Fantastic experience: Super friendly staff. Haven't been to a dentist in years, and I felt so welcome. All the women there were so kind. Excited to have this place as my regular dentist.

Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Smith and her entire team! From start to finish, they made my Invisalign journey so smooth, always taking the time to explain each step and making sure I felt comfortable. The staff is professional, kind, and genuinely caring—you can tell they love what they do. I just finished my treatment with Zoom whitening, and I couldn’t be happier with my results. My smile has never looked better, and I feel so much more confident. The attention to detail and the level of care they provide is truly outstanding. If you’re looking for a dentist who combines skill, technology, and a warm atmosphere, I highly recommend Dr. Smith and her amazing team.

Negative experience: I had my boyfriend go here, they are super nice. However be aware of the cost even with double Insurance they still charged him a large amount that he received months later. The dentist also rushes to see you, he felt rushed the couple of times he went. After this random charge that he received we will no longer be coming back to this practice. We should have read the 1 star reviews, as you can see they have similar reviews like this one. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Negative experience: If youre thinking about coming to this practice - READ THIS 100% genuine review. I feel very conned by this place and I dont want ANYONE to go through what I went through. Ive heard about these “type” of practices but now I can say I actually went and was conned by one. Now it makes sense they want you to refer new patients and give away prizes every month and a car every year. To be honest i was a “patient” for 4 years and I never saw any winners posted anywhere which tells me again- this was another part of their con since they cant retain patients. Whatever you do make sure you contact your insurance what it is you are being charged for. Make sure you don’t get conned to getting Invisalign. They are great at making it sound great and its up to 12 weeks…. Nooo mine was about 15 months and still needed more molds… keep in mind these molds are only for 12 weeks and everytime you need “more molds” you have to pay more and more and more. Not only that the staff gets annoyed when you are not happy with the results, uhmmm hello my teeth are NOT straight. Also when you are getting “fitted” for additional reports some of these “dental cnas” hurt you on purpose not sure if they do it so youre traumatized by the pain you no longer want to do it again. Not only that the last time I went the “dental cnas” were talking about me saying “im never happy with the results” and talking badly about the dentist that they work for. They forget there are no doors and everyone can hear everything. Sooo unprofessional. Last time I was fitted, hurt and traumatized by the pain because again my teeth were still not straight. I waited for my molds… after two weeks I called and they had NOO idea where they were at and were going to reach out to Invisalign. Thats another thing, they never take accountability. I waited for about one more month and they said invisalign lost my molds and I had to go get them redone again!!!! What!!!! After your staff purposely hurts me???!! Charges me everything after i need new molds?? The dentist even came on the line to tell me that they wouldn’t charge me, noo thank you Im good. I cut them off service wise. Found an orthodontist actually got braces and thats something I should have done. I told my family, friends, coworkers and employees about my experience since I had referred them to this awful, unprofessional practice. They also left this practice and came to my new dentist practice and they have been nothing but kind and professional. I contacted corporate for Invisalign letting them know of my experience. Better business bureau, did a dispute on the 5k i had already paid upfront and thrown in the garbage with this crappy business. Of course they denied and didnt reimburse me for a single thing. They didnt reimburse me a dime even though i still had crooked teeth and sore gums from their awful unprofessional service. Keep in mind I left them January 2025 but waited for me to cool off a bit until I did their google review. You can just imagine my frustration back then. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! Oh on top of that 9 months after cutting ties with this awful place, they send me a “final bill” of $1,650.00 even though I had double insurance ‍♀️ yeah its a HUGE RED FLAG - avoid this shady practice. Well here is your 1 star review enjoy!

Fantastic experience: I travel across the valley to ensure I am only seen by Dr. Cameron. Her professionalism and expertise is above expectations. She has always made me feel super comfortable, and the rest of the staff is very friendly as well.

Negative experience: As a new patient I was very disappointed in this practice. I went for an annual exam which includes a cleaning and the hygienist did not give me a cleaning and the dentist looked at my x-rays but did not assess my mouth or teeth. I called 4 times over a month to find out what my insurance would cover for the work they recommended and kept getting excuses about the new system they are utilizing for insurance processing. I asked to speak to the office manager and the receptionist told me she was in a meeting and she would call be back. Later that day the same women called me back...not the office manager whom I had requested to speak with and told me the office manager said she would look into my insurance again. I got the run around for about a month and a half and then I received a text with a bill attached with a request for payment. Not very professional in my opinion. I went to another dentist that was recommended by a friend and experienced exceptional service.

Negative experience: Well… 1- Their reviews are misleading…only positive reviews are posted from their link they send via text, and legitimate concerns are diverted and not posted on Google or followed up on. Response to the review: Thanks for the response on this. However, it’s not a false claim. 2- They operate like “car salespeople” as someone else stated: duplicative charges, selective discounts, and zero transparency. Unprofessional. Response to the review: actually the doctor did call and stated their pricing could have been more clear and he would talk to front staff. 3- I paid for Laser Bacteria Reduction but never received it. When I asked about it, the hygienist claimed it had been done “back when I went to get the eyewear.” I never received protective eyewear, meaning either the service wasn’t performed or proper safety protocols were ignored. Both are unacceptable and unprofessional and where is the integrity? I called again after to confirm whether it was done or not….guess what? Still no call back…Response to review: funny because your text response to me said that eyewear is not required. Maybe figure out what side you’re on? 4- I didn’t want to post this because mistakes happen, but their lack of follow-up after my concerns were raised, unclear pricing, and untrustworthy professionals are completely unacceptable in any business. Go elsewhere. Response to review: I did answer the call. Maybe communicate with the doctor and be a bit more kind. Have a great day!

Fantastic experience: I went to white pine for a second opinion because I had been told that the cavities I had would require about ten thousand dollars to fix (veneers and an implant). I was so relieved when Dr. Hoybjerg saved my molar (just drilled and made new crown) and gave me caps not veneers on the other teeth. This was half the cost and insurance covered most of it. I don't know how he gives shots without a pinch but he does. My daughter kept telling me I should go to White Pine Dental and get pampered, and I'm so glad I did.

Fantastic experience: I had a pretty bad broken tooth.I needed to get a look out and get itgoing.Called them up and they had an opening.That same day got me in and we got it going. Look forward to the next visit

Fantastic experience: White Pine Dental is always very professional. Today we went for a cleaning and the hygienist was very patient and explained everything and was very nice! My daughter enjoyed her very first hand paraffin wax. Thank you!

Negative experience: Conned my wife and were not upfront about Invisalign as you can see other reviews talk about their shady practices. I left this practice when they did this to her. We were sure to tell all of our friends and family we referred here about our experience and they have switched as well. We all left and went to another practice which we are very happy with. My wife actually went to an actual orthodontist and got her braces put in which she is very happy. Do not get Invisalign here and make sure you check with your dental insurance what they are charging you for.

Negative experience: I feel like I received subpar dental care from them. I went there on 7/19/2023 due to having a broken tooth, and they advertise they can do emergency dental care. The dentist looked at the tooth, and she said I would have to go someplace else for a root canal, then come back for a crown. The dentist said she would write me a prescription for anti-biotics that I was to take that day, but she never wrote me the prescription. Dentist wrote me a referral to the other dentist, but dated it July 18th when it was actually the 19th when she saw me. The dental assistant made an appointment for the next day, but when I said I could not go at that time, she scheduled me my appointment for 9 days later. Not sure why they would think it is acceptable for a patient to wait 9 days to get a broken tooth fixed. The dental assistant and receptionist also didn't make sure that I left with the anti-biotics prescription I needed. After the poor customer service from White Pine, I went to a different dentist the next day, who was able to do the work I needed, get me the anti-biotics I needed, and at a lower price than White pine.

Fantastic experience: Love White Pine Dental! This was my second time there. I went to the Herriman location for a cleaning last year and had a great experience. I was having problems with a filling and they were able to fix it at the time. Today I started having bad pain and they were able to get me an emergency appointment the same day (at the Murray location). I also appreciate the extended hours which allow me to come after work. The staff were extremely pleasant!

Fantastic experience: was super anxious and overwhelmed as i have a very hard time at the dentist as a person with autism. but i needed to come in for my health and dr smith was amazing at helping me through the procedure and answering any questions i had as well as letting me know we could stop at any time. love her and i will be back. if you have a hard time getting to the dentist this is absolutely the place for you

Negative experience: Well .. A). I was told, by the female dentist , the lump in my cheek was a Tori. It kept growing and was uncomfortable.I followed my gut and got a second opinion. Turned out it was an infection and a root canal was needed . 2) I have a permanent scar on my face due to a slip of a hand during a cavity fill. I was promised it would not scar.and it did... Obviously not returning ..

Fantastic experience: White Pine is great with cleaning and preventive care for my teeth. Great advice on trouble areas, like receding gums. Tooth brushing should be done with a soft toothbrush. Contrary to what I previously believed. I will refer to friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to White Pine Dental for at least 10 years. They have always been nice and accommodating. I can only go on Saturdays and they always work it into my schedule. Very reasonable price for a self pay dental visit. Also never pushy on treatments you feel like you might not need. If someone asked me for a recommendation for a good dentist I wouldn’t think twice about recommending White Pine.

Negative experience: Normally I have a great experience here, but not tonight. The tech who cleaned my teeth kept digging the mirror into my gums. Then the dentist came in to look a molar that broke, she was not gentle. She kept stretching my lip out to see it and poke at it, jerking the implement back and forth violently. It almost felt intentional, but at the very least was very inconsiderate. Then they told me I had to get a root canal before I could get the cap. I lost another cuspid a year or so ago (childhood dentist used silver) and it was all done in house. Every time I go in I get an entirely different team and the quality of my experience gets worse. That suggests they can’t keep staff around, so management sucks and they are underpaying people. I think I’m done using them.

Fantastic experience: Kalee did a great cleaning and no pokes with the xray of my teeth. Had a bleach done for the first time. Loving the look.

Negative experience: I only went once and won’t be going back. The initial visit was long. Instead of having you arrive early to fill out paperwork - or sending it to you prior to the appointment - they wait until you’re taken back and then give you paperwork to complete, which is not ideal while sitting in a dentist chair. There were too many questions, and the experience felt very corporate rather than genuine. I also received a surprise bill. I went in just for a cleaning, but since I was a new patient, they went through the full process instead of asking for records from my previous dentist. My insurance covers full dental imaging only once every five years, and I had it done just last year. They didn’t ask or clarify - they just went ahead and did it, and I ended up with the bill. A good dentist would request previous records and discuss whether new X-rays are necessary.

Fantastic experience: Clean superior modern facilities, friendly, highly professional, timely. Have been going there for many years now and always feel good about the experience and the price - no upselling here. If you are looking for a great dentistry place, you can’t go wrong here.

Positive experience: Third review. I had an excellent experience with the hygienist and the dentist, also the support staff. Super helpful, professional, and warm dental professionals. They were fun and cool too. EDIT: The support staff is awesome, competent and professional. Unfortunately, that cannot be said of the dentist I saw yesterday. I sat in the chair for over 3 hours and the dentist acted as if I was the first human she’s ever met. No chairside manner at all. Anxiety was a foreign concept to her. I will not go back to her but I will continue with White Pine.

Fantastic experience: These girls are amazing! I had broken a tooth late Thursday night, I called them at 9:00am Friday and was sitting in the dentist chairs at 9:30 am the same day. They gave me a few different options on getting my tooth fixed and genuinely cared about my concerns. We worked together to get a treatment plan together and they made everything super simple. I get anxious at the dentist like most people but they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and actually listen to your concerns. Recommend them 10 out of 10!

Fantastic experience: I love this place so very much. The staff is always incredibly kind and professional. Since I started coming here I have tried one other place (I moved it was closer) and I immediately came back, it’s so worth the drive. I have never had such gentle cleanings anywhere else, they’re easy to work with and don’t push any extras or upsell. I know I can ask about any options if I’m curious and get the details, without getting a “salesperson wanting a sale” experience. 15/10. This place rules, you won’t regret going to white pine dental.

Fantastic experience: BEST dental office I’ve been too all my life. Not even trying to exaggerate. Everyone actually seems like they LOVE their jobs. And I can confidently stand behind that because my appt was later in the evening and we all know we get tired by the end of our shifts. But not them! They were still very enthusiastic and happy to see me there. I found my lifelong dentist!

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I've ever been to! They have a lot of different ways to make the patient comfortable, like a heated massage chair, neck pillow and a hand wax treatment while getting your cleaning. They are also so nice. I can't recommend them enough!

I love the paraffin wax treatment while you get a cleaning and they give you a list of options to help you have a comfy experience (blanket, headphones, etc). That’s all just a plus to their great hygienist. Just a good experience for someone who is very nervous at a dentist office.

Fantastic experience: Warm welcoming. They offer couple different comforts and hand wax dip chillax time while your getting your clean on. Gift baggy, and new patient offers. Kelly was great hygienist super sweet. Doc Taylor G. Hoybjerg was very knowledgeable took time to explain the right treatment for me and my mouth isn’t the best. Was very good groomed and pleasant. Doesn’t rush and knows what his talking about. Not every doc will tell you. They didn’t make me feel nervous or uncomfortable. Fair pricing so far, self pay. Definitely recommend. Went to get my tooth extracted, my first extraction ever with the crown. Again, great experience fast very gentle with no pain would’nt even say that I got my tooth extracted very professional. The doctor knows what he’s doing. Always checking up if you’re OK was very reassuring that you’re in great hands!

Fantastic experience: They were friendly i just have a really big fear..but they were very up front and tried to ease my anxiety..was only 3 cause of my anxiety..nothing they did wrong..I will readjust after procedures..hearing the drilling in background was a little unnerving..they have a lot of options to try and ease anxiety..but everyone from office to Dr were trying and friendly Updated..... After having a lot of work and being there for over 4 hours..I am excited how amazing the experience has been..then we're super attentive to my fears and pain levels and did an amazing job...if you have fear of dentist this is place to go to..I had a lot of fear of the pain I would have next day and am happy to say..no pain...just amazing!!!!from teeth cleaning to extraction, crown and fillings just amzing
