Fantastic experience: Greeley Dental Health was a great place to go , they were very kind and gentle with me!! I would definitely recommend this place if you're concerned about dentists or anything to have to do with dental hygiene.

Fantastic experience: Just started visiting Greeley Dental Health. I might need better dental insurance but I'm glad I found these professionals during the open enrollment window for medicare part C insurance. I had plans to move closer to the grandkids that fell through. I've seen four separate dental health providers in Denver area in the past five years and these folks are head and shoulders above any in my experience. I had bridge work bothering me for some time that no one else addressed. Dr. Janda extracted a broken tooth that lost its crown and removed my old bridge and set a crown, designed a partial I can remove to clean under and I couldn't be happier! During two visits in fewer than three hours I had all this work plus full x-rays by Janelle, full cleaning by Gina and a pleasant painless remodel by Dr.J and his highly competent efficient assistant Liz. I plan to clean my teeth there three times a year and look forward to the best dental care of my life. Thanks - Gil

Positive experience: I was warmly greeted for my cleaning. My hygienist was very good, she noticed a potential problem that we talked about how to deal with it. She also gave me some other ideas on how to possibly replace my missing teeth other than what I had been looking at.

Janelle, their dental hygienist was personable and it was clear that she has a lot of passion for what she does. She took the time to educate me, answered my questions and did an outstanding job! Positive experience: The dentist and assistant did a great job with crown prep. The only problem was the dentist was very busy and so I was there a long time because he was busy with another patient. It wasn’t his fault, but I have never had to sit that long waiting for my mouth to become numb.

Fantastic experience: Thought my new insurance would work here and they tried for 20 minutes to get it to work. They were so kind and gave me a one time cleaning for a minimal fee. If my insurance was in network I would definitely go back.

Negative experience: I call and I get hung up on — I leave messages that no one responds to — I think we correct a billing issue and it comes back — I order and it is still in their desk over a month later . . . .

Fantastic experience: These people are great! They don’t hurt you when cleaning your teeth! The don’t chastise you for not brushing and flossing as you should either, we all know if we are really doing it or not. They offer friendly advise. I really like this place!

Negative experience: I've been attempting to have my dental records transfered to my new dentist maven smile design since may 5th when I went in office and filled out the release form. I have called about it 5 times since then and each time it has gotten rerouted to their call center, the front desk never awnsers regardless of if its 9am, 11am, 2pm, 3pm or 4pm because Ive tried. The last 3 times I've been told an email was going to be sent to amber the office manager to have the files sent and I would be CC on the email. Never happened. Today I was told a follw up email would be sent to amber as well as the regional manager. That was around 1pm i still have yet to recive that email. It has now been 2 an half weeks of me trying to get my own dental records from this office. I choose to leave this dentist after I got a bill for a supposedly missed appointment but I couldn't even get amber to return my calls regarding that so I could pay it to get a broken tooth fixed, a tooth that I already had repaired 9 months prior to it breaking. Mind you the tooth broke in November of 24 I went to the consolation for the broken tooth and then received a bill for a missed appointment a few weeks later. I can't get in contact with this office to figure out if I even owe this bill let alone make an appt to pay out of pocket to have my tooth repaired. After I already paid out if pocket once to have the cavity filled only for my tooth to split in half a few months after having the filling. This office lacks professionalism, communication, and integrity. It extremely unsettling to have this many problems and frustrations with professionals who should bare minimum, should be capable of placing a call back or sending a file with in a reasonable amount of time.

Fantastic experience: My hygienist Kalvin is the BEST she knows what she’s doing and is very thorough and never makes you feel like you are brushing or flossing wrong, as well as very informative when you need more dental advice. She is the main reason my husband and I stayed with this dental office even after many billing issues and other staff issues. The front desk staff was also very welcoming this week! Just met Dr. Josh for the first time and he’s amazing!!! Cannot wait for my next 6 month check up to see Kalvin and Dr. Josh!

Positive experience: After getting an extraction it got infected. I got sick called clinic on Monday, was told I would get a call back. Nope On Wednesday I was to sick for my appointment so called to cancel an d again complained about not getting a call back. Dentist did finally call an got me some antibiotics. Went in for filling and partial fitting. Was charged more than the legal 2 % for credit card on a Debit card which is illegal.. Absolutely no communication after they said they would call me. Didn't get everything done to satisfy insurance so now 1 more trip back to Greeley just for 1 exray.

Negative experience: I really liked this place at first but they've treated my husband terribly. At his second appointment/6 month checkup they told him they overbooked and rescheduled him. Ok, fine it happens. Then the day before his new appointment they tell him his appointment was cancelled because he didn't respond to their reminder call the previous day. That he had an hour to call them back. Who does that? Who just cancels appointments? Also they never called. I was home and can hear his phone from anywhere in the house. You don't just cancel appointments and I've NEVER heard of only giving someone an hour to respond. The hygienists and the Drs are fine, though one of the Drs acts like he doesn't want to be there, but the receptionists need to get their crap together because now they've lost two customers for unprofessionalism and lying. Edit: Despite asking them to remove us from their call list multiple times they continue to contact us to make appointments. I spoke to them Monday or so because they wanted to confirm the removal as my husband as well as myself. Then I just received a call about ten minutes ago asking me to make an appointment. This is harassment.

I hadn't been to the dentist in over 3 years and I haven't been taking care of my teeth as well as I should, but she didn't make me feel shameful about it and instead helped me come up with a plan to build up to the point of brushing twice a day and flossing regularly. Give that girl a raise!! I will be recommending Greeley Dental Health to all of my friends and family moving forward.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with these two individuals in the pictures below. They were unprofessional and disrespectful. I had gone earlier this morning to get some fillings done. I returned in the afternoon to make sure my fillings were done correctly, as I wasn't confident about them after my morning appointment. When they checked my fillings, a piece of my tooth chipped off immediately. The man in the white coat said it would’ve come off after a few brushes, and both him and the assistant laughed. (Why is my tooth chipping? After paying for this service, I expect my teeth to be in good condition.) I expressed my concern as I have never walked out of a dentist office with stuff chipping off my teeth and he responded condescendingly, saying it’s hard to see because the filling is white, then moved on to check my top teeth. There he found “filling” residue that had been left on a tooth that wasn’t even worked on. I’m extremely disappointed. The service was terrible they did a poor job, they left residue on my teeth and my tooth had something chip off ?? When I tried to address it, they laughed and made me feel uncomfortable. I expected professionalism, but instead was met with rude comments and unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend these individuals, I’ve included their pictures of the individuals that worked on my teeth, Dr. Martin and his assistant. Fantastic experience: Looks like I've found my dentist. The staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable, patient, attentive, and efficient. I love that they explain things very clearly. The cheerful atmosphere makes the dental experience much less stressful, and I learned a lot about what's caused problems with my teeth and what to do going forward. Special thanks to the folks who helped me today: Kristy, Amber, Kelly, and Dr. Martin (my favorite Martin lol). I recommend them very highly.

Negative experience: I went in for tooth pain on the top right and ended up being referred to a specialist to have a lower right tooth extracted. After another day off work and another trip to town, the oral surgeon told me that tooth was healthy and I should not have it pulled. My first visit to this dentist was expensive, fretful and left me with trust issues…. And I still have pain in the top right, which is why I went there in the first place

Amber went above and beyond the call of duty in order to help me rectify the situation with my insurance company Also, Kelly was Extremely patient. Negative experience: I have been a patient for several years and my husband and I both love Dr. Waldo. I have never had any issues until speaking with Amber Harmon, the “office manager” today. I called for support with a question, after I continued to receive billing notifications for services rendered to a completely different patient. Not only was Amber unhelpful, she was rude, condescending, and repeatedly interrupted me while I was trying to speak. It is unacceptable for a patient to reach out for help and be laughed at and spoken to in a patronizing way (let alone by management)! Upon answering the call, she initially said her name was Amber but when I asked at the end of the call, she then said her name was Amanda. Strange! If you’re ashamed of your behavior to the point of lying about your name, that’s a problem!! So disappointing to receive such awful customer service.

Fantastic experience: I truly hated going to the dentist, but coming here was so refreshing! The staff is so nice and welcoming. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Fantastic experience: 10/10 didn’t feel judged for the state of my teeth after a severe depression they made me feel safe and comfortable told me straight up everything I needed to take care of and made a good plan for me. I wish I remember my hygienist name but bless her. She was amazing and definitely calmed my nerves this industry needs more like her.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Waldo was great and so is his assistant they fixed my tooth in no Time. The next day, my mouth was 100%. You almost want to get a toothache or have something go wrong with your mouth just to go in there. That’s how great they are. I recommend them highly and if I can give them 1 million stars I would.

Negative experience: Greeley Dental absolutely destroyed my teeth! While doing work on a tooth in upper left of my mouth, the dentist put extreme pressure on a very nice bridge I had on the front of my upper mouth. When I pointed out where it was hurting, he just said "I'm not working over there" and just ignored me. When I woke up the next morning at home, my upper front bridge was broken and very loose. When I went back to the dentist, they would not accept any responsibility for what happened and it cost me about $5000 to have things replaced and repaired. To this day I regret not suing them!

Negative experience: Leaving this review in regards to their automated confirmation and scheduling system. I got a call from the office this morning to reschedule my appointment for today . Since I confirmed my Monday appointment via text after business hours on Friday, my appointment was given away to someone else. If I could explain how frustrating this was..I had this appointment scheduled out 2+ weeks in advance and it was very difficult to arrange a half day with work so that I could make it. I rescheduled my entire day and was anticipating being able to go. Also we had recently spent thousands here on dental services for my husband. The receptionist nicely explained it was basically my fault but agreed it was a stupid system. However, there was nothing she could do since my time slot had been filled and there were no openings until later in the week. I was basically SOL. So disappointing…I will be taking my business somewhere else.

Negative experience: I have been a loyal customer to Greeley Dental Health since I was a child. I actually have never been to another dental office. Today is the last day I want to ever go into their office after the degradation of their services over the last ~5 years. I also want to note, this is the only negative google review I've ever written. I am just incredibly DONE with this office because: 1) They lost all of my dental records. I have never been to another dental office, and I consistently (at least twice a year) visit this office. I walk in to a pre-scheduled cleaning, and they not only do not have me noted for any appointments, but they also have NO RECORD I HAVE EVER BEEN TO THIS OFFICE. What I had been there 6 months ago. They told me they would follow up multiple times about the lost records and never did, so I had to reach out to them multiple times to remind them of the issue and try to resolve it. After speaking with multiple staff members over multiple weeks and re-explaining the issue over and over, including a regional manager, there was "nothing they could do" and they likely "deleted my record because I had the same name as a different patient". This is incredibly irresponsible. Did they not cross-check the name and birthdate of the patient? Likely not. I have huge doubts that someone with my exact name also shares my exact birthdate and goes to this office. 2) In February of 2020 I got a root canal that was poorly executed. During the first 6 months of the pandemic I had to consistently visit this office due to the horrible crown work this office conducted. My crown would fall out consistently. The initial crown had been preformed by staff who ended up leaving a few months later. Then I had to work with a new dentist to get it fixed. After many trials, my crown finally stuck for a few years. Well, again about 6 months ago my crown fell out after the abovementioned records loss incident, so they had no records of the shoddy crown or their responsibility. My newest dentist was kind and got it fixed, so it's been in place for about 6 months. It was incredibly frustrating to have a crown fall out between 6-10 times before finally fixing it, and I honestly have no confidence that this crown will stay in for the full expected "lifespan" due to the initial issues with the root canal. This was a HUGE pain in the butt, especially when the last place I wanted to be during the pandemic was at the dentist every other week. 3) Consistently cancelling appointments. Whether its due to staff shortages or new unnoted policies, they've cancelled or rescheduled at least 3 appointments in the past year. Today was the last straw. They have a new policy noting that if "an appointment is not confirmed" they will cancel. Last week I called the front desk to inquire if they had alternative times for cleanings. They did not through the end of the year, so I CONFIRMED that I would be there today at my already scheduled time. I missed a call from them the next day where they were apparently going to confirm the appointment that I had confirmed the day before. I was busy and did not call back, so they cancelled my appointment without telling me. I got a confirmation email from them today at 6:30 AM for my appointment. I show up to the appointment today when the front desk attendants informed me for the first time that my appointment had been cancelled because I "hadn't confirmed". What about when I called and spoke to you last Tuesday? 4) This office has consistent staff turnover. Over the past 4 years, I've had at least 4 dentists due to the others leaving. Most of the hygienists and front desk are also new staff. My most recent dentist has been nice, but how long will he even stick around?? The front desk and managerial staff have been overall unhelpful over the past year and have only caused frustration. If you aren't aware, they were recently bought out, and I often wonder if this is why the customer service has gone so downhill. Good riddance, Greeley Dental Health, and your terrible new management.

Fantastic experience: The staff is very friendly. They were able to see me within 2 days of me calling in and I was a new patient. My experience with my comfort level and the dental work I had done was positive. Great place to go if you're in need of Dental work.

Fantastic experience: I have had a lot of work done here. I have always been talked through options for my particular situation. So I have the ultimate say in which direction of care we go in. Yet I still go with and recommend others to follow the advice of the dentist you have here. As most of the time paying more now saves a lot of money and pain/frustration later on. I hated my previous dentist experiences and let small issues turn into big ones avoiding dental care. Finally I came here and was accepted with open arms and never judged. I am finally getting close to a completely cavity and tooth decay free healthy mouth/smile. Definitely give this office a chance to show you how much they care! Remember all dental offices are expensive it is just unfortunately not all interconnected with health insurance etc. So do whatever you need to to have a healthy mouth!!

Fantastic experience: Very kind people are here and all of my experiences at Greeley Dental Health have resulted in excellent dental care. Questions are addressed and personal dental health includes progressive treatments that have kept me smiling for all the years I have been coming to Greeley Dental Health. I especially like the Dentists, their assistants, and restoration professionals. The office people are great and also go extra lengths to make sure of coverage and keep me aware of billings. This is a wonderful place to receive care, and I thank them so much for being there through the worst of my circumstances.
