Negative experience: I hate to give this rating but I'm honest so here goes. Front staff is exceptional never any issues with them. Last appointment me and my family had everyone was seen over an hr late, my son 2 hrs late and as someone who works in the medical field that is unacceptable. No one ever came out to say they were running behind or apologize for the wait. Sadly we all needed to be seen so we stayed. The provider we saw seemed overwhelmed and almost like she was working multiple patient's at once while each of us were in the seat another issue so I hope they get scheduling under control. Everything felt rushed. We all agreed our cleaning hurt and felt rushed which is something we've never experienced with other providers which reminds me to ask for a new hygienist because none of us want her again. Pros: they are open on weekends and some holidays, front staff is great, and location for me was cool also.

Dr. Carvajal is a fantastic provider who truly takes the time to listen. They were incredibly patient in explaining my situation, making sure I fully understood every detail of my care and next steps. I felt heard, supported, and well-informed. I highly recommend Dr. Carvajal to anyone looking for a compassionate and thorough doctor! And if you meet Abby!! She is a nurse I think she is so sweet

Negative experience: Literally wasted 3 hours of my life.. I called in the same day asking if there was availability to get cleaning done for my teeth. The receptionist says yes and I head over there anticipating that I’m going to be getting my teeth cleaned. My appointment was 3:30 I didn’t get in a chair till 4:30 after everything was said & done they tell me the earliest they can get me in was the 20th. The staff and environment were friendly but I’m not sure who is managing phone calls & appointments. I’m aware same day appointments are tough to make happen but promising something over the phone to people on tight schedules is ridiculous.

Positive experience: I've been 3 times and was disappointed each time. First, they're always at least 30 minutes late. My hygienist never apologizes for the wait; I don't think she's ever told me her name. I'm in my 50s and have never had issues with my teeth. I ended up having expensive procedures done that my insurance company says were unnecessary. I went for a cleaning and it HURT! The hygienist is very dry/sour. They're also very expensive. Going to the dentist used to be very pleasant; now it's dreadful. I have to find another dentist. I can't take this.

Also my Doctor was very patient with me.I will tell others where to go and pray that my angel be there for them ( naj) And and the Doctor that gave me my smile back!! I think my angel needs a raise for be there she let me hold her hand doing my surgery to take the nervous away.Naj don't stop being who you are!! Fantastic experience: I did a walk in service and it was amazing. This was my first time here and they were all so polite the doctors and hygienist know they’re stuff. The entire staff was nice; I would recommend 100%. I was in and out and they were able to service me the same day. The billing team is great they gave me all the payment options I had and really helped me. Thanks again see yall again!!!

Negative experience: I’ll never go back to this place. No attention to patients needs or care. Unprofessional caregivers and staff . Beware of upsells and lies about what they can and cannot do for you . All about taking the most money from you upfront before substandard procedures , products and care . Terrible business be warned!

Fantastic experience: Thank you very much for their help. Because I'm not good at English, but someone can speak Chinese, they also help me translate for the doctors in time, and they also try their best to assist me. Thank them very much. There was not much pain in the whole process. I was also easily nervous, but they would talk to me patiently, which also made me feel that tooth extraction was no longer a fear.

Negative experience: The wait for this appointment that I already showed up early too was already ridiculous, I almost walked out. And then, your assistant consistently kept cutting my mouth while doing my xrays. To top it all off you guys barely looked at my teeth and slapped me with a 3000 quote for three root canals. I just got two different opinions , and they disagreed with you wholeheartedly. You’re lucky I’m not turning this into the BBB or something like that, yall really just tried to have me have extensive oral work done simply because you didn’t have the experience to actually do the fillings. One of my teeth can be pulled, it’s almost unsavable and they cannot advise to rebuild it. The other two are a filling and a cap. Easy peasy. Soooo glad I chose to ask someone else rather than stay at this SCAM

Negative experience: It was extremely overpriced. And very misleading, I was told one thing, online then went in and was told another thing. And then, upon my appointment was given an extreme amount that the cost would be almost 10 times more than what I was told in the initial visit and The online consultation.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a dentist to continue with. Aspen Dental did me right as a patience and I will return to trust them as they keep my teeth clean and continue with my dental care.

Positive experience: The staff was very helpful and nice. But unfortunately I can’t choose them for my dental work, it is extremely too expensive

Negative experience: if i could rate it 0 stars i would. it's not a emergency dental office it's a regular one. sat in their office for almost 4 hours to not make any type of progress on my pain. tried to send me somewhere else for a procedure then come back for one there. recommended me antibiotics and sat in the office for a extra 15 minutes for paper work then a 20 minute drive to pick up my prescriptions and they still hasn't sent the information over.

Fantastic experience: Today I got my tooth pulled I was so afraid but my dentist (I wish I could remember her name so could recommend ) she made me feel safe every flinch of fear I made she made sure I wasn’t in pain I have had really bad experiences in the past and it’s actually the reason I’m just now getting dental care but this was the complete opposite I may be missing a tooth but I’m not afraid to go back and fix my smile and get the proper care I need the whole staff is friendly and they didn’t make me feel ashamed just happy I keep coming back I’m so happy I chose them I’m going to have a healthy and beautiful smile again

Positive experience: It’s almost impossible to get an appointment with Randy for cleaning today. I went in for my cleaning and was there waiting from 3 o’clock appointment time until 530. When I got there she said they said that she had two people in a chair and one plus me two waiting to get in a chair that is unreal. I didn’t get upset because I had waited at months to get the appointment didn’t get upset because I didn’t get my cleaning because of a medical procedure I had So I wasn’t upset about that but really 2 1/2 hours to get in and out of hygienist chair they say they’re trying to hire another hygienist but they’ve been saying that for a year or two now I have a credit card that I got specifically for Aspen Dental but I’m going to call them and find out if I can cancel it or just make it a general credit card for a dental proceeding because it is crazy. Just trying to get your teeth cleaned.

Fantastic experience: Had toothpain tues night and was able to make appt 8am next morning. I was able to not just take care of the one tooth but other stuff as well and was only there 3 hrs for procedures and talking to Holly regarding treatment plans and finances. She really took the time to explain everything and find the best plan that worked for me. Amazing team as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone was so kind and understanding and didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. I felt so at ease the entire visit. First time in a long time at the dentist where I felt they truly cared about me as a person and not just as a patient spending money. Very affordable as well and many options for payments.

Negative experience: I had a problem with trying to get the dentist to send my prescription to my pharmacy. I have 2 teeth hurting me bad and I have a infection from one of the teeth that hurts and I just called and found out my dentist is gonna call it in on Monday and they promised me on my visit on Friday they'll send it to pharmacy right then.Well they lied so no I wouldn't recommend this lying dentist office please listen don't go there

Fantastic experience: The Aspen dentist are great. They have awesome nurses and doctors working and they are all nice and respectable. I like Aspen dental and I will recommend anybody my friend's family and loved ones to visit Aspen dental they're the best.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, things happened and I currently do not have dental insurance, so I thought Aspen would be able to help when I broke a tooth. A previous coworker said the price point was fine and it was a decent experience for them. Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience for me. I went in and explained that I really only wanted to deal with the broken tooth and the tooth next to it, but they let me know everything I had wrong and made it seem like it had to happen urgently. The total was over 20k and just for what I wanted to focus on was 13k. This sent me into an absolute spiral. They made it seem like I had a lot of problems that were urgent and they wanted to pull several teeth and other work. I went to another local dentist and they are able to save the the broken tooth. They also aren’t saying I need to pull all the teeth Aspen said needed pulled. Not to mention, it will be hardly a dent in what Aspen quoted me. I full heartedly believe Aspen was trying to make as much money as possible. The dentist and hygienists did not help ease my anxiety (I have severe dental anxiety) and actually made it so much worse. Then after my appointment they were unable to discuss the treatment plan cost with me and I was told it would be better to come back. I asked when and was told to come back anytime. Well, I have a 1 year old and that’s not always easy to manage. I ended up having somebody come help with my child so I could go discuss the pricing and plans. I was told they could not actually see me and I would need to make another appointment, which is not what I was told previously. I’m so thankful I got a second opinion. I highly encourage anyone to stay far away from Aspen. Find a dentist that actually cares about you, not lining their pockets and providing terrible patient care.

Negative experience: Would not recommend this dental office. Scheduled an appointment for a cleaning, had to wait 4 months. When I get there on the appointment date they took X-rays and had me down as a yearly checkup and they knew nothing about the cleaning. Of course they charge you up front, there’s definitely some funny insurance stuff going on with this place. Do yourself a favor and find a dentist who cares about you and your needs and knows why you’re coming into the office. Not some cooperate cookie cutter establishment that treats you like another brick in the wall.

Fantastic experience: Please go here!! Let’s talk about bed side manner. This location should get 15 stars. The staff here goes above and beyond their job. Let me say this. If you have ever worked in any form of customer service, you know how hard it can be. The staff in this office is all around 5 stars . The dentist I met with isn’t the one that did the work on me. I had to have oral surgery but I believe her name was Luiz or Lopez. That woman right there is a queen she sat with me on my first visit in 8 years to a dentist office and held no judgment against me at all. Allowed me to cry and vent all about my life and trauma that got me where I was with my mouth . She didn’t silence me to speak over me , she comforted me. I swore to myself after my last dentist appointment I would never go back to a dentist. Now I’m engaged and I need to do this so I took the leap and I am so thankful I did ❤️ Now for Gina❤️ this woman, right here she seen my sadness and my smile. I did not need to tell her how I felt. She already knew. She constantly told me it was OK. She was gonna help me and then I came to the right place. This woman clung to me like I needed her to. She stayed behind on her lunch break to make sure that I was taken care of. She gave me her personal phone number so I can reach out with any questions. She knew I needed somebody that could give me the affirmation. I needed to be at that place in that time. Gina has no idea how much I need her to be the person that took my x-rays that day. I don’t know if Aspen does employee is a month recognition on certain locations but I also don’t know how long this Gina has been working there. By the way this woman operates is with her heart. She is there because she cares because it’s her job and I don’t know how many more people are in the world or left like her so please listen to me when I say go to this dentist office. They will take care of you, they will open their hearts to you, and you will not regret it. Also, I don’t know the girls name that helped me finance my dental work but is the girl that sits closest to the door in front of the blue chairs she has an awesome playlist and she makes you feel comfortable when you’re sitting there talking about something is difficult as being able to afford dental work. She gives you all the options all the advice she has she really does want to help you and again I feel like there’s just no judgment in this office whatsoever. Oral surgery went perfect. The surgical staff assistant Alicia I think is her name she held my hand like it was her kid. She and I had so much in common. She sat with me in the room and talk with me and got me comfortable before my surgery. We really got to know each other in such a short timeframe. I walked away with her number two. I’m really looking forward to Completing all the work to get my smile, the way I would love, but the journey I’ve had so far has been amazing and these team members it should be recognized in anyway in shape they can be and so I went to Google to give them a review I didn’t have a review after my first visit, or second visit, or my third visit, I waited to see if this office was as genuine as it was from the first visit and when I tell you they are, there is nothing that they could do better as a team . If I had the money, I would give all these ladies a bonus. They just need to know to know that they are appreciated♥️ Christa

Fantastic experience: I did do my reach before going to Aspen Dental. But my visit was refreshing, I always felt like I needed to be on guard because there always seems to be a motive, trying to stick you with something you don't want but that was not the case at all. The dental assistant (Kay) was so polite even when I was inpatient she kepted her composure and continued to treat me with kindness and respect. Thanks to Kay for being so wonderful. The actual Dentist was very nice and informative as well. And can you believe there's more the young lady that gave me my treatment plan she was awesome as well. Fantastic experience: Sheets and Dr.Luisa was great and very professional! I would ask for them every time! However, the first time I came I had a few issues with one of the hygienists. I don’t know her name I believe it was Gina. I don’t want to go in full detail, but this is a place of business and I don’t believe the hygienist handled the appointment in a professional manner. I felt uncomfortable with how the hygienist acted—it didn’t seem appropriate for a professional setting.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Aspen dental. Makesha was very comforting I walked in stressed she noticed and was reassuring and super sweet. Shreya took my X-rays quickly and efficiently. Abby was super nice and helped get me fixed up and Dr. Luisa saw me same day and did awesome work on fixing a cracked tooth. I highly recommend Aspen Dental for their prompt and caring service.
