Fantastic experience: This is, literally, the best dental experience I have ever had. I am terrified of dentists. I have had experiences where I felt judged and belittled for my lack of care. From the very first phone call, Durango Dentistry made me feel cared for and included without a scrap of judgement. Dr. Mann and his team provided me with, not only sound dental advice, but a sense of comfort and humanity. I have neglected my teeth for a long time just looking for a dental team like this one. One who does not judge, but cares. One who does not belittle, but empowers. I feel supported and empowered to make comprehensive decisions because they gave me the latitude to do so. The best dental team I have ever encountered. I would not recommend them for the price. I would not recommend them for the dental work. I recommend them for their humanity, humility and willingness to work with those of us who have not been to a dentist in years. Don’t wait! Save your teeth! You have an ally and partner in your painful, terrifying journey. You will not find a better team than the one provided by Durango Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I had excellent care for a dental emergency as a new patient. The entire experience was very professional and high quality. Communication was clear - they showed me my x-rays and pictures of my tooth on a large TV screen and talked me through the recommended procedure. Everyone from the front desk to hygienist to dentist was very kind and made me feel welcome.

The cleaning was performed by Danielle, who is an excellent new addion to the team. She continues in the same, caring, professional and personable style of Durango Dentistry.

Her explanations of the "next step" were helpful and I was very happy with her gentle nature. My first checkup with Dr. Mann was easy and his explanations were very succinct and understandable. Positive experience: This was my first time going to Durango Dentistry. I had a toothache and Dr. Mann took some X-rays and also looked at my teeth and determined what was needed and what I should do. The entire staff was friendly, professional and punctual. I had a very good experience! That said, I recommend asking about insurance coverage before you go in as they don't accept many plans. Otherwise, I highly recommend them!

They’re very affordable for checkups and cleanings as well if you don’t have insurance. Will definitely come back for my semi annual checkups/cleanings.

Fantastic experience: While on vacation I chipped my tooth. Called their office and Jessica graciously got me in the next Morning! Dr Reed and his assistant made me feel right at home. He fixed my tooth and gave me a honest assessment of a treatment plan. He is gentle, knowledgeable and so easy going. I plan to return later this year to have some cosmetic procedures done. Positive experience: Very positive experience with their knowledge and experience but very expensive. I like having nice teeth and doing the right thing. So, maybe the price is worth it! But beware of the price if you don't have insurance like me. My review would have been 5 Stars otherwise.

Fantastic experience: This is a long-overdue update to my first, very positive review, which I wrote after my first visit to Dr. Mann a few years ago. In summary, this is another very positive update because nothing has changed!! Plus, I have undergone some extensive dental work since then, so I now have an even deeper, longer-term perspective. Bottom line: I recommend Dr. Mann and his practice to anybody that needs a great dentist. The facility remains clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Both the office and the technical staff members - many of whom have been with the practice for years now (and who attest to the practice being a good place to work) - are personable, helpful, comforting, very competent and professional. Essence (and others) are also great when it comes to things like evaluating insurance options and issues. And, my first review's comment about Dr. Mann is still true: "He was patient, understanding, honest, down-to-earth, and comfortingly confident, without being egotistical or dismissive." Admirable...and so appreciated. This evaluation may/should carry some extra weight with readers because I have spent a large amount of time with Dr. Mann as a result of getting 28(!) crowns almost 2 1/2 years ago (thanks to a lifetime of teeth grinding, and because you can't replace just the most-ground-down teeth!) Thinking about the very-involved, time-consuming, and costly process (before it was done) was daunting, if not downright scary. Dr. Mann addressed every option, answered every question, and made the process totally understandable, manageable...and pain-free. He also worked well - hand-in-glove - with my endodontist, Dr. Khademi (also an excellent practice!), as well. The crown work itself went off without a hitch, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I have had ZERO problems. In fact, I foot-dragged on writing this review for quite a while because I wanted to see how the crowns stood the test of time. Again, bottom line: I wholeheartedly encourage people in need of a great dentist to see Dr. Mann. P. S. FWIW, I have only heard good things about his dental-practice partner, Dr. Reed, as well, but I don't have first-hand knowledge about him, aside from a brief, but very pleasant, hand-shake introduction.

Fantastic experience: My visit yesterday was wonderful.!! Who looks Forward to going into their dentist appointment?? Me !!! I broke a crown, and Durango dentistry got me in very very fast.! They also happen to have a cancellation, so I got my cleaning yesterday instead of next week! Wow Kelly, hygienist, Gave me the best cleaning I’ve ever had in my life. An hour and a half is what you get for your first visit. She was so gentle and had so much experience. The time flew, but my teeth and mouth feel so good.! It was the most thorough and gentle cleaning I’ve ever I love these guys. Every single time I go I am just astounded at how lucky we are to have such an incredible dental office! Always caring, always smiling! This is the most incredible experience every single time I visit Durango dentistry.! Thank you for being so fair so friendly And having such a wonderful staff. Jessica did my recent teeth cleaning. She set me up w their complimentary laughing gas, headphones for the TV on the ceiling, and even put HGTV on for me. She was so gentle yet thorough, that I was actually disappointed when she was done because I was so distracted by the TV. There is no need to wait to make an appointment if you are afraid of dentists. You now have the name of a great dentist and his entire staff. They will treat you w great care and treat you like family. I highly recommend Dr Reed. Call today.

I typically get dentist anxiety, but I have always been the most at ease I can possibly be in their office. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and reassuring. I received a cleaning from Brittney yesterday, and it was the best cleaning experience I’ve ever had! I was so relaxed. Also, major shout out to reception for taking extra time out of their busy schedule to help me navigate insurance confusion.
