Fantastic experience: New patient & they took me in quick to extract 2 teeth that had been very painful for a month. The earliest any other dental place could see me was Dec 9th. The people are super nice & make the experience as pleasant as possible. They have won over this 57 year young Man & family.

Fantastic experience: This was my first appointment with mountain empire dental. I always get nervous when going to the dentist, have had bad experiences in the past. This office was completely different in a great way. From the receptionist checking you in, to the the lady where you sign out, everyone was very nice and engaging. Dr Lawson was nice, professional and explained everything. I didn't feel like I was being rushed in and out. He listened. Jenny could not have been nicer. She made me feel completely at ease and explained everything. In all I left there very pleased, and will definitely recommend mountain empire dental to anyone. Thank you

The receptionist fit me in months sooner than expected for a new patient, she was so kind and a breath of fresh air. I feel very blessed to have found this practice. It felt wonderful to be treated like a valued customer by the entire staff. They all put a smile on my face and ensured it was a beautiful smile. Their appts ran on time, the office was spotless.

Fantastic experience: From the first happy hello from Shanna Banana at the reception desk to the check out experience, this is the kind of office that makes you forget you're afraid of visiting the dentist. Dr Lawson takes such great care of my 86 year-old mom and always makes her feel like the most important person in the world. And if that’s not enough, the techs come and give Mom hugs and greet her with love and joy, and when we leave, Mom can’t stop talking about what a blessing it is to have found such a wonderful dental practice. We love this place!

Punky was also helpful by discussing dental plans as a supplement to what I have coming up in the near future. This office is great! 8/26/25 From the beginning reception to the payment section, the team here is excellent. The receptionist is so welcoming and kind. The dentist and assistant were helpful and ready to answer my million questions...did I say they were very patient too? This office is wonderful, and I am blessed to have happened upon them. 9/10/25 Once again, another special visit to my dentist office. I love how they are so eager to offer assistance if needed, especially with opening the heavy doors! This team is perfection personified, and I'm grateful they accepted me and all of my issues. I love this bunch!

Fantastic experience: Good place to go for dental care. Very busy, hard to get an appointment, but they worked me in since I had a broken tooth. They put my crown in, and set me up for a future cleaning appointment. They will call you if they have a cancellation, do all they can for you. Great staff, friendly people, and nice office environment with music or TV to relax you .

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit here and I was very happy with everything. The office staff was extremely polite and helpful and my hygienist Lisa was the best! She explained everything thoroughly and listened to my concerns. I was also given a printout of my treatment plan with estimated charges and payment options. I was so nervous about today’s appointment but they were excellent!!

Fantastic experience: Very laid back atmosphere. This visit I had some extensive work done today which had me a little on the nervous side. They had me laughing and cuttin up even during my procedure. The staff are always friendly and accommodating in making me feel comfortable in the chair. Fantastic experience: Today I had some teeth pulled by Trevor. This was my second visit with this specific location. I’ve not had the best experience in the past with other dentist, However Trevor and every one in this office is amazing. The moment you walk in the door you feel like you’re in a safe space! Trevor and his assistant talked me through the process step by step explaining every detail. They were super caring and considerate throughout my appointment. With that being stated I highly recommend and I don’t plan on seeing anyone else from this point forward! Thanks again!

I wanted a problemsome molar extracted, went in thinking it was going to be a long and painful process. The extraction itself took less than 5 minutes and I felt no pain at all. Highly recommend this group of great people!

Positive experience: Very professional staff and helpful too. I broke my ankle this past Friday and not only did my receptionist offer me a wheelchair she got someone to push me to my mother's car so I wouldn't have to hobble back out on my crutches! That was greatly appreciated and the dentist and his assistant were very attentive to me bc I am not a good patient and wanted my mom back there with me when I had my procedure.

As wonderful as a dentist visit can be. I'm glad I found this team! I should probably just give up and get dentures or implants. However, Dr. Cagle- and Tracy keep taking care of me in wonderful fashion so I keep going back and having work done. I will soon have them in a new building. Lol. Seriously, the entire staff has been warm and welcoming to me. Best place I've ever had dental work and you won't go wrong with them.

Fantastic experience: Had to have a crown replaced and it all went well. It was really nice they can make the crowns there and I didn’t have to return for another visit. Everyone was considerate of how I was doing and feeling during the process.

Fantastic experience: It was a great experience for a dentist for sure. The staff was very informative and friendly! My teeth felt wonderful when I was done as well. I even had my 6 year old grand daughter with me and they were so sweet with her.

Negative experience: Dropped patients with Medicaid due to “upcoming changes.” While I realize it is difficult to accept the poor, disabled and elderly, this has been devastating for the region.

Fantastic experience: I have really enjoyed my experience with this dental office so far. All I’ve had done is cleanings and X-rays! As I brush my teeth probably more than most people, due to taking a Chemo drug, and having multiple cavities for years… I now brush them a lot, to avoid cavities… at all cost! I have seen Trevor and Michael both, seem like good people… but my hygienist whom cleans my teeth, is amazing! So soft spoken, and I need that I have fear of anything dentistry!

Dr. Lawson has worked so much on this long road of having my #19 broken by anesthesia intubation. I also appreciated Dr. Cagle's implant work on replacing #19. I can't say enough about the support team of the ladies in the office. Punky has been so complete in taking care of the insurance. Shanna at reception is always so polite and appreciated. Kelly is my go to hygienist. I can't imagine anyone else being so caring and attentive to catching anything that might need to be addressed. I also felt completely comfortable and cared for with the sweet young lady who assists Dr. Lawson. All in all, I appreciate everyone on YOUR team for being on mine! Update: I am starting the invisalign journey and Stephanie was great today! She is really caring and so knowledgeable. I love this place and all there who take care of me with their many talents! Dr. Lawson is a very nice man who took care of a broken tooth for me a couple of months ago on very short notice when my PREVIOUS dentist was going to put me off for 2 months. Needless to say, I have a new dentist and a new hygienist! The office is extremely nice and so are all the people I have met. I highly recommend the services provided there!
