Fantastic experience: The worst of having my fillings done here at Olean Dental was they kept waking me up during the session. I was well informed of what was going to happen before, during, and after the work being done. The lobby staff was welcoming and supporting to where there were no questions unanswered and no surprises.

Fantastic experience: Awesome staff, from the front desk, to the hygienist, to the doctor. Very friendly and welcoming, provide thorough exams and detailed explanation of treatment protocols. Today was my first visit but certainly will not be my last.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff is very professional and very caring, I was in extreme pain, and they took me immediately and took care of me. I can’t recommend them enough. Crystal was the first to see me after I checked in, and she immediately did everything she could to make me feel as comfortable as she could. She then handed me off to Dr Estevez and Ivonne. They could all tell that I was in a tremendous amount of pain and within a few moments they had diagnosed and got to work on the issue. It took less than 30 min and I was no longer in any pain, I can't say enough about how caring the entire staff was and especially Crystal, Dr. Esteves and Ivonne. Also a special thanks to the young lady at the front desk whose name I did not get, she got me seen almost immediately.

My oldest son has Asperger's & they make him so comfortable, give him breaks when he needs them . My Daughter is absolutely scared of dentist from a past experience, she loves them. My youngest son has no problem making appointments & keeping them.They explain everything & very compassionate people ❤️

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to go here through one of my coworkers. I have been in three times (consultation, root canal, crown). Each time has been a more than pleasant experience. They pay attention to each patient and remember you from your first visit. I hadn’t been to the dentist in years. They made sure I felt comfortable and understood each step in the process. They have payment plan options which is really what drew me in. So many good things to say, thank you thank you!!

Negative experience: I was very satisfied with Olean Dental Studio until today. Made my cleaning appointment months ago for today. On my way to my appointment today received a call from their office that my insurance was no longer accepted. Like they did not know this months ago? Due to my dental issues I need a cleaning every four months. I had to search for another provider that I can't see until mid-December.

Fantastic experience: The company name is now Olean Dental Studio and the dentists and hygienists do a fantastic job. I could not be happier. I’ve had two crowns done and they came out perfectly and painless. I highly recommend this studio dentistry to anyone looking for a new dentist out there in the Charlotte County area. Sally did a fantastic job on my cleaning today. I would highly recommend her and the establishment any day. I have been seeing Dr. Robertson for several years now and I can’t say enough for him and his hygienist. I am very satisfied with their work. They have a very friendly and welcoming receptionist, you never have to wait more than a few minutes, and when I was uninsured they were very reasonably priced compared to all others.

Fantastic experience: One of, if not the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Tooth extraction went smoothly and the dentist and her assistant were amazing to be around. Made me feel comfortable and they didn’t judge me at all. 100 percent recommend.

Fantastic experience: While on vacation in another state, I had terrible tooth pain and visited a local provider. They said I needed a root canal as soon as I returned (next day). I called my provider and they gave me several possible Endo/dentists who do these. As I was not one of their patients, they all said "I can fit you in 10 days".. I couldn't not wait that long so I checked the internet and THANKFULLY found Olean! From the time I called, I was getting a root canal 45 minutes (NOT a typo) later! My tooth was extremely infected and it was a relief to have it addressed. I know the staff at Olean had to change schedules to make it happen, and I'm so thankful they helped. The night of the procedure, my phone rang..it was Dr Estevez checking to see how I was doing. WHO DOES THAT NOW A DAYS?!? She and her dental assistant (Ivonne) were very aware to make me as comfortable as possible and really care/cared about me as a patient. The staff at the font knew me by first name when I walked in and I had never been there before! Thanks again Olean for a true customer service experience!

Fantastic experience: This has been one of the most positive of dental work experiences I've ever had. Im only sorry that I don't know the names of everyone that helped me but I'd like to note that Yari and Dileidy were especially great.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a visit to Olean Dental for a "dreaded" root canal however there really wasn't anything terrible about it. I've always heard people talking negatively about root canals but my experience was nothing bad at all. Everyone from the front desk to the dental assistants to the dentist's themselves were all extremely friendly and comforting. I normally go to another dentist due to my insurance, but for a root canal my insurance wasn't covering much. So instead of going to my usual dentist I opted for Olean Dental because of their great reviews and I had been there once already several years ago for a tooth I needed pulled. Dr. Estevez performed my root canal and was excellent and explained everything as she went along and made sure I was always comfortable. Yari (I apologize if I spelled her name wrong) also was amazing as she finished up my appointment with the temporary crown and discussed the next steps. Now I'm just waiting to go back in a few weeks for the permanent crown. All in all a great experience! Thank you Olean Dental!

Fantastic experience: Dr GG thank you. Olean dental is the best in the business. GG saved two teeth that were very close to being extracted. She is a master at tooth restoration. Look no further if you need dental work done. They can even get you set up with payment plans if needed. 10/10 highly recommend

From the moment we walked in, we knew this was a special establishment from the cleanliness to the staff that was very friendly and accommodating. My wife needed a crown which Dr. GG and staff completed. She was very particular and explained every step. I needed major dental work. Dr. Lopez took the time to explain all the procedures that were needed. It was definitely not going to be cheap, but after further discussion, we realize that it was very necessary. Fantastic experience: I must give a big high 5 to this wonderful place. I was in very bad pain, an infection took over my two upper back teeth. I couldn't let this infection ruin my upcoming birthday, so after searching around I made a last minute call, and the wonderful staff here at Olean studio dental got me seen within an hour after my call. I was greeted with heavenly bright smiles from everyone. As I was introduced to one of the most down to earth dentist Dr.Alberto Lopez deCastro. Dr. Lopez let me know the procedure I was about to go through. Dr. Lopez had to extract the two teeth due to a lot of bone missing. Old age creeping in. Lol I must say I never felt any pain of needles being injected. I never felt any pain of my teeth being pulled,and then my gums being stiched up. Next day no pain and healing great. I can't thank you enough Dr. Lopez and your beautiful staff. I believe I found my dentist for life... Sincerely Mrs. K Hathaway.

Fantastic experience: This is my second time visiting, and it’s a positive experience each time. The place is clean and the people are welcoming. I love the different accommodations they provide for those that need it. My cleaning was done by Rachel, first day she saw I was cold and offered me a blanket, this time she had the blanket ready for me. She also offered headphones if the noises of the drill bothered me. I didn’t need it but it was good to know it was available. Will be back for sure! Thanks!
