From the moment I arrived at this dental office, the front desk was friendly and attentive. The dental assistant was super helpful and the dentist I do believe was Dr. Call. He was very patient and honest with me about my questions and concerns. I felt like he didn’t sugar coat things. I felt like he was about helping people rather than the $. His honesty, patience, and friendliness is the reason I will go back to this dental office. I also appreciate the girls at the front desk. Thank you all for helping my visit be as comfortable as possible.

Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to the dentist for five years and I was a little nervous to go. But, the staff and the doctor was so sweet! I loved my hygienist. She was so sweet and gentle, and really cared weather or not I was comfortable the whole time. Both the hygienist and the doctor explained all the things I needed to keep my teeth as healthy as possible, and how to even make my sleep better! Over all, it was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic experience: My husband introduced me to Oak Mountain Dental and boy am I glad he did! The staff here are patient, kind and will help you help yourself. They send reminder texts and calls to make sure everyone is on the same page, as someone who frequently forgets to write things down the first time the reminders are so beneficial! The cleanings I've gotten here always leave my mouth feeling so clean and fresh, and any questions I've got for either the hygenist or the dentist are answered in full knowledgeable detail. As someone who used to be a dental assistant (in training) but quit because the dentists I worked with were not the "teaching type", I know if I were to work with especially, Dr. Call, I would be confident in my abilities to be a great second set of hands. I can't say enough good things about the staff here :)

Negative experience: Would not use if I was you. Long story short put 2 crowns on for my wife they both cracked. They kept sending invoices for the crowns she called to figure it out the stop sending invoices now we are being sue for the bill when they did shotty work

Fantastic experience: I called hoping to get in soon, I had a filling fall out and I was worried about it causing me trouble. They offered to get me in same day, unfortunately I wasn’t able to so I scheduled for the day after. They called me before my appointment and asked if I could come in sooner so that they had time to work on it. I gladly obliged. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and filled out the necessary paperwork, I was taken back shortly after for an X-ray and quick exam. Jason came out and spoke with me and we went over what was needed. After a few minutes of numbing he was getting the issue taken care of. The way he practices reminds me of how I remember it being when I was younger. Not only were they quick and responsive but the way he worked on my filling was unlike any I’ve had in recent years. He seems to practice the old school way, the way dentists used to do it to make fillings last. They were very prompt and professional and didn’t charge me for unnecessary repairs that weren’t needed. I will gladly go back again. I think I found a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: These guys are great! They're easy to work with and the dentist really cares about you, your teeth, and your finances. I feel like they truly care and take each person as an individual and personalizes their care based on their needs. This is probably one of the best dentist office I've experienced, and I've experienced many due to my irreparably terrible teeth. My only beef, and this could be inaccurate as I've only been in one of their rooms, is that they don't have a TV on the ceiling for longer procedures.

From the moment I made the first phone call, I was impressed at their willingness to address my concerns and do it my way if possible. I needed sedation during my emergency proceedure and they promised to do all they could, to save the tooth and only use sedation drugs I was comfortable with. Fantastic experience: I've had really bad experiences with previous dental offices, and Oak Mountain has made me feel so comfortable. I had a cavity that needed filled that they found during my cleaning, and fixed it the same day. The doctor even avoided giving me local anesthetic, but was always asking me if I was uncomfortable to make sure he didn't need to inject. I've referred a couple of people here and they've all had amazing experiences as well. Thank you everyone at Oak Mountain for the amazing experiences!

Fantastic experience: Went in for a second opinion about a procedure done by another dentist. Dr. Richards was amazing and explained in detail the healing process for dry socket as well as why bone shards happen. I was so relieved because I was concerned that part of the root from the previous procedure has some how been left behind. Very reassuring and took the time to explain. Will definitely use for future dental work.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr Ilogu at the Cornerstone dental in Okotoks. Dr llogu is very professional, easy going and very knowledgeable. My daughter was asked to remove 4 tooth due to her braces. As a mom, I was very worried and scared. How can a 15 years old girl take off 4 tooth at once? How many tooth will be left? I thought of the pain, I thought of everything that could go wrong. I spoke to a friend about my worries and fears. She then asked me to call Cornerstone dental in Okotoks and speak with Dr Ilogu. I was hesitant but I am glad that I did because she explained everything to me, calmed all my fears and took away all my worries. I had the conviction that I could trust her. You know as a mom, you always go with your instincts and I am glad I did. We booked the appointment and took her advice to take off two on one side and after 2 days, we can take off the remaining two. We did exactly as she told us. My daughter hardly felt any pain. Dr llogu’s hands are like a magic touch. My daughter did not take any pain medication believe me. We bought the prescribed pain medication but my daughter did not have any use for it. I could go on and on. But all I have to say is; if you ever need a good dentist, go to cornerstone dental and speak with Dr Ilogu. The staffs were also nice, welcoming and amazing. We received great service at Cornerstone Dental in Okotoks.
