Fantastic experience: Always love it because they don’t make you wait a long time before seeing the dentist or hygienist. This week I went for a cleaning and she always makes me feel so comfortable. Love the feeling that the cleaning gives my teeth!!!

Fantastic experience: I cracked a tooth at breakfast which caused a lot of pain and I got an emergency appointment at 1:30. Dr. Neelam spent most of her afternoon getting my very difficult tooth out. I kind of messed up the office's afternoon and i'm very sorry for the inconvenience to other patients. I could not have asked for better service and I was in a very bad mood which didn't help. I highly recommend them.

Positive experience: I visited this office recently for an emergency. At first, everything went well. The Dental Assistant and Dr. Johnson were both attentive and he found out what was going on. My visit with them was nice and I was considering becoming a patient at the practice. As I was getting checked out, the receptionist completely ignored the Dental Assistant asking her to set me up with a cleaning so I could become a regular patient. She asked for my copay and let her know I didn’t bring the card in with me and if she could send me an invoice (which i paid right after i got to my car). After she just tells me I’m all set without setting up my appointment and made me all set with the office. It felt like I was being profiled. I understand they need to collect copays but she could have scheduled my appointment and removed it if I never paid. Based of that interaction, not somewhere I’d want to spend my money. Also, they never sent my prescription to CVS for my antibiotic. Other than those two things, the visit was cool.

Fantastic experience: We had our first visit this week and we were pleased. A thorough exam, excellent care and friendly staff. Thank you Danni, Shelly, Eden and Dr Lee for your comfort and care. My second visit was yesterday, to have a molar restored. Dr. Ley is new to the practice, but not new to dentistry. He was a kind and helpful Dr., did amazing work and put me at ease. Oracle Family Dental has my vote and you should try them out. Danni and the front office, Shelly the Assistant, and Dr. Ley have my highest recommendations. Dr Johnson is an excellent dentist. He restored another tooth and he made the expra good one for me. You comfort and care are always first in his mind.

I started with the InvisAlign clear teeth straightening technology they have and after 6 months, I have seen a huge difference in straightening my crooked teeth... and I'm over 70! I just got my veneers in yesterday and Dr. Neelam and Mya were very thorough and considerate of my comfort. I have seen my teeth look like this since I was a teenager… well done!

I needed an antibiotic and the practice e-mailed me the cost of the drug at a pharmacy so that I could compare prices! Now that’s service.

She was so gentle, caring, and very friendly. She did an amazing job and Dr. Max came in to look and confirmed it. I love seeing both of them 2 times a year. I recommend them to everyone. Fantastic experience: My father was my first dentist. Since his passing in 2000, I have only gone to two dentists. The dentist he sold his practice to, Dr. Robert Harrigan in Phoenix and after he retired, I moved to Tucson. I was referred to Dr. Max Johnson by my son who was teacher and coach at MVHS, where Dr Johnson attended. I feel so blessed to entrust him and his staff with my dental needs. First time to meet Dr. Ooroo when she popped in for a question I had. I appreciated her making time to do that… entire team works really well together to coordinate all services and I left feeling good about my dental experience.

Fantastic experience: I had a crown Crack right down the middle where my two front teeth meet. Oracle family dental squeezed me in for a next day appointment. The staff was wonderful. The hygienist got me numbed really good- didn't feel a thing. The dentist was kind, patient, and made me feel completely comforted with my situation. Great place.

Fantastic experience: All the staff are so nice, always so helpful. Dr.Johnson has been my dentist for about 2 years and I am very please with the care I get. He is very thorough with explaining all my concerns, he is never rushing. I normally have panic attacks when it comes to invasive procedures, but today I started the process for implants and he made me feel at ease. No need to do use extra meds for anxiety and panic. His staff and him are amazing. Thank you Dr. John and thank to his assistant Nai for making me feel comfortable today!

Fantastic experience: I am a relatively new patient at Oracle Family Dental. I first came to the office and Dr. Johnson and staff in February when I had cracked off a front tooth that had been crowned. I had previously been to 2 other Oro Valley Dentists who told me I would need an implant. Dr. Johnson did a thorough exam and said he could put a partial bridge instead of an implant at a considerable less amount. He did the work and my Bridge looks wonderful. Today after a comprehensive exam I learned that I would need more extensive dental procedures. The Doctor and his staff worked out a detailed plan for me and Because of his straight forward explanation I will move forward with my treatment plan. Though lots of work remains to be done, I completely trust his expertise and I know I will be well taken care of. I am very pleased I chose Oracle Family Dentistry. The entire office is extremely professional and helpful and Patient oriented. Special thanks to Natalie for doing an exceptional job on my teeth cleaning. Fantastic experience: Excellent dental office! Everyone is cheery & helpful. Rosa is the best dental hygienist I've ever had - I've learned a lot from her - like a mini-tutorial in the latest research on tooth health each time I visit. They have a very reasonable pre-paid preventive care plan that I would also recommend. Dr. Johnson is great also - but I don't often see him. I hardly ever need to have any work done, because Rosa has taught me how to keep my teeth so healthy! Adding onto this review - three years later, this is still an outstanding practice. The hygienists are still fabulous (though sadly Rosa has moved on). They keep up with the latest technology, which means better & faster & less unpleasant care. I still recommend the pre-paid preventive care package.

Fantastic experience: I visited Oracle Dental Monday, March 31st. I haven’t started the actual work yet but they began preparing for it. I am pleased with the friendly caring attitude of Dr. Johnson and his staff. I appreciate the fact that they take time to listen to my concerns and and answer my questions.

He and his assistant performed my procedure flawlessly and made what could have been a scary experience seem very routine and easy. I have additional visits for ongoing treatment but the care I receive in the office gives me full confidence in the outcome of my dental care and outcome.

I can see that professional business which ORACLE delivers, from maintaining, Confidentiality Integrety Accountability, from control access points. And. I want to emphasize the sophisticated and Top notch systems that created a Graphic User Interface that enables to create 3D graphical picture to describe my dental structure and from there to decide the best course of action which procedures is next to be on higher priority and needs done. From the front desk to the dental assistant and by the professional opinion of the doctor, all I can say is , it's what I expected from the best what they do. So kudos and more power. Hopefully I'll continue to utilized the services as provided as time goes on, ensuring my health longevity and good teeth as top of priority.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and competent back office staff. Dr. Johnson is a pro! He saw me for an unscheduled emergent issue on a Monday morning and had me on my way within 30 minutes—with a cure in-hand.

Positive experience: The teeth cleanings are top notch. I had several crowns put in. They worked out well except for one. No fault to the dentist. The root was cracked. I had to get the tooth pulled and that was a terrible experience. The dentist wanted to pull it out in one fell swoop instead of what I thought he would do which was break it up. It was painful and I asked the dentist to break up the tooth and he finally did it. After 2 hours I was swollen. Two days have gone by and I am taking aspirin and amoxicillin. Also his assistant I had to ask her to put her hair back because her hair kept getting in my face. I don’t like that the dentist calls “dear” or “Miss Lori” instead of calling me by my first name. I find it condescending. I will continue using their services knowing that I can tell them what I need to do and they will listen. The dentist wants me to get two more crowns, and I am not ready for it. It is important that I be conservative with my teeth. I will keep an eye on the health of my teeth and listen to his recommendations but it is my decision. This year I have to finish the implant process. I would recommend getting second opinion before getting crowns especially if you are not in any pain.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr. Max for awhile now. I feel as though I am in good hands with his level of care. He's always asking, "Are you okay? Let me know", meaning if you feel any pain he will stop and remedy the problem. His staff is very polite and professional. Any questions I have had, were addressed immediately.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Oracle Family Dental are very professional. All the dentists I have met there are talented, pain free, gentle and fast. My only complaint at this visit was it seemed to be very expensive for the procedure completed which only took 15 minutes. I still recommend this dental office with no hesitation. Have been going to see "Dr. Max" for more than a year. I needed to have many procedures done including multiple crowns, fillings and an implant. Everything is nearing completion and I am pain free after being in pain for many years. The staff are all so wonderful. I am very grateful for the journey we went on together!

Fantastic experience: It’s one of those places where it’s so good that you want to tell everybody you know, but then you don’t want to tell anyone because you worry it will be so busy and nearly impossible to get an appointment, but then they work out scheduling magic and fit you in with impeccable timing because it’s one of those places.

Fantastic experience: I'm very happy with the work done by Dr Johnson in capping my upper teeth. No pain at all despite lots of drilling. The temporary piece looked great and functioned well, and the caps looked even better. It was a little higher than the quote, but well worth it !

Fantastic experience: Needing a new dentist after moving to Oro Valley, I set up an appointment with Oracle Family Dentist which is walking distance from my house. They were taking new clients and accepted Delta Dental Insurance. I received an appointment to complete a tooth implant within two weeks. The staff was able to complete the work started at my previous dentist. The office is practicing Covid protocols to keep patients and staff safe. I met with Dr. Maxwell Johnson who was knowledgeable and personable. I was really impressed with my first visit and look forward to an ongoing relationship with Oro Family Dental.

Fantastic experience: I came in this morning with an emergency after crashing my bike. They were extremely helpful and understanding to an important obligation I have in a couple of days. I will return tomorrow to complete the solution we agreed upon. I can’t thank them enough for seeing me instantly and having this solution available so promptly. I will be returning to them for more work in the near future.

Fantastic experience: I believe it goes without saying, that when an individual has severe dental trauma, and is a victim of malpractice, that just making a call to the dentist for check-ups is a hard enough challenge. However, Dr. Johnson and the staff at Oracle Family has a way with those who go, making them feel not like a statistic but a close friend, even family-like. Negative experience: The girl at the front desk was more than helpful. I got a repair on my mouth piece which I’m aware is a repair. It came loose with in 2 hours mind u I understand it’s a repair bit 2-3 hours isn’t exceptable . For 200.00 I have left a message the dentist was very nice so we’ll see her response tomorrow

Negative experience: I am so disappointed in this office! I have been a patient for three years, and have loved them; however today I received a call from the office about my appointment and they had to move it to a time I could not do because I teach all day. They floored me when they said I would have to then book for a day in April!!?? They explained that they often have cancellations and I could be called to come in a half hour which, again, I cannot do, as I have to get a sub. So she put me on the longer call back list. I was shocked and actually feel very upset that due to their issue, I have to wait. I could understand if it was a month out but to wait until April is not feasible. I guess I will look for somewhere else to go, someone who can see me in a timely manner, one that is reasonable. I am so disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental care, answers any question about current tooth/gum health. The office is on top of their game when it comes to billing, insurance, and appointments. I got to meet a new hygienist; fast, efficient, and completely pain free when cleaning my teeth. I don't recall her name but she works on Thursdays - ask the office when booking your appointment.

Negative experience: I didn’t feel I got the best of cleaning this time. I realize the hygienist is new, but her work was not the best. Also she asked if I would like the fluoride treatment and I asked how much that is, she said $20.00 so I said ok. Well it is not $20. Not too happy about that either. I don’t like giving negative feedback, but feel it is warranted.
