Fantastic experience: Coming into the office I was greeted by a very warm and friendly secretary. This helped me feel relaxed. I was then taken back by the hygienist for cleaning. She also is efficient as well as pleasant. She did a great job cleaning my teeth without discomfort. As she did x-rays she carefully explained each step along the way. The dentist Dr. Golden was also friendly and professional. He examined my teeth and explained each step of what would need to be done. Dr. Golden as showing me the pictures of my teeth and discussed the timeline of the repair. I will definitely come back to the office.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy to share this amazing feedback regarding Burtonville Dental Suite. I found them on Google of course. The customer service was excellent. When l called in the worker was very pleasant and sympathetic to my urgent needs. She was able to get me an appointment the same day. When l got there another worker saw me and displayed the same professionalism as the caller on the phone. She also patiently helped me with sign in questions that l had. The dental technician was also kind and patient while talking me through the process. Now the dentist was awesome! He was kind and sympathetic towards my situation and also talked me through the process as he was extracting my tooth. I have to me completely honest. I barely felt any pain. It was mostly pressure, which is normal for tooth extractions. Before l knew it he was finished. Now that was my amazing experience at the Burtonsville Dental Suite. I gave them a 12 out of 10. So if you want that same experience! You need to call for an appointment. Peace and many blessings to you all!

Fantastic experience: This office is amazing! I was met with the warmest greeting from the front desk staff and a beautiful, clean and calming ambiance. I was quickly taken back to my room and was treated by Jess, the hygienist. She was so gentle and nurturing and completed a very comfortable but thorough intake. My cleaning was so relaxing. I was falling asleep! Also love the TVs on the ceiling. Such a nice touch. There were also other comfort amenities available like blankets or headphones! Dr. Claudia was my dentist and she listened to all of my concerns and had a very reasonable but proactive approach to my dental needs. I am genuinely looking forward to going back, and I just think that this practice absolutely nailed it as far as customer service, aesthetic, and treatment! Quality dentistry from top to bottom. Thank you guys for being such a great team! I can tell you all really care about each other and that shines through. Cheers!

Negative experience: Made a very reasonable request to a hygienist in hopes of getting a more thorough cleaning. Followed up by an angry dentist in my room, asking why I would ask for a…proper cleaning.

The decor is absolutely beautiful and aesthetically pleasing—it felt more like a spa than a dental office, which was a huge relief. They even offered thoughtful comfort items and have TVs on the ceiling in the treatment rooms. The staff was wonderful all around. My hygienist (Jess) was fantastic; she was not only kind and gentle but also took the time to carefully explain each step of the cleaning process, which made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Golden was equally great, very personable and made me feel like a valued patient. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a positive and comfortable dental experience. They truly go above and beyond!

Fantastic experience: 9/11/25 update: The only annoying thing is how the office continually spams you for a review via text updates. I have been here twice, the first time as a new patient to get a full exam and x-rays done, second time to do left side of my mouth. I have had dentists in the past who let me know about my gum disease, definitely hereditary and I'm sure smoking Marlboro Reds for 27 years when I was younger didn't help. But the dental work I have had in the past hasn't been the best experience, once getting past their welcoming reception desk. Absolutely not the case here! Everyone was incredibly friendly and knowledgable, can be a little repetitive about leaving a Google review lol... but I get it. New management, new location and all. This office is impressive honestly, you can tell they treat their staff well here. My hygienist Alyssa has been incredible when it comes to my periodontal treatment plan, doing scaling and root planing. If you know what this is, you know it's not particularly fun. However they have a TV on the ceiling while you're getting work done, they will hand you goggles and noise-cancelling bluetooth headphones! It helps a lot esp for someone with an ADHD brain like me. She proceeded with such care, patience, and always checking to make sure I was okay. I am going back in 10 days to do the right side of my mouth, which will also be done by Alyssa, then I'll be back here for maintenance visits moving forward. If you get Alyssa as your hygienist, you are definitely in the best hands! Also, Dr. Yun came in to meet me as well, and explained everything thoroughly as well. It's so nice to finally feel like I've found my dentist for all needs moving forward.

Fantastic experience: I returned to Burtonsville Dental Suite for a routine checkup and cleaning recently. The office is very clean and and set up to make their patients as comfortable as possible. My dental hygienist, Alyssa is the best. As always she is very thorough and gentle when cleaning my teeth. She is also very pleasant and gives me helpful cleaning tips. The dentist was great as well. She even adjusted my bite to make my newest crown more comfortable. Everyone at the front desk was also pleasant and helpful. I recommend this practice to all of my friends.

Alyssa our hygienist, and Dr. Golden did a thorough evaluation with kindness, deep compassion and humor. There were many significant issues that needed attention. Dr. Golden constructed a plan that worked well for my father. Suzi and the office staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a really positive experience. I highly recommend this dental practice.

They were able to see me day of. I loved how they walked me through the entire process. They took scans and let me know what they saw. Nothing felt ominous. Fantastic experience: Let me not overlook my dental hygienist Danielle. She is a very kind, compassionate and respectful. Danielle does excellent work. She is very personable and takes the anxiety out being in the dentist chair. On Tuesday, December 17th I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Golden what a pleasure! As a baby boomer I was truly mesmerized by his gentleness, respect, compassion. Generational there is an obvious gap, but Dr. Golden’s inviting demeanor made him a “costumer friendly dentist” despite the inherent generational differences. I am looking forward to my journey in his care. My experience with Dr. Yun was exceptional. His knowledge and ability to communicate and throughly discuss my needs made my decision easier to move forward with his prescribed dental care. He is a great dentist!

Update: a couple of dentists have been added to the practice. Today I needed to come in for an emergency evaluation. It was handled quickly and professionally - as is usual. My husband has had good experiences with other dentists in the practice. I had a brief bite issue with a crown and it was taken care of immediately by Dr Yun. The front office staff is efficient, clear, polite, and they clearly enjoy their jobs. That says a lot about a business! Danielle, my hygienist, had reviewed the extensive information I had former dental professionals forward to them. Then she listened patiently and answered all my questions thoroughly. She was also extremely careful when working on an area of my mouth that is particularly sensitive. Dr. Yun had phoned me a few days before my initial appointment to introduce himself. I find that both extraordinary and wonderful for almost any business! Dr. Yun was also very patient; listening to my questions and concerns, then explaining his findings and recommendations thoroughly. I would absolutely recommend these folks to anyone! May 2, 2024: As usual, all staff members are amazing! Suzi and Diana at the front desk, Dr. Cha, and Raman, my hygienist. Raman was utterly terrific! She has a wonderfully steady hand and gentle manner. Best dental practice EVER. November 5, 2024 Regular cleaning. Hygienist, Cris, and Dr. Golden, highest quality-as ever. Cris also has the careful Gentle Touch to treat the sensitive areas of my gums and she explained how to use a waterpik and floss effectively. My favorite dental practice! June 4, 2025 Still great! This time I learned about sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) and to avoid products with this ingredient. It makes soap and toothpaste foamy, but it is very drying.

Fantastic experience: My dad was experiencing super painful tooth pain. Contacted the office and they scheduled an appointment the same day within the hour. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Front desk, dental assistant, and Dr Golden were all patient, helpful, and efficient. We were in and out in an hour and a half and his tooth was successfully extracted. We’ve had bad experiences in the past with offices since my dads not a fluent English speaker. Offices and staff like these make it so comfortable for patients. We truly appreciate the patience and efficiency the staff had for my dad and I .My dad had a great first experience and will be returning as a possible regular patient.

Negative experience: I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at this dental clinic. I called ahead to ask about a dental cleaning and was told it would cost $300, with a 15% discount for being a new patient without insurance. I was also informed that if a deep cleaning was needed, it would cost $600 and include X-rays and two cleanings per year. On the day of my appointment, I was there for over two hours. They took X-rays and performed an uncomfortable examination that caused bleeding in my mouth. Worst of all, they didn’t even perform the cleaning, which was the only reason I came. Instead, they gave me a treatment plan totaling over $5,000, including procedures I never asked for or approved. When I refused the treatment, they demanded $400 just for the X-rays. I said that was unfair and refused to pay because that was not what was agreed upon. Then, the staff member threatened to call the police if I didn’t pay. That was completely unacceptable and a clear form of intimidation. Only after arguing did they say I could leave and that they would provide my “statement.” This clinic uses deceptive advertising to attract patients with low prices and then pressures them with inflated treatment plans and intimidation. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The experience was traumatic, dishonest, and abusive.

Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough If you’re looking for quality dental care, This is the place to go!

Negative experience: New Patient – Extremely Disappointing Experience I was a new patient and had high hopes based on the positive reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was 100% disappointing—and even painful. Despite informing the staff of my TMJ issues, no care or consideration was taken, particularly during the use of large, awkward machines for X-rays and 3D scans. The hygienist was extremely rough during the cleaning, both with scraping and flossing. It felt more like a torture session than a dental visit. The entire ordeal took over an hour and left me feeling worse than when I arrived.
