Negative experience: My experience has not reflected the high review ratings that motivated me to come to this dentist. I’ve been a patient for almost two months. Day one I was given a quote that was much different when I returned for my procedure (root canal). Procedure was done a month ago & Im still experiencing pain which is a first for me. Came in today for X-rays that I’m surprised weren’t taken upon my initial visit. Got text messages all week confirming my 3:00 pm appointment in which I’m sitting in the back 20 minutes later untouched with no reasoning shared as to why. Appointments are scheduled for a reason so I am not pleased at all. After sitting for 30 minutes, the assistant came in unsure of why I was there. I had already had all the X-rays I needed. Of course I was pissed to have left work for this unnecessary scheduled appointment. My dentist, Dr Jackson is very patient and always professional. That’s the only positive aspect because the rest of the team I’ve met are nice but all over the place. I suffer from extreme dental anxiety & assumed I had found the best place to trust my dental needs with but I’m feeling like these reviews are not accurate.

Negative experience: I expected more aid, upon visit. The 5 minutes the Dr spent seeing my mom was almost 50 dollars (with insurance) and was given a referral for a specialist; who, at this time, is not seeing patients until April 28th. My suggestion, if interested, find a different dentist.

Fantastic experience: Been going here for over 14 years and the service has always been pleasant. My dentist is gentle and listens when I say something hurts. I’m extremely, extremely afraid of needles, but had to get a tooth fixed that required multiple shots. For the first time in my history of dentists, the shots didn’t hurt at all. He had a unique method that helped make the shots faster and painless. The staff is also polite and professional. The only negative I can say is their costs are pricier than the average but I'd rather pay more for a better experience and feel confident im receiving quality care. I recommend this dentist office.

Fantastic experience: Overall, great experience! Competent and friendly staff, nice environment, decently modern equipment, and all in all, pleasant experience. And added bonus is them getting all the needed information from you electronically, before your appointment, so that you don't have to sit and fill out paperwork by hand for half an hour after arriving. That said, I did have a good few times where I was just sitting in the room, waiting in between parts of the process, but if you have just a reasonable amount of patience, I would say that the service is well worth it, and the overall time spent on a check up, a dental scan, and a light cleaning was still reasonably quick and well executed. I would definitely recommend the place, though I can't say I have shopped around all that much. Thankfully, because the place is great, seems like I don't have to! Edit: Been going for years now, and can say I'm perfectly happy with the place, the people, and the service for sure!

Negative experience: Terrible experience...left 3 broken drill bits in my gums during root canal. Had to have the whole tooth pulled . This really did happen to me by Dr. Smith it was before they moved into the fancy new building they are in now. They act like they can't find me in their system. When confronted with this they denied responsibility and don't respond. He drilled 3 canals so far down past the actual tooth and broke off all 3 drill bits and left them protruding into the soft tissue. Update years later they still don't care what they did to me. I'm not a liar or scam person, this dentist really did cause me damage and they act like they don't even know me.

While I was waiting in the lobby the phone was ringing and the Recptionist was gone for quite awhile then came back to take me to the exam room and didn’t even answer the phone prior to taking me back. Phone should be answered promptly.

Negative experience: I made an appointment for my son because the location is very convenient for us. After recently moving we were seeking a Dr to finish the removal of calcification from my son's teeth as a result of his recent braces removal. Rather than addressing the issue we set the appointment for, the doctor immediately recommended veneers. Their office then sent my son home with a quote for $16,000 for a plethora of things we don't need at the moment and was told veneers are the only option for the original request. Literally just wanted this doctor to finish what our previous provider had started. Called our orthodontist to make sure I wasn't crazy and she confirmed my suspicions. Canceled all future appointments. The receptionist was friendly though so there's that I guess.

She was booked the last time I went and I saw Nancy. She was just as amazing! She got to know me, explained everything she did and offered suggestions! I book in advance always just because they are growing and have so many patients now!

Fantastic experience: Always a Great Experience until I hear those little glass vials being picked up. From approaching the Front Desk and not having to give my name. She knows me by face I even bumped into her at the store. But for the past 10yrs or so I’ve been a patient. Dr. Jackson just makes it just that more pleasant, Explains exactly what she’s doing as it happens makes me even more comfortable. Very gentle with the care she gives. Thanks to the whole staff. Negative experience: I was greeted by the friendly receptionist. I didn' t have to wait but a few minutes before I was taken back to the room. Staff worked together and were very friendly. Dr. Smith came in and checked out what had to done and they proceeded. I would recommend Accent Dental. I have been seeing Dr. Smith for years!

Negative experience: My family goes to this dentist, because of that, I’ve been going here for a long time. About a year and a half ago, I needed a filling and a crown. Doctor Smith is rude, condescending, and impatient. He makes you feel like you are somehow inconveniencing him, and your concerns are invalid. I got the fillings, Doctor Smith is rough and treatments are painful. I thought pain and severe discomfort were normal for dental procedures. My new dentist is completely painless, after experiencing completely pain free wisdom tooth extractions and crowns, I now know that pain at that level is unnecessary. In addition to pain, the fillings I got from Doctor smith began giving me problems and discomfort a year later. I’ve been extremely careful with what I eat, I did not damage them. My current dentist says I have very good dental hygiene, and this is not my fault. I brush and floss my teeth 4 times a day because I had gotten into the routine of doing anything to avoid having to go to Doctor Smith again. I just had to get both fillings REDONE completely, because Accent dental did a poor job. Doctor smith had put a humongous filling on one tooth instead of a crown…what it needed. In addition to this, my new dentist did the crowns for HALF the price of Doctor Smith, and completely painless. They are also much kinder and friendlier. I recommend staying FAR away from Accent Dental, total nightmare hole. Seriously, this place has NO redeeming qualities.
