Fantastic experience: My granddaughter had to have fillings done. She was very apprehensive. The staff, Dr. Parks, assistant even front desk was very attentive to every need. I'm so happy that I was lead to this office. My granddaughter has to go back and finish the other side and she is okay to do so! That says it all about this staff and office.

Fantastic experience: Had to have an extraction. The doctor was very knowledgeable and communicated everything that was going to take place. Once the procedure started he continued to make me aware of everything that he was doing. I highly recommend Alvin Smiles because they made normally stressful procedure go without a hitch.

Negative experience: Took my daughter and got weird faces from the lady In front . Didn’t tell me when the appointment was over just asked me to grab my bag . The nurse later took the toy she gave my daughter away . This place is horrible and won’t be going again

Negative experience: I had an appointment today and I wasn’t feeling the vibe. They had no music on and I love when they put music because it brings a great vibe. So I would love for them to always play music.

I've left other dentists in so much more pain for the same procedures. It feels like they're one of the rare places where they actually understand that the patients are humans in need of care. Came to Alvin smiles and turns out i dont have any cavities and just needed a routine cleaning. Only paid 38.00 for a fluoride treatment. Give Alvin smiles a try! Fantastic experience: I have two teen children that visited this dentist. This was our first time. I can not say enough good things about him. I was so pleased the minute I walked in the door and was greeted by a friendly smile! This place is awesome! The dentist was very accommodating for my special needs child too. Positive experience: Everything was great except for the front lady a when it came to payment. I informed her what I could pay and she was going to let me go with accepting half the treatment instead of giving me the option of payment plans for the remainder. I had to ask for it. She gave the impression that payment options were not available. Why be let go with half treatment when you have options?
