Fantastic experience: I’m an elderly male . This is my first visit was on 29Sep2025. Nice clean modern place with what seems to be state-of-the-art equipment. They even had a TV screen on the ceiling as well as the wall, both tuned to a very good movie so patients could watch it regardless of their position. Dr. Pope and his staff were very friendly and knowledgable, and answered questions with no signs of impatience. They not only do normal dentistry, but cosmetic dentistry. I think I’m going to be very happy this place.

Fantastic experience: This was our first visit. My husband is a veteran and this is where we were referred to for care. From the moment we entered the building we were immediately greated with a warm, genuine smile, and friendly welcome. They even had a personal gift for my husband! Although we were a bit early we were taken back within a few moments. Every single person involved in my husband's care was so friendly, welcoming, and professional. They explained everything, asked us if we had questions, and thanked us at every turn. Dr. Pope was phenomenal and answered our questions and provided a plan to achieve the results needed. I work in Healthcare and was extremely impressed with the service. The office also was super clean, warm, and inviting. I would HIGHLY recommend them and we are so excited to have found the perfect place!!

Fantastic experience: I am one of those who is fearful of going to the dentist. Not wanting to hear bad news but also not wanting any treatment, whether it's just a cleaning or a filling, due to some bad experiences I had with dentists while I was in the Army. It had been quite a few years since I had been to a dentist and I needed to go because I was experiencing some tooth pain. It was only every now and then, but I didn't want it to get worse. The VA sent me here. I read some reviews and they were all amazing. You can't always go by the reviews but in this case you can. I had x-rays done and have a few cavities, but nothing serious. Thankfully. Dr. Pope was very friendly and all smiles. He makes you feel like you are only there for what is needed, not just so he can experiment and train. I'm used to miltary dentists, who just come in, tell you what's wrong, do the job, and leave. I ended up getting my cleaning done the same day. I was starting to freak out and tears filled my eyes, but Sonia stopped and comforted me. She gave me time to get myself together. She was so gentle and I didn't have any pain. She also kept the suction going so no saliva would build up, which was great! :) She also worked with me when she did my x-rays because my jaw doesn't open fully. She was great from the time she called me from the waiting room to the time I left. Always smiling, making small talk and being attentive to my needs and emotions. And the ladies at the front desk are super sweet and cheerful. I was greeted and helped right when I walked in. Everyone here is really amazing. This was the best dental office I have ever been to.

Fantastic experience: Super amazing experience at polished Family dental I went in to get a tooth removed and it took about 15 minutes. It was incredible, Dr Cook is amazing and his son is also a great dental hygienist.

From the cleaning technician to the doctors, everyone is professional, courteous, cognizant of time, they will refer you out when your needs are outside their wheelhouse. The places we’ve been refered to are amazing as well. They will work with you to achieve the results you are on board with. Honesty, I don’t dread visiting this dental clinic.

I couldn’t have asked for a better Dentist or hygienist to continue my dental care. During this initial appointment, they thoroughly explained my dental plan in detail; answered all my questions, and were very patient with me. Negative experience: Do not show up early for your morning appointment. Staff will be in a meeting, so you will stand there waiting in the lobby, whispering hello any one work here. Lol Teeth cleaning ends with 5min wait for the doctor to come evalutate you afterward. This staff has no patient care for time or proper communication.

Negative experience: Called me two days before my appointment on 7/7/25 to tell me that they are canceling my appointment by voicemail due to the Veterans Affairs not sending them prior authorization. Asked if I wanted to use my other insurance but yet still canceled my appointment. Previous dental appointments will have you sitting for 30 minutes to get seen and then they want to offer a free Studio Movie Grill certificate as if that helps. Previous dental appointment for my daughter the dentist here tried to charge me $4,000 dollars for cavities which did not need a root canal. I took my daughter back my old dentist and she said they were just cavities only charged me $300 dollars. If you are a veteran don’t go here they are not trustworthy with services and will overcharge you along with canceling your appointment. Follow up Review Response to owner 7/9/25- So thankfully my old dentist was able to clean my teeth today and I informed her of the area in the back left where my wisdom tooth was and she informed me that it was a buildup of plaque that if left untreated could have been possibly caused a cavity. Last time I visited Polished Dental I informed the dental hygienist of the same area of the back left wisdom tooth and she informed me that it was tooth staining from food. I returned home with the same tooth staining so they say. After, visiting my old dentist today she cleaned the plaque area and got rid of the buildup of plaque. I get home and the plaque is completely gone thanks to my old dentist. Like I said before and stand by what I said earlier Polish Dental is not trustworthy and do not respond back to me. PERIOD!

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and very professional. I had a few treatments done here and they are amazing.

Positive experience: I’ve been to Polished several times, but their standard of care seems to have dropped recently. I made an emergency appointment to come in a check a piece of dental work to make sure nothing was wrong. I explained my situation when I made the appointment, but when I arrived, nobody seemed to know what was I was there for. I reiterated my problem to the tech who walked me back. She didn’t seem to understand what I was talking about, but after a short conversation, I thought we had it worked out. She wanted me to take X-rays, even though my last dental appointment (with X-rays) was a month earlier. She pulled up my old X-rays, and I said again that I’d rather not have more so soon. She relented and went to get the practitioner to come see me. The practitioner came in and also didn’t know why I was there. I explained again that I wanted someone to check and make sure my dental work was ok. My X-rays were pulled up on the computer behind me, but she started searching my mouth in the wrong places. I turned around to make sure it was clear on the X-rays what I was talking about, and tried to explain again why I was there. I asked if they had looked at my information. Everyone laughed! At that point, I was uncomfortable with treatment, and the practitioner said she could see nothing wrong, so I said I’d address it at my next appointment. I’ll be looking for a new dentist. Their mission, vision and values are posted in the waiting room. Perhaps a copy should be posted in the staff spaces as well. As a patient, I don’t want to be pushed into procedures I don’t need ($$$), ignored, and laughed at.

Fantastic experience: As always, Polished Family Dental lives up to its name. It truly feels like family when I get there. The girls at the front are always so friendly and welcoming. Always have smiles on their faces, and really set the right environment for patients. My girl Ashley (dental assistant) always comes to say hi and ask how I am, even when she isn’t assisting me. Angie was my dental assistant and I couldn’t find a SINGLE negative thing to say about her. She made me feel very comfortable and kept me informed about everything she was doing to get me ready for my treatment with Dr. Pope. Dr Pope is always so kind and calming when he treats me. I mentioned I was having some more jaw pain and asked for suggestions and he gave me a few options and even went as far to offer doing some more research for me!!! And because I mentioned the pain, he had them get a smaller mouth expander(not sure what it’s called) to help lessen the follow up pain. Talk about above and beyond care!!! Angie even called me a few days later to check on me and see how I was doing!! I truly appreciate this and hope office so so much!!! Best dental office EVER!!!

Fantastic experience: I am so glad I found this dentist!!I’ve been looking for a new dentist since my dentist passed away from Cancer. It’s a challenge for me because I had a lot of dental work done as a child which makes me extremely nervous going to a new dentist and I can tell during the first visit how they treat their patients and if they are invested in making sure their patients are taken care of successfully and this dentist has promise. My first visit was so thorough and they give new patients a nice soft t-shirt which you want to wear when you are happy with the care you’re given -now I’m looking forward to going to my dentist again.To add to my story 8 years ago I survived a ruptured brain aneurysm and while in ICU my front tooth was pushed out during intubation and it happen to be an implant and I went to several dentist and I kept getting told they would have to pull it and do a bone graft and put in a new implant. This dentist said let me call in a consultant and the consultant he called in happen to be the one that sold the implant to my dentist 30 years ago and he said we can fix it I have the parts

I had my teeth cleaned by Margarete & she was very gentle & informative. Eric did a great job of making me feel comfortable while taking xrays. Fantastic experience: I had the most welcoming experience with the staff and Dr. Moore here at Polished Family Dental facility on South Hulen in Fort Worth. Fantastic experience: Dr Moore and her team did an amazing job. Nobody wants a root canal but if you need it consider Dr Moore at Polished Family Dental. Oral sedation is the best option.

Negative experience: Was shocked that the front office manager or benefit coordinator/scheduler would not call to confirm my coverage for my crown it did not take me no time, they ask me why isn't your dentist office calling for you... it took mor time time for them to tell me who to call, which tooth number to ask about, to ask how long it has been since it had been worked on. In that time they could have called the number they where provided. Geez

I really appreciate how my teeth get cleaned and how they take there time to make sure your comfortable and relaxed from beginning to end. Great location and staff once again! Fantastic experience: I really liked the crew there. From the dentist to front desk. They are really friendly and knows what they are doing.
