herself (Julie was mine today and she provided the gentlest cleaning I’ve had in decades!!). I think my next checkup is going to be pretty awesome, if I stick to her care plan. Doctor: He runs a smooth ship, pleasant demeanor and explains what’s the matter clearly and thoroughly 10 out of 10 totally recommend

Negative experience: Really angry with front desk. To summarize: Doctors are ok, hygienists are good but front desk staff need to work. I've been coming to this office for several years now and even referred my parents who had seen their previous dentist for over 10 years. Whenever we get new insurance, I make sure to update it on the link I receive from this office’s text message. So our insurance info should be updated by the time we arrive. It’s never the case. Last year when I checked in they said they don't have my newest insurance info. I told them I updated on the link they sent me. Then they admit that they have it. This year I was told the same thing. I said I updated it already. They check their computer and told me that since they just found it, it takes time for them to contact my insurance so had to reschedule me for my fillings. This appointment was scheduled months in advance. Same happened to my mom and they made her sit in their dental chair for 40 minutes while they tried to contact insurance. When I heard this I was extremely furious. For my dads appointment, I made sure to call them a week in advance to make sure the newest insurance was on their file and they told me they did. And I know they did because they told me the name of the insurance they had on their system. Unsurprisingly, when my dad got there he was told they did not have his new insurance info. My dad went back to his old dentist. Is this acceptable? I would understand if this happened once but no, happened more than enough. Makes me furious how I made sure to waste nobody’s time but the front desk is either careless or incompetent and made my mom just sit and wait for so long. I'm on the verge of looking for a new dentist. This office cares a lot about reviews so I hope they read this and fix how they work. Until then, if you care about you and your family’s time, do not come to this office.

Negative experience: 0 star if I can, always have issues with their appointments several times and I decided to give them another try. I called 2 times even on the day of the appointment to confirm the time. Joslyn confirmed that one of my son will have cleaning with the hygienist and another son will have the cleaning done with the doctor at 2:00. I came and they finished with my 1st son, I was surprised that my other son still sitting outside the waiting area and had not been even taking X-ray. They took in another client in at 2:30 in front of me and told me that my other son appointment is at 3:00. Joslyn was very unprofessional, change the story on the time and I don’t appreciated. I took my other son home because I had to go home to feed my stroke paralyzed dad. I will not ever come back to that place any more. She wasted my valuable time. The office needs to improve their schedule and the work perform from the people at front desk.

I have a history of dental trauma and it has taken over 2 decades for me to get back in a dental chair but this office put my fears at ease. I will definitely recommend it to everyone i know and anyone who has Dental trauma.

Fantastic experience: This is a top of the line practice that I would recommend to anyone. I am absolutely delighted with Vita Dental. They have modern, up to date, magnificent imaging and dental equipment. Their office is beautifully clean and comfortable. And their staff and doctors are one and all very professional and very skillful and know very well what it is that they are doing. And they do all their work with love from their heart. Love is the right word. My story is that I wound up in a jam with a forty year old filling partially coming out and some other tooth pain problems and needing a new dentist. And why? Because I got into a bad depression and did not brush my teeth for five years. So I did my research and made an appointment with Vita Dental. Dr. Kwon was the dentist who saw me for my first visit on December 17, 2024. Dr. Kwon throughly and patiently explained what he found in his exam and he did a very good job cleaning my teeth. The ultrasonic scaler he used did a very good job without being painful. Some of that may be due to the scaler design but I think a lot of it is his skill in using it. Dr. Kwon referred me out to ACE Endodontics Katy for root canal on the tooth with a forty years old filling falling out. I see that as taking action in my best interest. Because an Endodontist should be the one to do a root canal. I have an appointment with ACE Endodontics Katy on December 19, 2024 to handle this. Dr Kwon also found recurrent decay under the crown on a molar and that one will have to be extracted. And Dr. Kwon will perform a bone graft build up to prepare it for an implant. I have an appointment with Dr. Kwon at Vita Dental for this extraction and bone graft build up work on December 20, 2024. And I am back to brushing my teeth, now! Love is a beautiful thing. And that was my experience with all the wonderful doctors and clinicians and staff at Vita Dental! O Praise be to God! Steven Owen Moore

Negative experience: Although Dr. Do Hyung Kwon did good work on a rush filling, the office personal did not. I was told my insurance was in network, it was not, as a result my out-of-pocket was higher than it needed to be (I was misled).

Negative experience: I wish the front desk would tell me that they will send and I need to sign concent forms once I check in with them . Wasted a lot of time waiting not knowing and finally they asked me if I have signed them. Then I had to wait even longer to be called in.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had a baby tooth mostly out, and the staff worked really well with her, a nervous 7-year old. Being such a quick, minor procedure, they opted to not charge it. And my daughter came out with a free popsicle in the end, to help her gums feel better. Every time we've come in, they have been courteous, professional, and quick. Thanks, folks!

Negative experience: Do not recommend this practice as a pediatric practice. The Saturday and long hours that is advertised is deceiving. The scheduling hours availability is very limited and inflexible. Especially if your minor requires treatment it is almost impossible to find a timely appointment for treatment.

Then Susana took over and did the xray again another super Friendly person. Then Dr. Pil came in to do my evaluation and he was super nice zero judgment.
