Fantastic experience: I'm very happy with my experience at New Heights Dental. I had a big treatment plan with several crowns and had lots of anxiety about it due to past experiences with other dentist offices. Dr. Riley was very kind and took the time to listen to my concerns and explain things to me, and was very meticulous in making sure that each crown fit well. He would not put an ill-fitting crown on my tooth--but instead sent it back to be refit. I have a lot of confidence that each crown was done well. I would recommend this office to friends and family.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Riley and all of their staff are 10 out of 10!!! I will recommend them to anyone. I’m an anxious patient, and I felt so comfortable and cared for immediately after walking in. I showed up on a Friday morning(they do not see patients on Friday), as a new patient who needed a dentist to review my previous implant work bc I was having pain and needed an examination and xray to determine whether or not I had an infection present. Dr. Riley was so kind, taking me on a non patient day, I felt beyond lucky and grateful bc I was able to get a second opinion and peace of mind that my healing is on track, along with antibiotics to address a concern below one of the implants. I will return for all my dental needs in the future, and I hope this review helps anyone looking for their new dental home.

Scheduling is a breeze and always find the right time and days to work with your daily schedules. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Tuesday I was a first time patient and I received great service. The portal paperwork was filled out ahead of time. The receptionist had a great positive attitude making me feel welcome. Lee completed my X-rays with explanations throughout. Dr Riley reviewed my concern and we put a plan together. Before your visit check your insurance benefits but if not they will put a plan together for you. Great experience

Fantastic experience: Jennifer is not only an excellent dental hygienist, she always gets me to laugh. I was fortunate to cross paths with Dr. Riley sixteen years ago. Now that our daughters are adults, Dr. Riley and his team help them maintain excellent teeth and gum health.

Fantastic experience: I had my 6 month cleaning today. Warm greeting from the office staff, excellent cleaning from Sana, gentle touch, felt very thorough and pleasant conversation. The wonderful support staff was so friendly and welcoming. Dr Riley’s exam was great. Awesome office, would highly recommend.

Negative experience: I do not know how this place has such “great” ratings. From the moment I laid in the chair I felt like I was being read a script of everything I needed- felt l was being upsold the entire time. They made it seem as if I had something drastically wrong and this this and this needed to be done. I told her no I wasn’t interested and she then renegotiated and lowered what my out of pocket would be!!! “For today only” I felt like I was in some sleezy car salesman’s office. This is not your neighborhood family dentist. I heard others upset in the waiting room. They did outrageous mouth screenings on top of the X-rays. Just an absolute nightmare of an experience. I got up and walked out by the end of it.

Fantastic experience: New Heights dental has made every effort to accommodate me for my dental needs the past 4 years. The staff at the front desk are amazing and friendly. Julie in billing has been great to work with when it comes to my insurance. The hygienist and staff who perform cleanings and scans are outstanding and know what they are doing! Dr Riley gives excellent exams and gives good advice! If you are looking for a dental office, New Heights dental is the place to go!

I’m a certified dental chicken and usually panic at the thought of getting any work done, but she made the whole experience easy breezy lemon squeezy! I barely even felt the anesthetic shots — seriously, it was like dental magic. ✨ Highly recommend if you're looking for someone gentle and kind!

Negative experience: So I am receiving a bill six months later. Glad I didn't have any other visits. Who knows what I would owe since you'll don't know your job. Will not be back. Do not recommend.

Negative experience: When I first started coming here, I had a great experience. The staff was friendly, the service was timely, and I felt well taken care of. Unfortunately, over time, there’s been a noticeable decline in quality. The office has had a high turnover rate, and it’s impacted the overall care and consistency. Wait times have increased, and at one point I was even treated by a tech who clearly lacked experience. My last cleaning felt rushed and impersonal. What’s most disappointing is my Invisalign experience. I paid over $3,000 for treatment, and I am not satisfied with the final results. I still have noticeable spacing and misalignment, yet I was told that if I wanted to continue treatment, it would cost an additional $500. When I expressed concerns, the doctor said, “Well, look where you started—you’ve come a long way.” While I agree there has been improvement, I don’t believe that should justify incomplete or unsatisfactory results. It felt like I was being gaslit into accepting less than what I paid for. If I’m investing this much in my smile, I expect results that reflect the price I paid—and a provider that’s committed to getting it right. Sadly, that’s not what I received.

Fantastic experience: The staff at New Heights are so friendly and helpful. They make me feel heard and are eager to help solve any dental issues I have had in the past. The doctors to top-notch, quality work and take time with their patients. Again, just a friendly, caring, helpful staff…all you could ever want in a dentist!

Negative experience: Items promised on website did not happen. I did not get greeted, I did not get the bottle of water, I did not get the lavender face cloth, I was treated with rudeness and argumentative attitude by the assistant manager. I was treated very nicely by the Manager when I complained. She explained the discount plan to me as well as agreed with the deceptive wording in the New Patient part of website. The Xray tech was fabulous. Location great, technology great.

Negative experience: I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences with New Heights Dental. Most recently, I’m now stuck having to file a claim and dispute charges for a procedure I was pushed into under false pretenses. Being told a certain amount would be covered by insurance just to find out nothing was covered at all. This seems to be a pattern. After my first visit, I received a surprise bill. The second time, they quoted one amount but tried to charge me nearly double at check out. Each time I come in for a cleaning, I’m pressured into extra services that feel unnecessary and are very costly. I wanted a trustworthy dental office for routine cleanings. Instead, I’ve been misled, overcharged, and burdened with resolving their billing mistakes. I won’t be returning. Proceed with caution!!

Fantastic experience: Called the office with a minor problem after a filling, and asked to see when I could get it looked at. Audrey was so utterly empathetic and compassionate to my problem and scheduling conflict. She was able to get me scheduled the same day to accommodate me(and my daughter). Just the epitome of great customer service!!! When I had to be seen again to follow up, Audrey remembered me and was so helpful. Sabrina was assisting Dr. Riley and she listened to all my concerns and was extremely thorough on her questions and examinations! With all her useful input, Dr. Riley was able to determine the problem and they worked together to remedy the issue. Dr. Riley is such a great listener, and validated my concern. Wonderful bedside manners! My husband and I have been with New Heights Dental for 10 years now, and its visits like the one today that keep us loyal to the practice! Overall, everyone there is personable, easy to talk to, and concerned with the patients!

Fantastic experience: Emergency,! My face was swollen my toothache was unbearable. I called and left an early morning message and waited for a call back. At around 11 am I decided to just go up and see if I could get them out. I walked in and it was quiet They only see patients Tuesday -Friday. I filled out some forms on the iPad and was taken to the back. Dr Riley and his assistant came in looked at my mouth after getting X-rays and within the hour I was having them extracted!!!! Thank You Thank You Thank You! I was a previous patient and glad that I was able to come back. I am excited to have this team alongside my dental health journey! Fantastic experience: I had horrible tooth pain and wanted to get my tooth extracted, this was the only office willing to take me in and thankfully they did! They extracted my tooth the same day! Dr. Gracie was amazing and didn’t lie to me or try to add other unnecessary treatments on top of that! She is such a sweet woman and really cares about her patients, you will definitely be in good hands here! Lupe the dental assistant was also a sweetheart and helped comfort me during my procedure. The patient advocate was also very understanding and helped me with a very affordable payment plan! They did not make me feel ashamed about being super nervous, now I feel at ease about future procedures, this will be my office I will go to from now on! Thank you everyone for such a wonderful experience!

Negative experience: I like the office and staff. But not happy that I spent $5800 20 months ago for some bottom old veneers that fell off. I had one of the most recent veneers that fell off replaced and I had the veneer and was told it was no longer covered. If it had been glued right the first time it would have never falling off. So I got charged $75 to re-glue, Sure do not know what ever happened to customer service, it’s not the $75 it’s the principle of making your patient happy.

Fantastic experience: I have been to many dental offices and this is by the best one ever! Sure you may think I’m just saying this because I was bribed or something but nope. I feel qualified enough to confidently tell you my personal opinion as I used to be a dental assistant for 7 yrs before I changed professions. I have worked in the front office to the back office and this place exceeded my expectations from the moment I called to make a new patient appointment. I didn’t need much work done just to replace a couple of fillings on my back upper molars. I was able to get this taken care of the week before I am relocating for work next week!!! I’m very pleased with the front desk staff, Dr. Sweeney, and his dental assistants. If you have a phobia of the dentist come here. If you have had negative experiences with dental clinics… come here! They will treat you like you matter. Depending on my new dental insurance; I will definitely come back here in the future if I travel back down to SA. I have referred my family to come here to get their dental work done. I felt no pain whatsoever! Dr. Sweeney is very gentle with his craft and skill. I didn’t even feel the numbing shots at all. I usually do everywhere else I go. I don’t know how he does it but I definitely recommend New Heights Dental as your dental provider. Excellent quality dental care ✝️ ps don’t forget to floss daily it will save your teeth and pocketbook in the future!

Fantastic experience: I think I’ve finally found my perfect dentist! After dealing with several mediocre, greedy dentists, I’ve found one who truly has integrity and honesty—someone who doesn’t pressure patients into treatment plans that don’t work for them financially. The hygienist was friendly, made me feel completely comfortable, and was clearly very competent in her role. Most importantly, the front desk staff was incredibly communicative with both me and my insurance provider. They broke down the pricing for me clearly, with full transparency—no hidden fees or gimmicks. I found Dr. Riley on Reddit, and he absolutely lived up to his reputation. His establishment is a prime example of taking pride in your work, and it shows through his excellent staff.

Positive experience: Great experience! I had an emergency checkup done which ended up showing a crack in a tooth that would need a crown. Dr. Sweeney was very informative and the treatment and honest. Treatment went smoothly and the assistant tending to me was really great as well. My boyfriend had a check up and cleaning which he was very nervous for, the hygienist Jennifer was amazing! She made him feel so comfortable and made his experience a 10/10 he left feeling so great about his experience. He also saw Dr. Sweeny and just like my exam he was thorough and honest, my boyfriend was so pleased with his experience here. I’m so glad we finally found a dental home we can trust

They have the hours and flexibility, the nicest facility and equipment and extremely knowledgeable professionals. Negative experience: Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service! Planned to be out of work (which is already hard to do especially with a 1 year old) and managed to get an appointment. Just to have them cancel due to not confirming before a certain time frame. I called not even 2 seconds after receiving a txt message just for them to say my spot was filled already and I had to reschedule. Impossible for one being I called right away. Then I asked to speak to the doctor and was told it would be a wait. I agreed to wait and then another excuse that the front staff was all going to lunch and that the phone was going to disconnect on “its own”. I’ve never experienced such horrible service. Especially for being a patient for so long this is very disappointing. There needs to be a better way of working with the patients. Especially when making efforts to give a call PRIOR to an appointment.

Fantastic experience: NEW HEIGHTS DENTAL HIGHEST QUALITY 2-27-2025 NEW DENTAL HYGENIST SANA I've had decades of painful teeth X-rays, but she did them painlessly! She also did swift annual review of teeth condition. Like all secretaries & dentists at NEW HEIGHTS, she is friendly, helpful, & expert. SECRETARIES - These ladies, who handle appointments, Insurance, etc., are fast, friendly, & efficient. On telephone calls, they always ask "how can I brighten your smile today?" & they do make you feel well taken care of & appreciated. ASSISTANTS - They are all also so well educated & well mannered. This office provides free water, neck pillows, blankets, & even nitrous oxide for your comfort. X-rays, cleanings & precautions are done thoroughly. DENTISTS - Years ago, I went to the Dentist Owner Dr. Riley, when he had just done this fabulous remodel himself. He's retired, so I have another excellent Dentist there, who has made my ugly crooked, discolored teeth good enough for wide smiles, instead of closed mouth! DESIGN - These offices are the most beautiful I've ever been in - including Austin, NYC, & LA. Excellent Art - paintings, photos, & sculptures - color-coordinate with iridescent mosaic entry wall. Even the bathrooms have beautiful dispensers & fixtures. the Equipment & chairs are elegant bronze shade & spaceship shape. There are even Teeth educational videos! Pleasant music completes the charming atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: I was there for a cleaning on 11-6-24 and again on 11-7-24 for filling of two cavities. Both experiences were top notch as always. After the cleaning was done Dr. Moe noticed tiny cavities forming and advised early prevention. The staff was amazing from check in to check out. The tech asked if I wanted music during the process and the 80’s selection was right on time. Five stars for for sure to all the staff at New Heights Dental.

Negative experience: Went in for a basic cleaning. And was told I had discomfort, on a tooth . But I didn't have any discomfort. They rescheduled my cleaning to a different time . And to finish off.My cleaning was not covered by my insurance, and wanted to charge me 245 dollars.

Negative experience: If I could give a 0 stars I would. I had the most unprofessional dentist at my last visit. Ive been a Client at nhd for over 14 years and recently had a crown fall off. I paid hundreds of dollars for this crown that my previous dentist whom I’d never dealt with in the past insisted was needed. The crown was put on December 2021 in July 2024 it falls off and this new dentist comes and cements it on just uncaring & in a hurry. A few months later again it falls off and I revisit and ask options regarding what to do, why was it falling off etc. he begins to get super defensive and states I AM DEFENSIVE because I’m asking questions on the work that was completed at the office he works for and why a implant is my only option what other more affordable option s I had and he blames me and stated he didn’t do my tooth and didn’t know why the previous dentist did what he did .You work for the same office, you don’t support one another??? They threw me sone cement and sent me off. Crazy. Malpractice.

Negative experience: I called to make an appointment and told them the type of insurance that we had. I asked them to verify they accepted that type of insurance and they said that they did. I took time off of work to go to the appointment filled out paperwork because their computer system was down. After a lengthy wait, they came back and told me unapologetically, that they didn't accept my insurance after all. They are aware that they don't accept my type of insurance and their name still shows on the list of approved providers, which they told me they were going to update and still haven't. From this experience, it is safe to say that this office is poorly managed.

Fantastic experience: The cheerfulness in this place seemed like it had to be phony, but after coming in time after time and being greeted in the same manner by everyone then I realized, they are sincerely kind and obliging. They all seem to love working there. The dental hygienists and dentists work well together to provide care, education and affordable options. I never thought I'd be saying this, but I actually look forward to going in for my appointments at NH Dental. (Oh, and their billing policies are the most transparent I've seen in decades.) I've been to many dental outfits, these guys earn top marks.

I recommend this clinic 200% to all my friends and Family. I drive almost 3 hours from my home place just to get treated at this location.

Negative experience: NO STARS! My experience at this dental office was the absolute worst! Everyone working at this office is very unorganized. I sat in the chair 2 hours for them to tell me I wouldn’t be getting a cleaning today. The girl that took my xrays had to keep adjusting the thing in my mouth to get a good pic she was obviously new and took about 45 minutes to gather all pictures of my teeth. Hygienist came explained to me about my teeth and how to care more and said she would give me a toothpaste to better help my sensitive teeth at no point did she ask me that it was ok that the toothpaste was gonna cost $25 she made it seem like she gave it to me til it was time to check out and said I had a balance of $25. When it was time to set up for my next appointment the receptionist didn’t even know how to find available dates on the computer she kept having to ask someone for help then it took so long for them to accommodate me for my next appointment I told them to just call me with a date cause I had to leave already. I will not be going back I will find another dentist with quality service.

The clinic itself is modern, clean, and welcoming, which immediately makes me feel excited to be there., Plus i got to see Linda the practice manager who is extremely sweet as well. Always nice to see friendly faces. Dr. Riley, Dr. Mo & the entire team are absolutely fantastic. They are not only incredibly skilled and knowledgeable but also genuinely caring and attentive. During my appointment, Dr. Mo took the time to thoroughly explain each step of a potential procedure, ensuring I would feel comfortable. The hygienist Ilse G. was equally impressive, providing a thorough yet gentle cleaning, and offering valuable tips for maintaining my dental health. I was particularly impressed by their new use of state-of-the-art technology and equipment, which made the visit even more efficient and effective. Positive experience: Was there in 2018- received (and agreed to) very aggressive recommendations for dental work (several fillings -8 done same day). Writing this review in 2023- realized that several teeth that shouldn’t have been drilled/couldve been watched are now experiencing moderate to major sensitivity limiting temperatures I can eat and drink and random tooth pain. I know this review questions their clinical competency- but I felt their recs were not in my best interest. Spoke to several dentists about the same day cavity-work after the fact, and they’ve ALL generally agreed- it was not right to rush and do all 8 teeth the same day. My takeaway- if your teeth don’t hurt, you have time. Think things through. Get a second professional’s opinion before settling for extensive dental work! It may come back to haunt you.

Fantastic experience: New Heights dental is awesome! It was my first time there and I was extremely happy with my visit. From the front desk to my new friends Carmen, Sana, and Erlinda. You guys are great! Dr. Sweeney is very pleasant and he seems to really care. This place is 5 star. I can't wait to bring the rest of my family. I highly recommend this office. Fantastic experience: Girl with hijab was rude and disrespectful. No customer care skills is “nice nasty”. You can’t try to shove things in people’s mouths after getting a tooth pulled. Walked away with an attitude when I said she was being 2 aggressive. But other than that great service.

Fantastic experience: New Heights office was nice, the staff was very friendly and punctual. My Hygienist Kim is amazing, I’ve had her for years following her from office to office. I met Dr Mo today and I think he is one of the best Dentists I’ve been to, he explains things so well and makes you feel at ease, overall great experience at this location.

Fantastic experience: This will be a long one! But I came to this office as a kid and a little into my adulthood. It has been a while because I moved and am now living in a different city, BUT this place will not disappoint. I would like to personally thank Dr. Riley for being the best dentist ever and thanks to him I made the decision to become an RDA back in 2016. The experience I had coming here as a kid made me want to make a difference in dentistry and learn more! Big shout out to Dr. Riley and his amazing team for providing exceptional care and also paving the way to my future! I’ll never forget it! Stay awesome!

Negative experience: Everyone is really nice as far as the hygienist and Dr. Riley is really great (so sweet, super nice) and makes you feel at home. However-their insurance staff is a hot mess. I went in and got a cleaning, X-Rays and etc. I wanted to get some Veeners done but first had to get an Invisalign. I informed them I wasn’t too sure about my insurance because it’s new. However I was told a great deal on the Invisalign and the veeners and I was excited, told my folks I’m going to fix my teeth and I was super happy. Paid a lot of money up front (basically of what the insurance didn’t cover). Was surprised because I was told my insurance covered most of my Invisalign. Once I get home & have already signed my papers and paid. I was told they made a mistake and my insurance will not cover for it and I will have to pay the full amount out of pocket? How do you miss something like that? After I pay and sign all the papers and waivers.Then I call a day later because I see a 6,500 claim that was processed for the visalign. And was told they “forgot to cancel it”. Very unprofessional, those who handle insurance needs to be trained more (from what I see). Very disappointed because Dr.Riley is great, wish his front desk/insurance staff was way more aware of what they are doing.

Fantastic experience: This place is absolutely wonderful! I had a lot of dental anxiety going into my appointment but Kim and Dr. Mo were so incredibly kind and put me at ease. They listened to all my concerns and ensured that the appointment was comfortable thoughout my treatment and I had all the pain management I requested. They helped undo years of dental fears - this was the best dental experience I have ever had.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience! First time and it exceeded my expectations. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Answered all questions, went over in detail every problem I had and what I needed to do to correct those problems. Friendly, attentive, and just genuine good people. Loved the vibe and will continue to see theses people for all my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: My MIL has some pretty rough issues with her teeth. They treated her like gold, today. I could not have been happier with their kind, respectful care. She is 80, and has mild dementia and I was concerned how she would handle the visit. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness.

Fantastic experience: I drive over 2 hours to be seen here. Everyone is so friendly and kind. I’ve been here twice for wisdom tooth extractions. My first time, I was terrified, but everyone was so helpful and eased my fears. This second time, I came in and felt completely relaxed because I knew I was in great hands! Dr Sweeney is amazing and worked his magic on my stubborn teeth. I healed beautifully the first time and hope to heal just as well this time. Thank y’all for such a wonderful experience!

Fantastic experience: Every time I leave this place after a good teeth clean I feel like it’s going to be a great day. Today Sam and Taylor were the ones who where taken care of me and they were so sweet and gave really good info on keep my teeth clean. Fantastic experience: I started my Invisalign journey with New Heights last year- I had previously had braces when I was younger but got them off too soon and my teeth had revert back to what they looked like beforehand, being 29 with a lot of overcrowding and needing general alignment my teeth where by far by biggest insecurity. I am almost finished with my aligners and it has been life changing, I didn’t know my teeth would ever look as straight and beautiful as they do now. I’m so thankful for Dr Riley and Bernie!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a part of the New Heights team for almost a year, but this was my first experience as a patient. I have dental anxiety and made an appointment for pain. Dr. Mo was able to do a comprehensive exam and even got me in for same day treatment. He took time to make sure that I was comfortable and even took some pictures of my tooth mid procedure. Laurie made my temporary crown expertly. The hygienist Kim even stopped in and took care of the gum pain I had in one spot. It was great seeing the way that we provide care from a patient perspective. P.S Get the laughing gas. It’s self care!
