Fantastic experience: I love taking my kids here. A bit of a drive for us, but it’s always worth it. They’re super kind and have a lot of patience with my kids. My daughter gets excited now to go & gets along well with the staff. They’re also very quick. I’ve never had to wait long after my appointment time but regardless they have a play/movie area for the kids to be entertained

Negative experience: Had an appointment yesterday and wasn’t going to right anything but We’ve been before and it’s been fine before but now the girls in the front are rude and the office is so dirty. My son has to go back for treatment and I’m debating just switching dentists

Fantastic experience: We were able to get in to see the dentist on last notice. They worked with us to schedule my 3 sons and worked with our availability. We got there and it was packed but all the staff was so graceful and patient. They even performed extra services in a timely manner and were so open to do it the same day. We usually see Dr. Mac who is great but today we saw Dr. Allen! She was amazing! I Highly recommend Smile Magic!

Fantastic experience: So overall today was a good experience. The girl at the front desk just doesn't seem very friendly. Our experience though overall was great. Dr Allen is always amazing. Today her assistant I think his name was Miguel was amazing. He is the one that polished my teeth. Miguel was so patient and friendly and understood that I get kind of freaked out sometimes. Just wanted to give a shout out to Miguel cuz he was pretty awesome and really patient. Thank you you guys are always professional and patient.

Fantastic experience: Worth the drive! I live on the north side of San Antonio and would not mind taking the 30min drive to this dental office! The staff is amazing the Dr is amazing. Let’s not forget the amazing extras, the playground, the mini movie theater and all the nice decor. I recommended all my family! My kids & I love this place so much

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to smile magic of San Antonio for the past 4 years I've brought in my daughter my son and I'll be bringing my other daughter when she turns 6 months, I just love the staff and how informative they are and how they treat my children as if they were family.

Fantastic experience: The experience there was amazing. My daughter loved the play area . Someone came to check on us and make sure we was comfortable while we waited for the dentist. As well as offered water twice . I’m so glad I took my daughter there.

Fantastic experience: My first visit to this dentist he was very patient and explained my options and showed me what I didn’t understand on my Xray. He was very gentle when filling my tooth and cleaning my teeth. In between procedures I was called into an office and the difference of what my insurance would pay and I was responsible for shown to me. Everyone was very nice and professional. I will be going back.

Negative experience: Would not recommend Asian male looking dentist cut my daughter on her tongue while giving her fills as I mentioned her bleeding from her mouth he said that was normal and never admitted to cutting her on the tounge when you can clearly see a cut in the back of her mouth.changed dentist after that .

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this Dentist office. Every visit is quick and staff is friendly. Doctor educates you about what’s going on. And what they do to treat your cavities. The playroom is great for the littles. And my kids love the gifts at the end of their visit. Would recommend

Fantastic experience: I loved it. I was so afraid of dentist and I had a big pain in my tooth that I couldn't handle. Since the moment I walked in from the greeter to the desk lady to the xray tech and everyone in between until I saw the dr was amazing. Everyone made me feel safe and comfortable and really cared. Glad they helped me and treated me like family. I will be bringing my son and reccomend anyone to come here. Thank you so much dr Allen was so amazing and communicating everything that she was doing. Thank God for her.
