Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom teeth removed, and I honestly didn’t feel any pain at all. The top upper teeth were done incredibly fast — probably in less than three minutes. Super quick and super smooth. The doctor is extremely professional and knows exactly what he’s doing. He applied something first that made my mouth numb and relaxed, and by the time he gave the shots, I didn’t feel them at all. The whole process was calm, painless, and stress-free. I was honestly amazed at how comfortable the entire procedure was. No pain, no anxiety, just pure professionalism from start to finish. This is by far my favorite dentist. I highly recommend him to anyone who’s nervous about dental work — you’re in very good hands here.

Negative experience: I when to get service just cleaning for me and my wife they check everything and tells me that I will get dip cleaning for my wife and regular cleaning for me but I will need to pay $203 from my pocket I agree and they charge me to my credit card they don't finish with my wife that day but they make a new apartment for her because they clean half of the job I when back today and right before start the lady tells me we recheck with the insurance and you need to pay $500more to finish your wife cleaning and I told her but I pay on full last time we come she said no you need to pay re rest of many or will send it to a election I just tell her no problem send it to my address but I don't want anything from you guys !!

Kim Le rushed through her cleaning and brushed her teeth so roughly that it caused bleeding on the left side of her mouth. There was a clear lack of gentleness and attention, which is especially troubling when treating such a young child. I expected professional, compassionate care — instead, we left feeling distressed and upset.

Negative experience: Paid 3000 for braces for 3 years When they did the debond, my bottom front teeth wasn’t straight yet they still took off my braces and when they did the retainer they cut it so unevenly and there was air bubbles in it. And at the end of the retainer were kind of sharp so it was so bad to wear. You can also see the retainer that my bottom front teeth wasn’t even straight. I recommend going to a different dentist to get better treatment.

Negative experience: One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a clinic was during my visit to this location. This clinic had been calling me for two weeks, but due to my busy schedule I could not make time for my children’s regular checkups. I finally agreed to an appointment for this past Friday at 5:00 p.m. I even adjusted my family’s schedule to ensure we could arrive early. I picked up my son from school before his football practice and brought my daughter home earlier than usual, so we could all attend on time. We arrived at 4:50 p.m. Although the clinic already had paperwork for all five of my children, an inexperienced front desk staff member insisted that I complete the forms again. Despite my explanation, he refused to proceed without them. I filled out all the forms within 15 minutes and handed them back. He then asked me to sit down and wait. We waited for one hour and forty-five minutes, but none of my children were called. During this time, I missed one of my own business meetings, which I had expected to attend after the appointment. I asked the front desk staff twice about the delay, and each time they told me to wait another 10–15 minutes. Finally, I questioned the same staff member about why the clinic schedules patients if it cannot handle the capacity. His response was dismissive, saying that maybe someone else had scheduled the appointment and that it was “not his responsibility.” When I challenged his unprofessional response, he claimed that delays were due to patients having different problems, yet appointments had been given without asking for details in advance. I witnessed him ask the doctor when we would be called, and the doctor, in a rude manner, replied that he would call when it was “our turn.” At that point, after nearly two hours of waiting, I decided to leave rather than subject my children to such unprofessional behavior. As I was leaving, both the doctor and the front desk staff suddenly called out that it was finally our turn, but by then I had lost all trust in their professionalism. My recommendation: if you value your time and your family’s care, do not come to Apple Dentist. If you want a more professional experience, seek another clinic.

Negative experience: This company is very unprofessional I had a matter that needed to be addressed got the run around for over a few days. I called one day saying someone will call back. Called the second day advised someone will call back. Third day said the same thing then advised the manager will call back, called again now the manger was in a meeting called back 1 hour later now the manger has left for the day. Now this has been such a disaster. They really need to work on this never again with this company.

If I could give them NEGATIVE stars, I would. Please, I’m begging you — do not step foot in this place unless you want the worst experience of your life. I came here as a former patient of Luxx Dental — their “sister” company that vanished overnight without warning — and I’ve been trapped in this braces nightmare ever since. Today, I walked in and was horrified: the staff looked like they’d been dragged straight from a nail salon. No scrubs, no professional attire, no clue what they were doing. If I didn’t personally have some knowledge of dental work, I never would’ve realized they completely skipped putting on my top power chain. Why? Because the ONE actual doctor was drowning in a sea of 50 patients, all crammed into the schedule after the other location shut down. Here’s the reality: if you were unlucky enough to transfer here, you only get to see Dr. Oz once a month — and if your bracket breaks? Good luck. Nobody touches it unless it’s your “assigned” doctor. Imagine paying off braces in full, only to be told they don’t even want to service you. That’s the kind of disrespect you can expect here. The customer service? Nonexistent. You walk in, and you’re just another number in a waiting room packed with 30+ patients. They rush everyone, assembly-line style. I literally watched a woman give up mid-appointment and say, “Forget it, just give me some wax and I’ll leave.” That’s the level of care. This isn’t treatment — this is human experimentation. And let me be clear: if you’re poor, desperate, or just hoping for decent care, PLEASE don’t gamble with this place. They are not for you. And don’t be fooled by the language barrier — they know exactly what they’re saying, and the disrespect behind your back is louder than anything they’ll say to your face. Run. Do not walk. RUN away from this nightmare. Oh and let’s not forget the MOLD.

Negative experience: Horrible office ! The manager vivian instead of focusing on patient care, the priority seems to be collecting as much money as possible. This experience has been frustrating, time consuming for our family and completely unprofessional for us. This dental office operates in a way that is dishonest and unethical. The manager is not even transparent about charges and will say one thing, then do another. She makes promises she does not keep, changes prices without explanation, and ignores the agreements patients sign. It feels like her main goal is to take as much money as possible rather than provide quality dental care.They even ran a credit check without our consent !! A serious violation of trust. I would never recommend trusting your health or your money here. There are many honest dental providers out there but this manager Vivian is not one of them. This place is scam don’t even talk to the manager I would rather talk with someone besides her!! We called multiple times and they say she is never at the office, but every time we go in person she is at the office she avoids her patients calls and never wants to speak to them !! Unprofessional & rude staff who doesn’t even seem trained . Avoid all cost if you don’t want your money stolen! I will not recommend family and friends!!

Negative experience: Drove all the way across town to get to appt. Waited over an hour to be told my insurance was invalid. I gave my new insurance to the person I scheduled my appt with and they wrote it down wrong. No one tried to verify my insurance before my appt to let know there was an issue. Sat around over an hour after giving the correct insurance information just to be told they could not access the insurance portal to check my insurance. No teeth cleaning for me or my daughter. Horrible visit!

Negative experience: I hate to leave review, but I'm just honestly over it. I should’ve ran when my experience started horribly from the very beginning. I first went in for a braces consultation, and the doctor recommended pulling a tooth before getting braces. After getting my cleaning and having the tooth pulled, I was sent straight to the orthodontist who immediately put on my braces. This led to a dry socket that turned into a bone infection, causing me severe pain and unexpected costs. They apologized, but that should have been my warning sign that this was not the best place for braces. Despite my concerns, I continued treatment because I had already started paying. I began braces in 2021 and was told it would take about 3 years. It’s now 2025, and I’ve been told I’ll need to stay in braces for another year or two. Over this time, I’ve had four different orthodontists, and my treatment plan has been changed several times—including being told to have two more teeth pulled after already wearing braces for over a year. Appointments are exhausting. I’ve spent hours in the office, been skipped over multiple times, and if I ask politely about long waits (40+ minutes past my appointment), I’m often met with rudeness or dismissiveness from the front desk staff. The attitude and lack of professionalism make every visit stressful. I’ve even found myself praying before appointments just to get through them. It’s not bad every single time, but the number of negative experiences far outweighs the positive. I truly hate to post this, but something has got to give.

Negative experience: My daughter have been a patient here for two years, and my contract clearly stated my treatment would be complete after that time. Now that my two years are up and I have fulfilled my payments in full with receipts and my signed contract to prove it !! the manager Vivian is attempting to charge me additional fees without justification. This is unacceptable and feels like an intentional attempt to overcharge. The lack of transparency, professionalism, and respect for agreements is alarming. Patients deserve honesty and integrity, not surprise charges after honoring their contract. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against coming here if you value your money and fair treatment!!!

Negative experience: I had an extremely disappointing experience at this dental office!! They ran a credit check without my consent, which is completely unacceptable!! The environment is chaotic, with children running around and a lack of professionalism at the front desk seems like they hire just anybody. The staff appear untrained, and the manager is difficult to communicate with due to poor English skills and an unprofessional demeanor. The office feels disorganized and noisy, and patient privacy is not respected at all!! multiple patients are seated together in the same room! They also overcharged me without providing any clear explanation, and my refund request has been delayed for an unreasonable amount of time. Overall, it is clear they prioritize money over patient care. I cannot recommend this office to anyone seeking professional and ethical dental services this is not the dental office . Don’t be surprised when they run your credit without your consent and the manager Vivian says how much you got approved. This office is not trustworthy especially the manager!!

Negative experience: I HIGHLY do not recommend this place. The ONE pro- the hands on staff are great. Nice. But EXTREMELY overbooked and not given enough time to work on a patient. They are only allotted 15 mins with each patient so if you come in with a broken bracket or another need besides getting bands changed, they will make you wait hours more or come back. Super inconvenient. (This is a scheduling issue.) They schedule like 20 patients in the same appointment frame and make them wait in a line of chairs in the hall.) we usually have to wait 1.5-3hrs to be called to sit in the waiting chairs. Every. Damn. Time. -bands and wires coming out as we pull out of parking lot -phones are never answered -your orthodontist will change SEVERAL times while you’re in treatment and each ortho will want/do diff things, extending unnecessary time -front desk is family of owners- most are clueless to billing, scheduling and will sometimes go treat patients which I don’t believe they are supposed to do. -they will say you owe more money after everything has been paid in full. This has happened on several occasions with myself and my kids. Was proven inaccurate. -wait times are extreme. You will not wait less than an hour! -dirty. Mold in all the dental chairs, ceiling. No soap in restrooms. Never has been for the period of my treatment. (So far 2 years) if I wouldn’t have paid in full and other orthodontists be willing to start in mid braces treatment I would have left after the first three months. -my roots on my teeth are showing show while in braces treatment and I’m super concerned about that. I feel like they don’t pay attention to health of the teeth while moving. -you only see the orthodontist for maybe 5 mins. The rest of the work is done by assistants. (Luckily most are very well trained and kind) -back offices which you walk by to use restrooms or for xrays looks like a mini hoarder situation. I was influenced by the social media marketing of “$1800, $2200,” braces specials which were a complete lie. I should have walked away the minute I was given the estimates and they were wayyy more than those. This is a chain of places. They have several locations. Lux is one.. I can’t remember the rest. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Run. Run fast. Everyone’s braces are off now.. the retainers are super bad quality. Had to go to a local ortho to fix them. Thank goodness for them. I’m telling you.. they will find several ways to say you owe more money AFTER insurance has covered their costs and after you pay thousands out of pocket. These are crooks. They can’t keep staff. It’s nasty. I am soooooooooooo glad we are done. My biggest regret was using this place. I really wish I could have ended treatment here and went elsewhere but orthos didn’t want to take on cases that were started somewhere else. DO NOT USE THEM OR ANY OF THEIR OTHER PLACES. THEY HAVE SEVERAL WITH DIFFERENT NAMES.

Positive experience: Just spoke to possibly the most petty person on Earth. My last appointment was May 27th. Wanted to schedule for June 29th - July 2nd for the next months appointment. After a 15 minute back and forth the employee threatened that I may have extra charges by not being back in within 30 days. I asked to speak to someone for clarity if I would be penalized or not she refused and denied to give me clear detail on whether that would or would not happen. Absolutely ridiculous. But to be fair, my son has been going here for a year now and up until now I've had an amazing experience. Also the price is unbeatable. It's a shame how one terrible employee can ruin a whole business. Hopefully she gets canned.
