Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (If I could give more, I would!) I can’t say enough wonderful things about Forever Smiles Family Dental, Dr. Lanthi, and Areli. I had an emergency dental situation—I somehow chipped the very back upper left tooth the night before. On top of that, I’m 39 weeks pregnant, so I was extremely nervous. They were able to get me in right away, which I still can’t believe, and the care I received was beyond exceptional. From the very beginning, they took the time to explain every single step of the procedure and constantly checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable and safe. They let me take breaks whenever I needed, reassured me the entire time, and worked so quickly while still being gentle and thorough. I left feeling cared for, respected, and truly grateful. Five stars just isn’t enough for the incredible service and compassion they provided. If you’re looking for a dental team that goes above and beyond, Forever Smiles is it!

Fantastic experience: I came in for tooth pain i’ve been having & turned out i need extensive help. Instead of making me feel bad about my dental issues (decay due to GERD) they were very sweet to me unlike the other place i was going too but they made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I get really nervous making appointments and isaiah made me feel at ease & i felt encouraged to come in and face my dental fears. The staff up front and the dental assistants were all so very sweet & comforting that i’m happy to go in which is so new to me. Dr.Nyugen was gentle, fast but precise with doing work on my teeth and walked me through all the steps she was doing and checked up on me throughout procedure. She is so sweet & i just had the best experience throughout. I mentioned to the dental assistant helping me how i have issues with the numbing paste they use if i accidentally swallow it (breathing issues), they let me hold the suction & use it to whatever needed before starting. This dental facility is the absolute best & i will definitely be sticking with them. They also call you a couple hours after to make sure you’re not in any pain of some sort or just to see how you are which made me feel like they genuinely care. Maybe other places do this too but where i used to go just made me feel bad about my dental history.

Negative experience: *UPDATE in response to their reply. To be more clear a procedure called “scaling” for periodontal disease (which I was unaware I had??) was done to my teeth without my consent. I know this procedure happened after it was explained to me because I was the one who experienced it. Apparently the procedure is supposed to done with numbing as it’s painful and that was never offered to me either. I had left the office after my appointment and was crying. After receiving the reply to my review it seems to me the only ones leading a false narrative is Forever Smiles. I understand that my experience won’t be everyone’s experience but regardless of that I will not be recommending to my friends and family and will not return. I left Forever Smiles Dentistry feeling shocked, frustrated, and honestly, really hurt. This was my first experience with a dentist in the Tri-Cities since moving here from Walla Walla, and it could not have gone worse. I just found out today from my new office that I had received treatment that was never explained or approved by me—I had no idea what was being done or whether it was even necessary. That alone felt like a huge violation of trust. Then, they immediately recommended additional treatment that was expensive with no alternatives offered, no explanation of why it was needed, and no compassion for the financial burden. I was overwhelmed and completely blindsided. To make matters worse, the dentist who I couldn’t even tell you the name of as he took no time to introduce himself or explain treatment to me before he immediately started rushing into the treatment, spoke to me in a condescending, almost scolding tone—repeatedly telling me I’d lose my teeth if I didn’t “take better care of them.” I do take care of my teeth. I take care of my health. Being treated like I was careless or irresponsible was humiliating and infuriating. I would never recommend this office to anyone. The care was cold, dismissive, and felt more focused on money than patient wellbeing. I won’t be back—and I sincerely hope others think twice before putting their trust in this place.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a root canal today. Had probably the best experience I ever have had at a dentist office. I am beyond satisfied and so grateful. I wish I would have gotten the names of the two who assisted me today. I Highly recommend to anyone seeking a great experience and great results. A BIG Thank you to Forever Smiles!!!

Negative experience: We moved away from our dentist of 10 years to try this one as it was highly rated. Initially it started off well, but then there seemed to be a lot of ‘problems’ with my teeth, more than I was used to. Finally, I went in for a filling and during the appointment they tried to rush me into doing a crown. Being that it cost much more, I left. I went to my dentist of 10 years and got my filling even though it is a longer commute. Beware of Forever Smiles trying to earn extra money off of you.

Fantastic experience: Doctor’s attention to detail for patient care during the dental work is great. In moments i has doubt of his work he proved me wrong does a great job . He convince me he’s better option. Would highly recomend him to anyone that needs dental work. Nice and friendly atomsphere

Negative experience: I went to Forever Smiles because I was referred by a family friend. They asked me to fill out a questionare in which I told them my reservations about the dentist and the plenty of bad experiences I've had in the past. The staff was polite, they were not openly rude to me, but they did not engage or greet me in any way as I sat in the waiting room. It is extremely awkward and weird to be at a doctors office where no staff acknowledges you when you walk in or sit down. They took exrays of my whole mouth, but wasn't told they do not take payments until after they were completed. It could've been completely avoided by a decent office staff checking my insurance up front and letting me know they don't work with my insurance and don't accept any kind of payments. But instead, they had me sit through what I already consider to be a highly nerve wracking office visit to charge my insurance for exrays. I did not receive any help. I still need an emergency extraction and am in alot of pain. They had me fill out a questionaire asking about any issues with going to the dentist prior to my visit, then didn't bother reading what I filled out. The staff knows full well that they don't work with any kind of state insurance or accept any form of payments, yet they had no problem scheduling an appointment and charging my insurance for the exrays and exam they completed for no reason. The fancy waiting room doesn't make up for the lack of empathy, friendliness, or just general concern. My insurance was accepted by this office but not without paying remaining balance in full. I did not receive an explanation of how I could best proceed or told about any other options, how to make another appointment or even if I had the choice to maybe do only one procedure at a time. This is 100% absolutely a fair review. I was told that it would cost 800 dollars to extract the teeth with my insurance and when I said I didn't have that amount of money up front, I wasn't given any options such as any kind of payment plan or willingness to work with me. I am still in pain. My teeth still need to be extracted. Had they offered to work with me or maybe finish one procedure at a time, I could have maybe found a way to pay 2 or 300 dollars at a time. It's not just my insurance. It's the fact that this business makes it pretty clear what kind of insurance they find acceptable and treat people as such.

Negative experience: Was in for a crown and he wouldn't stop hurting me. It was super sensitive and he kept blasting water and air on it. Told him it hurt...it was sweating, squiring around in the chair, and was in visible distress but he kept saying just hang on.....one moment....almost done.... I knew I should have demanded he stop and address the pain and the issue but at that point I didn't feel like he'd listen anyways and I just wanted it done. I don't know why he kept going....probably cause he was paid already but it was a horrible experience and I wouldn't recommend for anyone.

Fantastic experience: I had came in to seek some clarification about insurance and the services provided. I spoke with Stephanie at the front desk, and she had given me the clarification I needed! She explained everything well and ensured me throughout the processes.

They were very friendly, Stephanie was such great help with all my questions regarding my insurance and coverage during our phone call. As well all the other staff and dentist made me feel comfortable and heard with my questions

Fantastic experience: I haven’t really had luck with dental providers in the past, but walking in to this dental office I felt welcomed and comfortable. Stephanie and the front desk made everything super easy when it came to scheduling future appointments and with insurance.

Negative experience: Someone I know went into the dentist and I tagged along. They had severe cavities. And I understand that it was a lot of work, but it is also their job and the dentist kept shaking her head looking at his teeth and that just makes people not want to go to the dentist. If you have an experience like that imagine your dentist just shaking your head while looking at your mouth you’d feel ashamed after and that’s how he felt.

Fantastic experience: They were very kind and understanding with me, as I have alot of anxiety and a panic disorder, and made sure to ask me if I needed breaks often! I really appreciate all of the attention and the fact that they were very blunt with me about how I need to take care of my teeth

Fantastic experience: Truly love this place. From Isaiah at the front desk, the dental assistants, and Dr. Lanny, the experience was so much more pleasant than you’d expect at a Dental Office. There were other receptionists and Drs that assisted throughout and everyone is just so nice. Everyone is genuinely caring. Never a long wait at all, very clean, and everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable at all times. Had a couple crowns put in and they are beautifully done. Truly couldn’t be any happier to have been referred here by my Primary Care Dr!

I had some sensitivity and pain with a few of my teeth and they got me in to do an exam the very next day. The doctor was awesome in explaining everything to me and what I would need to do to stop the pain and sensitivity. Negative experience: i came over here because i needed a root canal done and i was sent over from apple valley in pasco and everything was good. everyone here is extremely friendly and very caring. i got my procedure done but was told i needed a cap and that they would fax over a referral BACK to Apple valley and was told they would call me when it was sent and that the other dentist would call ME to schedule an appointment so i waited and after about 3 days i started getting impatient so i called forever smiles and they had told me the desk person was on vacation or something and they would fax it over as soon as he came back, long story short i ended up calling here 2 more times basically begging them to send the fax over because anytime i would call Apple valley to see if that referral was sent over they would say no and that i needed to wait, so i gave up. now my tooth is messed up badly again and so i called forever smiles and they said since i didnt get the cap on my tooth they most likely won’t be able to do anything so now but that i can schedule an appointment to be seen anyways, but my tooth is so bad that i for sure know they cant do anything and now i have to find somewhere ELSE where i can get help and its just sad because everyone was super nice and helpful here but im extremely disappointed in the communication between both places

Fantastic experience: Came to my appointment a little late and was still accepted! Forms was a quick and easy fill out and everyone here is so nice I SWARE!!!! Ceci and Lanthir did my filling today and the whole procedure was painless and quick was not nervous or stressed at all. They numbed me and I DIDNT EVEN FEEL THE NEEDLE AT ALL I FELT NOTHING. Love this dentistry would 10/10 recommend this dentistry to anyone

Fantastic experience: I had cracked a tooth over Thanksgiving break and so i couldnt get into a dentist, but my insurance sent me a list of dentists in my network. I found Forever Smiles. The admin who helped me got me in the very next day. Forever Smiles has an extremely professional and kind staff. They made me feel so comfortable and cared for. I would highly recommend them to anyone who hasn't seen a dentist in a long time. They don't make you feel judged. I can't say enough good things about the staff and environment. My procedure went smoothly and even though it was painful they made me totally comfortable and numbed me up really good so I didn't feel a thing after a few more shots. Thank you Forever Smiles!

Negative experience: Not smiling after my first experience at this dentist office. I went in for an examination based on horrible tooth pain I was experiencing over the past few days. They were able to get me in the next day. I suspected it might be just a filling that needs to be replaced. Dentists make me nervous, I mentioned that several times when I was in the chair before they examined me. The dentist came up and informed that I'd have to get A ROOT CANAL and TWO CROWNS. I was shocked and that immediately sent me panicking. I was ready to jump out of the chair and rush out the door. When I told the dentist about it, he bluntly said in a mean way, "Do you want to lose that tooth or not?" I have never been so rudely treated. The total cost would be $4,800 out of pocket. $1,400 per crown and over $2,000 for the root canal. I talked to other people and they told me there are better dentists with a better price and I'm never coming back here after my negative experience. It reinforces how scary dentists are to me.

Fantastic experience: I have always been extremely scared of the dentist, I can’t remember the last time I went as it’s been years. At 8 & 9 months pregnant, I decided to get my teeth fixed and found the perfect dentist! They have been on top on fixing my teeth before my babies arrival. Super friendly staff upfront ready to greet you every-time. Dental assistants & Dentist are super friendly as well & make sure you are doing ok throughout the process. Fantastic experience: I haven't been to the dentist in so long due to surgery i had a battle between going to back to my old dentist or a new dentist and i made the right choice going to a new dentist since my older brother comes to forever smiles! My first appointment whent so well dr. Tin knew why i couldn't brush my teeth properly due to my mouth being small he immediately took notice of my broken tooth and fixed it on my second appointment with root canals! Dream smile secured. Ceci she is the most sweetest kindest nurse I've gotten her three times already and i never get mad she's always so welcoming! SHE IS SO AWESOME! Dr. Andy is always so cheerful yesterday i whent in for fillings on my teeth and he was so gentle with my teeth! Honestly 3 visit's in a row going to forever smiles and i never get tired i used to have a HUGE fear of going to dentist when i was little cause they would always yell at me and i would end up crying for not having my teeth brushed like come on and putting braces on me when i didn't need them but forever smiles changed that for me they knew the reason i couldn't brush my teeth(mouth to small) i no longer have fear of the dentist, finally got my dream smile(chipped tooth never got fixed until now) new toothpaste(makes my teeth shine) and of course the medicine i have to take before going Dr. Tin,Ceci, dr. Andy have worked on my teeth when I'm there and they never disappoint. And the the workers at the front desk (i couldn't forget them either) they are so welcome and always have a smile on their face! I would definitely be recommending forever smiles! Hands down the most awesome dentist in the tri-cities area! 1000000/10!

Negative experience: called to make an appointment and was asked if I had any concerns about my teeth. I simply stated I might have a cavity and they wanted to schedule me for an emergency appointment. I am not in pain or anything, its just a little dark spot on my tooth that could be staining. I even told them if I could just have a regular appointment since its not painful they stated its how state insurance works. I'm assuming they're trying to get as much out of my insurance as possible.. since emergency appointments and regular check ups are charged separately on insurances. What if at any point in the year I do need that dental emergency insurance coverage? but they used it up on a simple non-painful cavity appt.

Fantastic experience: Lexy and Dr. Andy were great! I've never had to get fillings before, and I have a lot of anxiety in medical situations. But they were very understanding and friendly, and were cool with me just listening to music on headphones to help keep calm and distract myself.

Lanny and Andy- both are well trained Dentist, great Skills in the work they perform. Sol- she is sweetheart, very caring and established the environment of comfort prior to the procedures. I like the humming of song she did while she assisted the Drs.

Fantastic experience: My dentist were Dr. lanny and Sol, they did a spectacular job with my fillings. Not the biggest fan of the numbing portion so they help me calm down to make it easier. I’d definitely recommend them, especially those who aren’t big fans of dentists!

Fantastic experience: I brought my son in to have his wisdom teeth removed. My son has never had teeth work done nor a cavity so he was extremely nervous for the unexpected. But Dr. Tin & dental assistant Lexy did an excellent job and was in and out before my son realized it was happening. Fantastic experience: I love this place, and I am a very anxious dental patient. First appmnt I had my usual panic attack but was helped through by Lexi and Dr. Tin. That appmnt went great after that, and I've had multiple large fillings and my first crown done since then. No pain, lots of valuable education, tons of understanding, patience and care. This dental office is the best I have ever had the opportunity to visit. I am so thankful I found them. Dr. Lanti and Dr. Tin are both absolutely wonderful people and dentists, I am lucky to be their patient.

Fantastic experience: I had the most wonderful experience! One thing about me is my smile has been something that always has been important to me, I've always gotten compliments ever since I was in middle school, and when my front tooth broke I was devastated. I spent all night/next day looking for a dentist because my tooth hurt so bad, he said it wasn't 50% broken, it was more like 60% and if I lost any more of the tooth I would of gushed blood. Although, I did have to wait until morning to find this dental provider I was glad I found him! I googled A TON of dental providers hoping to find an emergency dental provider so I wouldn't have to wait until Tuesday since memorial day is Monday. I first booked an appointment with Aspen Dental because I was so panicked but luckily I took time to read reviews and figured that one was not for me.. I called and called EVERYWHERE seemed like the reality of it was I was going to have to wait until Tuesday despite the pain.. LUCKILY I just searched dental providers open on Saturday and came across this one, she answered as if she was an angel ready to answer my call, and enough time to get there, I live an hour and 19min away so I got gas and quickly headed that way.. Dr. Tin was amazing and made me feel so comfortable, probably the most any dentist has ever, also his dental assistant Lexy. ALL IN ALL if I could give 100 stars I WOULD. The price is about what I expected it to be so I had cash in hand ready to go and he even deducted $300 and they take state insurance so SCORE I did not have to pay an extra $800 for a root canal Even dentist who say they are emergency be careful I called one that claimed they took emergencies but that wasn't the case when I called, you had to be an existing patient to be seen for a broken tooth. I hope this review helps someone along the road because boy was I terrified about the waiting period! my family and I will definitely be back!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tin and his assistant, Lexy, are fantastic. I needed a new crown and they both had me in and out in an hour. I left with my temporary crown, an estimate for when the permanent crown would be ready to put in, and a droopy face from the anesthetics. I am quite pleased with how quickly they worked, they were both very professional, and they each explained what they were doing. They made sure I was comfortable and safe during the entire procedure. I highly recommend Forever Smiles and their team. A particular shout out to the young man who works at their front office and also assists with financing. I'm completely blanking on his name unfortunately. He was very helpful, making sure I understood the costs and fees accompanied with the crown replacement, and assisted in getting my care credit account set up. He is an absolute delight to talk to and to work with.

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying I am terrified of the dentist. Past experience has created this anxiety about any work I have to have done. That being said, this was the most incredible experience I’ve ever even hoped for. I called with an emergency and they got me in within hours. Ceci was amazing. So kind and reassuring. Dr Tim was OUTSTANDING!! His demeanor and character was so calming and fun (I know right, who would ever think fun at the dentist). He was decisive, quick and thorough. I let him know if all dentists were like him, I don’t think anyone would be apprehensive about going to the dentist. They work fantastic together and truly have a customer for life!

Fantastic experience: Needing a dentist for my kids, I decided to look at reviews of local offices on Google. Forever Smiles stood out immediately. After reading through many positive reviews, I called to make an appointment. That process was fast and easy, and I completed all of the forms online. Fast forward to the appointment. The waiting area was clean and beautifully decorated. The receptionist was very friendly. Check in was easy, and we were quickly escorted back to begin the visit. Sol, the dental assistant, was absolutely lovely. She cheerfully greeted both of my kids, and put on a movie of our choice. She spoke to us like she truly cares and worked both quickly and confidently. Dr. Andy it's a gem as well. He was very easy to understand (no medical lingo, just very clear and "real"). He was thorough and very kind with both of my children. I deal with dentist anxiety, but my children's experience here was enough to make me schedule an appointment for myself. I 100% recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: I went to this office today completely anxious because I hate going to the dentist. I saw Dr. Lanthi who was very kind and answered all of my questions. She saw that I had 5 cavities and corrected them at the appointment. She explained everything in detail and asked me multiple times if I was comfortable during my appointment. Fantastic experience: Wow, this place is so awesome. First thing I noticed is they have chairs for parents. They also offered the client a warm blanket and a neck pillow. How cool is Sol and Dr. Andy for being amazing too. They are so friendly and caring and I’m just blown away and how amazing the interior is set up. Big tv for the client to watch.
